Fevrier
Hailing from a small burg in the fields of France, Fevrier is yet another victim of Vega's desire for power. Daughter to an ostracized American culture-lover, she was raised with both French and American ideals, the foremost of which was one's inalienable right to bear arms. Without the guiding hand of a surviving mother to stop her, the girl took to things such as gunpowder and oil as naturally as her classmates took to fashion and toys. It was by mere chance that her home was ransacked by a collection of low-ranking Shadaloo goons seeking out free arms and supplies, drawn by the father's extensive collection. Seeing the girl, they took her back with them for their own entertainment. Luckily for her, it was not the weapons that Vega was interested in when they were presented to him as much as it was the girl herself. Sensing a latent affinity to Psycho Power, he confiscated Fevrier and submitted her to the Doll Program. Brainwashed and trained, she now acts as one of his assassins and bodyguards, using her knowledge of firearms to further His cause.
