A low steady rumble of the subway car travels through her feet to her entire body as the woman stands on one end of the subway car. Such an enclosed space was frankly, one of the last places Juli intended to fight, but as she offered the challenge Xiangfei got the right to choose the location.
And of course, Xiangfei's the reason why Juli's out here at all. The last time the fought didn't end so well, Juli gave the girl a break, and ended up kissing pavement at the same time the Hip Hop Honey did. Not this time, Juli's here to establish that that draw was a fluke.
Something new to this fight too! A commentator, and a woman Juli only vaguely recognizes. Well, as long as she stays out of the fight Juli should be able to put up with the yammerings. Certainly, the tight quarters of the subway'll give Naerose a good view of the entire fight -- hard to miss anything in here!
Dressed in blue jeans and a leather jacket unzipped to expose the red halter top she's wearing underneath, Juli's dressed down a little from her usual winter wear. She was promised that they keep the subway system warm in this town, fortunately for the jungle borne fighter they were correct, Juli didn't need freezing to death being a problem.
"Aalllllrrriiighttt, Can I hear you say Yeaaaah, put you're hands in the aaaaaaiiii, because we have another wonderful edition of the league battles featuring our home town faavoorrritte, you may of heard of her, the Radical Warrior, Li Xiang-Fei! The hip hop honey of southdown, break it DOWN!" Naerose cries into her loud speaker. She's unbiased, right?
"Oh and her opponent, a lesser known challenger with a great deal of courage to step into this match today against such a strong opponent, give your respect to the underdog, Juli!"
"Tonight's rules we'll be dishing out a standard one versus one, no outside interferences, but we have been given no assurances that this subway car won't do sudden stop and who can get a decent kick off in this? So we have an interesting environmental handicap to both fighters! Now to my co-commentator, Silvester for fighter reports,"

*a Bunny nibbles on the loud speaker for a moment*
"That's right Silvester, we have a lot of stats on the Radical Warrior, but this Juli is a relative new comer to the fight circuit. A crowd favorite of hers is the 'Cannon Spike' originally made famous by the warrior known as Cammy, to see another fighter using such moves really leaves a great deal to speculate amongst the annalists. Meanwhile from Li X we can expect a steady groove of hip hop mixed with Kung Fu.. Can this challenger deal with that? Weeeeee'll find out!" Cries the witch made commentator.
A woman Juli vaguely recognizes, certainly, but one that Xiangfei knows all too well! The witch in red actually wasn't expected to appear in the mind of the Heavenly Hip-Hop Honey, but a more than welcome appearance over all!
But why exactly Xiangfei chose a train probably isn't too difficult to figure out, she can maneuver well in tighter areas, simple as that.
The chinese waitress herself? She's dressed up more urban, with baggy bluejeans and a red hoodie with a white dragon stitched to the back. Fluke or no, Xiangfei knows what it's going to take to defeat her opponent this time. She snickers a bit to Naeroses commentary, and once she faces Juli, she punches her palm and bows slightly, "Well, Juli, it's been a while, hasn't it? Are you feeling particularly lucky this evening? What are you expecting at the end of this fight?"

There's that stare again, the almost unwavering gaze Juli gives someone she's about to fight. It's as if she's focusing entirely on her opponent and little else of her immediate surroundings. "I expect to win," Juli states flatly, her body already starting to rock back and forth on her feet.
Yes, this car's going to present an interesting challenge for the girl. She'll have to work hard to keep her high flying techniques tightly controlled. Wouldn't do to sniping arrow her way straight through a window. Returning her bow to be polite, Juli shifts her feet lightly, giving her some leverage to spring off of, then dashes aver the Hip Hop Honey.
Xiangfei isn't overly familiar with Julis stare, but if it's her trademark, it'll hit Xiangfei eventually. For now all she recognizes from the woman is psycho power, which is something she hopes her latest training would help her against. But she smiles a bit to her opponent, nodding her head, "Like last time, I expect you to 'not win'. But good luck all the same!" she slaps her hands togeather, fans her fingertips out, and then with a 'HAH!!' that familiar golden pillar roars to life, swirling about her and tossing the trash within the car around.

Juli recognizes this part of the fight. The woman will stand there for a few moments, trying to avoid getting beat while she gathers her energy. The trouble, of course, begins when Xiangfei's chi raises to the point where she can do something useful with it. Solution? Knock the girl around enough in that time she spends gathering her power that she's already half dead.
And so, while Xiangfei 'strengthens up', Juli gets on wih the 'beating her down' part--to be specific, a hard fist to the girl's gut.

She'll start with a sneaky surprise attack at the top of the round, trying to punch the Radical warrior in the black hole where so many all you can eat restaurants have been put out of business. "

Xiangfei keeps places in business as well! So long as she works in them, that is. But now wasn't the time for her to be amused by her teammate, it was to focus on Juli! The sudden charge continues even as Julis fist slams into not her gut, but both her palms, making her stagger back a little, "Nngh!" and then fall onto her back, rolling once. But then she rolls forward just like that, hand-springing in an attempt to bicycle kick at the woman repreatedly, "Wa-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-taaaah!"

So the girl isn't just going to sit there and get doubled over by Juli's fist after all. Oh well, at least it gives Xiangfei incentive to cut short raising her powers to unleash the really nasty moves. This biycle kick Juli can handle, her arms moving into place to take Xiangfei's kicks in a far less vulnerable area. Legs shifting again, she broadens her stance, making sure she doesn't get pushed back too far either. All that Xiangfei's exertion rewards her with is a grunt from the doll, and a slight tightening of her stare.
When xiangfei lands, Juli shows off one of those moves the witch so loudly announceing being 'stolen' from Cammy. Her flies a lot higher though, a proper leap kick instead of that low torpedo thing where she'd get a rug burn from it.

Uh-oh.
Xiangfei was hoping that the quantity would break through Julis guard and she isn't lucky there.. Julis following attack is as quick as it always is, and she just can't maneuver away from it. The kick slams into her and she tumbles back once more, closer toward the cars doors. She holds her gut as she gets to her feet, "Geez," and she she's back on the offensive, this time she cartwheels to close in the distance and tries to overwhelm Juli with a five fast palm strikes to the womans stomach again, completed with a punch! "Hyaaaaah! HAH!"
"Woah, Juli has nailed Xiangfei with what looks like a .. I dunno what it looked like, but it looked like it HURT, that much I'm pretty sure of. I'll tell you what, Juli is putting together a real solid fight and Xiangfei is doing her best to make a sport of this. . but can she make this into her .. Well nevermind, lets get a stat check on that attack. . Mmm where did my fighter playing cards go.. Ah Silvester, stop nibbling on Chun Li's head! Here we are, Juli!"
"Alright, the funny flashy light attack is called the Sniping arrow, it's flashy, fast and seems to hurt in a way that most attacks don't. We've seen this ball buster used in several of Juli's amateur fights."

Well, it was worth a shot. Ducking low, Juli tries to spring into her most effective counter attack, cannon spike.. another one of those psychopower deals that cause substancial amounts of damage to those unfortunate enough to be tagged by it. Only, hmn.. Something about being smashed in the face with an open palm's damned distracting for the best. In this case, it stops Juli's attempted counter attack in its tracks.
At least she doesn't fall over -- which she probably should after being slugged so hard in the face like that. She catches herself with a hand on the less than squeeky clean subway floor, then springs back to her feet. ".. Heh."
Xiangfei quantity over quality, or... Something like that, just as she had hopes, the barrage was overwhelming, and.. Not only that it seems like the woman is open for another attack as well! And as such she tries to capitalize, ".. Almost," she says with a grin of her own, and continues her assult, though this time its a lesser string of attacks, a quick chop across Julis neckline with one hand, and then steps forward to follow up with another palm strike, "Hai! Hah!"

Even after failing a counter attack, Juli's not slow enough to be hit that easily, no matter how fast the attack comes in. The neck chop misses Juli's neck by a fraction of an inch, the Doll shifting to the side at the last moment, making it looks almost casual, and the palm strike's easily deflected with a side chop of her own at Xiangfei's wrist. After avoiding Xiangfei's combo, Juli hops back a bit, bringing a metal bar between the two fighters and watches Xiang's form for another opening to exploit.

Xiangfei curls in her lips a bit, it looks like just speed alone wasn't going to take advantage of the situation.. On the other hand though, Juli still wasn't striking back, likely looking for a weak point to strike.
Xiangfeis guard only tightens more though, she taking a couple of steps back as she slips a hand into her pocket, then draws both her palms back, "Hup!"
With a *tink* the withdrawn yen-coin shoots at Juli, hoping to smack her right between the eyes, "Hah!"
"This is a rocking match, Juli managed to get out of the way of a major kung fu blow now, nothing I've seen like it before, but Juli isn't attacking yet, she's going for a slooow slooow counter attack. Lets see if Xiangfei lets that homie get all up on her stuff. Juli's getting her groove on but here comes a coooombo breaker!"
"It's the trade mark waste of money! Hey girl, you could of spent that on candy or gum!"

Oh look, a discarded soda can. The moment Xiangfei reaches for her pocket, Julis snagging the empty can off of the seat to hurl it at Xiangfei. Not only does the can cause the coin to drop to the floor with a small *tink* it continues going, small flecks of soda flying here and there as the can spins about in the air.

Xiangfei has to give props to Juli there, she managed to think fast and then move fast! A little -too- fast for Xiangfei, the can hits dead one with a rather comical *clank* and her eyes cross, "... ow," and she stumbles back again. Fair enough though, Xiangfei bursts forward again, and with another clap, she throws her palms forward, "HYAAH!!" releasing not a coin, but a large wave of blue chi at Juli this time! Looks like she's trying to pull out all the stops to overwhelm the doll!

"There it is, Juli has some great moves on her this fight and somehow can move around in this small compartment, but here.. Here we have Xiangfei striking back, they're neck and neck, but I wonder whose cuisine would reign supreme? Cause I'm seriously getting hungry watching this battle, soda cans full of pop. . Yuuummmie,
"That attack Xiangfei just used... " She checks her playing cards, "Wow, it's named after a dragon ball character.. Lemme change decks, " she pulls out a DBZ deck, "right, that move is a bald muscular fella with a tail and it will meet it's end at the hands of Vegeta! Unfortunately, Juli retaliates with Piccolo. Ow, that has got to hurt." Naerose says.
Since she's out of soda cans, Juli just has to brace her arms to avoid the blast and .. hope for the best. Mental note, chi .still. hurts. Staggering backwards under the blast, Juli finds that this simple block is quite futile from having a world of hurt thrown on her.
Between the heavy blast and the rocking motion of the car, Juli's the first one to go down, her arm reaching out behind her to help scramble for purchase and .. failure *WHAM* the back of her head hits the floor.
Seeing bright flashes in front of her face, Juli shakes her head clearly and fights back to her feeet.. This fight isn't over .yet. Once Juli's up, she closes the distance between her and the chinese chi abuser, seeing if she can wrap her arms around the girl's body. If Juli has her way with tihs, she'll throw her to the ground, landing with an elbow to the girl's head.

Wow, that was a heck of a blow for sure! And now when Juli comes at her again, Xiangfei -thinks- she can go in for a really sneaky attack, the pillar of chi roaring to life around her again as she draws her hand back, "Here goes!" she yells. Juli though is still moving too quickly, not fast enough for her to gather the chi in time, and as such she's easily slammed to the ground, followed by th elbow with a yelp, "Ugh!" she curls up a bit, cringing as she tries to get to her feet again, but falls to one knee.
And with Xiangfei so vulnerable there on one knee, Juli left a leg up, her foot reaching past her head. And then it comes back down in a hard, brutal strike towards Xiangfei's shoulder and head. At least there's no sign of Juli's energy in this attack, but Juli's certainly strong enough to hammer the girl down to the ground again if it connects.

There's a strike Xiangfei remembers, she looking up in time to see the attack and sweeps her palms up to try and catch the girls foot like one would catch a sword.
And well, its obvious what happens as a result. With a weak groan she crashes onto her back again, her breathing getting a little heavier, but her body doesn't seem to be moving that much slower. In fact, she rolls backward, and when her feet touch the floor again, a ring of smoke blows out from below her that sends her rocketing diagonally upward, hoping to carry Juli up with her with her shoulder tackle into the top of the train.
Though if she misses, she shouldn't get hurt too much, she thinks.

With a *CRASH* Juli's back hits the top of the car, the Doll looking more than a bit surprised as she's suddenly sandwiched between Xiangfei's shoulder and the roof. There's a hideous screech of twisted metal as the roof struggles to keep intact under the pressure, and finally gravity takes over and the girls go dropping down again, leaving a rather large bulge in the roof, and just a glimpse of the roof of the subway tunnel through a gap Juli's body has torn in the ceiling. Falling down hard, Juli simply lies there and pants a bit for breath as she struggles back to her feet.. Ow. Big ow. It's time for a break. Even as Juli pushes herself to her feet, there's a wash of blood red psychopower over her body, internal reserves being tapped to heal her battered body.
"And it's some more back and fourth, looks like Xiangfei was going to try something big, but Juli shut her de-won, and now for some back and fourth, ooooh, this is a nasty little bout as we get down to the wire, Juli takes a hit, really hard and not seems to be gearing up for.. ERmm.." Naerose lowers her loud speaker and starts shouting at the fighters,
"Hey, your opponent, the short little Chinese girl with the forehead! Why you are you hitting yourself? "
"Well folks, it looks like she's a real masochist, that means the Radical Warrior is in for some serious trouble, how do you beat someone who likes to be beaten!? The world may never know, "
*The bunny bites Naerose on the finger as she carelessly shuffles through the fighter cards, accidentally taking the Chun Li which was being nibbled on*
"Ouch! Oh, Silvester, my co commentator is telling me that Juli is attempting to HEAL herself. "
Xiangfei blinks.. What? She hasn't the slightest idea what it is that Juli is doing, maybe charging up for a bigger attack? It's hard to say. What she does realize though is that so long as the woman is standing still, that's usually her time to strike! Once again she doesn't try anything fancy this time around, instead sprinting again and going for one hard strike instead of one, "YaaAaaa-" and hopes to slam the woman in the gut again with her fist, "HAH!"

And when it's over, Juli's looking a lot more refreshed. Of course, she's paid for it by looking rather .tired. at the moment, but .. at least she's still standing. In fact, even after Juli takes that fist directly to the gut she looks better off than she was before. HP/MP restored. But Juli is still tired.
Closing her lips to thin slits, Juli makes a grab for Xiangfei's wrist so she can pull her in for a basic hip toss. Not too strong, but fast .. and Xiangfei can't have that much left to her.. can she?

One would think that, wouldn't they? Caught by the arm, and tossed just as planned, Xiangfei tumbles along the floor again- speedy, but not enough to finish the chinese fighter off as shown as she jumps to her feet, panting a bit. Her eyebrow twitches toward Naeroses' mumblings, she shaking her head and then her hands become a blur from the hand motions she makes. Strikes? Not quite, in the end she punches her fist, and she proceeds to chant to herself.
Juli will probably realize that she's looking to end this fight reeeal soon, ".........."

Eyeing the girl as she goes through that ritual, Juli has half an idea of what she's up to. Question is, does Juli have what it takes to deal with it effectively? Standing around for much longer isn't an option anymore.. She wants Siangfei to fall, Xiangfei wants Juli to fall .. it's gotta go .now.
If the person recording this fight has any sense, they kick in the slomo affects as Juli pushes her battered body off of the ground in a familiar attack. Breathing hard as she is, it's clear that the girl isn't as focused on the attack as she should be .. in fact, Juli's giving almost everything she has in this blow. The fight is close to the winning blow, and Juli's adamant that it will be hers.

Luckily no one can hear what goes on inside Juli's brain or Naerose would totally be out of a job.
"Woah, look at that petite fragile woman get up and try to beat the tar out of the dead horse, whom is also a petite and fragile woman, this cat fight was once fierce and vicious, become more fierce and vicious and now looks more like a couple of tired toddlers swinging at each other with the hundred hands of doom. Speaking of which, I have my E.Honda card here and I've always wondered about the wisdom behind ... "
"It looks like it might be over.. I think Xiangfei has charged into her last attack, no way she could get up again.. unless.. unless."
"It's XiangZilla!"
Xiangfei knows better than that, of course.. She's actually banking that Juli will put her all into the next blow and as such it's time she tries to expose that 'weakness', at least it's weak to her counter attack, the kicks slamming into her gut, and chips are on the table! "OOOF!" however, her hands grasp Julis ankles, and arches her back in a very weird looking suplex to slam Juli onto the ground. She then backflips, raises her foot and completes the combination with a finishing stomp at the womans back, "HAH!!"
Normally.. She would be down after sucking up that psycho power; instead it looks like she's just re-invigorated as she hops back, ".. Did I finish her?"
Not quite.. Miraculously, Juli's still on her feet. It looks like she could be blown over with a light feather, but ehs's still standing--and not in that 'I'm about to fall down and pass out' sort of standing. She's solid, so to say.
Breathing hard, Juli gets all up and personal to the woman again, then drops down to her knees. In that position, one of two things are about to happen -- either she's going to pass out right there on the spot, or she's about to go for some nasty low blows. Unfortunately for Xiangfei, it's the latter..

"Ahhh, woah, is that allowed?" Naerose asks, watching the fight with one hand in front of her eyes, the fingers cracked, "From this view, I'm really not sure what is going on, either Juli is giving up, or getting her groove on and ladies and gentlemen, I think it's the latter, pack your kids off to bed, because this match has just changed gears to a whole new level, we're maxing out on the rating system here folks.."
Silvester the bunny chooses this moment to bite Naerose again, forcing her to lower her modesty shield,
"Oh.. my mistake, for those guys out there looking for a bit of a show, there's no sex in your violence, at least, not tonight, Juli's is trying to hit Xiangfei, not hit on Xiangfei. Oh and on a side note, Li X is engaged to Alma Towazu, she's baring it so he can stay a closet gay, lets hand it to Xiangfei for making that sacrifice for a friend!"
And hit Xiangfei, and again and again and again. One could call it a cannon spike times 4. At least it starts out as one, until LiX realizes the hardway that Juli's not quite finished with just one of them. There's another, and another .. and one more before Juli's momentum stops and she drops to a tired, ragged heap on the ground. Another difference is the lack of psychopower to power her blows, so it's all the strength of Juli's legs slamming into her without the additional pain of that odd energy Juli uses.
Juli's all but collapsed by the time she's done with the girl .. please let her be down, please let her be down please .. dammit.
And what an assault! Xiangfei is actually quite unsure what to do aside from stick with her original plan; she sucks it up, aggain attempting to tear through Julis assault but with no avail. She gets nailed with kick after kick until she goes sailing and slams into the rear doors of the train, and drops down onto her back with a groan. That would certainly put her out of the count, right? ... "Rrrgh..." Xiangfei's right arm twitches as it raises upward, eyes wide, "N.. Not yet.. Not -yet-, I can beat her.." she gasps, an in an amazing display of guts (or complete insanity), she slowly gets to her feet again, blood dripping from her mouth as she slouches, "N.. No.. Not done yet, Juli.. You're not going to win.." she gasps with a grin. "... They say third time's a charm."
It takes quite a lot for Juli to get pissed off... but she's definately reached the point of no return with her anger. This damned fighter doesn't know when she's supposed to DIE. Juli's out of ideas for fancy stuff, and she really doesn't have the energy for it either. Time for brutal and direct.
Grabbing one of the overhead hand rails, Juli pulls down on it and snaps it off. This will be her final instrument of revenge! A crudely formed baseball bat to swing at Xiangfei!

Xiangfei slouches backward a bit this time, while in the beginning of the match, she had too little options, now she has way too many.. To an extent, anyway. Xiangfei blinks a couple of times when her opponent races at her with the weapon, and at the last possible moment crouches to evade the really nasty looking swing. And in that same motion, she brings a palm to her lips, blowing on it lightly, and with a burst forward, she lashes her palm at the womans solar plexus. A simple, quick, strike, but if she's lucky its enough to put her opponent down, "HAH!!"

And then, it's all over. Juli's eyes grow wide as she feels that hand slam into her gut, and she keels over with a a gout of blood rushing from her mouth. Ugly. It'll take Xiangfei ages to get that out of her clothes.
And still, Juli's still standing .. though it's only rage that keeps her going.. "Why... won't.. you DROP!" She groans, not fully aware that she's the one who's about to drop. That last scream of nothing short of rage is emphasized with a knee to Xiangfei's gut, then Juli's legs give out on her entirely and she drops. *thud* Out cold.

Xiangfei lets out another calm breath of air, her body starting to tremble after her strike.. And then Juli lashes back, and while it's a bit of a suprise to the Heavenly Hip-Hop Honey, her body is being 'tricked' to keep moving, and as such it's easier for her to slam her palm down on the other womans knee with enough strengtn to negate most of the intended damage. A hop back as the doll collapses, and the chinese girl smiles a bit, "... Why? I told you before, it's 'guts'," she explains through heavy breathing, not that Juli can hear it, "I'm going to be the next 'Strongest Woman in the World', after all."
And at an all too convenient time, the train pulls up at the next stop, though she flumps into a seat and takes a moment to relax. Her body took a whole lot of damage today, luckily Naerose is around to help her get home later!
