Ah, islands. Beautiful, beautiful little islands. Domino's ideal spot for a fight to take place. Upon the lengthy, sandy shore of Papua New Guinea, an area has been roped off to secure a ring or sorts. The ring is actually not much to look at, the designers preferring to look a bit more rustic in their design than flashy. As such, the four corners are wooden beams, and the ropes are hemp. The beach area is favorably flat to provide for even ground, and the rope cuts off just before the reach of the lapping water. Already a crowd has come out to see the fight, some natives, some travelling Neo League junkies.
Domino has decided to dress a little more casually than theatric for this fight, opting to look more like he belongs on a beach than in a ring. It doesn't hinder his entrance however, as he jogs down a path through the crowd, slapping hands on his way to the ring. Sure, his debut in the Neo League wasn't too great, but hopefully -this- will be a good comeback.
...'Course, losing to a petite blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl for your debut is kind've hard to come back from, but still.
Domino reaches a wooden turnbuckle, and he grabs ahold of its top to promptly vault himself into the ring. Once inside, he turns to face the crowd, fists thrusted into the air in pre-emptive victory.
Roberto hasn't had too much luck in the Neo League himself. While he's picked up a few wins here and there, he's had a mostly losing record there. However when he received the call he jumped at the opportunity. Join Neo League and see the world. Fight in exotic locales
After Domino vaults into the ring, Roberto approaches the ring, wearing sky blue swim trunks to go with his sky blue visor, close behind him carrying a mesh bag filled with soccer balls. He swings the bag over the ropes and dumps the balls into the ring before swinging the bag around in the air before tossing it out into the crowd.
After that soccer star slips under the rope cracks his neck and acknowledges Domino with a nod before taking his stance as if he's a goalie waiting for a penalty shot come at him.

The first reaction of the model wrestler when he sees the balls simply drop into the ring is to quirk an eyebrow. Well, -this- will be an odd experience. That's for darn sure. What's he going to do, play dodgeball with him?
Domino's head cants towards the other male. "Are you serious? You plan to beat me with, what, dodgeball?" The wry smile he wears is evident of his intent. Just a light goading before the match.
Left foot shifts forward to begin taking stance. Domino's right fist sets to his chest level, left fist angling at a deceptively 'relaxed' position downwards before his forward leg.
And without further adeu, the Neo League announcer calls out, "FIGHT!"
So the speedy model wastes no time in dashing towards the soccer player, right arm extending out to the side. Domino aims to speed right by his opponent and clothesline him across the collar and neck.

Roberto keeps his mouth shut when the Sports Entertainment fighter teases him about playing dodge ball. Let him find out the hard way. When that clothesline comes in, Roberto digs his feet into the sand and brings a pair of fists to meet the outstretched arm and otherwise let him pass by him unharmed.
He passes unharmed but Roberto doesn't intend let Domino stay unharmed for too long though. Roberto makes a quick turn around and swings his foot upwards intending on slamming it into him with a glowing foot and send him up into the air. It is then when he opens his mouth. "Not dodge ball... Football... Or Soccer... Whichever you prefer."

Well, some things you just don't see coming. That kick, Domino definitely didn't expect. He's clubbed and sent into the air. When he lands, he's doubled over for a few seconds. The model wrestler picks himself back up to his feet quickly, though. "So.. -so- weird..," he comments through gritted teeth.
Amethys eyes then lock onto Roberto, and Domino launches his next attack. He moves in swiftly to attempt grabbing ahold of the soccer player, attempting to lock his head into a forward facelock under his left arm. The right hand then makes a grab for the hip of his trunks, attempting to hoist him into the air upside-down and hold him that way for a couple seconds. After that, the wrestler drops to the side, aiming to perform a suplex/piledriver onto Roberto's head.

It's is a good thing for Roberto that soccer players occasionally practice tumbling since this is how Roberto gets out of the attack. In that downward motion Roberto puts out his arms to convert the downward motion into a back handspring which luckily places him in perfect position to reach a soccer ball. Roberto moves towards it and juggles it for a few seconds while Domino gets up. Then Roberto sends a soccer ball flying towards his opponent's stomach.

Well, this certainly isn't going in Domino's favor. After delivering the drive - with unfavorably little result, so far as he can tell - the model kips back up to his feet, turns to face his opponent, and gets slammed with a soccer ball. He staggers back a couple steps, rubbing over his abdominals to soothe out the pain. Instead of striking again however, he simply eyes the other male warily.

Roberto moves towards another soccer ball and this time he doesn't kick it. I think he has another idea in mind. He flips the soccer ball up into his waiting hands and then breaks into a run at the wrestler stopping a few feet in front of him as he goes into a front soccer ball-spring using the momentum to slam the soccer ball downwards towards Domino's head. Sure this move is extremely telegraphed and has more holes in it than swiss cheese but flying soccer player might be just unbalancing enough to shock the attack through.

Domino continues to eye his opponent intently, clearly shifting his style from pure rushing blitz to a more tactical approach. The moment the diving soccer player begins his attack, the wrestler thrusts one arm up to catch one of arms supporting the soccer ball. With the move halted cleanly and the arm captured, Domino weaves around behind Roberto's back to force him onto his feet. The arm remains restrained, and Domino's other arm loops around his opponent's neck, hand locking on the back of his arm to cinch the curious, but firm chokehold, cutting off airsupply.
Roberto is completely trapped and is struggling for air. His arms wave wildly as he tries to struggle out. He eventually calms down and attempts to swing his head backwards as he tries to escape. While he may not hit hit with the headbutt he hopes that the wild motion will allow for his escape. "Get... off... of... ME!!!"

Only, it hits. And it hits very well. Domino recoils sharply away from the hold, hands lifting to cover his face. Hopefully that isn't going to marr. Nevertheless, it's left the wrestler quite dazed. His hands lower and he gives his head a shake to refocus.
Hoping that Roberto will still be attempting to take in air, Domino lunges at his back to attempt grabbing him by the shoulders. If caught, he aims to force his opponent into a backbend to lock his neck between his legs, arms going to loop around his waist to pull him upside down in a belly-to-belly piledriver position.

So, with Roberto locked in position, Domino's arms tighten substantially in an inverted bearhug. This lasts only a second before the acrobatic wrestler leaps high into the air with his prey, turning a series of forward flips to gain momentum. Said momentum continuously picks up until the two fighters blur into a full circle, right up until Domino delivers the full force of the spin, elevation, and his own weight against Roberto's head when the piledrive hits the sand.
Well Roberto didn't stop to take in a breath as Domino probably had hoped. He however jumps backwards into what would've been a back flip kick had the motion completed. It turns out the Soccer Star had helped the wrestler a little more than he intended to adding on to the wrestler's force. The piledriver crushing him into the ground. The soccer star slowly gets up to his feet as he struggles to shake the cobwebs out of his head. "Damn that hurt..."
The dark-haired model pulls into a backroll and raises back to his feet. He gives no comment in response to his opponent's. He's too focused to banter right now. The fight's too important to get sidetracked. Relying on Roberto to be dazed still from the slam, Domino moves in quickly to grapple again. Right arm attempts to hook around Roberto's torso under his arms, while the left arm attempts to sweep his legs out from under himself. If he succeeds all this in one smooth motion, the soccer player is hoisted up, then sent down back-first towards Domino's upturned knee.

If there's one thing Drake will notice. It's that Roberto went with the attack a little too easily. He's swept up but he manipulates his body to practically roll over the knee and back up to his feet. This allows the soccer goalie to jump at Domino knee first hopefully catching him before he can react to Roberto's quick recovery from the attack. If the knee hits true he follows up with a flip kick glowing with chi as he drops it down on the grappler.

The martial artist wrestler attempts to lock on a backbreaking hold after the drop, but Roberto gets away from him quickly. A little -too- quickly. Domino quickly raises back to his feet, attempting to prepare in a snap. And with as little warning as he had, the model weaves aside just enough to get out of the way of the knee, simultanious to his arm hooking under the leg to catch it. The other arm hooks behind Roberto's neck, and the momentum of the attack is shifted from direct to curved. That is, Domino turns quickly with Roberto, bringing him up, then slamming him down on the sand on his back, coupled with the weight and force of Domino's abdominals smashing against his torso.
Roberto definitely didn't see that coming. That's one of his fastest attacks and he got caught. Roberto crawls out from under the wrestler a pained expression on his face. The soccer star desperately crawls towards another soccer ball. He gets up to his feet turns around sending the soccer ball as fast as he can.

Domino pushes himself back up to his feet and narrows his eyes on the soccer player when he sees him going for another ball. Though he sets himself to attempt a speedy dodge, his opponent proves his soccer-playing prowess and nails the model on the chest. It knocks him back, and he crawls back a couple feet first. Then, he pulls himself back up to his feet and draws in a deep breath. The breath is let out in a heavy, labored sigh as he attempts to center his attention on his opponent and track his movements.

Roberto doesn't attack right away when Domino goes into focus mode. Roberto is not one who has to get beaten by his mistakes over and over again before he learns from them instead he stands back waiting in his goalie ready stance for Drake to come in.

And so, the two have an effective stare down. All that's missing from this is a dramatic rainfall. The audience is holding their breath at this juncture, waiting to see who lands the last blow.
Domino is the one to take the initiative, dashing over the sand towards his opponent. Just as he closes the range, he drops into a smooth roll, bringing him to a crouch just in front of his target. And from there, a single, but firm strike is aimed for Roberto's midsection.

Roberto intended to catch Domino as he comes into range however he's a little late in taking off and actually catches the punch in the head, his reach barely too short to grab his opponent with his strike.
And once the strike lands - a bit off-skew, but still - and Roberto falls, the wrestler raises to his feet. A few seconds are waited in anticipation, and when it becomes evident that the soccer player is down, the audience goes wild.
The announcer speaks up to give the final declarations. "Ladies and gentlemen! Your winner! DOMINO!"
With that, the dark-haired model turns from his fallen opponent and faces the audience. He trots quickly to the closest edge of the ring and hops onto the middle ropes to balance, supported by the turnbuckle. His fists thrust into the air, proud smile on his face, eyes shut, soaking in the praise and cheering of the crowd. After a couple seconds of this, he hops back down and faces the nearest camera. His left hand sets to his hip, right hand whisking briskly through his bangs, cocky smile still worn.
