Description: Roberto and Feilong encounter one another. Having fought Billy in a charity match and having not met before or since then, they agree to a spar!
Alone... That was Roberto's situation at the moment although for this past month he hasn't been all that certain of his solitude. Between his varied encounters with ninjas, and people who use ninja like tactics. Let us not forget the woman who seems to think that stalking is foreplay.
That's what makes it odd that Roberto is here alone. He got done soccer practice but he didn't feel as sharp as he should be both at the practice and his Neo League fight with Jiro. Now he's just looking for something to inspire him and he kicking a soccer ball at the tree in precise locations as he thinks about his current situations, school, relationships, fighting, and especially soccer.
The Large Clearing is definately a location within Southtown that is well suited for such personal musings. It is why many fighters come here. It is to clear their head, center themselves and occasionally find like-minded individuals welcome to a sparring session. It's definately why Feilong is here this afternoon. The Movie Star has taken a break from the glitz and glamor of Superstardom to really work on his fundamentals. So he's gone back to his roots and he's come to the Large Clearing to pick a sparring fight. Of course when he's wandering the clearing, he will eventually come upon Roberto kicking his ball against the tree. The Movie Star will recognize him as his one-time partner in a charity match versus Billy. Feilong approaches!
Roberto finishes with a thigh trap to cause the soccer ball to drop dead to the ground before turning around to hear the sounds of footsteps on the ground. He doesn't seem startled. As a matter of fact it's almost as if he expected someone to be there.
"Oh... Hey. Good to see you again." He steps on top of his soccer ball as he glances at the movie star and adjusts his sky blue visor. "It's a pleasant surprise. What brings you to this neck of the woods?" Perhaps he has been receiving a few too many unpleasant surprises lately.
Feilong puts on a bright smile and removes his sunglasses off of his face. His hands are placed on his hips and he gives Roberto a nod in greeting, "Hey, it is good to see you too. Been some time since our bout, huh?" The Moviestar will raise a hand and wave dismissively, "Came out here to train, really. Usually one or two good sparring matches to be found here before I need to take a break." He laughs.

"Sounds like a plan. I guess I'm here for the same reason. Not so much for sparring since I'm more of a soccer player than a fighter, although I won't refuse a challenge." He gives his own neck a pair of audible cracks and shifts forward on to the balls of his feet his lips curling into a smile as he brings his hands up palms facing out towards Fei Long. "Who knows? It might be just what I need."
Feilong will point a finger at Roberto, "Hey I like that attitude. And as far as I can tell, you're pretty good at fighting with that soccer ball." A pause and Feilong will roll up the sleeves of his button-up shirt. The shirt will go unbuttoned and remain on his upper torso. The Movie Star will chuckle, "Was interested to test you out myself, to see how well those Soccer techniques work for you."

The Soccer Genius lets his finger wiggle a bit and glances towards the soccer ball then to the trees and a plan begins to form in his head as he shifts out of the stance to kick the soccer ball at the Movie Star. Ok... Not directly. That soccer ball is actually bouncing rapidly from tree to tree and if things go well it will catch Feilong in a sort of soccer ball ricochet trap.

The Soccer ball ricochet trap is successful for whatever Roberto intended! Of course if he intended for Feilong to get battered by the ball, than that's what he got! The Movie Star will duck and roll to the side after taking a few shots. His eyes narrow, "Nice." Before he jumps up and rushes for the Soccer Genius. The Kung-Fu Legend will leap into the air and perform a swift dropping axe-kick towards Roberto's head!

Feilong has dropped a connection.
Roberto doesn't really move completely out of the way of the axe kick but rather moves his head away so that his head doesn't receive the impact. "Thanks!"It's hard to say whether it's for the compliment on his creative use of the soccer ball or for the attack. Either way, it still smarts a bit however, it allows him to set up his own move which would be to ideally catch the movie star in the air before his feet get a chance to hit the ground with a diving goalie save style grab with faintly glowing hands as if the Movie star was a soccer ball. Then if he can come up with the save, he'll then send Feilong down with a burst of chi.

The Movie Star will not knock the soccer player down the way he intended. He was going to follow up his axe-kick with an array of kicks and fist strikes. But Feilong's plan needs to be altered. The Soccer Style Save being attempted by Roberto is expertly blocked and avoided. Feilong will spin around and just barely get grazed by Roberto's attempt. Feilong will then leap into the air and perform a roundhouse-style kick. The inside of Feilong's foot is meant to catch Roberto square in the face!

Roberto doesn't expect for the Action star to get out of his grasp so easily nor does he really mind. When Feilong performs his spin move around the grapple it puts him right behind Roberto. When most fighters have someone behind them, instinct would usually tell them to turn completely around. Roberto on the other hand just looks over his shoulder and sees him go up into the air. With a back flip he collides foot first with the star's head but on the flip side, he also gets caught with a glancing shot. While a strong kick it wasn't desinged for those who hit back and he falls fairly hard onto the ground as well but doesn't spend long off his feet before he's in his stance again.
The Bicycle Kick from Roberto slams into Feilong's chin. There's a painful cracking noise as foot collides with jaw. Feilong flips backwards and somehow manages to land on his feet... but in a crouching position. Feilong raises a fist and rubs at his jaw, "Nice one!" He acknowledges before he stands and moves after Roberto. He will hop forward when he's in striking distance. A kick is snapped towards Roberto and just as that hits, that leg recoils and a sectond kick from the other leg comes careening upwards to catch Roberto.

Where Roberto previously was a little off his game in his Neo League fight he seems to just be on in this fight. With a calm look on his face and a bit of a smile he redirects with his palm the first kick aside as if it was a shot on goal and then his hand moves to intercept the next one to redirect the next attack with his fists brought together to punch it harmlessly(for both parties involved) aside. The next two fisted punch is not intended to be harmless for Feilong. In fact he punches Feilong in the stomach with the two fists and a grunt.

The Soccer player is actually trying to punch him? Soccer players are definately not know for their hand or fist-work that's for sure. The Master of Hiten-Ryu Kung-Fu will raise his arms and block or deflect the blows that come at him. His tensed and toned arm muscles easily absorb the force of the blow. Immediately after the attempt against Feilong is made, the Action Star will spring into action! Feilong will leap up into the air and attempt to grab Roberto by the head as he leaps up and over Roberto. When he lands, he hopes to use his momentum and Roberto's weight in an effort to throw Roberto over his shoulder by his head!

What Roberto had in mind and what actually happens are two different matters altogether. What was originally planned was when Feilong grabbed him he was going to lower his center of gravity to keep himself from moving much more than a jerking motion however what really happens can be chalked up to dumb luck. He drops his center of gravity and somehow when the Movie Star grabs his shoulder, he some how manages to make him lose his grip.
With a stunned look Roberto scratches his head for a moment as he wonders how the heck that happened. He doesn't spend too long figuring it out since he's moving in the direction of the star AND his soccer ball which the movie star blocking the path to. Roberto hits the ground in a fast slide tackle which will hopefully allow him to get to said soccer ball.

The slide tackle catches Feilong and the Movie Star is tripped up. The Famous Action Star will be swept from his feet and fall face forward as his legs are shoved backwards and behind him. The Movie Star will immediately roll to the side, then spin on his back, kick his legs and end up back on his feet. He will hop backwards a few times to gain more distance between he and Roberto. Feilong holds his fists to his sides and his whole body begins to shake, "AAAAAAIIIIII."

Roberto slides to the soccer ball silently grateful that Feilong didn't take advantage of the slide tackle's main weakness... Slow recovery. Of course the fact that Feilong is pumping himself up doesn't seem to bode too well for him either.
Roberto rolls the soccer ball onto his feet and sends it up into the air before sending the ball off at the Box Office Baron of Beatdown with a roundhouse kick. This time it isn't a Ricochet trap but a direct soccer ball bullet.

The shaking ends as Feilong's defense rises. He crosses his forearms in front of him and the ball from the Soccer player will bounce off his arms. The kick was powerful and the ball managed to make the Movie Star stagger a step backwards. That stagger is only momentary though. Feilong lurches forward and takes off after Roberto. His feet and arms erupt into chi-inspired flames as he moves forward. When Feilong reaches Roberto, he will shout, "WAI!" and launch a fist towards Roberto. If the Soccer player is struck, Feilong will follow up with a couple of roundhouse kicks and a flaming backhanded punch meant to heft ROberto into the air. Feilong will conclude his technique by leaping into the air, performing a frontflip and ending with a powerful dropkick!

Roberto digs his feet in as he waits for the attack to come in. He lowers his certer of gravity but he doesn't quite lower it quite enough to take the attack the way he wanted to. The controlled impact that Roberto wanted and is Roundhouse Kicked... Kung-fu pimp handed and then drop kicked backwards skidding on the ground.
"Nice."The soccer star says as he gets back up to his feet. He breaks into a run and snaps out a quick kick since he doesn't want the Action Star enjoying the impact for too long.

The Martial Arts star must be caught off guard after his rather impressive looking flaming techniques. Because after he has landed and after the flames are gone, Feilong must take some time to recover his breath. This leads him open to counter assault from Roberto. The Action Star will take a quick kick to the shoulder and Feilong will rock sideways and almost off his feet. Feilong doesn't lose his footing though. Instead he will roll forward, brace himself and then spring towards Roberto. Feilong seeks to grasp Roberto by the arm and just perform a simple hip-toss!

As Feilong grabs the goalie, Roberto shifts his weight slightly to maintain control over his balance his knees a bit shaky from the impact but no worse for wear from it. After that Roberto does something that might surprise Feilong though wouldn't be too surprising once you take into account that goalies do use hand work. Roberto performs a what would usually be used as a deflecting punch on Feilong's hands as he attempts to free himself from the Action Star's grip.

Roberto manages to slam his fist into Feilong and his grasp is released. However that is just a small victory for Feilong's sparring partner. Feilong will take a step back and hold one leg behind him. The man's leg erupts into flames a mere moment before Feilong lifts his leg up and begins to perform a roundhouse strike, "WAAAAAAHAAAAAAAI!" Feilong will kick and then ascend into the air, continue the roundhouse into a flying 720 degree kick meant to kick Roberto in the chest or even the chin and send him skyward!

Now this was the controlled impact that Roberto was looking for and so he doesn't try to get out of the way of the attack or even deflect it but instead lets it carry him up and back into the air. It is probably a good thing that they have soccer players do a bit of acrobatics to train physical awareness because it's what allows Roberto to twist himself in mid air and land on his feet at range and near that soccer ball... He's kicking that soccer ball yet again but this time there's something different about it... It's glowing and the moment it gets near Feilong's location it will go KABOOM!!! A soccer ball exploding with massive amounts of chi the sound of the explosion echoing within the clearing

The exploding ball of doom from Roberto hits its mark. The Soccer player has really put on a good show this afternoon. The Movie Star takes the exploding ball of Chi and power right in the chest. The buttoned down shirt is tattered greatly by the force of the chi explosion. Feilong will hit the ground hard and slide a foot or so. A hand is raised to rub at Feilong's head, "N-nice one!" He will slowly get up and point to Roberto, "N-not done yet!" Feilong will stumble towards Roberto, "WAI!" He will shout and swing a fist towards Roberto's stomach. "HAI" comes another strike towards Roberto's face, "HAAAAI!" Another strike and then two more strikes follow this one. The last strike is a backhanded strike meant to collide wtih Roberto's cheek. 'Meant to' is the emphasis. Feilong's moves are sluggish and after this last strike, Feilong will collapse to the ground.

For someone who is supposedly sluggish, Feilong is pretty much hauls booty. Roberto tries to get out of the oncoming attack though he also inhales as he tries to brace himself for it if worse comes to worse. Of course the goalie chose the wrong direction to dodge and actually moves moves into the first strike and is smacked around and then as soon as Feilong hits the ground, Roberto hits the ground. He's on the ground laughing. "Wow. That was fun. I think that was exactly what I needed."

The Action Star will push his form off the ground and look over towards Roberto. He's got that movie star smile on his face, "Yea? It's what I needed to. Whew. What a workout!" Feilong will slowly rise to his feet. He places a palm down on his thigh and is doubled over a bit, "Hah." He glances towards Roberto, "Never fought someone that used a soccer ball. It's very exciting!"
