Description: Although summer's recently over, that doesn't stop this Saturday Night Fight from being a swimsuit fight on the beach! Being a custom match of Dong Hwan's design, this fight pits him and Megumi versus a team of Kai Gabriel, May Lee, and Natsu! (Winners: May Lee, Natsu, and Gabriel)
It's probably no surprise to anyone that Dong Hwan has showed up notably early for the first time in his SNF history, as far as this one was playing him, eager to be around when all the fine honies in swimsuits started showing up. After all, he got to book himself a match, so he took the sexiest babes of those who signed up with the stipulation they had to wear a swim suit or else they'd be penalized.
By the time the others arrive, Dong Hwan is heading out of the water from his preflight swim, his hair still somehow still spiked. That's some way strong Gel. He's following his own rules, wearing nothing but a pair of swim trunks with a similar scheme to that of his normal fighting outfit, leaving above his waist and below his knees bare. The shorts are tight around his hips, possibly by design, possibly because he's a fatass, before widening out by the time they get to his knees. Sorry ladies, no speedo. Now, just for the women to arrive, Dong Hwan wandering over to find a towel to dry himself off while he waits.
Natsu arrives on the sand, long powerful legs easily moving her across the sandy beach. Sand? Volleyball? One might even think she's at home. Of course, she has a swimsuit for just such an occasion. Normally she'd be expecting to hit balls around a net in this get-up, but, whatever works. SHe shrugs, and kneels down on her haunches, starting to stretch.
What? You want specifics? Oh, alright. Natsu is wearing an very sporty swimsuit. The top is made for mobility, not to show off. Holding her modest bust tight against her chest. It's white and red, her school colors, and covers much of the top part of her torso. Her bottoms are the standard fair she wears out at school. Short, and showing off her muscular legs.
Megumi received a very strange cell-phone call the other night. A notice she'd been booked for a fight. No problem, that was expected. Being told 'It is on the beach, dress appropriately' was not expected.
But she did go through with it. Emerging from a taxi, she's wrapped herself in a large towel and has swapped out her typical shoes for sandals. Once she gets over to where Dong Hwan and Natsu are, the towel's tossed aside to reveal that she's complied with the rule. Half-white, half-red top and bottom. It's an odd match stipulation, but one she's going with and playing it up, waving to spectators and so forth. As an aside to Dong Hwan though, she asks in a more level tone, "We're teaming up today, right? Did you ask for this?"
Kai has been here too, she's always early, she's very good about that sort of thing. . that and following rules. The idea that this might be a bunk rule never occurred to her, it was simply a rule and therefore to be followed, so she wore a swimsuit. Nothing special to her, but to others well. . It's a Justice High swimsuit. One piece, very modest, black or a very dark grey, it has shoulder pads and the school emblem on the breast.
Then the crowning jewel, around Gabriel's waist is a huge bulky belt. The thing hardly fits and on the very front is a giant red button. The belt seems to have been constructed in a high school shop class with batteries sticking out of the side. From what anyone could tell looking at it, the button's only function seems to be to make the belt possibly light up, the belt's only function would therefore be to look ridiculous. Kai Meanwhile wears it as though she were expecting something great from it. She moves to stand opposite the others meanwhile, beginning some pre-match prayers.
Well, sorry, Dong Hwan! Lee Jin Ju, (more commonly known as May Lee!), wasn't going to arrive in a swimsuit, and darn the consequences. Following rules was a good thing, but someone shouldn't follow unJust rules, right? Right? And... well... fighters of Justice shouldn't be tromping around in swimsuits except... well, when swimming, right? Right? Well, anyways, the slightly prudish Justice! fighter steps unto the sand on her side right before the event was about to start, giving each other person in her team a brilliant smile.
She was wearing a white t-shirt, decorated with a bright yellow frog, and a pair of grey pants, sneakers, and fingerless gloves. Oh, and a pair of goggles with tinted lenses. Sunglasses that can stick to your head no matter how much you're hopping around! Anyways, May then glances over towards Megumi and Dong Hwan, and gives them both a wave. "Hey Megumi! Hey Dong Hwan!" she calls out brightly.
Ah, they arrive. Natsu is given a wave when she arrives, as is Megumi, Dong Hwan's attention focusing on the later when she speaks up. His head tips to the side just a little bit, before he grins and gives a bit of a shrug. "Maybe, kind of. Yeah, I did." He confesses with a shrug, not seeming like he thinks that's a bad thing, exactly. And why would he?
Dong Hwan assuredly notes Gabriel, the belt given a long look, before he focuses on his team mate. May Lee's arrival is met with Dong Hwan tipping his head in a curious fashion, looking her over for a long moment, "That's not proper dress code, missy. I hope you have a swimsuit on under that!" He could go on, of course, and really push the point, but they're teammates, so, Dong Hwan give the poor girl some slack. He lifts his arms up to flex, however, showing off his unremarkable upper body muscles, most of his combat prowess coming from his legs and chi, after all. "You should show off what you've got! That's true of techniques, and of bodies!" But, with that aside he turns to look at Natsu, hands moving down to rest on his hips as he grins goofily over at her. "Hey, babe. This doesn't ruin my chances for a date with you, right? We could use a rematch anyway..." A hand lifts up to point at her with this, as though he was picking his 'mark'.

Oh good. She's been singled out. She flashes a nice friendly smile at Dong. You know, the 'I'm going to kill you but I'm trying to look friendly' type. She shrugs, "I play on the beach all the time." She smirks, "Just try not to get any sand in your wounds."
Natsu is... taken aback when Gabriel comes onto the beach. She stares at her belt, and tries to shoot a questioning eye in Gabby's direction. She nods to Megumi as she walks bast, and smiles at May Lee. "Taking the easier way you, I see?" She grins to the shorter woman. She smiles her approval however. She unwittingly broke the rules last time, she's rather not risk it again, and upset Geese.

"Okay," Kai says, taking a moment to clutch her pendant then drops it back to her chest. "I'm ready.. It's time for my secret weapon.. Power belt.. On!" And with tht Kai touches the bottom and yes, the belt lights up. . . Wait for it.. wait for it. No that's all it does. She LOOKS like it helped her anyway.
A bow is given to her opponents, "Megumi-san, and mister Hwan-san, I am Kai Gabriel, I will not lose!"

Megumi doesn't look upset with Dong Hwan's admission at all. "Well...I guess it's kind of weird, but thank you." Then she leaves him to his teasing May, and then once it's done, returns the greetings. May's someone who's held in good esteem by her, so the wave is mirrored easily. "Yeah...guess I'm ready." She takes off towards Gabriel, rushing in to try and get an early hold once the belt-preliminaries are dealt with. Megumi's idea is to get in close and grab at an arm. If she succeeds, she'll spin behind Gabriel and take the arm with her, wrenching it upward...then continuing the spin, letting go of that arm, grabbing at the other, and swinging her free hand at Gabriel's neck to drive her down towards the ground. Flashy, in any case.
"Nope!" May Lee shouts towards Dong Hwan, in spite of the fact that his attention was likely elsewhere now. She was beginning to feel like the odd one out, but that's never stopped her before! "Alright!" she calls out to no one in particular, the beaming smile not dimming for a moment. Reaching up a hand to her goggles, she pulls them down over her eyes, taking a few moments to peer around the beach soon after. Dong Hwan and Natsu had unfinished business, it seems, and Megumi and Gabriel were doing battle. It -was- a team fight, yes, but it always felt wrong to fight someone when their attention was elsewhere. What to do, what to do...
The Korean begins to slowly stride to the centerpoint between the two pairs, her eyes glancing from one scuffle to the next, watchful and ready.

"Thank you for being so beautiful." Dong Hwan retorts to Megumi with a winning smile, before his attention falls on Natsu, a wry grin on his face at the mention of playing on the beach. "We should play together some time." But the flirting pauses here, as he decides it's time to kick things off.
Dong Hwan begins his saunter over towards Natsu, moving at a slowish pace, hoping she won't pop him in the head on his approach... Before lunging for her, jumping right for her in an instant, flying through the air and, hopefully, landing on her as such that his arms are thrown around her neck, his legs clamped around her waist, resting in her hips to keep him upright. Ohh good, as if last time he was throwing her around, now she has to deal with him being in nothing but swim trunks. He has time to make a kissy face or two down at her should he manage to get in the position as he desired, before he pushes at her shoulders and twists his body suddenly, trying to spin Natsu off of her feet all at once, ending up with the girl head down in the sand, Dong Hwan landing on top of her for some extra oomph.

Natsu glares at Dong as he approaches. He wouldn't.... He would. She doesn't have much time to react as she realises what he's doing. "Eeeeee" She cries out as she's flipped around in the air. She manages to throw her arms up abover her head however before she lands, and presses her hands against the ground, taking a much of the force out of the throw.
Natsu rolls backwards out of the grapple as she lands. She presses her legs against hte ground, and jumps into the air. Throwing a volleyball up with her, she strikes it with the palm of her hand, sending it hurtling in Dong's direction. "You can consider our date off!" She screams at him.

While Kai isn't quite able to get out of the way like she would very much probably like to, she can go with the fall so the ground and the joint locks do not hurt as much. Though something strange about her, as Megumi is attempting to harm her, she smiles,
"Megumi-san.. You do me a great compliment by treating me like an opponent so worthy of your attention. . I shall not let you down - Yeeeah!" And as she speaks the words she thrusts out an open palmed thrust toward Megumi's face, a snap of energy accompanying the move like teeth.
"You treat me as an equal, I will not let you down." A glance is given to May Lee. How could she of missed Kai getting a power belt?

Megumi brings an arm up as Gabriel makes the palm-thrust. On its own, this might've been completely negligble and harmless as it impacts on the limb. The energy-burst coming right after the impact does drive her arm back a little however, as that hurt. "Something like that...I'm just here to win, same as you." Then she lowers a shoulder and dives in, going for a simple tackle to Gabriel's stomach to bring her down again.
Gasp. Dong Hwan didn't just... "Oh. My. Goodness." May Lee says, rolling her eyes in Dong Hwan's direction, and setting her hands on her hips. "Dong Hwan! You're horrible!" she cries out towards him. Really! Well, leaving him to Natsu's... mercies seemed the best idea at the moment, so... that sorta leaves Megumi. Hmm. "Hey, Megumi! " May Lee calls out towards the pink haired one. "Get ready! I'm coming after you too!"
Alright. Warning Megumi made May feel better. With that, May Lee begins to charge towards Megumi, moving around towards her side, and then whirling around, extending a foot and hopping forward a bit to try to drive the sole of that foot into Megumi's side. "Hey! Nice belt!" May Lee says towards Gabriel, as May performs that kick.

The lecherous Korean pulls himself to his feet quickly when Natsu crawls out from under him, giving him ample time to jump over the ball heading his way, right back in towards Natsu. He falters only a little when their date is called off right then and there, "Hey, how come!?" Could it be because he's a creep?
Dong Hwan once again goes for another less elaborate grapple. This time he just charges right for Natsu, plowing in to her and trying to take her down to the ground, a move comparable to a football tackle. He's awfully touchy-feely today, or maybe he's just trying to keep her close since she has all those projectiles that hurt a lot. Where exactly is the line between a fight and molestation, again? Should he hit, he of course takes whatever time he has before Natsu escapes to admire her bathing suit from his kneeling over her position.

Natsu's brow furrows as the volleyball misses wide of it's mark. Not that it happens very often. She keeps her eyes on the Korean gentleman's.. er.. 'advances'. He notices his lecherous eyes taking in her body, and susspects another throw. She easily sidesteps the charging Dong Hwan, and glares as he passes. She follows his movement, her left arm balling into a taped fist, as she tries to punch him in the back, "You animal!"

Eek! From her stomach she gets shoved down onto the ground rather roughly. That was very unpleasant. Dust settles for a moment, but Kai picks herself up as quickly as she can. A rather rough smash and she's spending a moment to gather herself and it's not going so well. She picks up a rock and staggers back from Megumi, her eyes wide as though this was not going well.
"St- stay back!"
The rock sails high, but clearly aimed at Megumi's face.

"Ehn?" Megumi's surprised to hear May call out and give a warning, and gets back from Gabriel...hmm. Attacked from two fronts. How to best handle that? Megumi tries to roll underneath the incoming kick, but May's positioned well enough to catch her despite this evasive effort, and she's clocked in the side of the head, sent rolling down to the ground. She handsprings just in time to catch a rock in the jaw, spinning her head sideways a little. "Ow!" Well, that's two head-hits; one intentional, one her own fault. A quick head-shake to get her bearings, then she's getting back into motion. A quick spin is made to get away from May even if only for a moment, then a palm is thrust towards the distant Gabriel. A roughly baseball-sized red orb forms, flying towards her...and once it's pretty close, Megumi clenches her palm into a fist, making it explode.
May can't help but cringe at the double hit on Megumi. "Are you alright?" May calls out, until Megumi answers with a... exploding energy ball at Gabriel. Eeek. Well! "Guess so!" she calls out brightly, and begins to step towards her opponent for the moment again, her grin growing wider and wider. "Get ready, Megumi!" And with that warning, May kicks up one of her feet, hoping to slap it into the underside of Megumi's chin. That was just the setup for the next attack, however, as she drops that foot, and brings up her other in a very fast, very hard upwards kick to the underside of Megumi's jaw, hoping to knock the girl up into the air.

Hey, is that a compliment? Dong Hwan takes her tone to mean not, though he probably thinks his wild side is his strength. Still, after ducking out of the way of her punch, he protests, "I can be a gentleman! You and me should go out a romantic dinner so I can show you my sweet side. But for now... Gotta do what it takes!" Someday, he'll convince someone to go on a date with him. And it will be proven that he isn't /always/ a pervert. But probably not today, considering how it's going.
On to retaliation. He's done with the grappling for the time being, as it isn't going well for him. So he jumps at Natsu again, this time with a leg lifted high into the air, coming down with an axe kick on Natsu's shoulder. The leg is covered with electric energy, giving Natsu an additional shock. Good thing she isn't wet, despite her outfit!

Natsu glares at Dong. "Gentlemen make ladies dress up in swimsuits so he can fight them. Riiiight." She shakes her head, and expects another ecchi throw from Dong. Thus, she is taken by surprise when the kick slams down on to her shoulder. Her body is racked with pain for a second as the lightning surges through her body. She grunts ,and pushes herself under the Korean's body, as his leg is in the air. She clasps her hands together, and brings her wrists up to his groin. At least, that's the plan.

Kai, who right now looks positively terrified of Megumi, watches with wide eyes as she generates a ball of what she can only assume to be PAIN. It comes and she stares. It comes and she stares.. Suddenly it's like someone slapped sense into her. Actually it's Natsu's shouting that brings her back into her senses and it's at that very moment she whips a hand out to catch the burst..
For a split second that to her seems to stretch for a while, small torrents of power flare up around her as she tries to contain the energy before facing Megumi and doing a quick spin, thrusting out a purple baseball sized orb. It's not the same thing that came at her, just a copy.

Megumi flinches as her shot is...pretty much absorbed, negated. It always feels really weird, disorienting. The returning shot doesn't seem to explode, but it's fast enough that Megumi's attempt to dive sideways fails, catching her in the ribs and sending her spinning to the ground. She handsprings back up, in time to be caught by May's kicks...and brings her head back some, a 'half evasion' that makes the kick only glancingly connect and make Megumi stagger back a step on the sand. Okay, this isn't working...let Dong handle his little fight...Megumi backflips to get some distance from the pair, off towards the shallow water. Then another leap, this time a spinning headfirst dive at Gabriel. One fist is extended as energy wraps around it, aiming to drive into Gabriel's gut.

Gritting her teeth together, May Lee fights back the sense that this wasn't quite fair to Megumi out of her mind. There -must- have been a reason this was a two against three, after all. Watching Megumi's attack on Gabriel, May Lee would wait for her to get on her feet again, then cry, "Here I come again!" before dashing towards the pink-haired one. A hand reaches out to grab Megumi's shoulder, and if May gets a grip there... she would hop up with a big leap, and pull herself over Megumi's shoulder, twisting around in midair to deliver a sharp kick to Megumi's head.

Okay, Dong Hwan has no response for that. He just shrugs helplessly, a small smirk coming to his face. "What? I wanted to admire your uncovered beauty!" Honest.
With Natsu sliding under him, He manages to avoid his groin being hit, a leg taking the blow instead. He adjust slightly, so that a leg can be lifted, looking down at the girl with a disappointed look on his face. "Hey, now, that wasn't even right." And then he stomps a leg down hard on to her chest, a large spark of electricity sending a surge through her whole body. Dong Hwan could be used as a portable defibrillator!

Unfortunately, Natsu wasn't really thinking of the. ahem, placement of her hands. If she was thinking about it, she never would have gone there. Ah well. You live and learn. Natsu certainly is learning something. She tries to throw her hands up to counter the Korean's kick this time, but the leg stops onto her chest before she can react. She screams again as the electrical charge is zapped through her body. She rolls out of the way, unfortunately, too late, and attempts to grab Dong by the arm. If successful, she's roll with him into a ball before flinging the inertia filled man across the beach.

Well that hurt. Kai only just manages to see the move coming and tries to get out of the way, just in time to get hit clear on. The psycho power has it's effect all over her and she's not one to argue - instead she practically crumples on the spot. She can't stay this way - that she knows, Megumi will press the attack, history dictates as much.
It is with a great deal of effort that Kai picks herself up and focuses her attention on Megumi. She would need to do something.. Something big.
Instead she chooses something fast. A quick dash, that is all it would take and a chop, to the back of the head, at the base of the neck.. Kai's aim needs to be perfect as she draws up her hand and tries to bring it down while darting toward and hopefully past Megumi.

Megumi lands on her hands, cartwheeling sideways just as May comes in. Nice idea, but May's keeping up just fine and grabs her just as she finishes getting upright...and is kicked down. Gabriel's neck-strike follows that, Megumi's eyes closing as she cries out from the force of the blow. She's nowhere near as quick to get up this time, swinging an arm out in a wild defensive gesture to clear any more attacks out, then she rolls backwards and throws her arms wide apart, then high and low to spawn a red energy wall. It goes out a few feet...then begins floating back towards Megumi.
They definately had Megumi on the defensive. That was... good, in some senses. May guessed. Ah, well. There was one of those healing walls of Megumi's, too. Casting a quick glance over towards Natsu, May Lee clenches her teeth together. If Megumi kept them busy much longer, Dong Hwan would be free to batter on one of them. "Alright!" May Lee says, more to bolster herself than anything. With quick steps forward, the Tae Kwan Do prodigy charges Megumi, and when she gets close enough... she hops up into the air, and snaps out a foot towards her face, hoping to catch her with that quick, sudden kick.

Wheee! Dong Hwan goes sailing by means of Natsu's throw, hitting the sand, kicking it up all around him. A cough to get some sand out of his mouth later, he's back on his feet, looking over at Natsu with a grin. "I think you're getting in to it."
Rushing in, he slides low as though he was going to perform a soccer-styled takedown, but that's just to put himself under her, much like she did to him. He kicks Natsu in the gut once, hopefully powerful enough to send her up in to the air. And should he, 6 kicks will follow, five continuing to smack her up higher in to the air, as he spins around like a whirlwind, before flipping off-axis one last time, leg coming up and around before kicking Natsu straight back down to the sand below him.

Natsu allows herself a little cheer of victory as she flings Dong across the room. She glances up as the man charges to her, kicking her up into the air. Now, if things go as planned, she'll take this opportunity to recover from being airborne, right herself, and smash a flame-covered volleyball into Dong's face. If things go as planned. Which of course, they don't. She manages to right herself, and is throwing up her ball as the first of the rapid succession of kicks begins to injure her flying form. Her body is twisted and contorted into various shapes before she lands back onto the ground. She spits a little blood onto the pavement, and glares over at Dong.
Natsu' dismay is not something that goes missed by Kai Gabriel, neither is Megumi's next action. This situation looks like it could be on the verge of going quite badly for them. The crusader takes a deep breath and decides Megumi is more an issue right now and charges at her, holding in her hand another baseball size purple sphere. Much like Megumi's, except with the borrowed power, this one doesn't seem to have the strength to fly, instead she just tries to force it into Megumi with a quick dash. Looking hopeful now.

Megumi certainly is driven on the defensive. Her wall speeds up as Gabriel and May approach to attack again, though part of it falls apart in midair. What's left goes over her body and fades away, just as Gabriel overtakes her and strikes her in the midsection. Megumi hisses, then backflips away from May. It may not be the most crowd-pleasing tactic, but she's focused on staying up, and repeats her effort from moments ago. Another paper-thin, tall wall goes out, then back towards her.
Akira heads up the beach towards downtown.
Well, hmm. Landing from her dodged kick, May Lee begins to slowly back away from Megumi, the Korean girl sucking her lower lip into her mouth, and nibbling on it softly as she watches Megumi. But suddenly, May Lee grins widely, and begins to bend her knees, lowering her body a bit closer to the ground as she tenses, the fingers of her right hand beginning to curl into a fist. "You're strong! No wonder!" May Lee calls out in a far more deep voice, her grin taking on a bit of a smug bent as sparks of electricity begin to play over her clenched fist. "Are you PREPARED for me, Megumi?!" May Lee cries, before she seems to... explode, in a puff of beach sand, like she was launched out of a cannon towards the pink-haired one, thrusting her sparking right fist out before herself, as she seeks to plant it in Megumi's belly.
Hey, it's not Dong Hwan's fault his attack punched right through Natsu's. And it's not his fault if he has no choice but to keep attacking! Besides, she called off the date, she deserves everything she gets! Say, for instance, Dong Hwan charging up to his opponent, trying to grapple with her once again, but for a different reason.
Should he capture her, a number of knees follow, hitting Natsu in the gut repeatedly. The intent is less to cause serious damage to her, but rather to knock the wind out of the woman--he's done enough real harm to her, now he just wants to knock her out in the gentlest way possible, so that he might move on to give his teammate a hand.

Natsu's shoulders are thusly caught, and she takes a few kicks in the chest. She manages to absorb most of the damage, however, by clenching that athletic build of hers, groaning a bit with each kick. Natsu has little time left in this fight. She is breathing heavily, and the bruises are starting to show a bit over her well-toned and mostly exposed body. She's still in it, however. She leaps backwards out of Dong's grasp, and launches another Volleyball at his face.
Once again Megumi seems to be doing the attack. There isn't much she can do to stop her but.. Maybe.. Kai rushes and makes the same forming of a ball in her hand, purple, this time maybe she can hurt her more. She hates to think of things this way, but..
"Repent! Megumi-san!" Exclaims Gabriel when thrusting forward the energy ball.

Megumi seems to have made the second wall in far too much of a hurry; it almost completely breaks apart by the time it gets to her. Gabriel's in soon after it, and Megumi is once again struck. "Repent? I..." That seems to have messed up her mood some. She'd been relaxed enough during this match. As for May, she does seem to be prepared for May's attack, the fist being spun away from. Megumi forms a fist of her own, red energy on it as she rushes at Gabriel and swings a straight punch at her head; there's only so many shots to that place you'll take before you start targeting it right back. If the energy-wrapped fist connects, the energy will detonate outward to, hopefully, launch Gabriel.
May Lee wasn't quite the type to get discouraged at something. So even as she flies through the air, she simply draws her hand back, the sparking leaving it as she hits the ground in a skid that kicks up a lot of sand, the Korean girl leaping to her feet, and spinning around soon after, the cloud of sand sorta drifting around her as she tenses again, her grin only growing larger. If something doesn't work right once, try it again, right? And so, May Lee tenses for a moment, before launching herself at Megumi in a similar manner as before, thrusting her sparking right fist in front of herself as she hopes to fly straight at Megumi, and sink her fist into someplace. Hopefully, her belly or something.

"Hrmph!" Dong Hwan grunts as he's spiked by his opponent, lifting a hand up to rub at his cheek. At least she didn't smash his nose, but that still hurt like crazy. He's gonna have a black eye in the morning. He charges again, not wanting to let Natsu keep her distance as it clearly works against Dong Hwan, looking on with a huge grin despite just getting hit pretty hard.
Stepping right up to her, hands lift up to grab her swimsuit by the straps that go over her shoulders, getting a good grip on them, With any luck the attire is sturdy, because he's then trying his darnedest to lift her up by the swimsuit, after licking his lips a single time. And if her attire holds, she goes up and over, landing face up in the sand on the other side of him.

As Megumi's attack comes toward Kai, she raises her hands to catch it, the energy being absorded again. Her expression this time is unfocused.. The swirls of energy around her body, too much to control and with a shriek she loses it and the power starts to escape in wisps and then bursts from her body until Kai is kneeling on the spot, looking dazed and confused for a moment, her eyes for a moment purple fromt he energy

'Try again' would seem to work. Megumi staggers back from Gabriel as her attack is negated, blinking a few times...and then trying to twirl away from May's fist. No good, she's struck and knocked back hard, tumbling end over end in the shallow water. Megumi eventually gets up, but looks like she's about had it. She charges back in, this time rolling off to the side as she gets close to Gabriel, aiming to grab a leg and draging it with her to take her down...then if successful in the takedown, Megumi tries to apply a hasty ankle-twist to that limb.
Success! May Lee gets up from where she had skidded to a stop after her lightning fist attack had worked, and twists around towards Megumi and Gabriel. Megumi seemed hellbent to take down Gabriel, and this would not do. With long loping strides, May runs over towards Megumi, and shouts. "Megumi! IIIII am your OPPONENT!", gives her a second or three to look up or something, before swinging out a closed fist to try to give her a quick, solid punch on her torso someplace.
Oof, that one hurt. His attack is stopped when she hits him, and really he deserved it, but... it was just an attack! So, he pulls away and turns around, staring over at his opponent, a glare on his face. This fight is about to end, one way or the other, and one move is going to make or break it... one move Dong Hwan is absolutely sure he's not going to mess up on. He just watches Natsu, licking at his teeth inside of his mouth for a moment, giving a glance over to how is partner is doing... Eesh, not so well. But give up he shant! "Let's go, Natsu! It's the end of this good thing for one of us, and it's not going to be me!"

She exhales strongly, and once again, goes into one of her rolls, bringing her arms up into the man's breadbasket.

Okay, that hurt. Kai Gabriel once again given the dirt to eat by Megumi, but she doesn't stay down long, not this time. Already ready for the counter attack, Kai lowers her stance and springs up toward Megumi, in a desparate attempt to hit her hard and low on the neck with another chop, passing with a streak and swinging with the solo announcement,
"Chop!"
Yeah thanks Kai, as if we needed to know what that attack was all about. . Though even after completing it the girl looks depleted, mad depleted.

Megumi just couldn't get it going today. She rises from her rolling takedown on Gabriel, and sticks a little too close out of fatigue; her efforts to bridge backwards away from the attack are a split-second too late, and part of it strikes her on the side of the throat, sending her tripping with a hurt "Ghrk!" noise; being hit there is not nice. Megumi gets up...and tries to meet May's punch, but it's one of those rare times that it's done so well that there's not much she can do about it, in her dazed state. She's knocked down to one knee and decides, "After all that effort...it could've gone better. Ngh." Arms apart, high and low...energy wall. It goes out, and then Megumi falls over. Conscious, but busy staring up at the clouds, water washing by her every so often. Too tired to move. Must not've been meant for her; the wall's sailing towards Dong Hwan, though how much of it remains intact is anyone's guess...

"Ouch." May Lee says with a cringe, her voice not quite as deep as it was before. "Sorry, Megumi, guess I overdid it a bit!" she says, her voice deepening a bit. Hmm. Taking a few moments to peer down at the fallen Megumi, May glances at the water to make sure the tide wouldn't sweep in and drag her away or something, before turning her attention to Mr. Dong Hwan.
Straightening up, May Lee begins to grin a wide, predatory grin as she takes slow steps in his direction, punching her right fist into the open palm of her left hand as she moves to the... fringe of that fight, cracking her knuckles ominously as she observes how things are going. And that wind, ruffling her clothes and hair? One might think it was the breeze, unless they saw the little multicolored lights dancing about herself as she draws on the energy around her.

"Megumi! Are you okay?" Dong Hwan asks as he sees his partner go down, frowning a bit to himself at that. But as he sees the wall of energy flying towards him, he just lets out a 'hmm' sound, eyes closing as he smiles slightly. "Thank you Megumi. I won't let you down." He promises, even if she shouldn't be able to hear him. Rushing over to jump through her energy wall, his wounds heal up quite a good chunk, leaving him refreshed and ready for action. His attention falls on Natsu, the thankful smile turning into a huge grin. And when she goes to slide under him, he lifts one foot, stepping down right on her hands as she tries to strike upward at him, the attack stopped dead. "Sorry, babe. I still think you're beautiful."
But that doesn't stop him from borrowing a move from Yamazaki for a moment--work with me here, the position is kind of funky--starting to stomp the ever-loving heck out of her. Seven powerful stomps slam in to the poor girls chest should she fail to slow his attack down, hopefully to take her out of this fight for good... and leave him against two more good lookin' young ladies. No rest for the wicked.

Natsu's seeing the red now. Surely it's almost time for her to quit. She shakes her head at Dong. However, she's still got a few tricks up her sleeve. She opens her palms, and presses upwards against the leg attempting to stomp her, pushing the energy away from her body, and reflecting it back at Dong.
"May Lee-san, please stay back and gather your strength," Kai Gabriel says and leaps into the air, moving toward Dong with a sudden aggressive jump. Now lets take a moment to consider Gabriel's outfit. She's been knocked around a bit, her swim suit is covered in sand, caked here and there, her hair is messed and so is her face. It's not immodest, thanks to being durable.
While in the air, Gabriel comes down, stomping her foot toward Dong's head.
"Ummm... but Kai, we really shouldn't!" May Lee calls out towards Gabriel, lifting up her right hand with index finger outstretched. Too late, though. "Ah, well." May says, her grin disappearing as she sucks her lower lip into her mouth, and chews upon it thoughtfully, the girl squaring her stance as she continues just to watch the fight. That multicolored wind from before? It's still blowing around her. Well, hmm. Gabriel doing that changes her plan a little.

Dong Hwan wasn't expecting to get clipped from the side like that, thus, Gabriel's attack catches him off guard enough that he's hit, stepping off of Natsu with the impact. And then he sees his change, perhaps the only one he'll get.
"Raimeiii..." He calls out, one leg lifting up in to the air as electricity starts to crackle around his leg. Then in a snap, the leg slams down, popping the Korean up in to the air, doing a full front flip before the leg starts coming back down. While the leg will only graze the pair, first Gabriel's shoulder and then Natsu's torso, the lightning bolt screaming down from the heavens, or at least ten feet above Dong Hwan, is another story. "Dan!" That will hit both with full force, the impact not unlike getting hit by an actual lightning bolt, hopefully shocking both of them and, with any luck, getting rid of the pair so that he might take on May Lee one on one.

Natsu's body is riddles with lighting as the surge from the attack runs through her. She shakes her head, folding her arms up to fend the damage off as well as possible. It seems to be just too much for her. As she's falling over, she flings one last volleyball up at Dong. "Gabriel.. May Lee... Don't let him win.." and.. She collapses.

Kai Gabriel who comes sailing in, crosses her arms against the incoming attack, sailing through it and wincing rather largely at the energy as it sears her. This was not pleasant, even when she guarded it as much as she did, which was just enough, but not enough to drop her. When she lands, pretty much smoking from the lot of the blows, she raises, fixes Dong with a green eyed glare of fire and says,
"CONFESS!"
She then moves in to make a quick throw, attempting to knock Dong back over her ankle with a push.
"Feel free to assist May Lee-san, at your leisure."
Wincing a bit as Natsu goes down, May Lee pauses for a few moments, glancing from Natsu to Dong Hwan, to Gabriel. "Well, um..." she says. "Oh, what the heck." She wasn't quite going to /attack/, but... that didn't mean this wasn't a good time for Justice! poses! "KIM DONG HWAAAAAAAAAN!!" May Lee shouts, planting her left foot in the sand as she takes a long step forward with her right foot, lifting up her right hand to /point/ at the man, even though he likely had his attention occupied. "THIS is simply your JUST REWARD for setting up something like this! Really! I...Umm..." May Lee pauses for a moment, mouth wide open, noticing she was drifting into lecture territory. She didn't like those, although the whole concept of this match was a little irritating.
"Well! I am LEE JIN JU!" May Lee says, dragging her left foot through the sand to meet her right, as she lifts her right arm to where her fist was pointing at the sky, and holds her right elbow with her left hand. "The fist of JUSTICE! And now...! Umm..." she says, beginning to feel just a bit embarrassed. Ah, well. Ooh, she has it! Nevermind that she'll be repeating it. "You'll get your JUST REWARD!" she says again, that wind from earlier springing into life around her, much more vividly, kicking up sand to swirl about her.

The last attack on the part of Natsu goes wide, Dong Hwan shifting only slightly to get out of the way of the off balance attack. Okay, one down. And he was right about to put another one down, but then she had to go and trip him. Down Dong Hwan goes, staring upward with a glossy look about him, totally flabbergasted by what just happened. "Hey...!" He complains, looking up at her with a bit of a scowl.
Time for a combination attack. Just what is Dong looking at now? Not Kai standing there, she leaps into the air, aiming to land on his head with her thighs squeezing. Maybe this turns him on, though she squeezes hard and powers up a blast in her hand which she then would attempt to shove into his ungrateful scowling face.
"Rest in the Goddess' peace!" If this hits, she'll use the explosion and impact to kick flip off his chest, landing uneasily, being quite ragged out herself.
Well, wasn't this exciting. Holding her pose for a few moments longer, May Lee lets the winds surrounding her to die down, leaving things peaceful and such. "Hmm... Kai? Why don't you let me take over for a while?" May Lee asks, although she was fairly sure that would fall upon deaf ears. So... hmm. Bending her knees, May Lee falls into a crouch, extending a hand to draw circles in the sand as she watches the two spar and stuff.

Okay... seriously. There's no way he can try to evade that. His hands lift up to catch her, even, both landing on her bottom rather conveniently for the short moment she happens to be clinging to his face, staring up at her with a look that probably couldn't be more cheerful, for one fleeting moment. Perhaps him being so relaxed is why the move hurt especially much. He's exploded and kicked, wincing in pain as Gabriel flies away, leaving him on the ground with wide eyes.
Picking himself back up to his feet, Gabriel is stared at for a long moment. "Y'know, I was going to offer you a date... no need to rush things with me." He says with a grin, before trying to tackle Gabriel back down to the ground in an unrefined fashion--hey, he burnt all his reserve against Natsu. This time Dong Hwan gets to be on top.

Being good at falling, Gabriel is flung a bit, hits the ground and tumbles to a crouching position. The fire in her eyes, the crease of fierceness dies down and she stays crouched on the beach, taking deep deep breaths.
"Okay, May Lee-san, you may fight him. " She pushes to her feet and starts to move out of the way.
"I will not interfere." She looks totally ragged out, like she hardly COULD interfere!

Hmm. Rising up from her crouch, May Lee looks over at the swimsuited Gabriel, and then looks over towards Dong Hwan, giving him a wide grin. There wasn't quite the maliciousness in it that there was before, however. "You know what? You're a goof." May Lee says, taking a few steps forward, and the stance she was assuming? A Tae Kwan Do one. "But... don't you think you should just give up, and say you're sorry to all these people? This is crossing the line a little, you know." May Lee says towards Dong Hwan. But despite the almost-gentle tone of her words, she was definately watching him, and preparing for any move on his part.

Gabriel isn't going anywhere, because Dong Hwan can't afford to have another fighter awake if he's going to be wailing on May Lee. Dong Hwan lets Gabriel pull herself up to her feet, but as she starts off, Dong Hwan delivers a solid kick to her back, hopefully solid enough to take her out of this fight. Either way, after this blatant display of inJustice!, he turns to look at May Lee with a smirk, a hand lifting up to wave a finger in her general direction.
"I don't give up. I'm going to win this fight." He says simply. Nevermind May Lee is full in just all respects, and no doubt quite capable of beating him stupid if she wanted to. "Say sorry for /what/?" Dong Hwan asks immediately after, sounding sincerely unaware of what he's supposed to be apologizing for.

Kai Gabriel turns around with a gasp to notice the incoming kick. Her expression of surprise, but all of this is swept away by her getting nailed from behind and knocked tumbling across the ground. She lands in a lump on the ground and weakly starts to push herself to a crouching position. Gasping for breath and holding herself where she got nailed, Kai proceeds to not attack, coughing and some where you can almost sense her embittered curses, like 'dang' and 'aww heck!'.

That... oohoo. May Lee was a hard woman to get mad, but... "You're one of the sons of Kim Kaphwan!" May Lee says, her mouth open as she gazes in befuddlement at Dong Hwan. "This is... intolerable!" May Lee shouts, sniffling, and suddenly looking almost like she was on the verge of tears. Well, she wasn't /mad/ mad, so that was good, right? "This is enough!" she shouts, and then dashes towards Dong Hwan, crouching low before she reaches him, before she springs upwards and whipping out both of her feet in a attempt to catch him in a double jump kick.

Invoking his Dad's name puts Dong Hwan off kilter for a second, ending up with him not moving at all until the attack is upon him, making his only choice blocking it, arms lifting to defend against the two airborne kicks. After that's done, he squints a bit, retorting to her telling him his lineage in a holler, "Yeah? What of it?!" But then he notices how sad she was about it. He can return anger in kind, but seeing a woman cry is one of his weaknesses. "Hey... I'm sorry." Dong Hwan says sincerely, looking a little bit guilty, probably less about kicking Gabriel in the spine and more about May Lee's reaction to his actions. He made his teammate and friend cry, that's not cool.
His head turns away from her, looking down at the sand below him, nearby. A leg lifts up to swish some sand around slightly, idly, while he speaks. "I have to finish this fight." He tells her without giving his reasons, looking back up to her with a less than cheerful look on his face, about this fact. "I'm sorry." And with his apology done, he attacks once again. With that, one leg kicks straight up in to the air in front of him, the motion looking like it'd precede an axe kick, although it seems instead like he's trying to hit her in the chin on the way up, sending her sailing back and away from him.

The apology seems to catch May Lee off guard, and cause her a moment's pause. Not pause enough to stop her from dropping her right elbow, and lifting her right knee. Dong Hwan's chin kick? May Lee leans back a bit, the foot sailing through nothing but empty space. But May Lee's immeadiate kick in return? May Lee inverts herself, nearly doing vertical splits as she hammers her right foot up at Dong Hwan's chin, knocking him up into the air. "I have never been so..." she says as Dong Hwan falls, lifting up her left foot to give him a upwards kick in the back, smacking him back up into the air. And when he starts to fall again, she whirls around to deliver a sharp kick to his back, knocking him away from her. "Irritated with you /ever/!"
Juggled by May Lee's counter, Dong Hwan lets out a 'hrk!' As he's kicked away, sliding in the sand a short distance, using his hands to give him traction and slow him to a stop. He rises and turns around to face May Lee, his expression... blank. For the first time /ever/. Which is no doubt a guise he's throwing up to hide how torn he actually feels, but nevertheless. Dong Hwan sprints up to May Lee with out a word, delivering one, solid straight kick to the woman's gut, hopefully enough to knock some serious wind out of her. And should it hit, he'd say, "I'll make it up to you, I promise." How exactly he'll do that isn't clear, but either way.
Should the first kick hit, ten more follow, smacking May Lee around about the head and torso, the kicks rather ferocious in their strength. In fact, May Lee has probably seen and felt this attack before, being his teammate, and he's never hit like this in the past. So much for being sorry, but then who knows what he's feeling at the moment. Finishing with a final kick, the lightning energy sending May Lee sailing in to the air as he jumps with her, the leg staying against her chest as the two's contact causes a powerful current to form, both of their bodies completely wrapped in Dong Hwan's electric energy. And as it disperses, Dong Hwan is left to flip over, righting himself and landing peacefully... and May Lee probably isn't so lucky.

The first straight kick strikes, and so do the rest of them, Dong Hwan's own juggling attack bringing May Lee high up in the air. May Lee wasn't so lucky, no. And while Dong Hwan had a peaceful landing, May Lee's was more violent. Instead of falling to the ground below, May Lee flips forward, changing the direction of her fall towards Dong Hwan, and jabs out both of her feet, the Korean woman hoping to drag the ball of her foot across Dong Hwan's chest, and land on the ground a little past him. And presuming her attack connects, the woman strikes a pose, and thrusts out a hand in front of herself, closing the fingers of that outstretched hand into a tight fist. And as she does so, the area she dragged her foot over? Would explode into a fireball. Hooray for her Rider Kick.

Perhaps it's Dong Hwan's extreme desire to win, or any number of other factors, that allow him to so expertly catch May Lee's leg right out of air, grabbing her ankle rather roughly, stopping her attack dead. Time seems to stand still for a moment with May Lee hanging in the air in front of him, before all at once Dong Hwan turns his perfect defense into a strong offense, hopefully able to, before she squirms free, swing May Lee up and over his head like a rag doll by her ankle, and finally slam her down to the sand on the other side of him.

That was the sound of May Lee, landing face first in the sand on the other side of Dong Hwan. Pushing up off of the ground, May Lee slaps her face twice to clear it of sand, and twists around towards the swimsuit-wearing Korean. Right before jumping up into the air, and swinging a open palm at the side of his neck. "CHOP!"

Nope! Dong Hwan is still in god-mode for the moment, and while his luck is sure to run out soon enough... it's not now! As her chop comes for him, he grabs her wrist this time, snagging it in a way that just makes it look easy, though it's clear his entire soul is in to finishing this fight, finishing it on the winning side. Still holding her hand, he stretches it out at arms distance for the both of them, delivering six sharp kicks to May Lee's chest while still gripping her, before he releases and, at the same time, delivers a final kick with the other leg, sending May Lee sailing away from him.

He hadn't quite gripped both of her hands, though. And May Lee squirmed rather well. While she was caught at the wrist, she did throws herself back and forward, some of the kicks missing, but some hitting. And after the barrage, May Lee takes a single step away from Dong Hwan, before lunging forward with a straight kick to his gut, dragging that foot up his chest and clocking him in the chin right after. Or trying to. And like Dong Hwan, she was hitting quite a bit harder than she normally would hit against him.

Oof. That hurted, and with that Dong Hwan is down and out. But he does try to shoot one last kick in to May Lee's gut, trying to kick her up in to the air once again, spinning the whole trip. He might get her six times, or he might not, but be sure as soon as that is over, he collapses down to the sand, unable to go on.

Yeah Right Kai, as if you won that:P.
He can collapse on the sand when she's done. In any event, the first kick of Dong Hwan's didn't quite go the way he wanted. May draws her right elbow down, right leg up... and hammers him with that inital upwards kick again, dropping that foot, and then hitting him with two more kicks on the way down. Whew. That was closer than it should've been. Ever. "Is everyone okay?" May Lee asks, turning around as she brings up a hand to wipe across her forehead. As she turns, she does glance over Dong. He was gonna be fine. The announcer declares her team the winner, and the medical teams come out to help with the wounded.
