The League is a great thing for Yuri Sakazaki. She simply has to find a reason to go to an exotic place and she gets taken there, has a fight, and has a few hours to shop afterwards! What's not to love! She's excited - her second fight, and she's heard that this fighter she is facing is to be a rival! She hasn't kept up on the Strongest! team's enemies and friends, so she actually has no idea at all who she's going to be up against. But she'll be ready, because she's confident in her own power, and her own style!
She steps into the arena, shading her eyes to try and see the crowd that resides within. There aren't many people behind the glass enclosure, but maybe it'll be enough to get some cheers going! That always pumps her up!

The League is also a great thing for Hinako Shijou. She gets to travel all over the world and expose people to the beauty and grace of sumo. Granted, she hasn't actually /won/ all that many fights, but she's been pitted up against some rather formidable fighters so far. Still, she keeps trying, and everybody loves an underdog. Especially a cute one.
And Hinako seems to be just as energetic as Yuri, nodding eagerly in response to the other girl. "Of course! Let's have a fun match!" Hinako closes her eyes for a moment, clapping her hands together loudly, and then she crouches forward into her combat stance, hands held out in front of her. "Okay... Here I come! Hyah!" And with that shout, she charges across the arena toward Yuri, intending to crash right into the other girl. She /could/ probably push Yuri back across the floor fairly easily, but that's not her intention. Instead, should she successfully slam into the other girl, she attempts to grab Yuri by the shoulders and throw her as hard as she can down to the floor.

"We started Alreaaaaaa!?!?!"
Yuri doesn't get a chance to finish what she was saying, as she's suddenly crushed into, and dropped to the ground with a shattering thump. She eels away afterwards, and gets herself a little space from the super-fast sumo girl. Rubbing at her shoulder and back, she opens her eyes wide, and then braces her steps. "Al.. Alright! That was really good! Let me try it now!"
Without any further ado, Yuri rushes the other girl, going for a grab, and then a swift throw - much akin to the same move that was just done to her! Such is the power of Yuri Sakazaki - Improvisation, and New Techniques (at the drop of a hat!)

Hinako draws her right arm back as Yuri comes rushing at her, preparing to slam an open-palmed strike into her chest. She's not quite quick enough, though. Yuri's grab manages to throw her off balance enough that her attack misses the Kyokugen girl, instead viciously striking empty air. And because her hand is extended, she doesn't have it available to help her deal with impacting the ground, and so she hits fairly hard. Rolling quickly away, Hinako climbs back up to her feet, smiling at Yuri. "Nice one! Not too many people can actually knock me down."
"Thanks! You're really strong too, Hinako! I bet everyone's going to have fun watching this!"
With that, Yuri gives the other girl an energetic thumbs-up - it just feels good to be fighting somone she's evenly matched with! The first hit may have hurt, but she's got a good shot at this one, she thinks - so she's going to give it all she's got!
She takes one step, a second, and then thrusts both of her hands out in front of her - time to see how the girl handles the might of Yuri's spirit! A red-gold burst of energy blasts directly towards Hinako along the floor of the arena.
"Ko'ou KEN!"

Okay... Hinako's had to deal with quite a few people throwing energy blasts at her since she started seriously fighting. The best option? Get out of the way. And this is running along the ground, soooo.... Hinako charges straight toward the Ko'ou Ken, leaping into the air to let it pass harmlessly beneath her! Which almost would have worked, if it didn't hit her in the feet while she was just leaving the ground, tripping her up and blasting her legs something fierce.
"Yaaah!" Hinako stumbles rather awkwardly, but she's got extremely tough legs, which are up for taking that sort of damage. And at least she's still heading forward, even if she's lost some of her momentum. She can still try to lash out with an open-palmed strike aimed at Yuri's stomach, though!

Flying projectile! Sumogirl ATTAKU! Yuri's pretty impressed by the girl's guts, that effort of leaping over the top of her Ko'ou Ken and still trying to get a hit in on her impressing her to no end! She adjusts her stance as that open handed strike is caught on her stomach - a strong exhalation to brace up and push the damage away from her mind - she'll have a big old handprint there tomorrow, that's for sure~!
Yuri's fingers drop down and grab for the wrist of the other girl - if she's lucky and can get a strong enough hold, she's going to grab, twist, and try to toss Hinako past her, further towards the arena's edge.
"Is it true if you go out.. you lose?" she asks, a little out of breath already!

"In an official sumo match, yes!" And since Hinako doesn't weigh quite as much as an official sumo wrestler, she gets dragged along by Yuri pulling her. It's just a matter of firmly planting her legs against the ground to keep herself from actually being flung off across the arena, although holding up to the force does put some strain on her. "You should try it with me sometime!"
And then Hinako twists around the arm Yuri pulled, trying to turn the tables and snare Yuri by the wrist. Then Hinako charges in, attempting to slam another palm strike into Yuri's chest, pulling down on her arm at the same time. The upshot of this is to heft Yuri off the ground one handed, then send her crashing down onto her back.

"I'm glad this isn't an official match, then! I get thrown around a looooooo!"
Yuri doesn't have a chance to finish, as she's caught with her arm out, and the impact from the palm strike to her chest flips her end-over end, bouncing off the wood floor again, her head making a very hollow sound indeed! She gets back to her feet, and brushes off her gi, deliberately - gotta be prepared, gotta always be ready, after all! She gives Hinako another enthusiastic grin, and then nods!
"Sure, let's!" But first - well, it's time to show Hinako what she can do, and what Kyokugen style is made up of! She concentrates, and then sweeps her hands in a vertical motion - between them, an arch of red-gold chi explodes into life, and then bursts forwards like an onrushing wave. "Let's see how this goes! HAOH SHO KO'KEN!"

Well, eventually leaping headlong into a giant energy blast is going to /work/ for Hinako, damn it! Not this time, though. Getting out of the way doesn't usually work all that well for Hinako, so she attempts to simply leap through the attack with one of her own, reaching out for Yuri. She doesn't quite make it, however. She's first stopped, then blasted back by the wave of chi energy, sending her crashing down in a smoking heap well back along the arena floor. "...Ow..." Slowly she sits up, shaking her head.
"Ack! I hope you're okay, Hinako!" Yuri's the concientious sort, but still.. It's a fight. She's supposed to fight to win, and she really, really wants to! After all, two fights in two days that were not quite where she wanted to be makes it all the more important for her to get back up on that horse, and ride again into the sunset! .. Or something.
But it's also important not to hit people when they're down. That's pretty rude, and .. she can hopefully win without needing to hit someone when they're not quite able to get up. So instead, she takes a step back, and looks on, concernedly, trying to get her focus back, trying to prepare - while at the same time, making sure Hinako's alright!

"I'm okay, I'm okay!" Hinako waves her hand as she gets back to her feet, straightening out her dress. "That packed a pretty big punch, but I'm not out of it yet! Here goes!" And then Hinako begins charging toward Yuri, holding her hands out a bit further than normal to either side.
She attempts to crash into Yuri, grabbing her with both hands... and not stop. Hinako attempts to continue running, dragging Yuri along with her until she reaches one of the arena walls, into which she will slam Yuri with the kind of force usually reserved for traffic accidents.

"Great! I'm ready, too!"
Yuri's ready, all right - braced and prepared to move as soon as Hinako comes forwards - but it's not quite enough, and the evade she tries is just not quite quick enough to let her escape Hinako's grip. Wrapped up, she slams into one of the walls, and with a crushing thud, is pushed up against one of those soft glass walls. Smushed up against it with her cheek all pushed up and streaking along the glass, she can almost see Robert watching.. Even if it isn't, the person on the other side is given a shaky thumbsup, and then Yuri pushes out of the crushing blow. "Oog! Nice hit!"
Time enough to congratulate later, though - as she's got nothing going for her now, she simply brings herself forwards, then leaps towards the glass of the arena side. Her shoes skip off of it with a squeak, and she flips up, coming straight down at Hinako with both her hands glowing red-gold. Here we go, big attack, SWITCH ON! "RAIOU KEN!"

Hinako decides once again to try trading blows with Yuri, lashing out as the Kyokugen girl charges in at her. She tries to smash her hands right through the red-gold glow formed by Yuri, hoping to send her reeling before the attack can be completed. It doesn't quite work out, though. What happens? Well, it's hard to see, since there's an impressive flash of light when Hinako slams into Yuri... But whatever it was, it ends with Hinako sprawled out on her back, staring up at the ceiling. And it doesn't look like she's going to be getting up anytime in the next few moments.
One flip later, Yuri lands beside Hinako, and looks over concernedly. She's pretty sure the fight's over, so she's already making sure that the corner folks get over. She sits down next to Hinako, and puts her hand next to the other girl's hand. She's trying to contain her excitement, the rush at winning tempered down by a heady dose of concern.
"That was a great fight - Uhm.. When you're ready, want to go grab a soda? My treat." She'd probably offer the same thing if she'd lost - in the end, it's just a fight. And makin' sure that people have fun and are fed's more, much more important!
.. Especially when it's on Robert's credit card.
