Match of the Millennium

Description: Abigail's Whirlwind World Warrior tour continues! This time it takes him to Southtown, and puts him in front of one Zach Glenn. Wills and fist clash, but only one can come out on top!

[ABIGAIL]
It's ABI-GAIIIILS Whirlwind World Tour! From the castles of germany to the beaches and villages of Britain to London Bridge itself and the ancient arena's of Athens...the big boy has been getting around! A virtual road warrior for the World Warrior.

He's also been getting an earful from Roxy back in the United States as it looks like his European 'Vacation' is starting to have repercussions back in Metro City with Abigail's Scrap Metal. Here, in Southtown, at the beach, it's finally hit him that he's been gone from home for a good space of time and listening to his messages. One right after the other which is either a report of a modding job gone bad - or - how the account is taking a hit due to his business ..uh .. expenses'.

"We're glad you're..uh..surviving..Chief but for God's sake, Two-P and Axl are getting into it again over who is in charge! How much longer?!"

"Alright, alright already! I'll come back! Aint nothing about this stupid thing saying I have to stay over here it's just this is where all these crazy psycho's are and I'm supposed to hunt 'em down!"

Abigail's vast body is seated atop an abandoned car, literally swamping over the entire food with his form as a tiny phone is pinched in his meaty fingers.

"Okay. Okay. OKAY! OKAY!!!!!!!!" he ends up roaring and then hanging up.

His watch is sitting next to him and has begun beeping but he's yet to notice.

[ZACH GLENN]
Zach Glenn was doing the classic beach jog for training when the watch starting trilling at him. He taps through options, and then looks around. He makes his approach, making no secret of it. Then Zach pauses. Blinks. Then he lets out a low whistle.

"You're a big one," he murmurs as he looks Abigail up and down before showing his own watch. "Don't think I've fought anyone quite your size. Except for that undead tyranosaur in Metro City that one time, but that was much larger." He waits to see what Abigail does, but his stance shows that hes ready if not immediately combative.

The big man's eyebrow twitches. At first he seems annoyed but when Metro City is mentioned he blinks and turns while slowly rising from his seated position - meaning he now looms up and up even larger as he rumbles up to his full height.
"What're you talking about? Metro City? That's where I'm from!" He considers the absurdity of the rest of Zachs comment and rumbles, "Uh..undead...T-Rex? Hn..sounds like when there was all that crazy stuff going down in the city.."

Att his point he does notice his watch and he reaches down and picks it up to observe it and then he turns to look at Zach. His eyebrow raises abit and he clips his watch to his belt while turning to face Zach head on.

"Wow! You don't waste any time! Alright fine. I got books to balance, apparently, so let's make it quick!"

With that, the goliath suddenly springs forward at Zach, continuing to rumble, "Course, you wouldn't be in this circus if you weren't able to handle yourself so make sure it's interesting! Hey..what's your name??"

It's all very casual of him. Nevermind that he's lunging a gigantic hand easily the size of some small boulders, for Zach.

Att he last second, a single finger flicks out with enough force to send men easily four times Zach's size hurtling backwards through the air as an expression of just how enormously strong this behemoth is.

Zach snaps his hand out, amber sould power swirling around his open palm to stop the flick dead. He winces a little; there is some impact that shudders up the arm.

"Zach Glenn," he answers. Captain of the third place Heirs to Legend team of King of Fighters, and former Captain of the United States Marine Corps.

Zach replies to Abigail's attack with one of his own, reaching out to grab the giant with a hand of psychic energy!

%Well that was quite the jolt there! Abigail certainly wasn't expecting that. The surge of energy rockets through his body and locks him in place as the hand of psychic energy grips him and punishes him physically and psychically.

His body shudders and then strains against the forces capturing him to ultimately lunge forth and pivot on his heel, sending a massive back fist hurtling around at Zack with the force of a rampaging elephant. He continues the spin, bringing his gigantic body around and his other arm incoming with a huge fist clenched and lunging in for an uppercut intending on launching the King of Fighters veteran well into the air on impact. "KABOOM!"

The strike comes in too fast for Zach to react to, taking the psion by surprise as he is swatted skyward. During the high-looping arc, Zach somehow manages to gain control of his descent. And then he vanishes.

Only to reappear behind Abigail to drive a fist clad in soul power into the side of larger man's knee, before using the impact to trip the big man up. Assuming he gets the trip, Zach then drives another such fist into Abigail's face!

"Whoa!" rumbles Abigail in surprise as Zach simply..vanishes. He blinks a few times only to, by instinct alone it seems, whirl around to bring a massive arm around to swat at the mans incoming attack and rebound him backwards before he has a chance to attack his joints. Psychic energy rebounds and sparks, lancing everywhere from the impact and burning through Abigail's hand and furiously races up his arm - but the colossus weathers the assault and remains upright.

"It's time to rev up!!"

The giant gear head lunges in for Zach again, both arms swinging back and then forward again to try and grasp the man with his immense grip and if successful literally hurtle him sky high into the air, so high that he has time to pause and place both hands on his hips to track the toss which would arc Zach towards the beach and a devastating impact should he become ensnared by the grab or otherwise unable to avoid a harmful impact.

Zach lets out a grunt of pain and impact as he slams to the turf. He lays there for a moment, willing himself to move. It finally happens, and Zach grits his teeth. He needs to slow this down, allow himself to get himself back together.

Zach's form blurs, and he teleports away again.

Abigail may feel a sharp pain in his midsection, and when Zach reappears, he is wearing a shield and bearing a sword comprised of psychic energy. "Or maybe to slow things down," he says contrairily.

Now that..could have been very bad.

Abigail looks down at Zach and then where the psychic sword has impaled his belly. His eyes are wide and his body trembles violently as he lifts both hands up, attempting to process the sensation of being run through by pure telepathic force. The abilities of this psion are beyond his understanding though it's not the first time he's encountered such energy, even here in the tournament. But Abigail is..if anything..a monster unto himself and as his body wracks with pain it also tightens up, using the pain to fuel himself, bulk up his strength and build up a growing raging anger that turns his skin red and starts to send steam fuming out of his ears and nostrils.

"Just stay in your lane!" he roars while suddenly bringing a massive palm down to try and slam Zach to the ground and disorientate him - and then from that moment to lift him up with both of his immense hands.

He releases and before Zach can fall, Abigail's monsterous hands roll up and begin attempting to slam into the champion with a series of rolling thunderous punches as if he were striking a boxing speedbag over and over again. "Ora, Ora, Ora, Ora, Ora!!!!"

At the end of all that he rears back and then swings around, sending an open palm slam hurtling around for Zach intending on sending the psychic hurtling away.

Abigail's JoJo impression is dead-on. Glenn's unable to dodge, or even mount an effective defense as he gets pummelled bodily. Then he gets launched by the final shot, bouncing merrily down the beach. He slides to a halt, staring up at the sky for another long moment. He's tired of this view, but Zach's body is unwilling to respond to his will for a slightly longer time at the moment. Nor can it keep up with the sheer amount of abuse Abigail is bringing.

He manages it, though. Slowly. Painfully. There is more than a little wobble as the shield scatters into a million motes of golden light...

Only to form into a seemingly equal number of swords, of a staggering variety, between Zach and Abigail. "My... turn," Zach wheezes. Then he charges.

He grabs a pair of jians along the way, jamming them iat Abigail's feet. Then a pair of long knives, thrust for the big man's knees. A katana and a cutlass are aimed for the massive man's flanks. A pair of wakazashis are jammed at Abigail's shoulder joints. Then the blades are aimed for random locations on the huge man's frame. Zach shows little sign of stopping when he grabs a claymore and dashes past the Mad Gear, slashing as he passes.

Once he is past, however, the swords scatter as the shield did and Zach collapses on the sand. He's out like a light.

"Not bad! You've got some vroom, vroom but you'll need more torque!" declares Abigail after Zach lands. He begins approaching, heavy footfalls literally rumbling the earth as he draws nearer and nearer only for Zach to lunge back to his feet and the psychic volley of weapons to begin forming around him.r
"Again??" is all Abigail has time to say before the other fighter has dashed in, streaking energy behind him as he seeks to envelop and pincushion the titan with the manifestations of mental energy.

And yet there's something about Abigail's prodigious size and strength. A bottomless well he barely taps into save on instinct and his instinct kicks in at just this moment. His huge physique flexes, muscles hardening even as they bulk in size like continental plates fighting for room beneath his flesh. The ground sunders under him from the sudden pressure and he grints his teeth, bearing the assault that blitzkriegs against him while barely quaking and moving from each strike.

When all is said and done he emits a final flex, spreading his huge arms wide and sending a shockwave out that rips away from him, blowing away dirt and send and the last strike before it can land, sending Zach tumbling away as well.

Abigail grimaces and then stands there with a frown on his face trying to understand what he just did and then he simply grins and slams his huge fists against his chest a few times. "Yeah! Looks like I got more horsepower for this match!"
