Description: On the rooftops of Pacific High, there was mighty battle! Or something. The fleet-footed Cammy White faces down the Gedo Boss Daigo Kazama, in a mighty battle that... goes on for a long, long while! (Winner: Daigo)
Saturday Night Fight. What started as a small show, evolved into one of the premiere fighting show in the circuits. Thanks to the bankroll of Southtown's very own Howard Inc., the fame and money of winning these matches draws all sorts of fighters from around the globe...
And yet, since it's based in Southtown, it seems many of the participants come from that very area. Tonight's roster isn't any different, though most of the 'locals' aren't in the main events. This fight, the cameramen and announcers have noted, will be between one such local, and one who's reputation among fighters has been pretty good. Daigo Kazama, the Boss of Gedo High, and Cammy, a shining star of Pacific High.
The chosen place? The rooftops of Pacific High. A difficult place to film, and a tough place to fight. The edge of the arena, being one major drop-off. Not that it stops fights from going on, as it's a pretty big rooftop. Daigo is already there, pacing slowly across one edge of the roof, his arms folded over his chest. Waiting for the opponent's arrival...
Shining Star of Pacific High may be pushing it a bit. Cammy -was- likely becoming a bit of a celebrity of the Southtown fighting circuits. Ahem, anyways... the intrepid Cammy White didn't waste any of Daigo's waiting time. At least she hoped. Not thirty seconds before the match was scheduled to begin, the door leading to the stairwell opens, and Cammy sticks her head out, her eyes glancing forth and back... until... well, they land upon the massive Gedo Boss. To the very best of her two or three month old memory, she had never met the man.
But she had heard of him. It was sorta hard not to, with the gossipy chit chat that went through Pacific High's female population. Was the man as legendary as those she spoke to thought? Well, it was time to find out, no? A wide grin springs unto Cammy's lips as she regards Daigo, the once-doll then moving out from the doorwell. Turning about once she clears it, she quietly shuts it behind herself, casting a sidelong glance at the personell that were set up to film, and announce this fight. And as the announcer announces her particulars, Cammy steps up to the center of the rooftop, near the helipad.
"You're Daigo Kazama, right? The guy I'm supposed to fight?" she asks as she lifts a hand to the zipper of the dark blue windbreaker she was wearing, the logo of Pacific High boldly emblazoned upon the left breast and back of the jacket. Beneath that, she was wearing her usual. Thick, dark blue, one-piece-swimsuit-esque garment, combat boots, and a beret atop her little pigtailed head.
"I am." answers the Gedo man, whom upon Cammy's entrance, also steps up to the center of the rooftop 'arena'. Where Cammy may be unaware of Daigo, the elder Kazama remembers a few meetings with the once-Doll. Though one encounter in particular seems...very fuzzy to his memory. He shakes it off, and offers a meaty hand to Cammy to shake before the match can officially begin.
"I'll try to give you a good fight." Daigo continues, with or without a handshake, his good eye focused on the pigtailed girl's bright face. "I've...heard you pack a pretty good kick."
That was... a very large hand. And Cammy's own hand, while strong, was fairly tiny. Still, after Cammy eyes the hand for the briefest of moments, before she takes a half-step closer to Daigo, her brilliantly blue eyes rising to the man's face as she reaches out her hand to take his own. It would be difficult for her to wrap her hand around Mr. Kazama's, so the girl settles for sorta firmly grabbing the top of his hand, inbetween where his thumb would reach to his finger, Cammy's lips parting in a quiet smile up towards him.
His words are meant with a quiet chuckle, and a flush of embarrassed scarlet in Cammy's cheeks."You look like you could give me a good fight." she says, withdrawing her hand back unto herself... presuming Daigo didn't keep a hold of her hand. "Although... I can't say I've heard -too- much about you." Cammy says, her voice becoming a touch more subdued from the bright one it started in. But then, her smile quirks into a bit of a smirk. "But you don't become head honcho over at Gedo for just talking big, right?" she asks.

Gedo's Boss shakes his head after releasing Cammy's hand and stepping back, sliding his feet into a more battle-ready stance. Braced against the ground, his arms rising, hands curling into fists, Daigo appraises Cammy anew, and flashes half a smirk of his own. "No... Talking big usually earns one a bloody lip." Daigo confirms, giving one sidelong glance to the cameras. "...Guess that's enough stalling. Let's go."
Now Daigo's no stranger to starting fights. In fact, he has a certain way he favors to start them. It's all in a test of reflex, administered with one big fist. Daigo steps forward, and calmly, almost effortlessly, jabs his left fist out for the pigtailed girl's shoulder. Almost a playful gesture, though his right arm is raised to show his defensive side.

"Alright." Cammy says as Daigo takes a step away, the blonde taking a step of her own away, as she lifts up her fists, holding them in front of herself in a defensive gesture. As for her smirk? It was slowly turning into a excited grin.
Call it twitchiness, or just general distrust, but Cammy doubted that that playful gesture was meant as such. And so, when the (rather large) fist flies towards her shoulder, Cammy makes certain that she steps out of the way to one side, jerking her torso in the same direction that she was stepping, just for added 'get out of the way' momentum. Straightening herself as soon as she was out of harms way, the girl takes a step back, her smile becoming a bit more muted as her expression grows a touch serious.
"You've heard about my kick, hmm?" she says, taking a step towards Daigo, her knees then bending before she leaps up in the air towards him, the girl beginning to slowly turn about while she was ascending. "Nothing like first hand experience!" she cries out, and when she completes that turn, she lifts a leg, whipping it out in a flying roundhouse kick. Towards the very side Daigo was guarding.

That's exactly what Daigo's right arm was there for - to protect from lethal counter-attacks. Daigo's jab whiffs past the bright-eyed fighter woman, and her return-tap lands, but it's Daigo's arm it lands against, flexed to minimize the damage it would do. A minor bruise, at best, though the Kazama feels the strength behind the kick. It was enough to shift him a good inch along the rooftop.
"I've felt it before." Daigo notes, still in his calm tone, though that's all he volunteers on the subject, and tries to bring his left fist into play again while Cammy's on one leg. Another casual jab, aimed to clock the pigtailed wonder in the side of her head...almost counting on Cammy to dodge, while his right arm lowers his guard long enough to try for a more solid uppercut.

Cammy was hoping for more than a inch, to tell the truth. It would have been nice to send someone of Mr. Kazama's size barrelling head over heels to one side. Cammy's surprise is reflected in her expression. A surprise that only increases as Daigo's mighty fist makes contact with the side of Cammy's head. Cammy did try to dodge, and the Gedo Boss' foresight paid off. As the inital jab came in, Cammy had begun to duck her head forwards, and step away as her feet touch the rooftop again... but with her ducked over like that, that left her a prime target for Daigo's uppercut, the uppercut sending the petite once-Doll flying up into the air... where she lands in a kneel a short distance away from Daigo, a bit of blood trickling from her nostrils.
Cammy was smiling still, however, albiet the smile was a bit strained. Whatever attempt at a smile she was making vanishes as she rises, her body tensing as she gets to her feet. "That... was a hard hit." Cammy says, her voice sounding a bit distant as she brings up her fists, and begins to slowly step away from Daigo... but then she was in motion again, a loud slap of foot on rooftop heard as she kicks off of the ground into a spiraling sort of jump, the girl slapping her arms across her chest to send her into a quick spin, the bottoms of her feet always facing the floor. And when her feet make contact with the roof again, she lashes out her right forearm at Daigo's ribs or front, hoping to strike him there with a backhanded blow. There was something else, however... her striking arm was coated with a bluish, sparking sort of fire-shaped energy.

Speaking of hard hits...
Daigo had returned to his more defensive stance as Cammy had been knocked away, half a smile on his face from the clean contact...and the compliment that followed. "Thanks." he replies, his good eye narrowed, studying the pigtailed girl in her new crouch.
Then she's in motion... A spinning motion that triggers another memory in the Gedo Boss' mind. A fuzzy one, but enough of one to shift his position in hopes to one-up the energetic fighter again. When Cammy strikes, Daigo's guard completely drops. His arms fly wide, almost in welcome of the beret clad woman's attack. The fist strikes clean, jabbing right into the big man's ribs, the energy surrounding the first sending Daigo skidding back a good step or two this time. Much better than a couple of inches.
Daigo grunts from the impact of that one, his face grimacing in pain, and then twisting into a half-grin again. Almost mocking Cammy's own. "...That was a nice hit, too." he comments, and then spins about, attempting to land his own kicks against the high-kicker of Pacific. Three of them are let loose, two roundhouse kicks, and a final forward boot designed to knock the opponent backwards a good distance...assuming it can even hit the fleet-footed wonder woman!

Not today, it seems. She who was fleet of foot seems to sense, more than see the oncoming kick of Daigo's, and falls into a deep crouch, the first of the roundhouses whiffing over her head, and sending her pigtails flying after his foot with the wake of the strike. The second and third strikes, if Daigo even goes through with them, have no such convienent target, as the crouching girl somersaults backwards then, bringing her out of the sizable leg range of Mr. Kazama.
And she was still wearing her beret, somehow. "Glad you enjoyed!" the girl says, and instead of rising to her feet, she -leaps- up at Daigo, hoping to hop past him, and fly over his shoulder. Should she fly over the behemoth of a man's shoulder, she would extend her right arm, hoping to hook him around the neck, and use her grip there to flop against his back. Should she get that far...
...she would grab the hooking arm with her other arm, tightening the grip around his neck for two seconds, hoping the threat of decreased air would be enough distraction for her to then drop down behind Daigo, the girl then lifting up a foot to hammer the back of one knee, her hands reaching out and then taking handfuls of the back of his clothes in a attempt to guide the big man down to a fall upon his side, rather than backwards, upon her.
...but whether or not that, or a version of that, comes to pass, will be dependant on if Cammy can get Daigo in the first place...

Daigo's a big man. Not overly large, but solid. Like concrete. As such, he's not that hard to grab and throw around, really, he just has his ways of reducing the damage that would be done to his less guarded areas. In this case, Cammy's successful in getting a good hold on Daigo. Her fleet-footedness catches him just as he finishes his kicking spree, and locks in for the kill. It's when Daigo's in the air that the shift in his weight occurs, flexing strongly to break one arm free, and flailing one leg out enough to help cushion his landing. It still hurts...but it's not a brain-buster.
"Nngh... Very quick." the Boss grumbles, not bothering to finish breaking out of Cammy's fall. Instead, he tries to use her new position to his advantage, and try giving her a toss! Straight up, even, where if he can get that off...it's followed by another uppercut. This time, his own fist laced with his special brand of fire-flavored chi. Volleyball, anyone?

Cammy wasn't that large of a person at all. And while she was pretty darn muscular for a member of the fairer gender, 'solid' wouldn't quite be the proper term to use for her. Sturdy, perhaps. And really, really flexible. With a high pitched squeak that shows her surprise, Cammy was tossed directly up into the air, her limbs failing as she rises, then begins to fall... but she was already beginning to stabilize herself in the air, well on her way to landing on her feet again... when Daigo's flaming fist rises up towards her. It was a angle that would be tricky to block with her arms, or something else, and manueverability was nil in the air, so...
Cammy brings her knees together, and lifts her thick legs to deflect the blow. And thus, Daigo's flaming fist impacts against Cammy's shins, drawing a hiss from the girl as the force from the blow sends her upwards once again... but before she reaches the apex of her flight, Cammy throws her torso forward, changing the momentum of her fall, and somersaulting forward in the air... more or less towards Daigo.
You see, Cammy was hoping that her mid-air escapades would help her to, instead of falling on the more or less solid rooftop, change that around so that she lands upon the shoulders of the possibly more solid Daigo, one thigh on each shoulder. Should she get that far? Well, the girl would squeeze the Gedo man's neck between her legs, taking a deep breath of air as she channels some energy to strengthen her limbs, the girl then throwing herself backwards...
Cammy had very strong legs. But Daigo was fairly heavy. If things went Cammy's way, though? She would yank the man off of his feet, bring him over her head... and more or less deposit him upside down on the rooftop behind herself.

To say that Daigo was surprised about this sudden turn of events would be an understatement. To go from tossing people around, to being tossed by the strong legs of Pacific High's best kicker. He's trapped by the quick (even in air) footed woman, and subsequently dumped on his head. The rooftop cracks where the entirety of Daigo's weight drops, a loud crack heard from the contact, and Daigo slumps over, one step away from unconsciousness. Or at least, extreme dizziness, as the large Kazama man rolls away from Cammy's presence, to get groggily back to his feet, very defensively, trying to get his focus on the young woman. "...Nice..." is all he utters in compliments to the good, solid, hit.

And Cammy seems inclined to give Daigo the space he wanted. After disengaging herself from the man, the student flips unto her back, then flips from there back unto her feet with a backwards sort of somersault, the girl giving her head a shake, before giving Daigo that grin of hers in belated acceptance of the compliment. "Thanks." she says, shrugging her shoulders to finally rid them of the windbreaker she was wearing, the girl continuing to back away from the man, although her paces begins to quicken.
You know those vents that were on the tops of buildings? The huge pipe looking things? Well, Cammy was trotting backwards towards one, and when she nears it... the girl flicks a wink towards Daigo, and her grin brightens for a instant; but only a instant. The grin fades into a mask of concentration, and the girl leaps up into the air, whirling around... and delivers a precise, strong kick to the side of the pipe. And with the sound of tearing duct tape, the top of the now dented pipe comes off, and sails towards Daigo.

By the time Cammy's hopped all the way to a vent, 'innocently' winking, and then kicking the big chunk of metal Daigo's way, the big Kazama man had gotten just enough of a breather to duck and roll to the side, cleanly evading being brained a second time. Thank goodness, too, Daigo's poor noggin takes so much abuse in a fight. Like it isn't bad enough being mostly blind in one eye!
"Nice try!" the Gedo Boss calls, keeping the distance Cammy's given, and raising his right hand, palm-out to the pigtailed girl. His good eye closes, a moment of concentration needed to clear the rest of his mental cobwebs away, and focus on his inner power. A collection of dark purple chi forms, covering the big man's palm, and then another grunt is given as that palm is thrust an inch more, turning the collection of chi into several long spikes. Each one, lancing out towards Cammy like tiny missiles, sharp points seeking the girl out to inflict a bit of the pain Daigo feels from her brutal attacks back at her.

Cammy had the advantage of a little bit of distance to deal with this attack. Without that, she might've been in worse trouble. Eyes widening as she sees, and feels the gathering chi, Cammy's body tenses as she keeps her focus upon Daigo. And then the chi lances towards her, Cammy... dodges. Dropping her head closer to the ground, the girl then allows herself to drop to one side, Cammy kicking off of the ground to get herself that much more propulsion away from the point of chi impact. And when Cammy lightly lands on the ground again... she is again in motion.
The skid from her rapid direction change kicks up a bit of the dirt that was lying about on the roof, and Cammy begins a rapid sprint in Daigo's direction, the girl leaping up into the air when she gets close enough... and in a move similar to her earlier one, she attempts to travel over his shoulder. This time, however, when she makes the grab for his clothes, she simply attempts to pull him off of his feet unto his back, using the momentum from the sprint and the jump to enable her to actually do so. Or at least try to do so.

On his back again? That's where Daigo goes! Surprised once again by Cammy's quickness, Daigo watches, his one eye wide, as his chi-focused attack misses its target, struggling to pull up a defense against whatever brutality Cammy has in store for him. His defense isn't up to snuff now, Daigo's movements still sluggish enough to be unable to avoid being grabbed...and worse yet, unable to keep from being thrust to the rooftop.
At least this time wasn't on his head...
Speechless, or more accurately breathless, Daigo has to pull his wits together. He can't go out of a fight like this. And Cammy is close up again. Maybe Daigo can use this to his advantage...but first trying to get Cammy off her hitting streak with a quick, hopefully stunning upwards jab, while the big man rises from being flat on his back.

And the jab connects. Rather beautifully, to boot. The jab slaps into the underside of the girl's jaw, not quite giving her the flying practice the big man's other clean strike had given her, but still. He wanted to stun her, and for the space of a few moments, his little plan was successful. Cammy staggers away from Daigo, at least until she gathers enough wits about her for a half-aware backflip away from the Gedo boss, further increasing the distance. And there, Cammy gives her head a final shake, her narrowing eyes on the form of the rising man. With a bit more of the luck that had been favouring her all today, she could finish this.
Without a word, Cammy begins to charge forward towards Daigo, the girl leaping up off of the ground when she reaches a certain distance away from him. But instead of the spinning sort of jump she had been favouring, this leap had her feet facing Daigo, arms across her chest, and body held stiff, and straight. Like a arrow! A arrow with blazing feet. Indeed, Cammy's energy flares into life again, the flame-shaped energy licking all the way up to her thighs as she seeks to plant both blazing feet in Daigo's gut. There would be more.
Three full times would she spin there, her feet digging further into the man, before she falls to the ground... before exploding off of it in a vertical flight, one that takes her blazing feet all along the front of Daigo, hopefully ending by delivering a double-kick to the bottom of the man's chin. Hopefully.

It was a close call, that's for sure, but Cammy's attack didn't quite go as planned. Daigo's little stunning jab gave him just enough time to get to his feet, and take a single, deep breath. A much needed, calming breath, to clear his vision once more from the brutal smashing he'd taken. His good eye focused again on Cammy, he gets to watch her amazing speed take effect again, the woman spinning through the air in what could be the most painful maneuver yet.
It's an all-out assault, and Daigo shouldn't be able to avoid it. He knows he can't move fast enough. But then, he also knows he doesn't have to. A risky maneuver is needed, though it's paid off for him before. It only proves the axim: Sometimes the best defense is a good offense.
As Cammy comes spiralling his way, Daigo stands his ground. Arms flexed, ready for the moment Cammy comes almost to within contact...where both hands suddenly thrust out, palms first, grabbing Cammy's feet just long enough to adjust her trajectory upwards prematurely. She rockets upwards without so much as tapping the Gedo Boss, leaving him clear to spin around, and attempt backhanding the woman right out of the air, his hand once again alight with his potent energy.

A twitch. That's basically all Cammy could do in her situation. Twitching violently downwards, the backhand travels directly above the still-spiraling student, the energy fizzling out into little sparkly motes of light as Cammy then twists around, landing in a skidding kneel, with eyes upraised towards Daigo.
He was being very stubborn about being knocked down. "That was nice." Cammy says, a mixed tone in her voice. And then Cammy rises from her kneel, and then she begins to dash towards the man yet again, her powerful legs bending before she jumps up into the air. Daigo's poor head will be spared, this time. We'll just have to see about the rest of him.
Reaching out for both his shoulders, Cammy attempts to grab the man, and land with the toes of her boots digging into his shin. Kicking off of the man if she got that far, Cammy's grip on his shoulders would release as she throws herself backwards in a flip... and drags her feet up the man, delivering a short, sharp kick to his throat as her feet pass by there. Something intended more to stun, than anything.

If anything, Daigo's somewhat easy to throw around. It's keeping him down that's the toughie. Cammy's speed is too much to deal with when it comes to getting out of the way, so Daigo has to settle for taking partial damage. Meaning Cammy almost gets what she wants again, save the final kick at the end. That, Daigo stops with one hand, and from there attempts to get a quick grip on Cammy's foot...to re-introduce her to the ground, Bam-Bam style.

And that's a style that's surprisingly effective. Snapped out of the air with yelp, Cammy meets the ground once more with a solid smack of flesh on rooftop, the girl grunting, and nonetheless... kicking her foot out of Daigo's grip to prevent further silliness along those lines, and then rolling out of his range, kipuping to her feet soon after.
Now, Cammy wasn't the type that enjoyed using the same move twice against the opponent. Made you predictable. In this case... hopefully a different approach to the same manuever would work just as well. Twisting towards Daigo, the once-Doll dashes directly at the man... and upon approaching him, would attempt to run -up- him. Not -exactly- running, more like a series of kicks, and jumps, but still. Upon reaching his shoulders, she would settle herself down there, squeeze his head between her thighs, and try a repeat of the manuever she had before... the frankensteiner. Hopefully, it would end the same way.

Ash has reconnected.
Ash has dropped a connection.
Even when he can see it coming...the Frankensteiner is not a move easily avoided. It could very well have something to do with the execution that just stuns people into going along with it, ending in one severe headache for the victim. VERY severe, in Daigo's case, when he is once again re-introduced to Mr. Rooftop. Thunk.
Well... What a prediciment. Daigo can feel the pain. It took a lot of pain, but his body's close to calling it quits on him. Even so, he manages to struggle enough to attempt to use one hand...to try and grab Cammy. By the face.
Where he can unleash a second burst of dark purple chi, much like the first, neatly-avoided attempt. Only without so much distance in the way.

And from what it seems like, that distance was most of what helped Cammy dodge the first one. Because this second one? Slams right into her. Those dark needles of scary chi impact the poor student, causing her to shiver a bit as she is knocked backwards, and flat unto her behind. That seemed to take a little bit of the fight out of her, as well, judging by the weary way she was picking herself up again.
Her new charge towards Daigo lacked the 'oomph' the other charges did, and her jump up into the air wasn't quite as fast... but she was still snapping out a foot, trying to kick the weary Daigo smack dab in the center of the forehead. And her kicks were not to be underestimated.

It's all Daigo can do to lift his arm and keep his headache from turning into a migrane, courtesy of Cammy's foot. Even so, he's brought to his knees from her quick, light, yet deadly kick. "...Good..fight..." Daigo manages to grunt out, squinting his eye in his last moments of consciousness. He won't lose it without trying to get one final lick in though! One hand attempts to keep Cammy's leg from repeat-kicking him, while the other whips out to try and punch Cammy right below the ribs. A final farewell present, from the Gedo Boss.

The incoming punch was slow. -Painfully- slow. -Tiresomely- slow.
Which makes it all the more goofy that Cammy didn't quite get out of the way. She tried. Oh, heavens above did she try... but she was still winded from what happened before, and the various smacks and such that she had been suffering were adding up to one thing. She was woozy. And now, she was woozy and winded. The punch makes her hop up a bit, and then Cammy sinks to her knees, bending over as she clutches at her belly. And her beret? It finally slips off her little blonde head, to flutter to the ground before her. But still.
Cammy finds it somewhere within herself to ignore the pain for the moment, and fling herself away from Daigo, the girl rising to her feet once more, twisting around towards Daigo, and narrowing her eyes sharply at him. Dodge it once, shame on him. Dodge it twice... well, shame on her. And she wasn't going to be ashamed tonight! "Thanks." she says, her voice strained with the pain, and distant with the focus she was holding herself in... and again, she charges towards Daigo, leaps up at him... and hopes to use a Spiral Arrow like technique to bury energy-encased feet in his belly, before her left foot drops to the ground, supporting herself as she draws her right foot up his chest, to clock him one right in the jaw. That was the idea, at any rate!

He was already almost on the way out! Daigo...felt a little rush of hope at the strike he'd given, noting the solid hit. He was going to get up, and see if he could throw another before he fell over. But what happens? His good eye widens...because Cammy just kicked herself into overdrive again, corkscrewing his face with much the pain that his one-handed chi-blast had done to her head. Daigo flies...backwards, backwards, crashing into the ground, out of breath, jaw hurting like hell, and...basically blind from the darkness that's crept into his vision after that amazing hit. It could very well be over.
Again.
Except that on her way up, Daigo makes another, perhaps futile attempt to grab a part of her as she flies upwards. Her foot. Or he might end up grabbing her pigtails. It's hard to see what with his vision blurred to darkness. He just makes a grab, and if he can get a hold, a single sharp jerk downwards is what he'll give. As he, himself, tumbles backwards to lay on the rooftop.

One thing that Cammy was learning about the Gedo Boss? He seemed the stubborn sort. The... annoyingly stubborn sort. And Cammy, while stubborn herself, wasn't quite as stubborn/tough as Daigo was. The grasping hand is batted away with a swipe from Cammy's forearm, the girl taking a step forward, and with a hiss... bringing up a foot to kick Daigo sharply in the face, before taking a few shaky steps away. She was getting tired, now, as well as feeling like she had been run over.
So the grab failed, and instead, Daigo's met with a foot to the face. Another lash of pain, Daigo stumbling back instead of falling, and slumping to his knees. "...ENOUGH WITH THE FACE!" he screams, giving Cammy the honor of doing something that rarely happens. Daigo's actually mad. And that might be why he's still standing, beyond any human limits. Daigo's tough. Gedo Tough. But even that toughness has a limit, somewhere.
Unfortunately, or fortunately for Cammy, that means she gets to deal with one MORE burst of Daigo's energy. Diminishing as it is from all this getting back up business, the big Gedo punk has to use both hands to focus, a low growl in his throat when he releases, for the third time this fight, a single, lengthly, and spiritually /sharp/ spike of dark purple chi.

And that last burst... is just one she can't deal with, at the moment. The sharpness of the chi seems to cut right through her very aura, driving the once-Doll to her knees, Cammy pausing there for a few long moments, face downturned, chest heaving with each labouring breath. "ALRIGHT!" she screams back, and rises to a shaky stand not too long after. Her head was swimming, the edges of her vision were going black, but still... Cammy brings her left fist back, and then sorta falls, more than crouches into a kneel, the girl exploding upwards with the very last dregs of her energy. "SPIKE!" she calls out, the end of her foot blazing with a slightly weaker fire than what was normal for her... but it was still hard to miss the fact that her foot was headed for Daigo's face again.

It was a final head attack. It was the fact that Cammy (accidentally or no) aimed for Daigo's head that saved him the last time. Because Daigo fell backwards. That's all he did. Flumped onto his back, and watched through spinning vision as Cammy flew right over him. Too weak to even throw a fist up to try and hit her, Daigo just lets her go...sitting up afterwards, with a mighty struggle, and looking back to where Cammy landed. Waiting for some final blow to knock him out...
A blow that doesn't come, and wouldn't come. Cammy doesn't even bother to extinguish the flame of energy on the end of her foot, leaving it to sputter out as she falls again, landing in a heap of limbs not two meters away from Daigo's fallen person. And while she was Mostly Tough, she wasn't Gedo Tough. So.. when Cammy falls, she stays down, the girl flopping unto her back, her head lolling to the side as she stares, open-eyed, in Daigo's direction, looking... very worn. And all she can really manage, is a nod in his direction.
Daigo is certainly confused about why the final tap doesn't come. Even though his gaze settles on the downed woman, staring back at him. Daigo squints, and then nods back, finding some sort of energy to get back to his feet, and slowly stumble his way towards Cammy, to collapse to his knees next to where she landed, and clumsily offer a hand.
"...That...was a great fight. You nearly kicked my head off."
He was moving. Cammy was not. She... lost. The momentary pang of regret she felt at that realization was drowned beneath the excitement that she remembers during the fight. That was... a pretty even fight. In spite of the fact that she was a tangle of limbs at the moment, she offers up a weak smile towards the Gedo Boss, unfurling a hand from the tangle, and slowly raising it up to meet his own. "You're..." A pause for a few panting breaths. "...good. Better than the rumours... say."
That's enough for the cameras. The fight's winner seems to have been decided, though barely, and it's enough for the SNF crew to go off of for their footage. Daigo is announced the victor, much to his confusion, the Gedo Boss scratching his head for a few moments before the realization kicks in. All he does in response to that? Raise one arm for a few seconds in victory.
Then he shakes Cammy's hand, and flumps back onto his rear, sitting on the roof for a breather. "...I'm gonna be sore for a week..."
"Just in time for... the next SNF." Cammy says, the girl slowly shifting where she lay upon the rooftop, to a slightly more comfortable position. The medical staff were likely on their way already, but that didn't remove the need for temporary comfort. In belated support of her joke, she turns her head towards Daigo, and gives another weak smile, her eyes closing... not because she was unconcious, but more to rest them. Oop, here come the medical staff anyways.
