Description: Fight at the volcano during a tropical storm! Right after Johnny and Jezebel make some truths known, they take on Naerose and Mila in a tense battle.
The rain was coming down hard now.
The typhoon overheard has turned into a solid drone. Standing tall above within the crater, the tiki statue grimly stands. The crater was now... flooded. But how can the maw of a volcano be flooded? Around the vent, hot steam sputters up, as magma and water mingle erratically. Basalt begins to form from the ebb and flow of the lava within, as the crater seems to be weighing out whether or not it is ready to erupt.
And standing within that crater was Lightning Spangles and the Hoedown Dillo.
The awkward tension was thick. Jezebel had confessed her feelings just now to her partner. And Johnny... Johnny told her to keep pretending. And now, there she was, dressed in a Lightning Spangles show-up hoedown swimsuit; armed with boyshorts bottoms of a rhinestone studded American flag, her top was a full-body mock-vest ensemble, wrapping around her contours tightly in spandex glory. Bearing the image of the current president of the United State in the front, President Barack Obama, in the right breast, and a picture of the Vice President of the United States on the left, the Honorable Vice President Joe Biden, she wears a cowboy shower cap. The woman smiles blankly, holding herself as she stands ankle deep in the grey, silted waters.
Floating on top of the soup of ash, basalt, and water, was a foam fish head.

There is no question who is wanting to retrieve that fishhead. The well, no perfectly well constructed, out of pool noodles cut and tied back on themselves and draw on eyes and smaller pool floaties to make the mouth, those big, adorable, fish gill mouth and the eyes, did I mention the eyes? And the fin made out of, you'll never guess it, part of a pool noodle. This would all be complete with. .
Running toward the fish head is a woman dress in. . a pool noodle fish costume. Naerose Delphine, the Fish Monster has landed!
"Give me back Sir Bubbleforth head you monster, you fiend, you villains!" She exclaims at Lightening Jezebel with a dramatic point of her finger and a post striking that He-man himself would nod in approval and say, yep that is a heroic pose (she practiced watching episodes of he-man just this morning, did you know there were tv's on this island? Crazy).
Johnny has put all thoughts about the recent conversation between himself and Jezebel completely out of his mind now. That's the only way he can really deal with it - tell the truth and move on. He found comfort in his own glory, with nothing less than the prestige of winning this island tournament. Now, dressed in a brown cowhide vest, a fake armadillo nose on a string, and a headband with Dillo ears, he stands beside his partner in the waters, strumming on a fiddle idly as they meet their opponents.
"Ya'll are about to get taken to the HOEDOWN!" he declares in his best cowboy accent.
Wearing a one piece swimsuit instead of a two-piece, but with the same orange and white striped patterns, Mila casually advances to where the fight is going to be held, cracking her knuckles and rolling her neck around as she does so. She can only stop and stare in disbelief at Naerose's antics, but only shrugs them off as she advances into the area where the fight is taking place. When she spots Johnny Cage and Jezebel, Mila smiles at them. "Hello, my opponents! I'm hoping to have a great fight against the two of you!" She then looks to Naerose, hoping she's done with her antics.

Wasn't she ever going to come back for the fish head?
Jezebel sloshes through the ash soup. Naturally, it was very slow progress, with Jezebel getting stuck in several places in spite of the sheer quality. And even when she reached the end, she ended up unable to finish the point of her journey, the ash forcing her to linger and stay. Jezebel almost wanted to give up, but having made so much progress, she just endures. What feels like 2+ weeks, she finally finishes the whole point of her trek: getting the fish head, and pulling it up.
Just in time for its owner to arrive.
Jezebel looks up at the young lady from before reaching the top of the volcano again. A sudden burble of steam bursts from the maw of the volcano, as the stranger points at her, demanding her to give back the hat! As Johnny strums on his fiddle, Jezebel smiles. Live the dream, right? Live the fantasy. As Mila finally arrives, it becomes clear that this was the fight that they had to make. The 'cool' fight. Jezebel was no more now. And in her place was...
Lightning Spangles.
The All-American Hero.
"Now hold up there, pardner!" The cowgirl drawls, holding up the fish head. "Or should I say... Lady Bubbleforth!" Lightning Spangles nods knowingly. "I thought something was suspicious when I caught you roasting marshmallows right here in the mouth of an active volcano!" Another burble of steam comes up.... and this time, with a large, basalt platform. Floating on top of the surface, it drifts towards Lightning Spangles, as the water begins to grow higher. Lightning Spangles nods knowingly. "But if you want your husband head back... well, here you go, pardner!" And with that, she heaves the fish head straight at Naerose...
As she then begins to scramble up on top of the basalt platform.
Johnny nods back at Mila, tipping an imaginary cowboy hat at her. "You tell 'em pard!" he says encouragingly to Spangles. Now it was time to fight, and Johnny was ready. He couldn't tell what style Mila had but he figured he'd learn soon enough. He assumes a jeet kune do stance, legs spread, arms held up defensively. He didn't mine the ashy water around him too much. He'd just roll with it. His opening move is pretty simple, testing the waters so to speak. He kicked out with his leading leg, and suddenly propelled himself through the water at sudden speed, a green shadow covering his body as he tries to plant the kick right into Mila's gut.

Mila doesn't recognize who Johnny Cage is, because she doesn't watch that many movies. "Let's get this fight going!" She says, assuming her fighting stance while making a 'bring it' gesture with both hands. Then she watches as Johnny comes at her with his shadow kick, and Mila lowers her hands to try to protect her stomach. Unfortunately, she's too slow on the strike, and is sent flying across the fighting area, causing her to land in a crumpled position. She takes a few moments to catch her breath, before pushing herself up again.
"Ooops, looks like I misjudged things there!" Mila says as she shakes her head out a little before advancing on Johnny again. "That was pretty neat actually! I'm gonna enjoy fighting against you!" Mila says with a grin, before attempting to go in swiftly with a body blow.

Well she returns the head which was what she wanted right? YEah that's what she wanted. Naerose reaches hands out and catches it, only stumbling back a bit before raising the fish head high and shouting,
"By the power of Naeskull, I shall DEVOURRRR!" she then points the head at Mila and totally in her mind the once shy cat-woman-creature turns into a ferocious beast.
"Right, you defeat that villian by furry companion." And she turns her attention to Jezebel, plucking the fishmask on her head.
"Have at you!" She cries and swings her broom (which she had with her all along? cartoonists obviously weren't concerned with making that clear in earlier scenes.) Anyway, she attacks Jezebel.

The power of Naeskull?!
That is the cry from Lightning Spangles as she reaches the awkwardly balanced platform. And just in time too, it seemed: Naerose was already surging towards her with... a broom? When did she had a broom. As Lightning Spangles stumbles back, she steps on a bag of marshmallows. Didn't she take these back? WHY WASN'T THERE OBJECT PERMENANCE?!?! Bringing her arm up, she manages to block the broomsmack, wincing from the pain. "Well I know how to defeat the power of Naeskull!"
And Lightning Spangles picks up a large bag of Carl's Jr.
"Carl's Jr burgers! When someone wants to go all-natural with their dining, they want to go -all the way- with the 100%, all natural, grass-fed beef!" She holds up the bag high, motioning towards Naerose, then Mila, and finally, the Hoedown Dillo himself. Why did she have that bag? Where did she get that bag while on top of a volcano? Well, the cartoonist also forgot to draw that in. Lightning Spangles waves the bag towards the edge of the crater now.
"Isn't that right, Charlotte McKinney?"
From the edge of the carter, Charlotte McKinney is sobbing, dressed in a swimsuit that, at a first glance, looked like she was not wearing anything. "Please let me go home! I don't know why I am here!" She cries out, holding herself as the rain pours down. "Why am I here Kate Upton?" Kate Upton is standing beside her, dressed in a risque and suggestive Shark outfit. She just shakes her head.
"I think they are confusing me for Kate Perry!
Lightning Spangles gives a thumbs up to her two partners, pulling out one of the burgers in the bag. Tossing the bag at them, it falls short, falling in the soupy water. Lightning Spangles then turns towards Naerose, burger in her mouth, as she suddenly lunges. Dipping low, she attempts to grab the witch by her foam arms, and roll on her back. If she manages to get the grips on her, she will draw in her legs, and lean in so close to let Naerose take a bite of the burger...
Before launching her in the air with the kick of her legs, to let her explode into the air with a burst of fireworks.
Johnny bounces in place after the kick, looking to see how Mila reacts. "Hey thanks," he says. Wow, someone normal in this tournament, finally. He waits for the jab punch to come and seems to flow around the strike like water; one of JKD's core tenets being to know to redirect the force of an opponent's attack. Though it comes too fast to avoid, he still blocks it with one arm as if deflecting it, taking a hit to the tricep. It stings, but he'll live. "Hope you can put on a good show!"
He attempts to hook his left leg around Mila's, getting in close to trip her up and gain a foothold while he makes a grab for her shoulders. With a quick kiai, he attempts to use her momentum against her and throw her forwards into the ground. He takes the moment to get in character, too. "Yeehaw, this is gonna be a real hootenanny!" Wait, did he use that line before? Crap, now he's starting to forget.

"A show? This is more than a show!" Mila replies, tapping her fists together as she awaits Johnny's next attack. And whether or not he's used a line earlier is irrelevant. It's all about the fight that's the big key at hand here. Speaking of keys, here comes Johnny attempting to grab Mila and take her down. But Mila's too tough for that. She tenses herself up and resists the throw, meaning she is barely fazed by the attempt.
"Not bad, actually," Mila comments as she breaks away from Johnny. "But you'll have to do better if you want to take me down!" Mila then rushes forwards, attempting to administer a traditional MMA takedown on Johnny.

"Where's the beef?" She asks again even as she is launched into the air and -explodes- Wow that is effective.
"I need some more power," She holds up her broom and shouts, "

"THUND-" she fails to finish the word as she started speaking too high pitched and can't maintain the jump in octave. Also her broom doesn't really grow, she just moves her hand down the length so she's holding the shorter end.
"Oh.. forget it, Sagitta Major!"
And she goes all Edea (ff8) and flings an icicle at Jezebel.

Naerose certainly can handle those big buns.
Several men, standing at the sidelines, watches as Naerose is launched into the air. They all just shrug as she explodes.
As she comes back down, though, Lightning Spangles is standing back up, holding a tall cup from Carl's Jr. Taking a hefty sip, she looks back towards the other two fighters. "And why not wash that down with a tall cup of Pepsi-Cola! It is the pause that refreshes-"
Lightning Spangles is cut short as an icicle smacks her in the face.
"Yeeowtch!" She cries as she tumbles on to the basalt. That volcanic rock is SHARP, and the actress is covered in abrasions and cuts on impact. Staggering back up, she checks her cup, which of course, is still good. Giving another sip, she turns back towards Naerose. "Well land snakes! If you needed more power, why didn't you just use delicious Pepsi-Cola products!" And there, the actress picks up speed, rushing towards Naerose as she leans back, and unleashes a straight kick right for her foamy chest!
The chest has foam on it.
She is wearing noodle foam!
Johnny moves with a steady flow, weaving around Mila's takedown attempt and ending up behind her, as if molding the force projected to simply go around him. He stands there, hands out triumphant. "Babe, listen, I'm /Johnny Cage/. Everything I do is the greatest show on Earth. I'm just saving up for a REAL showstopper!" He gives her a smug grin as a crack of lightning seems to reflect off his sunglasses. He cracks his knuckles.
Johnny comes in again for the grab, trying to make for Mila's shoulders. Then, alternating hands, he swings a left hook for her face, then a right hook, then crouches and backhands her in the groin with one fist while the other fist charges up with green chi aura, the power surging and casting a glow on his features. He rises up with another strong hook to send Mila flying away and into the water. "HAAAAAH!" he screams upon completing the maneuever.
After doing this he does a cartwheel and beats his chest up at the pouring rain.

"Johnny Cage? I've heard of you before, but I never thought I'd actually have the honor of fighting against you!" Mila says with a big smile. "Whether we win or lose, it doesn't matter. The fact I've fought against a big name in Hollywood is going to be one for the records!" Mila seems to be grinning a bit more than she was a few moments ago. Even in spite of the fact Johnny's coming at her quickly.
Namely because Mila's ready for him! She grabs his arm and switches around him, then rolls forwards, landing in a supine position with Johnny next to her. Then she does an arm lock on him, bending his arm back quickly before she rolls back onto her feet. "Wow, I didn't even think that would work!" She comments to Naerose, not paying much heed to what she's actually doing at the moment.
It was the question of a generation. The Pepsi Generation. In one cup there is refreshing Coka Cola and in the other, Pepsi, we asked one red witch Naerose Delphine to take a blind taste test and tell us which tasted better.
"I'll take the Pepei, it's the choice of a new generation." Naerose says, getting this out of the way before dealing with the thrusting kick at her noodle buns.

But no one, not a force of nature could stop the pulsing bubbling refreshing goodness of this oncoming pepsi onslaught. Naerose is helpless to defend against the hair band raising, wailing guitar and everything magical and 80's because everyone knows the best pepsi commercials came from the 80's. Naerose shoved onto her backside can only sit there and comment,
"Re.. refreshing!"
"Of course it is!"
Lightning Spangles draws back, as the basalt raft shakes awkwardly. As she rebounds back off of Naerose falls down, the actress gives a thumbs up, sipping the soda some more. "Pepsi-Cola is the best! Isn't that right, Twisted Sister?"
At the sidelines, next to the two bikini-models, was Twisted Sister. "YEAAAAAAH LIGHTNING SPANGLES!!!!" Jay Jay French screams over the storm. Tearing out a sick riff, as Eddie Ojeda begins to chat up Charlotte, Lightning Spangles pulls out her OWN guitar, and waves to the band. "Yeah! I Wanna Rock!" Lightning Spangles calls out, as Twisted Sister, in spite of the storm, begins to play that very song. Taking another sip from her soda, LIghtning Spangles turns towards Naerose. "Yeah!"
And she begins to unleash a kicking combo.
Hurling out a round house into a roundhouse into a roundhouse, she unleashes the chain of kicks in a swift combo. But as the fourth kick comes, she drops down low, still holding a soda in one hand, a guitar in the other. A big smile on her face, she looks over at the fish lady, and calls out to her.
"What are you gonna do with your life, pardner?!"
Johnny gasps when Mila pulls a switcheroo on him. Maybe her compliment distracted him enough when it fed his giant ego! Whatever the case, he's rolled and pinned to the ground, his arm bending back as pain shoots up the joint. "Aaargh!" he yells, gritting his teeth. When she releases he lies on the ground clutching his sprained arm. Luckily it didn't break, but...damn that hurts. "Oooohh...I'll give you my autograph when this is over," he says in a strained voice. He psyches himself up, leaping to his feet and rolling his shoulder.
He focuses green chi in the palm of one hand, and gives it a quick toss at Mila like he's pitching a baseball. It leaves a slight energy trail in the air, and Johnny seems to throw it out effortlessly - not even needing a special stance like Ansatsuken practitioners do. "Let's get another TAKE!" he proclaims, smirking at his own wordplay.

"An autograph? That'd be cool!" Mila says, still regaining her stance and getting ready to continue fighting. When Johnny tosses that ball at her, at first she tries to catch it like they're playing catch. Then, at the last second, she realizes what she's doing and shifts to a true defensive stance again. It stings a bit when it hits, but it could've hurt worse given what had just happened. Mila shakes it off, although this time there's a little difficulty with it. Even with all the blows she's sustained, Mila still seems to be rather positive here and now. It's almost like the thrill of fighting a movie star is starting to sink in with her.
"Now that was a good one!" Mila comments as she advances on Johnny. "Let's see how you like THIS one!" She crouches down then attempts to get up quickly with an uppercut coming just as fast!

"I'll tell you what,. We're all going to come together now. Mila will form the Feet, Johnny will form the legs, You will form the arms, and I'll form the head! Naefore Go!" The fishmonster exclaims and points dramatically at Jezebel before rushing off toward her while humming a song that is full of high notes and probably sounds best played on trumpet and really she probably wishes about now that she'd chosen something that had lyrics. Meanwhile, she shoots off at Jezebel like a missle on her broomstick.
Johnny, hopping up and down on his feet despite his expensive sneakers getting soaked, licks his lips as he anticipates what Mila will do next. Like Mila, he's also slowly getting into the spirit of the fight. THIS is what he loved. What he worked his ass off on the set for down to the most meticulous detail - but here, he didn't have to micromanage for the film reel. "Hit me with your best shot!" he challenges.
Mila comes with the uppercut, and it nicks Johnny's chin...but only nicks him. This is because while she comes up, he is also moving, flipping backwards while he concentrates on covering his legs and body with that same green energy shadow as his opener, slamming both feet into Mila and finishing the backflip into a three-point landing, suddenly turning to make finger-guns at a camera already nearby. "Quench yer thirst with some Gatorade too, little buckaroos! Replenish them electrolytes after a hard day's work on the range!"
Johnny Cage says this as the Hoedown Dillow again, flashing a grin at the cameras.

"Come together?"
Is Lightning Spangle's question, as the three kicks are evaded cleanly. As the final kick comes, she dips down low. "Right now?" The cowgirl asks, as Naerose fires straight towards her, riding on... riding on the broom? The basalt raft rocks as she suddenly, swiftly fires straight up into the air.
And slams a leg right into Naerose.
But not stopping the broom ride. As Twisted Sister rocks out, the pair of women continue to sail over, the broom ride beginning to fall as Lightning Spangles hurls out the second, chi-laced kick. But she wasn't rocketing down. The broom was getting out of control. And Lightning Spangles screams out as they begin to sail down to the ash soup.
"OVER ME?!?!"
Gatorade would be nice, but perhaps after the fight is over. Right now, Mila's picking herself up off the ground and trying to regain her stance. Unfortunately, it seems she's a little wobbly on her feet after that surprise counterattack from Johnny. Nevertheless, Mila doesn't give up until it's all over. She slaps her face a few times before looking at Johnny again and saying, "I love a good fight, especially when it's this challenging! There's nothing like being kept on your toes and being forced to play with special strategy!"
In this case, Mila slaps her face a few more times in an attempt to get herself focused again. Then she attempts to lift her foot quickly and deliver a heel strike at Johnny.

Well that was a first , never had someone gotten on her broom with her and sort of rode along and then wow, She's like, totally digging this hang out session even though it is a little more painful than she remembers house parties. Oh how does that go.
"The roof the roof the roof is on fire," Nae sings to herself, channeling her inner kit and play, then she tries to just kick Jezebel away because she needs some space.

"Amen to that," Johnny answers Mila. Her heel kick is met with another block, absorbing the blow through his arms as they are pressed against his torso. He grunts; that'll be another bruise, but he's not worried. His breathing becomes controlled as he focuses on his next action, spreading his legs as he pulls his arms in close, fists clenched as he lets out a long breath. A green chi aura was slowly erupting from him, as he concentrated on building up his energy reserves via breathing techniques and his stance. He was expecting something big from his opponent any time, but there was always time to make the fight look good. "I can feel my power SURGING! Ooh yeah, get CAGED!"

That is all that Lightning Spangles manages to say as Naerose tries and kick her right off the broom. And Lightning Spangles, cleverly dodges it by releasing the broom. Falling quickly, she barely manages to avoid landing in the abrasive water by landing on one of the basalt platforms. Hitting with a crunch, she rolls over, groaning a bit. Standing back, she shakes a fist in the air. "Let the m-"
"hey! That song has rude words in it, Miss Fish!"
That is what she declares, looking somewhat ashamed of her opponent. "Don't you know what rude words do?" She begins, as she pulls out a poor innocent kitten. The kitten looks at Naerose, tears in its eyes. "Rude words make kittens cry! And you know what happens to crying kittens? They don't get adopted!" She turns towards the camera. "Every day, young ladies use rude words, causing hundreds if not thousands of kittens to not be adopted. So we, at the ASCPA, work hard to keep people from using obscene words. Won't you care about the kittens?" And with that, she hurls out a kick in Naerose's direction. A small ball of red, white, and blue energy fires straight for the witch. And if it hits?
It will explode into a puff of red, white, and blue fireworks!
Johnny can summon his chi all he wants, but Mila isn't going to stand around and let him have a break that easily. No, she's decided that, even though she's weak and likely to be knocked out soon, she's going to go in for the kill while Johnny is taking his time to summon his chi. Tapping her fists together, Mila says, "All right, you do what you want, I'll do what I want!"
Mila slowly advances on Johnny, being wary of what might happen with him, and then attempts launch a swift body blow at Johnny. If it succeeds, Mila will follow up with a series of swift punches, and then follow with one final 'charged' punch that will most likely send Johnny flying!

Oh lord that was a lot of laser.
Lightning Spangles -stares- in awe as Naerose begins to shout her attack name. Slack jaw, eyes wide, and occassionally nervous grunts. As the beam of light is unleashed, she steps back, gaspsing. And then, looking over to the side of the crater, she calls out to a spiky-haired man standing there.
"Ryu! What does your scouter say about her power level?"
Wait, why is Ryu Hayabusa, the Singular Super Ninja, on top of this volcano? He's not scheduled for this fight.
Must have something to do with the island going crazy.
When he's suddenly shouted at, he looks up from whatever it was he was doing before he appeared on camera, (and Troy Baker gets an easy paycheck) as he responds. "Anyone who believes that strength can be truly quantified does not understand the complex interconnection between body and spirit. Under the right conditions, all limits can be cast aside, even for a brief moment, as an ideal is achieved. Perfection forges weakness into strength, but perfection is fluid and without true mastery of one's self, it is fleeting... much like the blossoming sakura."
"IMPOSSIBLE!!!!"
Lightning Spangles hastily crosses her arms, taking the blast straight on. Keeping her footing, barely, the wave motion laser contisumes her form, striking her with staggering power as she barely keeps her footing. Nearly knocked clean off the platform... the energy disappates, with Lightning Spangles heaving for air. And she turns back over to Ryu, giving him a thumbs up.
"Thanks Ryu!"
Turning back over towards Naerose, she lowers her stance. "You are in real trouble now, pardner! Thanks to Mt. Fuji Curios, and my good friend Ryu, you are about to enter a whole world of pain, you foul-mouthed fish lady!" Energy flows over her form, as she suddenly fires through the air. Spiralling like a football, red white and blue chi flows around her as she hurls out three kicks, each one exploding with a burst of red, white, and blue fireworks respectively. All while shouting its name:
"WHERE EAGLES DARE!"
Johnny circles Mila as she slowly advances, again at a ready stance. They slosh through the water, as rain patters down on them. Johnny's dillo nose is askew, and he's getting soaked, but that just enhances the cool factor in his eyes. He waits...and there it is. Mila lashes out and slams her fist in Johnny's stomach, sending hot pain through his midsection and causing him to double over. "Oough!" he grunts, wincing. That smarted. But now he had her. Now he unleashed a second flip-kick, but this time his chi aura is red. The flip-kick propels him and Mila higher into the air this time, but as soon as Johnny finishes the backflip and lands, he rises into the air with a jumping uppercut to catch Mila before she falls back down. "HYAAAAH!" he cries, just as lightning flashes across the sky.
When he's done, he stands with his back to Mila trying to look all badass, arms folded. "Cut and print," he says. In his mind he is high-fiving himself.
Johnny has his back to Mila, who's crumpled on the ground once again. This time, though, she's not getting back up. She's been hit a bit too hard this time, and it looks like she's out of the fight. She opens her eyes to weakly give a smile and a thumbs up. "Great fight," She says, before collapsing again.

"OH WOW THE RAINBOWS!"
Lightning Spangles is suddenly rainbowed in the lasers, as the last kick is evaded cleanly. The blast comes point blank, there is no place for her to go, no place for her to run. She is blasted straight down, right back down to the basalt platform, nearly snapping it in half. Gasping on impact, she just lies there, stunned from the sheer power. Rolling over, she grunts in pain for a moment. By the time she finally rises back up, she points at Naerose, shaking a fist at her. "But you were thinking it! You knew there were bad words!" She accuses. Looking at at her Hoedown Dillo, she smiles wide. "The Hoedown Dillo! We are gonna need to pardner up for this! Are you ready to take this girl down... for a REAL hoedown?!" Lightning Spangles lowers down into a crouch...
And begins to glow with red, white, and blue energy.
Johnny, aka Hoedown Dillo, looks across to Spangles and nods. He leaps...and lands on her back, standing on her shoulders. His balance is so perfect he doesn't need to hold onto her, which is good, since both hands are now glowing with green chi. "You know it girl, lets raise some heck, yeehaw!" he cries.
"Lets ride, Hoedown Dillo!"
And Lightning Spangles launches through the air. With her Hoedown Dillo riding on her shoulders, like a surfboard, the cowgirl's body is flat like a plank as she fires through the air. Body cascading with red, white, and blue energy, she and her partner fires straight towards Naerose. What Johnny does is up to Johnny. But Lightning Spangle's role is clear, in the midsts of this torrential typhoon.
To smash against Naerose.

Well isn't that something. Watching Jezebel and Johnny do that amazing move is so crazy cool she has to get a better vantage point. So Naerose quickly hops on her broom and zooms up to a rock slightly higher off the ground (and totally out of the way of the path of this attack) and watches from there, giving an audible
"Ooooooooooooo." As the pair sails right past her.
Slow clap.
Oh right, she is supposed to do more than just clap for the neat show. Darting into action, Naerose hops over to where Jezebel ends up to try and help her up with a silvery strand from her broom stick. Problem is she forgets to turn off the juice (actually she's causing the juice with chi) which might have an electrifying effect.
"That was way cooler than three ninjas kick back!" she exclaims, being the only person probably in the world to actually see that movie.

Johnny yells at the top of his lungs as they charge, hurtling for Naerose....and hurtling past Naerose! Wait, that's not right. He turns to look back at the small girl then down at Jezebel. "Uh, Spangles, darlin'...WATCH OUT FOR THE RIM!" Then Johnny is sailing through the air and almost off the edge of the volcano, but he manages to land and scrabble through the dirt and remain in one piece. Now it was back to Jezebel again. Oh well!
"Three Ninjas Kick back?!?!"
That was the cry from Lightning Spangles as she sails over Naerose... and right towards the crater wall of the volcano. Smashing head first into it, Johnny at least manages to get clear out of the way. But Lightning Spangles, smashed into the wall, was stunned and in a crumble in the ashy mud. Mussed up, at least Naerose comes over to help her up. Maybe she wasn't so bad. She DID have a great head for theatrics. But as she grabs it...
She is shocked.
"GAAAAH!" She cries out as the energy flows over her body. Tightening her jaw, she struggles as more and more electrical power floods her. Spasming, her hat pops right off, as her hairs shoots up into frizzes. And yet, she refuses to let go, as she swings her leg hard. Rigtht for the fight costume's shin.
FOR AMERICA!
Johnny cups his hands to his mouth. "Yeah, that's the ticket Spangles, ride the lightning! I mean, it's in your name!" he calls, then gives a double thumbs up. He kneels to rest a moment, gathering his energy. Man, this was down to the wire now. Wait, shit, he lost his nose. He starts scrambling through the dirt and the water to find it.

Luckily the Witch- ah er fish monster, is dressed in something softish that can protect her from the blow. So she is all not getting banged up nearly as bad as she could and also she kind of turtles a bit, which is breaking the rules for being a fish but whatever!
"Hey, not nice!" she exclaims, forgetting the entirely accidental shocking of Jezebel, I mean she didn't mean to do it. So she aims to kick the kicker right back from the kick spot.

Lightning Spangles rips free her hand free. "Cause the Hoedown Dillo and I? We're not gonna take it..." She begins, as Twisted Sister begins to rock. "We're not gonna TAKE it..." She throws up her leg, catching the kick with her own kick. A kick war had broken out. And there was only one way to win.
"We're not gonna take it anymore!"
And Lightning Spangles begins to hurl out kick after kick, roundhouse after roundhouse. A furious flurry of kicks and kicks come, attempting to kick the silly out of the witch. Hopefully... hopefully the foam pad would keep her from hurting too much. Lightning Spangles might not be very nice right now. But this strange young lady... she seemed more than just nice.
She seemed like she had what it takes to be a star.

Luckily she is in protective pool noodles, because those kick's probably would of hurt and luckily they're too fast for her to whine about how she's not being the one being mean right now and she raelly does have a gold fish memorty because she seems to fail to realize that she is the one who totally pulled the fast one. Anyway, skip ahead to yes, getting kicked and she does her best to block it with her broom and then she just sort of panics and tries to grab Jezebel and she's all like,
"Not in the face!" And doesn't pay any attention as she's releasing a random blackhole like chi effect which .. probalby could hurt someone . Oh also she's shielding her face with one hand, pretty sure this happened in fresh prince of belair.

Lightning Spangles was in love.
Not romantic love. But artistic love. What Naerose could do was incredible. It was beyond awe. And now, now. She was matching her talent. She was matching her skill. And yet, Lightning Spangles did not feel any less for it. No, against this fish monster? She felt like more. And as the final roundhouse comes, Naerose comes to grab her. And as that black hole opens... she grits her teeth, resisting the pull. Body aching, she looks up to the sky.
And she takes to the air.
"You're amazing!" Lightning Spangles calls out as she sweeps her foot. Three balls of energy, one red, one white, and one blue, falls into the ground around Naerose. Falling deep within the earth without a sign of impact. As Lightning Spangles lands on the ground, she turns her back to Naerose. "How would you like to be part of the Showup Hoedown?" She asks as she waits.
And the three points explode in fireworks of red, white, and blue.

"Woah woah woah," Naerose panics and tries to get away from Jezebel, running in a tight circle that literally gets her no where. Eventually she stops and stares at Jezebel through her dark shades and just tries to fling her away, the safest thing she can do is create distance. Unfortunately she's apparently beyond communication.

As the blasts come, Naerose seemed to have come clear of them. And what was worse, she was suddenly behind her. Seized by the witch, the actress is suddenly and swiftly hurled away to the edge of the crater. Smashing hard against it, she falls to the ground. "ALAS!" She calls out. "Is this the end of... Lightning Spangles?" She only barely has a chance to rise up, to stagger towards Naerose. There is no finesse as she reaches her foot out...

And she comes screetching to a halt as her foot is stepped on and for a moment she just stands there. Like still, what is she going to do. Is she going to resume panicing, acting like a crazy person? Is she going to. . .
"Man, I am so due for a nap." She says and yawns stretching, looking down at her foot and remarks, "Ow."
Then she literally lays down there and takes a nap.

She holds there, as she defiantly steps upon the witch's foot. She does not yield. Chest puffed out, that Obama and Biden saluting proud, she holds strong. And yet, as Naerose slips away to lay down and sleep... Lightning Spangles nods firmly, and turns towards Johnny Cage.
"Hoedown Dillo, I want to adopt her into our Hoedown Family!"
Johnny FINALLY finds that stupid nose and is in the process of putting it back on when....Jezebel makes her declaration. He looks at her stupefied. "What."
