Match of the Millennium

K9999 is definitely a victim of circumstance. Grown as a human clone, genetically engineered to wield abilities similar to Kyo Kusanagi's, K9999 was also artifically aged at an advanced rate and it has had terrible effects on him. He's reasonably healthy, but could be in much better shape than he is. His emotional state is very unbalanced and immature, prone to strong bouts of fury and resentment towards people. Both of these are the results of the artificial aging, as NESTS simply wouldn't wait the 16 or 17 years needed for K9999 to mature normally. As a result, his powers have mutated and taken on unexpected forms. He can wield flames, accelerate dust walls as a viable weapon, and shift his arms into different forms. All but the flames were unintended, but nonetheless effective. K9999 is resentful of being grown solely for the purpose of hunting down those who have betrayed NESTS, especially K'. Born only to be ordered around and used as a tool, he's paranoid and distrusting of most people. His hatred has resulted in wild mood swings, and a willingness to kill at any time. Only a few people have managed to break through this to reach a calmer persona of K9999, and all of them refrain from trying to give him orders if it's possible. He tolerates being bossed around by NESTS for now because he has little choice; they would devote incredible resources to hunting him down if he went rogue.

Goofus and Gallant - Goofus Clone kills an orderly, and bites off the nose of another one while being forced to go in for diagnostics. Gallant Clone can walk to diagnostics unattended, and gets there early. Goofus Clone goes maverick in the middle of diagnostics, and threatens everything with fornification, death, and/or motorcycle riding. Gallant Clone gets his cake, and shares it.
