Description: La Huesuda takes on Yun in the Rising Star Tournament!

[LA HUESUDA]
Teotihuacan was one of the largest pre-Columbian cities in Central America, and remains a popular tourist site for Mexico City. Of note is the Pyramid of the Moon, a multi-tiered structure at the end of the Avenue of the Dead. Steps lead up the center, stopping at a small square platform in the middle before resuming up to the top.

Currently it is night time, and the platform is lit up by torches. The fight between La Huesuda and Yun has been scheduled here, and the sky is clear with stars and a crescent moon above. The luchadora is already here, seated at one end of the platform silently contemplating things and enjoying the silence.

[YUN]
"WAAAAHOOOOOOOO!"

The silence is broken by the rival of the Twin Dragon known as Yun Lee. The skateboarding enthusiast makes his presence known with some clattering of said skateboard, some kickflipping and 450 airplane spins before letting the board come crashing down onto the platform with way too much style and pizzazz. Because leave it to the boisterous Yun to make an entrance of such an annoying and not-quite-but-possibly disrespectful manner!

"Nice torches. This is gonna' be lit!" Yun quips as he reaches up to adjust the Rising Star Tournament baseball cap he's rocking for this here fight. He kicks his skateboard up into his arms and flashes a big ol' grin. "You ready for this, mamacita?" There is even some eyebrow waggling that comes with it because of course there would be. Yun is so... Yun.

[LA HUESUDA]
La Huesuda stares at the skateboarder, and lets out a slow sigh as she gets up and rolls her neck. "Ready whenever you are, cabron," she says dryly, wondering if he'll pick THAT one up. She leans forward slightly, legs spread and arms held up, a classic grappler pose. She starts to circle Yun, torchlight casting shadows on her as she waits.

Yun's skateboard gets tossed to the side because he's trying his best to make sure that he's ready to get some fighting on. Because he pretty much lives for the fight. And if he doesn't bring home this Rising Star trophy or whatever, Gen's going to have his head on a platter so there's a little bit of pressure but not much.

Ahem. ANYWAY.

"Don't worry. I'll take it easy on ya'." Yun breaks out of his quick stance and sends a swift kick in the direction of the lucha! "I'm nice like that!"

[LA HUESUDA]
Huesuda tries to avoid the kick, but Yun is fast - his foot collides with the side of her torso. It grazes her, but she can still feel the blow. She winces, but pushes on, now in a position to move in on him. She quickly moves behind Yun, putting her head under Yun's left shoulder while lifting him up...then slamming his tailbone down on her knee. A classic atomic drop...though in lucha libre, it is more commonly known as the 'Electric Chair'. A hit to the tailbone does not feel good.

"Gah! Whoa!"

Yun does not like taking the brunt of that Atomic Electric Chair Drop and the fact that he's kind of hopping around now for a quick second. He grunts and moves away from Huesuda as quickly as possible, his hands and feet sliding into a more defensive stance that he can muster up. "A little close for comfort there, girl. Sheesh." Yun does grin though before he spins back in her direction and aims a pair of swift kicks in her direction, just trying to keep her at bay or off balance or anything possible! He's going to have to try and keep this one at a distance because he's already felt the pain of her grapple abilities!

This time, the luchadora crosses her arms and blocks the two kicks, though they push her back a bit and send fresh bolts of pain through her arms. She grunts, staring back at him. "You're really chatty, huh? I can fix that." She moves to place her arm between Yun's legs, the other over his shoulder, and hoist him up onto her right shoulder with surprising speed and strength despite her small frame. In seconds Yun will be held upside down as Huesuda drops to her knees, slamming his head on the ground in the process.

Yun doesn't even know he's upside down until his head smashes into the platform. The pain in his skull happens during the same moment as himself rolling away to give himself some kind of extra space between himself and the lucha that has been putting the grapples to him.

Yun comes up into a bit of a crouch. "I knew my mouth'd get me into trouble someday but damn." Yun gives her a nod of respect for that piledriver and takes off into the air for a crane kick aimed at the lucha's face!

[LA HUESUDA]
La Huesuda's eyes flash, and as Yun leaps into the air, so does she, turning midair so her back is to Yun. Though she winds up taking the crane kick right to the back, she reaches back and pulls Yun into a headlock, the both of them falling back down to the platform as she pulls his head so face meets concrete, with her landing on her back. She immediately springs to her feet and turns around, readying her stance again, though she's now starting to sweat and wear some noticeable bruises on the exposed parts of her body.

[YUN]
The collision and resulting pain that comes forth from the way La Huesuda takes Yun down to the concrete is enough to have Yun seeing a few dozen versions... of everything. It takes him a moment to get himself back to his feet and while he seems to be steady, there's a bit of a wobble to his fighting stance. "Nice moves." Yun wipes the blood from his face.

Yun takes off with a quick dash towards the lucha and takes to the sky for another one of those diving kicks aimed to connect with her chest!

"You're tougher than I thought," Huesuda says with a slight, respectful nod. She doesn't expect him to go airborne again, however! She tries to dodge again, and succeeds in avoiding the brunt of the blow - but it still knocks her backwards and onto her back, bouncing on the stone. She groans, dazed, and with a hurt chest. She coughs and rolls back to her feet, slower this time, before spitting some blood on the ground. That definitely cracked a rib.

It was time to step up her game. Suddenly, a shadowy chi aura erupts around her, dancing purple energy as she readies for her next assault. She flips backwards and lands on top of one of the torches, not even heeding the flames, before summersaulting at Yun. She will then grab him by the neck with her feet and start to swing around him, her body quickly becoming enveloped in this shadowy chi as she becomes an amorphous swirling mass moving all around him in a criss crossing pattern. This effect ends when she seems to solidify and places her hands on the ground, her feet again on Yun's neck as she pulls him forward to slam him on the ground, chi erupting in a geyser after the impact.

Yun has been around enough fighters to know when some serious stuff is about to go down. He can see the shadowy chi starting to gather up around his opponent and even though there's some clever words being tossed in his direction, Yun manages to toss a grin back in her direction. "I get that a lot. Mostly after another stylish victory... and that's terrifying."

As La Huesuda comes at him with her somersaulting form. He dares to lean into the arrival, stepping towards her with a hard palm strike and his other arm is extended behind himself to keep everything as balanced as possible.

That doesn't help, though, as that shadowy chi that comes blasting around him and the resulting geyser of explosiveness that sends him sailing backward!

[LA HUESUDA]
Yun's palm strike hits true - La Huesuda is struck right in the face, sending her spiralling through the air until she lands at the foot of the great steps of the pyramid. She struggles to her feet, barely able to stand as she takes a step towards her opponent, one hand clutching the side of her head. Still staring, her energy gives out, and she falls forward on her face, consciousness fading from that last hit!

COMBATSYS: La Huesuda takes no action.

Yun drops down to one knee as he takes a moment to let the chi that just ding'd him up dissipate from around him. He finds himself clamoring up to his own feet and taking a moment to kick his skateboard back up into his hand. He grins a bit and brushes his shoulders off. "When you wake up, call me!" Yun actually has the audacity to toss his phone number at La Huesuda's body as he skates past!
