There's one thing that's really special about Mimiru -- unlike Jiro, she seems to be... Well, no matter how hard she gets hit, she manages to get back on her feet in no time. Everyone thought she'd be in the hospital for weeks after what the former champion of heavyweights had done to her but no... Here she is, ready for yet another fight. She's just a masochist, isn't she? Maybe...
The little girl stretches and groans, still a bit sore from her previous experience, "Man, that never hurt so bad before..." She whimpers a bit. The TV crew who's setting everything up seems just... Surprised. They stare at her in awe, more or less. Himeko's there, of course! After what happened she had to be there. The girl adjusts her glasses and she bites her lips, "Huh... You know... Mimi... I, huh... Maybe you should take it easy...?"
Mimiru glances at her and she grins, "Ah! Come on! Have some faith! I'm Super Mimiru after all! I fight evil and all!" Himeko shakes her head and she heaves a sigh, "You can't fight evil if you're always unconscious..." Mimiru frowns, "What's that supposed to mean?" Himeko chuckles nervously, cheeks flushing a bit as she lifts both hands up and waves them dissimingly, "Oh nothing, nothing!"
A masochist? Well then in Candy's eyes, like brother, like sister. But the level of punishment Mimiru can take isn't quite the par to Jiro's, the last time Candy had calculated. But perhaps it was time that re-calculations were made.
It would have been her that issued the challenge, then, she making her presence known as first a shadow within the shade-filled forest, and then as a young woman in punk-ish attire. Her expression is as neutral as usual, and her steps finally come to a stop when she approaches both Himeko and Mimiru, looking a bit suprised first, ".. Himeko.. 'Super' Mimiru, good day." she greets, "I hope that my challenge wasn't an inconvenience to you. It's been quite some time, do you remember..?" She of course refers to the ufo catcher incident.
Mimiru narrows her eyes and she hums softly, seeming a bit confused, "Yeah... Yeah, I remember you... I gave you an apple pie so you'd paint my fence and you've never done it!" Mimiru says, glaring up at Candy and pointing a finger at her. That's enough to make Himeko heave a sigh and shake her head. She was glad enough Candy knew her, but she just remembers where she has seen her before, "Forgive Mimiru, she's got hit a little hard yesterday," She offers with a faint smile. She glances over to Mimiru and corrects her, "Actually, you competed for a plushie and you were defeated... So... In the end..." Himeko lowers her gaze a bit and she says, "I didn't get my plushie.."
Mimiru growls and she strikes a pose, "Oh yeah! I remember! Well this cannot stay as it is! It's unforgiveable!" Mimiru says, "Well, huh... Guess it's my fault..." She glances over to Candy and she rests her hands on her waist, a wide grin growing on her lips, "Nah! I bet you wanted to steal my points this time but I got none!" Mimiru says, "And this time, I won't lose! 'cause I'm better and improved with every day!"
Candy tries to look suprised at Mimiru, but the most she can really give are very very slightly raised eyebrows. But before she can correct Mimiru's accusation, Himeko clears the situation up and Candy gives a small smile, ".. I see. Yes, I am aware you sustained substantial damage, Mimiru. And I decided then this would be the perfect time to push you to your absolute limit. I confess though, that points are secondary in my study."
Candy reaches into shoulderbag, drawing out what first appear to be two long dumbells. But the extend to form silver tonfa, little red and yellow lights flashing along the sides, "Your confidense is admirable.. I suppose then, that I owe you a doll. If you keep your word, that is."
With that said, the white-haired girl takes a small step back, her arms resting at her sides, "I do recommend your friend stand at the sidelines. Whenever you are ready, 'Super' Mimiru."

In the crowd is Aislinn... and, since there's no known connection between herself and Candy, she can be here as-is, no disguise needed. She's here only to observe; Candy requires no moral support and it would not be wise to draw a connection between Aislinn and her friend. So she watches. Candy will know that she has Aislinn's support, and Ai has positioned herself such that Candy will know who it is she sees.
Don't expect Himeko to actually do more of anything than 'warm the bench' and provide Mimiru with moral support. "Huh, is that so?" Mimiru asks, arching a brow at Candy's words, "I'm not some kind of lab-rat," She says, sticking her tongue out..
And then... A doll! What's that? A bargain? "Ahah, that's for me?" She's about to say 'if I win' but instead she says, "For when I win? Lovely..." Saying anything else would break her image of confidence! "Very well then! I owe Himeko a plushie anyway! So I guess I'll have to kick your butt then!"
Candy's eyes shift slightly.. She doesn't really need to look to notice that Aislinn is there, but at first she was actually a bit suprised. Again, she's used to being the one watching, rather than being watched. Maybe she had gotten over that complex somewhat.
Her attention shifting back to Mimiru, Candy tilts her head slightly, ".. Lab rat.. That is a rather shrew way of putting it, but that is more or less what you are at the moment, no offense. And it seems like you're fired up and ready to go." she drops to a slight kneel, and then stomps forward, attempting to slam her tonfa into Mimirus gut; and should that connect, the opposite arm swings into a neat uppercut, the stick of her weaping swung toward Mimiru's cheek, "I do warn you, I will make this as painful as possible."

Oh boy, things aren't starting well. When Mimiru attempts to react as swiftly as possible, she finds out that her body still aches a little from her previous fight. Moving and doing simple thing is one thing, but putting it to strainous activity like this one so soon is another one. Mimiru winces a little and she seems to stumble, as if she'd collapse but Candy's already close enough that she can take the opening to slam her tofa against her midsection. Which is enough to keep Mimiru from falling down. Her eyes widen and she gasps a little, coughing up a bit of blood, just before the uppercut 'wakes her up' and hurls her backward a little.
She staggers back and flails, to keep her balance and she manages to but... Well things aren't starting well! Mimiru tries to shake her head a bit to regain her composure and she snarls, "Do your worse," She says, sticking her tongue out. "I've got plenty more here left than what you expect!"
And as if to prove her point, Mimiru rushes toward Candy, dashing toward her and as soon as she gets close enough, she attempts to perform a somersault right in front of Candy, with chi flaring out of her legs as she attempts to smack her under her chin as she does it. Super Mimiru Kick style.

Candy glances down to the bit of blood that had gotten on her blunt weapon, her eyes narrowing for a moment, and then again refocuses on Mimiru. As she had thought, the injuries were going to be quick; she was more curious to see if Mimiru would eventually pass out from pain, however.
"You do..?" Candy replies, the question delivered rather slowly actually, as Mimiru storms toward her. There's a natural instinct that usually goes off when chi flares, but it doesn't seem to do the punk-girl much there. Armed arm raised up to block the kick, the attack smashes right through and knocks her back with a stagger, "You were correct, it was wrong of me to underestimate you. Very well, I will intensify things a bit.." she clicks the heels of her boots, and gains an inch of height; single lines of wheels pushing out from the footwear. And yet somehow she skates backward along the dirt with little trouble, casually circling her opponent and looking for another opening it would seem, "Do you have a teacher, 'Super' Mimiru," she then asks curiously.

And with her flip, Mimiru catches herself with her hands and she lands swiftly without falling on her head. Seems like Mimiru's at least agile enough right now to do such things! She pants softly and she straightens herself, her guard up as Candy circles around her by skating back and forth. She arches a brow and grunts a bit, "Yeah, I do, why's that? You want someone to teach you how to fight?" Mimiru asks, a faint smile growing on her lips.
"Well! Enough chatting and more bashing!" Mimiru shouts. She dashes toward Candy and she attempts to give her a pounce-tackle. If she's really on skate or something of the like, she might be able to easily destabilize her and knock her down!

"Negative," Candy replies, "I have nearly perfected my own style, and it is not inspired by your own. However your style is a bit unique to me. I can not imagine it being self-taught." and Mimiru strikes again, ".. Very well,"
She didn't have a problem stopping idle chit-chat for now, Mimiru actually lands the tackle with no problem at all; since she was already skating backward however, the smaller girl only adds to the momentum. And her next strike is rather unorthodox, as she spins on one foot at the last moment and attempts to sandwich Mimiru between herself and one of the many trees in the area, making the poor wood crack a little whether Mimiru is still on her or not.

Looks like Mimiru fell right for it! The girl's eyes widen and a bit as she's turned around and slammed against a tree trunk. It causes her to groan loudly and wince, squirming a little. She coughs a bit and opens her eyes, glaring at Candy. She snorts and says, "Yeah... Well I just develop my own, I just take bits and parts of what I want to make the best fighting style I can,"
With a growl, Mimiru says, "Not that I don't like you, but you're kinda invading my personal space!" Mimiru says as she attempts to give a few hard punches to Candy's midsection, hoping that'll force her to back off away from her, if only enough so she can use her leg to kick Candy's belly to 'pry' her off from her.

"I see.. That.. Is not very far from my style," Candy murmurs, though her tone is so low, it's questionable that Mimiru would have even heard it. Perhaps this does warrent further study, at least to making sure she isn't missing some key element in the development of her own style.
"You are hurting," she then replies, her arms crossing in front of her in time for her twin weapons to take the brunt of Mimiru's assault, but still the desired effect of making her back off works, if even for a moment, "Are you taking me seriously, Mimiru..? I wish for you to fight me as if you wanted to destroy me. I am certain you can achieve this even in your injured state."
Candy glides forward again, and the grip on her tonfa handle tight, attempts to slap Mimiru across the face with the small end of her weapon.

Those weapons actually hurt quite a lot. Mimiru's attempt to defend herself isn't fast enough to avoid getting smacked across the face. Being stuck against the tree, it's not like she could really move out of the way to avoid it. Mimiru shakes her head a bit after the hit and she growls a bit in annoyance, "What the hell are you talking about? This isn't about killing each other! You fight to protect and help others, not to kill and destroy!"
And with that, Mimiru attempts to free herself from Candy by rushing into her and slamming her off with all of her body. Bam!

Candy's lips curl inward a bit, her head tilting a little once more- She doesn't show satisfaction after her strike, but she doesn't seem dissisfied either, "I agree and I disagree, while I have the ability to protect, destroying in the process is oftentimes inevitable, because I do not hold back. If you really want the doll, Mimiru, I thought that you would do that by any means necessary. How can you achieve your ultimate strength without breaking your opponent..?"
Again Candy's skates prove to be help rather than a hinderance; she starts to glide backward, and then catch Mimiru, while still taking a bit of impact. And for the first time she winces visably from 'pain', "Is it really such a bad thing to want that..?" she finally asks, twirling around twice before letting Mimiru go, intending to slam her up against another tree.

This isn't Mimiru's day it seems! Perhaps she should have followed Himeko's advice and actually take it easy instead. She's not really at her top but she's doing her best nonethless! Finally, Mimiru frees herself from Candy's grasp, though it's only to be hurled away and go crashing into some tree. The girl attempts to slow herself but Candy put enough force into it that she goes crashing right into it.
"Arg!" She growls and winces, falling down to her butt after she's slammed against the other tree. She hasn't lost consciousness from the pain, but considering how things are going, she's not really too far off! Mimiru pants and she helps herself with the tree to get back to her feet.. And thankful, she can hear Himeko bouncing up and shouting things at her, cheering for her not to get smacked, "Huh... Right, right... I won't lose, I've got a doll to win!"
Since Candy's skates are helping her so much, Mimiru figures she might as well try to use it against her! She rushes over her and attempts to get a hold of Candy and sweep her off her legs to slam her down to the ground.

Candy pauses for just a moment, and her gaze slowly draws over toward Himeko.. And something starts to add up. And it doesn't complete until Mimiru makes contact with her footsweep, the punk-girls arms flailing a bit as her legs sweep up into the air, and she slams onto her back. But almost instantly, she pushes off her shoulders to get back onto her feet, "Curious.. is that where your strength comes from.. That does not make any sense, but.." this all said as she attempts to slip the long arms of her tonfa under Mimirus shoulders.
If she can get that loose hold, Candy bursts backward and leaps into the air, twirling like a corkscrew, in which she'd then slam Mimi into the dirt, pushing off her hands to backflip back onto her feet. Though she could be doing this all empty-handed.

Spinning about in the air like that, Mimiru gets a little dizzy! It takes her a few seconds to recover from the impact, and she coughs some of the grass and spits it out, rising back to her feet, staggering a little from all the spinning, trying to regain her balance. Well things aren't looking good for her! But it doesn't matter.
"Alright... Time to start kicking butts now.." Mimiru says, narrowing her eyes as she tries to focus on Candy and see her correctly. Mimiru growls and she gives it her best! Time for a massive turn the time! So she rushes toward Candy, chi flaring out of her fists as she goes into a desperate attempt to beat up Candy! And here goes the onslaught of punches and fists, along with kicks that are empowered by Mimiru's white chi.

And then after the onslaught's delivered, Mimiru follows up with a single yet powerful punch right for Candy's midsection. After so much rapid strikes, certainly she won't be able to defend herself against that... And then she shiftly moves to bring her other fist right under Candy's chin to deliver her a massive uppercut -- massive in the way she leaps up in the air excessively, bringing Aislinn up in the air with her, "Super Mimiru Powah!!" She shouts as she flips in the air to smack Candy right back down to the ground. Drop kick style.
Candy seems to drop her stance a little, her focus of course still on her opponent with an almost dead stare.. But judging by Mimiru's words, it seems she's finally getting Mimiru to start passing her limitations. On the other hand, with the chi suddenly flaring, she's not certain how much is rage, and how much is determination.
Turn the tide is right though, as Mimiru races closer, suddenly one Candy becomes five, forcing Mimiru to choose one; and she chooses correctly.
Each punch and kick lands in rapid succession, the 'clones' vanishing instantly during that attack, while the real is left to Mimiru's mercy. She's sent upward from the uppercut and the final kick downward send her right back down, indenting the dirt from teh force and her weight. A slender bolt of static dances around her form a moment, red liquid trickling down the corner of her mouth as she sits up as if nothing had happened to her at all, "That was troublesome, most certainly not good for me," she murmurs to herself and once she stands again, faulters and drops to one knee. Looks like she's been rendered unable to attack for a moment.
Panting, Mimiru growls and she glares at Candy, cracking her knuckles, "Well! You've had your fun long enough! There's no messing with Super Mimiru! Now prepare for the mighty wrath of justice!" Mimiru shouts. Mimiru doesn't give Candy much time to recover and she dashes straight at her, chi flaring out from her fist as she goes all 'Super Mimiru' on Candy.
"I'll get this doll no matter what! Super Mimiru Punch!" She shouts as she attempts to knock Candy down by hurling her fist right for Candy's face as she's still recovering.
Aislinn bites her lip, unconsciously; that exchange didn't go well for Aislinn, and she can tell that Candy took a large hit from that. She can only hope that Candy can still pull this out... there's movement within the crowd as Aislinn changes her place, to get a better vantage point.

Candy's eyes partially lidded, the warning bells and whistles are practically screaming within her head. Though it isn't something that Candy isn't used to at this point; however the fact that her techniques aren't helping her at this point is proving to be extremely crippling.
On the other hand, she is somewhat getting what she wants. Her neutral expression betrays what's going on inside of her, of course, as Mimiru presses another attack, her left arm sweeps up and twirls frantically like copter blades. The Supergirl, however, isn't going to be stopped by that, the fist slamming into her face and knocks her onto her back again. She actually doesn't get up immedietly like last time, the punk-girl laid out completely.
But before the winner is declared, she sits up once more, her exposed skin glistening in 'sweat', and giving her quite a sheen, "I'm afraid I can not give up the doll that easily, 'Super' Mimiru," she then replies. "You will not last much longer."
She's got some guts! Seems like Candy isn't going to give up easily! Well that's good! No one should ever give up! If she wants some more, Mimiru will give her more of it! "Alright then! If you want some more of Super Mimiru!" The girl shouts.
There's plenty more for Mimiru to give out, and after Candy's been doing she's pretty pumped on actually delivering a nasty beating on Candy! She rushes toward her and attempts to knock her back down once again. But once and for all!
"Super Mimiru Uppercut!" She shouts as she rushes toward her and smashes her under her chin as she rises up to her feet, chi bursting out of her feet to empower the rising punch.

Candy wouldn't say it was exactly guts but.. Whatever works, right? What Candy isn't used to seeing, though, is the constant push of Mimiru's special attacks, it seems all the energy Mimiru had been saving up is coming out in one massive string! It's difficult to tell if she's impressed though. Mimiru's uppercut ends up slamming and then redircted by Candy's weapon, with seemingly little effort, and her skin reddens slightly, "Not bad.. But it seems I am on a clock now. I will end you shortly,"
She sweeps herself to her feet, and then proceeds to circle Mimiru again, this time skating forward instead of backward, a slight limp in her leg-strokes as she gathers physical data on her opponent.

Physical Data on Mimiru? Well she seems pretty exhausted. The way she's panting and how the world seems to be spinning around her. She seems injuried as well, since she's having a bit of trouble holding herself! And considering how Himeko's yelling her to take it easy and not go all out like that, it's previous obvious that she's giving herself a little too much.
"Don't worry I'm fine!" Mimiru shouts back. Mimiru glares over to Candy and she snorts, "Likewise, really!" Mimiru growls. She gathers her strength to make chi flares out of her fist and her eyes narrow as she focuses her attention on Candy, while the flames engulf her fists, "Time for some more Super Mimiru beating..." And when the time's right, she dashes straight for her and hurls her fist toward Candy, "Super Mimiru Punch!" She shouts.

Exhaustion works perfectly for Candy, though she can't say that at this point Mimiru is a pushover; her speed is still quite fast; but now that Candy has the 'insurance', she's more than certain she can defend herself more 'properly', "You may try," Candy replies, and again Candy seems to split into multiple selves, and she just happens to strike the wrong 'Candy', upon impact, a sheen flickers over keeled over projection, like passing light to a window, and suddenly it's not just the fist, but Mimiru herself that's engulfed by the flames.
The real Candy now stands a bit behind the girl, a bit of a cold smile on her lips, "There, you are defeated.. Perhaps next time, 'Super' Mimiru."
"What the..." And then all of a sudden, before Mimiru can even realized it, she's engulfed by a burst of flame! Which definately isn't good considering Mimiru's current condition. She falls down to the ground after the burnt, and it seems like Candy may have gained the upper hand after this turn the tide over turn the tide!
Except that... It's Mimiru's turn to turn the tide! Gasp! So unexpected! With a growl, Mimiru struggles back to her feet, glaring over to Candy, "Not so fast! I... I said I wanted that doll..." Mimiru says, biting her lips, a bit of blood trailing down her mouth down her chin. She growls and dashes toward Candy, giving her last bit of strength into this!
She leaps at her and spins about in midair, "Super Mimiru Kick!" She shouts as she attempts to drop-kick Candy over the head with a flaming white kick!

Candy was just about to turn away, too, when suddenly Mimiru's voice stops her. She just doesn't have the energy it'd seem to be able to pull off anymore of her tricks; and not only that she was certain that Mimiru had been finished off by her technique!
".. Impossible," Candy murmurs, the most she can do is raise her tonfa to fend off he chi-flared kick the best that she can.. And the flames just prove too much, she engulfed only briefly, but is forced to collapse, her skin growing a bit redder still as she starts 'panting', ".. I somehow.. Miscalculated.." she huffs, "You simply should not still be standing.. How..?" It doesn't look like she's going to be getting back up either, though for obvious reasons the actual declaration is delayed a moment by the officials, and finally the smaller fighter is declared the winner.

Panting loudly, Mimiru growls as she forces herself up once more. She glances down at the girl and frowns, "Because... Because..." She swallows and then says, "Unlike you, I don't fight to destroy things. That's why," Mimiru says. Her lips curl into a grin and she stumbles a little all the way over that doll Candy showed her at the beginning of the fight and she takes it, "Ahhh, my reward..." She coughs a bit.
Thankfully, Himeko's there to give her a hand! Mimiru's beaten pretty badly after all. Here bespectacled friend helps her and supports Mimiru, obviously quite worried about her health and well being. Mimiru smiles and she says, "Here... Told ya, gave you my word, here's that doll... A little late, but you got it..." Mimiru chuckles and coughs a few times, leaning a bit against Candy, "How about we go rest a bit now?"
Candy is silent for a moment, and another small smile is cracked from her, ".. There appears to be a misconception, fighting with the intent to destroy is different from what you are accusing me of."
Though there is something like regret coursing through Candy, what was she thinking putting the doll on the line, confident of her skills or not. It was a gift, after all. The liquid on her skin seeming to have evaporated, Candy manages to stand once more, her tonfa retracting to their smaller state, "You've performed past my expectations, but.." she's still not certain she's pleased with the results she's gathered, "Until next time."
Oh well, another glances is given Aislinn-wards, knowing exactly where her NESTS companion is, and gives a small nod of recognition before going on her way. It may be a good idea to get that doll back somehow, but certainly not today.
