Description: Destruction! Mayhem! -Pie!- (Okay, maybe not pie). These are the promises of this SNF--which features Daniel "Tender" Little and Jayden Remarque against the formidable boxer Heavy D!, battling it out in an abandoned bar due for demolition. The question is, can they finish their fight befroe the wrecking ball swing in? (Winners: Daniel and Jayden)
"Heh. So, lemme get dis straigh'. You guys /wan'/ us t' wreck th' place?" There's an unusual expression on Jayden Remarque's face--a grin, a wide and honest one. It's not often that he's -asked- to wreck a joint. But he definitely doesn't mind.
The SNF officials nod--the same officials that run the Neo League, apparently, though Jayden certainly doesn't seem to care about that. He just recognizes a couple of 'em by sight. He glances over at the rundown biker bar, shakes his head a bit, and nods.
"Well, alrigh' then. I t'ink we can oblige y' request. Shoul' be interestin'..." he says, his Cajun yat fading in volume as he walks into the bar. It's pretty much a mess--although at least it -is- lit--with debris already scattered around on the floor, some tables already broken, detritus like pool cues strewn around.
Wreck the place? Shouldn't be a problem, not at all. The ex-Special Forces mercenary, late of Blackjack, finds a convienent spot to relax, leaning against a worn-down pool table, arms crossed as he waits for his fellow fighters.
Look, just because Daniel has had experience in demolition during the Southtown Crisis didn't mean he was an expert in destroying buildings. Yet, that was why they wanted to pick the detective up for the Saturday Night Fight. The former champion was a bit wary, though after a bit of the cash negotiations, the deal was sealed. The detective was garbed in his full trenchcoat and zoot suit get up, dressed right down the nines as he hit the biker's bar. And with a little bit a flourish, he slams open the door.
"Jayden. What's the noise on the floor, scuzzy." Was the curt snap as Daniel Jack barged in the room. He recognized Jayden from their four versus Kain fight, one of the low-level fighters up against the big nasty chi master. He slips on over, dropping down by the same pool table where his partner was loitering. Leaning back, his snaps his fingers, letting a lit cigarette appear in his hands. He takes a draw, letting it sit in his mouth for a moment. Finally, he lets it out, not even glancing over at Jayden as he drops the question flat.
"You know much on the droogie we're laying the nines to?"
There's always something depressing about places like this. D! should know, he lives in the Slums, where such places are all too commonplace. So when he arrives, it's with more than a little trepidation, looking arounda the rather rundown bar. Biker bars aren't his digs, so it's not quite as familiar as the places back in his home neighborhood.
He finds himself uneasy in helping demolish places like this, but...well, he's less worried about the demolition job as the actual fight that the job is used as an excuse for. "So..." He calls out, spotting Jayden and Daniel finally, pulling off the hood of his sweatshirt as he looks over to them. "This is the place..."
He can just only hope that this leads to some sort of real neighborhood restoration at least.
"Droo--" Jayden pauses, and looks at the private dick. "th' fuck that mean, homme? Speak English. An' no, I don' know much 'bout the guy. Boxer, s'all I heard." The dressed-to-the-nines PI gets another once-over by the ex-soldier, and his head is shaken. That's quite the getup to be wearing.
"Ain't you uncomfortable, chere, in all that? Gon' ruin a real nice set o' clothin', fightin' in that..."
Well, that's hardly his concern, isn't it? After Daniel comes in, then comes in the boxer--Heavy D! Jayden gives him the once-over, too, pushing off his perch against the pool table, casually sweeping the butt-end of a smashed pool stick off the felt surface. "Yeah, 'pears dis i' th' place, f' sure... guess we been hired t' demo it out. So let's have some fun while we're doin' it, eh?"
"It's American, ya freakin' crawdad, and don't dis the skins; there ain't anything snazzier than laying down the real fives on some crumb, you dig it?" Daniel Jack replaces the cigarette, tilting his head right for the man coming in.
Heavy D.
A boxer to boot. Shoving off the pool table after Jayden, he moves to Heavy's flank, giving Jayden a little boost up. "Heavy, the name's Jack, Daniel Jack. Now come on, we got a job to do. You ready to Jack this up a notch?" The detective rattles off, dropping into what could only be the most powerful stance in the known universe: The Todoh-Ryuu defensive stance. With his legs apart, and with one hand in front of the other, the gumshoe was clearly a force to be reckoned with. Or a joke. Something between there. But such was the way of Todoh, if Heavy D! looked at him, it was almost as if he was fading into the background of the bar...
Or perhaps, it was just an illusion.
The stance....D! recognizes. He's faced the progenitor more than enough to know it. He doesn't exactly feel comfortable seeing that...but he's not exactly comfortable in this place either. Sighing and shaking his head, he looks over both Jayden and Daniel, shaking his head. "RIght...if you guys don't mind, I'm less worried about destroying the place as I am getting through the fight." All business, it seems. "Not that this place probably won't be torn up by the end just from the fight...but...."
He looked to the side, eying the officials on the outside, giving the goahead. WIth that signal, D! decides to simply start things off as he would any normal fight. Worry about the demolition later. Picking out the Cajun first, if only for his pool cue, the boxer whips forward, trying to clock in a surprise hook as he surges toward the man in the leather jacket. Of course, if he misses, that pool table probably wont' be looking to good anyways.

"HNGH!" Hook isn't so much a surprise as it is overwhelming--Jayden knew that the boxer would hit hard. But, he wanted to see just -how- hard... and he pays for that bravado. The hooking punch lands a solid strike against his cheek, snapping his head around. The bruising starts almost immediately, but the ex-Forces guy doesn't seem worried, yet. Twisting his head back, he grunts, "A pretty good punch y'got there, boyo. But y'should have a good punch, non? Else you not much o' a boxer."
He isn't smiling, exactly, but he seems satisfied--gathering information about the boxer, apparently. Sizing him up. He doesn't know what Daniel will do--their fight vs. Kain wasn't enough for Jayden to get the full measure of his teammate--and to be honest, he doesn't much care. The few words of speech are enough to work his jaw, let him know nothing's broken, and that's good enough for now. "Guess we see how much y'like takin' hits, non?"
And with that he leaps back, flipping over once as he lands on the far end of the pool table, dropping the fat end of the pool cue. When he lands he already has his arms crossed over, and as he rips them outward he unleashes a spinning, scything crescent of yellow-green chi, hurtling for his chest, the trademark 'sonic chi' of the Special Forces... only, this is slightly different. If it impacts, it'll reverberate painfully through D!'s body after it should have dissipated.
Jayden takes the cake with a cup of punch, like at the wedding of Mr and Mrs Sandman. He is sent reeling while Daniel falls into the background of the biker bar, partially obscured by an old bar stool. He watched. He waited. And timed himself, very carefully.
When Jayden charges in with his own lash of sonic energy, the detective lunges in, winding an arm back. Orange energy began to burn in his right hand as he hurled it over his head, slashing the air down with a wave of chi. And to that, he cried the most frightening phrase ever in the history of the world.
"KASANE ATE!"
Heavy D! would be handling not one, but two different attacks of energy, each more powerful than the last. While he might be able to handle the might of the special forces, the chances of surviving the unstoppable might of Todoh-Ryuu Kobojutsu was next to null.
Especially when it was one of many Kasane Ates.

The hook lands flush..and it gives D! some confidence in approaching this two-on-one fight, the side issue of the bar aside. However, when the two team up to assault him with Energy, D! finds himself frowning, unsure how to handle it. It's only a split second to decide though...when he decides to basically ignore the Kasane Ate (hey, everyone else tries to).
Despite the close-range wave hitting, the boxer does a rather good job of simply brushing it off, a small wince from the energy and the boarding it tears up beneath it. As for the sonic blast coming his way?
D! meets it with his own wave of energy, winding up with a powered uppercut that sends an explosive scattering blast of chi out to meet the shot. However, with the pooltable in the way, enough of the Blast Upper ends up absorbed that the attacks only end up snuffing each other out...still, better than getting rattled, right? And it takes away one pooltable from the list of things needing destroyed...
Not the ideal exchange--but some damage was done and Jayden avoided taking any more damage, for now. Even as the blast from the boxer and his own chi are colliding, imploding in a flash of light, he's already on the move. Booted feet thump against the table--and his last step, a harder one that smashes into the wood railing, briefly upends it as he's pushing off, and the blast eats into it--when it slams back down, what's left of it splits in half, throwing up a big cloud of dust.
By that time, of course, Jayden is already airborne, tucking his body in, twisting as he lashes out with a heel, apparently intent on smashing the appendage into Heavy D!'s temple. He's going high--trusting Daniel to go low, perhaps--as the heel sweeps around, cutting the air. It's a bit early for a kick, reaching full extension a couple of heartbeats before it should, but the execution is otherwise as close to perfect as it can get.
What?
WHAT?!?!
Nobody ignores Kasane Ates! Only Kasane Ates can ignore you! Nothing can describe Daniel's unyielding rage. It was the Spirit of Todoh overtaking him, and needless to say, that was more than enough.
While Jayden was going for a perfect kick, Daniel Jack was going for something a little more brutal. After his Kasane Ate is ignored, the detective responds by leaping through the air. Both legs forward, he attempted to latch them around the torso of the boxer. If successful, the detective would try and bring him to the ground, and begin giving him his own lefts and rights. Of course, it would set him up for a perfect counter attack.
But this was the honor of Todoh we are talking here.

The kick is spotted even through the cloud that the rended pooltable creates, giving D! tie to gauge it, and duck his head under as Jayden flies past. While he's down, he spies Daniel flying in, trying to wind a quick punch back and disrupt the incoming flying attack...alas it's not to be.
Instead, the Private Eye latches on successfully, tackling the boxer down and pummelling him straight into the rickety floorboards. The attack throws up even more dust, and definitely seems to make up for the whiffing kick Jayden swung out.
Jayden lands on his booted feet, kicking up a cloud of dust from the floor. Right. Two missions here. One: Beat Heavy D!. Two: Wreck the fuckin' place. The ex-soldier casts about for a moment, then seems to shrug and walks over to the bar--using it as a launch point, of sorts, he hops up, then twists, slamming his booted feet into it; it cracks, the wood giving off a sound like a gunshot, and then Jay is flying through the air.
As he goes, he tucks into a ball, and then comes out attempting to just slam his left knee into D!'s head, to plow the boxer -right the hell over-. It's not exactly an elegant move, but knees to the head need no elegance--and the technique is taken from a style known more for brutality than grace, anyways. D! will probably recognize it as a Muay Thai manuever.
Daniel Jack leaps backwards, freeing Heavy D! from the smack down that would make any hardboiled gumshoe ache for some sharp dame to gander on such roughs and tumbles. As Jayden dives in, the detective sucks in a fresh rush of his cigarette, and bounds off the boxer. He whirls through the air, whipping out a shotgun at the m-
Wait a minute.
A SHOTGUN!?!
The detective slaps out the sawed-down zipgun from the depths of his trenchcoat. There is a sharp click as the weapon is leveled at the center of Heavy, as he gets his footing, he squeezes the trigger. A blast of rock salt and saw dust erupts from the firearm, attempting to bound it hard right into the body of the good-natured boxer. Nobody usually brought a gun to a fist fight. Of course, the detective being the exception.
What else would you expect from the WAY of TODOH?

This doesn't seem to be starting so well. D! may have the excuse of being at a number disadvantage, but that's not an excuse he's willing to accept simply to make him feel better about his state. In any case, he finally manages to pull himself up, just in time to hear the loud crack of wood when Jayden leaps his way. Frowning, he focuses back on the special forces member, tracking the roll and the knee that explodes out of the somersault.
Guard comes up, stopping the sharp strike easily, though it still rocks him back as the momentum pushes Jayden forward. There's just a little problem though.
A problem that suddenly plows into D! from the side as a shotgun blast of rock salt batters the boxer and sends him falling right into a rickety pillar, breaking the wooden paneling surrounding it and buckling the pillar itself.
Teeth grit as the gouges from the blunt, rough ammunition tells him the real threat here. And with that recognizes...he plows forward himself, footfalls raising sawdust and plain old dust as he tries to hammer a bulldozing straight punch straight into Daniel Jack.
It's still a more solid hit than he's managed anytime before--he'll take what he can get. The Cajun rebounds off of the tall boxer's guard, using the momentum he'd gained to push backwards, getting a safe distance to land--not that it's terribly necessary, seeing that D! wants to take out the shotgun-wielding Daniel. Guns, huh? Must've seen Kill Bill too many times... Jayden considers his option, and then he's moving in, his hands up in a boxing guard, ducking and weaving and bobbing as he comes up, and tries to lay a combination on D!.
Well, into his side, really, throwing a left jab, right upper, left hook combination, not quite a classic boxing attack but pretty close... as he approaches, his stance even widens a bit, giving him a very boxer-like stance.
"Come, chere, de night is still young, neh?" he says, his tone just this side of mocking. "We got plenty o' fightin' to do."

Jayden may have been a legitimate Ragin' Cajun, but the Daniel Jack was the one really bringing home the bacon. The crack of the shotgun was followed by the crack of the pillar, threatening the entire house coming down thank's to the detective's unique brand of jazz. Of course, there were two troubles coming up now.
The first was the fact that a hard-boiled boxer was just about to give him a straight to the jaw. Daniel Jack could handle a lot of things. A punch in the face was not one of them. In fact, he could go so far and insist that from Heavy D, such a hit might in fact shatter every bone in his body.
The second part caem from Punch Out.
Back in the day, there was a local pizza resteraunt that had an old Punch Out machine. Antony's Pizza, it was. Daniel Little would dump his quarters in, trying to get all the way past Vodka Popinski, and to the title. The big guy to beat, however, was Mr. Sandman. He was just hard, plain and simple. Daniel Little figured out the secret, though. It wasn't flailing out blindly. No, that not how you beat a boxer.
It was all timing.
As Jayden came in with his own punches, Daniel Jack hurled the zipgun off to the corner of the building, snapping his free hand up alongside the wrist of the boxer. He snatches the arm, twisting his entire body with awe-inspiring speed . He drops hard into the crook of Heavy's chest, between his armpit and his waist. With a twist, he allows Heavy's weight roll over him, flipping him right to the ground.
But then, his beetle-black loafer snaps out.
Heavy's bounce is stopped short by the heel of his foot, bringing a level of brutality in a melee that might even turn Jayden sour. He pressed his foot down on the boxer's throat, attempting to choke him. As Jayden brings up his partial boxing stance, he flips a hand out, and takes a puff of his cigarette. "At ease, scuzzy, you can have your chance... now." And with a wide, dramatic release, he brings his foot off the neck of the boxer, reverting back to his defensive stance.
And with a stare that cut diamond.

The night might be young, but it's feeling already way too long for D!, considering he's shown himself either to be terribly unlucky, or terribly rusty. That can be the only way to explain how he's been so horribly shown up here, mostly by one side of this equation.
Case in point, the rampaging straight he sends toward Daniel doesn't do anything but give the student of Todoh a target to snap up, grab, and toss him over with all the momentum he had build up straight into the rickety floor...and left to feel a slamming drop of a heel straight into his throat. "GKKK!!!"
The only upside to the whole exchange is that he toss takes him out of the path of Jayden's attempted pursuit, the combination useless with D! laid out on the ground as he is. That's small comfort for the boxer though, as he manages to pull himself up and extract himself from the floor. With any momentum he might have had gone, and fully on the defensive, there's only one option he has...retreat back against one of those dusty walls, and try and catch his breath. Not glamorous...but if he has any hope of showing up in this fight, he has to get SOMETHING back, and now.

"Lookin' dogged already, son," murmurs the Cajun, softly. Yeah, he's been missing most of the fight--well, being dodged, not -quite- the same thing--but his efforts work towards getting D! down. Watching the boxer back off, the Cajun shakes his head a little. He isn't so kind as to let D! just back off... his eyes flick over towards the pool cue he'd broken at the beginning of the night, and he saunters over to it, almost casually.
"Thought boxers were straightforward fighters..." he observes, glancing over at Daniel. The heavy end of the cue is hefted once, twice, and flipped end over end as he gazes at the boxer. And then the arm is cranked back... and he hurls it forward--but he doesn't let go. Instead he lets it smash down onto the flooring, and lunges, stamping his left foot down and then kicking out for D!'s stomach with a side-on kick.
Daniel Jack's ruthless offense was astounding, even brutal. Overall, it was more flash than actual damage. Daniel Jack may be an intense, over the top, and somewhat intimidating, Daniel's actual output was less impressive. That said, he was beginning to feel the wind of his frantic assault. But as Heavy composed himself, and Jayden bringing a vicious feint, the detective just stood there, tightening his hands into tight fists.
And taking a long, hard breath.
The detective suddenly erupts in a bright orange light, energy flowing over him. His trench coat slowly begins to disintegrate in the waves of raw chi. The power was too much, too intense for any mortal body. And yet, here he was, Daniel Jack. The student of Todoh who actually advanced under him. Harnessing the power of Todoh like no other non-Todoh has done. And as he stood there, his body literally burning with his own chi, he glared down upon Heavy D!, his cigarette blowing away into ash.
"It's time to jack this up a notch."

D!'s long night just doesn't seem ready to end. Even with Daniel holding back, letting himself burn in preparation for what's apparently the next level of violence, D! finds himself on the receiving end of more humiliation.
With Jadyen approaching, having taken to approach as the boxer held back, the wedgehawked man waited...and waited...and when Jayden finally comes in, he surges forward, trying to plow through with a straight punch much like the one he aimed for Daniel earlier. This one with a cocoon of chi surrounding it, however.
Or it would have if the sudden side kick Jayden aims out instead of the cue strike didn't stop him dead in his tracks, halting D!'s forward momentum before it could really get started, and dropping the proud boxer to his knees instead.
"Tsk. I like you, man. Used t' watch you fight, time an' again..." That Jayden is now standing toe-to-toe with someone who he admired, if not idolized, isn't lost on him, but the man's just too inured, too jaded, to really let it affect him. Feeling his sole strike home, he retracts the leg--and as it touches down he's moving forward again, looking to encircle the downed man's neck, to get behind him.
It's a classic sleeper hold--one that Jayden was taught to end with a snapping of the neck. And while he doesn't have any compunctions about killing, it's not what he was hired on to do, for this fight. And so all D! will find is that the ex-Forces man is trying to, for lack of a better word, 'choke him out', applying firm pressure to the carotid artery, to the windpipe.
It isn't exactly -painful-, but being choked like this usually induces a sort of desperation, borne of that primal need to breathe, and maybe that's the effect that he's looking for right now.
As the last of the orange chi fades away, Daniel Jack crosses his arms, assuming the position of his master. His glare continues to stay intense, yet something seems to soften. His frame becomes indistinct. The mystical art of Todoh almost demanded a nomadic lifestyle, and with it, came the unique power associated with the Way of Todoh. Much like a ninja, a true master of Todoh could disappear in plain sight. At the same time, however, he would remain the center of attention. Existing in the corner of every man and woman, a master of Todoh-Ryuu Kobojutsu could turn himself as but a figure in the background, only to reappear in a blast of audicity.
Daniel Jack does exactly that.
He seems to exist in the background for only a moment. Drinking a beer, perhaps. Or was he lining up a shot at the pool table. Soon he was beside Heavy D!, chatting with some invisible figure, arguing, perhaps. It is only then his frame becomes more clear, more real. And with a flash of chi, the detective stands beside Heavy, his arms crossed in what may have been a lot easier to just walk on over, seeing that he was on his knees and occupied.
But that was no matter.
"Come on, scuzzy, keep steady!" Daniel Jack snaps, twisting his body free from his crossed arms as Jayden moves for the sleeper hold. Spreading his arms back to keep his balance, he whips his right leg out into a single, straight kick, attempting to hammer out a powerful tribute to the physical legwork of Todoh-Ryuu Kobojutsu in the only way he could.

Alas, all the respect in the world means little when someone is choking you out. And that's what happens to D!, unable to get himself up from the ground quick enough to avoid it when Jayden comes up from behind and applies that sleeper hold on him. It's no threat to put him to sleep, but it does it's work, sapping enough energy from the boxer and throttling him enough to feel the definite effects of the lock.
The struggle to get out goes on, until he's finally able to simply muscle himself free from it, stumbling forward out of it quick enough that he manages to avoid the snapping kick Daniel sends his way, ungracefully flopping forward underneath the arc of the kick. The small sort of luck that he seems to receive tonight.
Coughing, struggling for air, he glowers up...and tries to push himself up as quick as he can despite the pain in his body. He's lost any care about actually destructing the building right now. He just needs to make an imprint, if only for his own self-respect. An imprint that comes with a rapid set of jabs. Technique be damned (and damned it is, having traded power and speed for technique and accuracy), he simply hammers forward with the lefts, trying to take his frustration out on the zoot suit in front of him.
Jayden is quick to release D! once it's clear the man's struggling out. After all, there's little profit in attempting to keep the chokehold. Every second spent there is a dangerous one, and he doesn't want to let D! pull him out of position, to open his guard that way. And it looks like he's going all-out for Daniel. Can't say that he's too upset, though he does wonder about it.
"Chere, man gon' feel positively distraught, y'keep goin' f'r th' black man," he comments, with a wicked grin. Admittedly, the zoot suit is probably a bit much. "But, as long as you wan' t' be bashin' his face in, I be takin' my shots too!" he shouts, backing up a bit, grabbing a heavy stool, and seeking to -ram- D! in the back with it. Naturally, it's got padding--but the cushion's springs have sprung, and they're looking a little sharp, where they protrude out of the pleather.
"An' we been asked t' break stuff up in here. We best get to it, boys!" He sounds a bit more enthusiastic than he normally might--but he's playing up a role, a touch, rather than provide the somewhat dull, focused, serious man he is on the job.

Not the suit!
Daniel Jack, despite his otherwise impressive offense, finally shows a hole in his defense. After his single, straight kick is evaded with the skills of a, well, boxer, he suddenly releases that he threw himself off balanced and at the mercy of a boxer. The follow up counter, needless to say, stuns him on the first blow. "GUH! OO! UGH! ARGH!" Was the cry as Daniel Jack is sent staggering, a fresh shiner right in eye.
A face slowly looking like a piece of mutton, the detective brings back his defense back up. "Alright, scuzzy, now we are talking!" The detective barks, snapping his arms behind him. He suddenly feels something in his hands. Big. Boxy. And metal. The detective knew what this was. An old cash register.
With a great twist, Daniel Jack hurls the big metal object straight for the boxer. While not as epic as Jayden, he slips back over to his partner. "Nah, it doesn't matter jack! The wrecking ball is supposed to be coming..." Something seems to occur to the detective. "Wait, when is the ball supposed to come in?"

It's really about time D! managed to actually hit someone, finally getting in his shots on Daniel as the rapid jab set nails Daniel hard enough to leave what'll turn into a black eye. With Daniel stumbled into the counter, D! has time enough to turn back toward Jayden.....and find the cash register plowed right into his back, sending him staggering down again. Again, the only saving grace here is finding himself knocked down well enough to drop him below the ramming stool aimed for him.
With his resolve wavering, and body starting to cry foul, it's really time to put up or shut up. And while D!'s 'put up' hasn't exactly been terribly effective, there's always room for the last ditch. Not caring about his targets anymore, he just goes after who's closer, which happens to be the cajun himself. Scrambling forward, every ounce of chi in his body routes toward his fists, enough to make every movement seem like it's leaving afterimages as he hammers hook after hook out toward Jayden. He's just out to make the man his speedbag right now, and with the power coursing through those limbs, whatever destruction that might be meted out toward his target shouldn't spare the walls nearby the two of them either.

Jayden 1/----===/=======|
Oh, he gets speedbagged, alright. Jayden is momentarily the subject of much crushing pain. The punches seem to come out of nowhere, and everywhere, and they burn with D!'s fury. It's quite a pummeling--kinder souls who are watching at home may wince, and hiss, as it looks like the ex-Forces man is just getting his ass handed to him. But one thing is important--though he takes the pummeling, he doesn't fall down. Oh, he goes to a knee, for sure, and his face and body are worked over enough that he's going to be a lumpy mess for a while...
But he's not out. And then he's lunging. The look in his eyes is not that of a madman, or an enraged one--he's still in control, still very much himself. But he lunges, and his right arm cocks back, and it's glowing with -his- energy, that yellow-green-white sonic chi, as he lashes out with his own right hook--not just once, but twice.

That's the sound of two hooks finding their target... D! will find himself turned around, find Jayden's arms around his waist, gripping tight, hauling the boxer up into a smashing suplex attack.
But it doesn't stop there--he'd keep his grip on D!, and suplex him again, and then lift him up, throw him upwards--and then leap after the mohawked 'American Eagle', meeting him in midair with a high, thrusting knee to flipping 'Flash Kick', more of that chi streaming off of him as he moves, the final kick more than enough to hurl D! away from the descending Cajun.
Meanwhile, Daniel Jack pulls away from the fight, allowing Jayden to handle the finishing blow. The detective had something much more pressing to investigate. Reaching the window, he peers through the old blinds.
Outside, a small crew stands beside a wrecking ball.
Daniel Jack reacts quickly. "Hey! Jayden! Pick up the boxer, and lets get out of here, real quick! They are about to bring down the whole house with the wrecking ball! I mean, hot DAMN!"
Adjusting his hat, he starts to bolt for the door. Jingling the handle, he suddenly realizes the horrible, horrible truth.
"... They BARRED the door!"
Alas for D!, the barrage really does end up as a last gasp. Despite hammering Jayden perfectly, he's not prepared for what's to come. As soon as Jayden drops to his knee, the boxer pulls back, heaving breaths as he tries to get himself leveled again.
So when Jayden strikes and hammers in those two hooks, it's more than enough to take him by surprise and turn him around enough to get locked into the german suplex, the boxer sent crashing down on his head. And then again....and then lifted up into the air for the punctuating knee and Flash Kick to end the whole assault.
As he flies across the ruined bar, D! crashes into the far wall, seemingly kept up if only by luck and landing on his feet...before he falls face first into the floorboards, crashing in a cloud of dust and debris.

Jayden drops to his feet, and glances over at the KO'ed boxer and then his partner, the private dick. "_Pick up_ the boxer? You crazy, chere? Ain' no way I'm goin' back for his ass! Now, get back from d' door." Jayden's hurting, and in no position to pick up a supine boxer anyways. They barred the door, huh? Cute trick... but Jayden's not going to let a door keep him in.
His blood is up--his energy too--and it's a simple matter to hurl a scything burst of his chi at the door, the wide, spinning projectile slamming into it--and then the Cajun is rushing the door, hammering at it with a powerful, quick series of punches and elbows.
It might even be a few moments' work but then the door bursts open, and Jayden plunges through the opened portal, dropping into a tuck to bleed off momentum and get up to his feet. "Shee... dem kids be nuts... Oi... OI! Mistah O-ffi-cial! Get y'ass over here. We won that fight, an' we espect our money!" Showing his true colors, probably, as he attends to -his- first important thing.
COMBATSYS: Jayden has left the fight here.
