The premier Saturday Night Fight match of the evening is, of course, being held in the glamorous and glitzy Howard Arena. It's only appropriate, considering that one of the fighters is Mr. Howard himself -- which also means that the arena is completely =packed= with spectators. It's not often that the de facto leader of Southtown makes a personal appearance here, and certainly not against so many people.
Though it seems to be a curious fight just the same. He's picked Iori Yagami as a teammate for this unusual event, for reasons only he can be sure of. And, true to form, Yagami looks about as happy as a jaybird whose family was just brutally slaughtered before its very eyes by an errant baseball pitch. Leaving his red trenchcoat in the staging area, he steps out to the center stage with a noticeable haughtiness in his appearance -- incredulity as to how he can be in so many multiple-fighter matches. But at least he's looking forward to fighting two of his more unique female opponents, if not so much the up-and-coming copycat scrubs.
The eccentric Frenchwoman is looking to gain herself a bit more of a reputation here at Howard Arena, so for once, it's about more than just getting a little experience that she signed herself up for a match. She did pretty badly, being the first fighting taken out in that big battle royale a while back, which was her only appearance here in the actual arena itself. No, this time she's actually going to be looking to make herself look good rather than merely the waters again.
So yes, for once, Shermie is on time. Forget about being 'fashionably late', she comes stepping out of those arena doors and comes out to meet the Yagami heir with a lighthearted skip to her step, almost as if it's just to be a foil for his bad attitude. Stopping in front of the tall redhead, she tosses one of her twin tails of hair back over one shoulder and just smiles at him. "You're going to make this more fun than last time, yes?"

She may not be new to the fight scene, but making her appearance for the first time in Howard Arena as a competitor is the young woman simply introduced as Leona. The mercenary steps in while tieing her hair up into a high ponytail as her alert gaze flicks about. At first she had no interest in a fight, but when one of her opponents was announced she was rather please she let Ralf talk her into signing up for an event she usually wouldn't want anything to do with. She takes a deep breath and rolls her shoulders a few times to help loosen up. She is feeling a bit tense. A feeling that she always seems to get when around Yagami...but he doesn't seem to be the only one giving her slightly bad vibes. The woman that stepped out before her and that is conversing with Iori is making her a bit uneasy as well. Unlike Shermie she doesn't have anything to say. Instead she cracks her knuckles and takes in her surroundings to look for an advantage once things start to go to hell in a handbasket.

Saturday Night Fight. It's been a while since Shingo has signed-up and participated in one of these weekend combat spectacles. And what a night to make his re-debut! His eyes went wide when he saw the roster card for the fights. Him, Yuri, some blue-haired girl, and that French lady from Strolheim versus Mister Howard and Yagami. It was enough to almost have him double-take at the amount of fighters that would be partaking of this match. Even more so when he noticed that he was going to have a chance to show Kusanagi-san how strong he really is with the fighting style against that mean, ol' nasty head Yagami.
Shingo makes his way ring-side waving to what little fans he has and the rest of the crowd cheering for his team. Approaching his teammates the boy gives a cheerful wave and a smile, "Hey Yuri! Thanks again for coming by the party last night!" He looks to the French woman and nods, "Hello...Miss Shermie, was it? You were in the Strolheim tournament, right?." To Leona, "Hi, I'm Shingo. Nice to meet you." He doesn't seem to be put off in the slightest by her no-nonsense attitude.
That taken care of the boy takes the opportunity to glance to his opponents, "Hey Mister Howard! Good luck! Not that you need it!" Iori, however, just gets a look. Nothing too mean. Shingo just narrows his eyes to slits. But thumbs-up to the Orochi-tainted one nontheless. It's the niceness in him.

Sticking close to Shingo, knowing good and well Sakura would see this, ohh the little bizatch would be sooooo angry, Yuri steps out with a big foolish grin on her face. She didn't know ANYONE but Shingo and so in a formal greeting, places her hands on her knees and bows, first to her team, then to her opponents. Oh woe is me, if only I had adoring fans like all of these (or a pony) my life would be complete. Tonight was the night to make said life complete! So striking a grand pose, Yuri points at Geese and Iori, like a big hero, sticking her chest out (Mai would be soo proud) and shouting,
"Osu! Get ready cause here I come..!"
Errr, yeah, about that comming thing, it doesn't happen, instead she stays right where she is, sort of like not wanting to rush ahead of the line. Ahh to hell with it, she charges at Iori with recklessness you wouldn't believe (except believe it cause she does,) and opun reaching near to him, leaps into the air, charging chi on her hands to fling in his face...
"Raiou Ken!"
Geese had much to do with arranging this match, but it was the booking staff's idea. He liked it when they suggested it. He liked it even more when the scheduled fighters showed up for it. He's a few moments late, walking into the arena well after Shermie begins talking to Iori, maneuvering for position...he knows what she's doing, or at least has a good idea of her plan.
And he couldn't care less. Shingo's luck-wishing is brushed aside with a "Hmph", as he surveys the fight. And then Yuri's drawing attention to herself, jumping to throw chi fireballs at Iori...and Geese laughs! "I'll oblige you, Miss Sakazaki. Get ready, indeed." Geese then does a pair of underhanded pitching motions. "Double Reppuken!"
Cue one big blue wave-shaped chi projectile racing along the arena floor. Geese thinks it'll be funny if he times it so Yuri lands on the Double Reppuken, and that's what he's trying to do.

"One would hope." comes Iori's reply to Shermie. Truth be told, he wasn't terribly pleased with the outcome of that massive nine-person battle royale either. The fact that Shermie mentions it is enough to put him in an even fouler mood -- really, it's his curiosity towards the two women that keeps the anger boiling in his blood at check.
Really, everyone seems so =tense= tonight. So, while he was initially looking poorly upon both Shingo and Yuri, their enthusiasm was a welcome change. Especially since Shingo went from cheerful to pissy in the time it took to focus his nieve young eyes upon the Orochi halfblood. It arouses a low chuckle from Iori, at any rate. Yuri, though... well, isn't =she= the feisty one! She gets an even broader chuckle from the tall man, even as he mildly raises his guard to shrug the blast aside. "A bit early for that, really," he comments as the rose-colored chi splashes off his silk-sheathed arm -- but really, he notices that Geese has picked her as -his- target.
So he turns his attention instead upon Leona. He's curious to know why she'd picked this fight out of all the others... and it seems his attention's solely upon her at the moment. Sorry, Shingo. And that's why he steps towards the blue-haired woman when he breaks free of Yuri's attack, lashing his other hand across his body and slinging forth a brilliant purple orchid of flame towards her. "Curiosity kills the cats, you know."
Shermie adjusts the cuffs of her self-made designer dress, the chains in them jingling as she does so, and then she pops her collar before resetting the lapels of it as she takes a moment to look over toward Shingo and nod her head. "That is what everyone calls me, yes. I'm pleased to see you're the personable type. And you even seem to make Iori here a little more riled up than usual. That's cute. Just look at his face!" She smirks a bit, and then can't contain her giggling for very much longer before she has to put a hand in front of her mouth and turn around as she holds her side with the other hand.
This doesn't go on for long at all, however, before she turns back around and just rushes at him, looking like she's about to try and tackle him, but instead going for some sort of grab that requires both hands. Those hands are meant to be planted onto his shoulders, where she'll go up into a handstand and then draw herself back down to slam her knees down around his head and into his collarbone.

It looks like team work might not be something that Leona's team mates can count on. She barely gives any of them a look or even a nod of greeting to them. Right now she is too focused on the two men that are her opponents. Just as she had expected Iori has decided to match up with her despite the others already jumping in to attack him. She holds her arms up to try to absorb the blast of chi that is sent her way but she perhaps underestimated Yagami's power and instead of holding her ground she is hit hard and sent to the ground. She manages to roll backwards and back to one knee afterwards, not wanting to let herself stay prone in this sort of fight for long at all. She pulls a small throwing knife from her boot as she stands back up and then sends it flying at him with a flick of her wrist. The blade of the knife seems to glow as it sails through the air at Yagami, imbued with Leona's own chi. Eye for an eye and all that good stuff.
Sorry nothing. Shingo isn't going to allow himself to be easily ignored by Iori. No, not at all. The aspiring Kusanagi-ryu kobojutsu adept has adapted the family's fighting style as his own and sees himself as part of the family, to an extent. It is by this belief that he sees Kusanagi-san's enemy as his enemy. A point he is more than willing to illustrate. Cause if Yagami thinks that Yabuki is going to stand by and watch him pick on Leona without some interruption, he is sorely mistaken.
"SHINGO KIIIIIICKU!"
A dead giveaway at which technique Shingo has seen fit to join in the fun using. Though Iori may be a little distance away from him. The boy dashes in to where he knows he would be able to jump at the purple-flamed warrior with the downward arcing kick aimed to the side of his head emulated from a move similar to his idol's. Other than the familiar battle cry, no other alert is given.

Wwaaaaahhh-! Comes the squeek of shock and panic accompanying the thud - tumble tumble tumble of Yuri across the grounds of Howard Arena. Somewhere in the world, a baby is crying, somewhere in the world, a tree is dying, somewhere in the world Takuma is Face palming. And right here in the world, Yuri is tumbling across the ground. She finally manages to get herself to her feet, all shakey and stuff (shake and bake yah) and probably warmer on the inside. Eww, not like that. The queen of moves pawned off of someone else's move list narrows her eyes at Geese. Somehow she had forgotten he was in this fight.
Making a fist and balling it toward him she says, darkly, "Geeese-!" But ahh.. She doesn't attack. Not yet. Too winded. Give her five minutes.

Geese takes flight. While not particularly agile, he is capable of some very impressive jumps. And that's exactly what he's doing as Yuri backs off to catch her breath. Playing up his role of being a 'villain' on this show... Geese just won't give her that chance. "Yes, dear?" He lands near her from his leap, reaching to pick Yuri up by the throat and lift her up. "You have my attention, calling my name...what can I do for you?" And then he's going to slam her into the ground. Not a very nice thing to do, not one bit.

Well, look who pissed off the locals! He'd expected it, though, really. And in a perverse sense of honor, it actually excites the man. Brings a smile to his face, it does, to be the sole target of not just one, not two, but THREE highly accomplished fighters.
But he doesn't let it discourage him though, no. He's got a plan for this after all.
Point one -- Leona's at a distance. It should be really no trouble for the man to swing himself out of the way of that knife, right? BZZT. The knife embeds in his shoulder, as he's just a smidge too slow to get out of the way. Bother.
Point two -- Shingo's also at a distance, and closing quickly. Gritting his teeth from the pain, he ducks low, fully intending to get =under= the boy's kick, and subsequently get away from the attacking Shermie. Simple, right? BZZT AGAIN. For Shingo's kick careens downward at the last instant, turning Iori's retreat into a crushing denial.
Point three - Shermie. He had meant to get away from her, and in a way, he kind of succeeded. Staggering back from Shingo is enough to swerve Shermie's aim a bit, and as she handstands on his shoulders, he twists sharply to the side, knocking her off.
Really, though... Leona pissed him off the most. Scowling, he dashes away from Shingo and Shermie, plucks the knife out of his arm, still tingling with her own curious signature in addition to dripping his own tainted blood, and hurls it back at her with undue haste. "Dropped something."
Shermie may have lost her hold too soon for her to be able to deliver any kind of damage, but when she's thrown off, she lands much more gracefully than the numerous other times an attack like that has been defeated in that same way. She really must be getting better as she goes.
Touching down onto the tips of her toes almost as if she were alighting on water, she drops back down to her heels with a loud click and then leans back onto them before leaning right back forward, "You won't get away from me that easy! Especially not if you're just going to pick on that one!" She's drawn to Leona as much as she the Yagami, afterall. Both with like tainted blood. And so, she goes cartwheeling, cartwheeling right after Iori like she's some kind of cheerleader. And should she catch up, well, she's going to roll right over him, kicking him with those thick-heeled boots.

Half expecting a trick like that, the blue haired mercenary is crouches low so even if she misses trying to snatch the knife back out of the air she would take minimal damage. She whips a hand out to grab the knife, though a miscalulation in her timing causes her to grab the bladed end and she just grunts lightly as her hang gets gashed. She twirls the knife then stuffs it back into her boot before standing back up fully while wiping the blood on her hand off on her shirt. Despite the beating she has taken so far she seems rather calm and focused as she reaches up with her good hand to remove a earring and then just gives a bit of a small grin as she flings it right back at Yagami to continue their little game of catch.
Landing from his aerial maneuver, Shingo spins ready to face Iori after making an impression on him. Only to find that once again his foe has turned his back to him. This doesn't upset the boy in the least though. Disappointed, yes. Here he is working on getting Iori's attention to see just how well he'll do in another attempt to get Kyo to take training him a bit more seriously and the man won't even oblige him with an retalitory attack. How rude.
Oh well, if anything this means another free shot! Iori has moved away from the boy to continue his assault on the Ikari warrior, but it isn't that large of a distance for Shingo and he takes off behind the dashing him. Well, more of an advancing hop. That evolves into him rotating his body to swing a 'poisonous' fist at the back of Iori, "TAKE THIS!"

Uncanny ability to summon Geese? Next time Yuri is in the middle of the entire hungry wolves team. . And then some, she has to remeber to try this Geese when she's not about to get creamed. And speaking of creaming. Though Yuri does her best to brace herself against the attack, it still seems to hurt her quite a lot.
"Iiiiii----yyaaaaa!" She screams in pain and struggles to get let go of. Kicking and such, when she finally is released, she isn't set down nicely.. she's SLAMED. Damn, today is just not her day. Outmatched would be a gross understatement.. Remeber David and the .. whatever, just give her her damned sling shot. But now on the ground, the girl picks herself up.. shakily.. determined. And then in a moment of poor judgement says,
"Geeeeeeesse-!" Man she's just spoofing off Terry left and right today.
Now if only she could toss Geese off a roof.

Geese is beginning to look pretty annoyed. "You keep saying my name, little girl, but you won't tell me WHAT YOU WANT." Yuri can get up, she can prepare herself for the next big attack she wants to unleash.
Geese isn't that charitable, however. His hands cross high above his head, "Raging..." They're slammed down to the ground, massive crescents of blue chi gouging out of the ground, "Storm!" Yuri's nearby, yelling his name...Geese hopes this will shut her up for good. He's tired of her voice already.

Three on one, three on one... oh, this sounds so =familiar!= But why is that... Oh, right. Because that's a strike Iori called down upon Megumi, as revenge for the very same free-for-all that Shermie made such a poor showing at. Karma works in mysterious ways, after all -- and those mysterious ways are leading to Iori getting the stuffing beat out of him by three people at once -- yet AGAIN. Iori's slightly more successful this go-round, though -- for as Leona and Shermie both double-team him, Yagami leaps off to the side, away from both -- Leona's projectile splattering its explodey death harmlessly against the arena floor while Shermie cartwheels by without a scratch. Some seriously awesome luck going on there -- they could almost hurt themselves if they keep that up!
... Though he had left Shingo out of the equation. The Yabuki brat nails him in the back with an elbow, following up with... well, whatever those damn Kusanagi-ryuu people do. It's not like he really knows since he's getting rammed in the BACK after all. Honor and all. Reeling from the sudden impact, Iori staggers back to a fair distance -- only to find Shingo and Shermie still rather close to one another. Pity, that.
"Teamwork, people. TEAMWORK!" Grinning ferally, both his hands are lit with the eternal flame of his bloodright. First his right, then his left hand slash at the ground between the two fighters, two explosions triggering a chaotic blast of purple flame. But by this point, Iori's hands are both whipped over his head -- and then SLAMMED down onto the ground, erupting that earlier blast into a gigantic column of flame, threatening to engulf both fighters. "DIE!"

It's a little hard for the eccentric fashion designer not to feel just a little out of breath after cartwheeling quite that far, and the fact that she almost caught some shapnel as she went isn't likely to leave her feeling all that calm anyway. Somehow though, she keeps her poise, and doesn't seem the slightest bit upset that Leona didn't account for her teammate's and their need to be within melee range to do anything themselves.
So then she's right there alongside Shingo, leaning forward a bit to put her hands on her knees and catch her breath, all while watching the bassist that her band so vehemently hates as he offers that bit of advice and then grins at them. "You shut your mouth, Yagami. We'll do this our own way!"
But then, he spreads quite a bit of that evil violet flame out with his slashing fingers. Those first two arcs of flame that explode along the ground, she manages to leap right over them and get in even closer to the man sporting the crescent moon on his back, and then of course, she almost wishes she didn't. She puts both of her arms up to shield her face, even raising one of her knees to stave off more of it, but she's still knocked back quite a ways, the heels of her boots digging into the ground as she skids back. When it's all over, she pats at herself to try and get the remaining fires on her clothing that started put out, and shakes out her hands a bit. "Wooo, okay, let's back up a little bit Shingo, shall we?" And then, she starts to retreat a little bit, clasping her hands behind her back and hopping in reverse.

Finally it seems that Yagami's attention is focused elsewhere for once. This would give Leona an amply chance to rethink her attack plan, but it doesn't happen that way. It seems that Iori has gotten her rather ticked off and the mercenary is insteady charging straight towards him. She snarls some as she reaches out to grab a handful of his red and twist while using her other hand to punch him hard in the gut. If her grapple and strike is successful she spins on her foot to shoulder toss Iori to the ground then land on top of him with her elbow jabbed into his stomach.

Well. Shingo did want Iori's attention. And woo, did he get attention. In the form of a HUGEASS PILLAR OF OMINOUS PURPLE FLAME erupting his way as well as Shermie's. This does not bode well for our young fighter. Regardless he faces it straight to go for broke. With luck he'll be able to forsee the next explosion of flame and get the heck out of the way.
However it seems that Luck has decided to take a coffee break and Shingo finds himself engulfed by the violet and violent bonfire. A mutter to the aggressor is gritted through his teeth, "Bastard." Dropping to one knee as the blaze extinguishes itself he takes a deep breath to get through the pain. "Damn that hurt." He looks up to Shermie who seems to have fared better than he did, "Yeah. I think you're right." Yuri is caught out of the corner of his eye, "Crap. Yuri isn't doing too well. I hope she can hold out till Yagami-san gets put down."

Holy mother of - ! Yeah, that's probably what everyone's thinking when Geese starts that motion of a gyzer of death and doom. That's certainly what Yuri is thinking, almost staring in shock and awe, but how is it that things never go the way you wanted it. Geese thought invading Yuri would be like knocking over Iraq.. Erm, bad pun.. Anyway, trust your training trust your training.
The little Takuma in her head: Yuri! If you are beaten here no allouance!

And as though it were instict, both arms are flung out, a shield of chi generating around them, meeting the force of the raging storm and somehow managing to hold it off.
"Saiha!" Yuri screams, one foot is dug back as she has to focus her energy into keeping the field alive long enough.. Then when the assult finally ends, Yuri lowers her arms, one moving to nurse her arm where the first attack landed (actually it landed basically everywhere), and the other hanging somewhat limply while Yuri takes deep, dramatic breaths.
"This battle.. Is not over!"
Geese was not expecting that. It seems like everyone negates his Raging Storm these days, but he didn't expect the Sakazaki twerp to do it. And it makes him mad. Very mad. He stands erect after bending down to smash his hands into the ground, and pulls one fist back. Straight back, then straight forward to punch at Yuri's nose. He's had good luck with that before against other punks, maybe going simple will do better here than unleashing his most impressive moves early on.

'Till Yagami-san gets put down.' There's a whole slew of things to comment on there: the use of the honorific, despite Shingo's obvious hatred for the man, the thought that Yagami's downfall is an inevitability rather than a mere possibility. Though, with three on one, he's probably right. Still... Leona's coming at him, dead set on grabbing him by the horns! Er, hair! He's having none of that, though, whipping his upper torso and locks out of her reach. Right now, he's got one objective - put Leona down. HARD. Shingo's being the most bothersome, yes, but Leona's rage is a variable he knows little about -- and he's intending to put a stop to it before it can become a liability. His curiosity can wait till a time he's not being signed in triplicate. Now that she's in range? All the more appropriate time to attack. Taking another few steps backwards, he then leaps forward - spinning about in midair and then bringing his hand -- burning bright with plumes of orchid flame -- crashing down onto her face, roaring with agony at the sudden use of his torturous bloodright: "GUUURAAOOOOH!"
Shermie, for one, is pretty well jawdropped by the sight of Yuri stopping Geese's onslaught of bright blue chi. She'd come into this without having any real idea what kind of fighter the Sakazaki girl was other than the fact that she was part of the Kyokugen dojo, "Well damn. I guess I've already been shown up."
She stands there at the distance she reached with her backward hopping, and brings her hands around from behind her back to cross her arms under her overrripe bust, and shakes her head, clicking her tongue a few times to chide herself. "I'd better do something." She taps her foot and looks down at the ground for a moment. It almost seems like she's got no ideas, but, she's actually biding her time waiting for Iori to finish with that attack on Leona, and then suddenly, she just starts running at him headlong to Leona's rescue. At least she hopes. If she manages to crash into him at all, she's going to try and slam that weighty chest of hers into him and then spin hium around into a neckbreaker and pull him to the ground, or as some wrestling fans would call it, a Twist of Fate.

The confrontation between Geese and Yuri doesn't even seem to be happening as far as Leona is concerned. The woman is fully focused on the one person that she has been since the start of the fight. She just wasn't quick enough to make the grab and instead finds herself on the recieving end of a strong backhand that hits her firmly in the face and sends Leona hard onto the ground for the second time this fight. She seems to still have plenty of fight left in her though as she rolls backwards and comes back to her feet while reaching up to wipe away a stream of blood coming from the corner of her mouth. She just gives a bit of a smirk then takes another dead run at the other Orochi halfblood. She closes the distance between the two then swings her foot back before launching it upward as she backflips in an attempt to knock Iori into the air. If she manages to pull this off there will be a world of hurt to follow.
Hate is such a strong word. Almost applicable in this case if not that the degree of Shingo's 'hatred' towards Yagami is actually more of a intense dislike for the man. It's highly doubtful for the boy to hate anyone period. Unless they do something that extremely pisses him off. Like what for example? Won't mention what, don't want to give anyone any ideas. But yeah he may not hate him, but there is no love lost between the two.
So Shermie is ready to get back into the fray, eh? If that's the case then so is Shingo. What kind of teammate would he be to watch two out of the three females on his team take on Iori by themselves? As capable as they are. Also, the faster they take Iori out the faster he can go assist Yuri with Geese. He's hurt and somewhat scorched. As such not in the mood to make another mad dash across the arena to take on Iori. From the looks of things though, he's going to have to. As when he first started the match the youth takes off and then leaps with a swinging kick to the back of Yagami's head, "SHINGO KIIIIIICKU!"

Celebration, you're the girl, oh oh yeah, Sakura - Eat your heart out! Hey, Geese looks mad. . Looks like he's about to - Holy SHIT he's trying to kill me! Quick, raise your arms and block the damned thing. And she does, but as the fist GRINDS into her arms and leaves a mark on the stone from her heels, her wince is prounouced under the crushing blow. Heh, crushing blow. Geese is such a flameboy, he should tottally hook up with Iori. Oh wait.
Wink wink, Yuri winks to Geese, forces a half smile to him and despite hating his guts and everything else to do with him, she takes this oppertunity to thank her fans, or fan (afterall, why else would he be giving her this much attention,) turn tail and RUN.
Oh but she's not running randomly, she's running full sprint toward a certain Yagami. Please don't notice me, please don't notice me... Inner Takuma : Yuri, you must not attack someone from behind, there is no honor.

Charging right at Yagami's back, Yuri can't help but give a cry, a shout, a warning than an attack is comming, it's the right thing to do, but she does wait till the last possible moment to give said shout.
"Yoooooooosssshhh-- Hien Hou'ou Kyaku!"
And with that she launches herself toward his back, should she connect she'll be kicking him like she were riding a bicycle and if that isn't enough, she'd send him packing (or her packing) with a pack flip off of his body.
Geese does not like that Yuri is running from him. Oh, he doesn't mind that everyone is trying to beat the bejesus out of Iori. He planned on that, and he laughs when he realizes the entire enemy team is trying to gang up on Iori.
But Yuri was irritating. Yuri needed to be crushed as soon as possible. As Yuri rushes off, Geese makes another powerful leap to pursue her. He probably can't catch up to her while she's in the middle of her so-called 'phoenix kick', but he can get close. "Shippuken!" Shooting a hand down at the distant Yuri in mid-air, Geese has created a blue chi wave that looks much like how his Reppukens would if they weren't curved to go along the ground.
Yuri's not the only one who can attack someone's back. Geese is definitely trying to damage her's.

There is the feeling of the kick connecting cleanly, and soon Iori is soon airborne and going higher as there is a succession of flip kicks that knock him upwards. Leona then lands into a crouch and launches herself upward while Iori is above her and slaps him hard on the back, leaving a small explosive stuck there as she pushes herself off to land on the ground and roll forward to get out of the range of the explosion.
Flip-kicked, Shingo-kicked, and then Hou'ou Kicked into oblivion, Iori's beleaguered body is treated like a punching bag for edification of thousands of loyal SNF viewers. He should be happy of that, right? Right. But maybe that'll come later, because right now... right now he's still dead set on pissing Leona off. Which means that, even though he gets an explosive strapped to his side, he still flicks a small bloom of flame over towards her. Staggering, and nearly falling over from the attacks, he smirks back at her as the payload is delivered. "It's a little early, but Happy Saint Patty's."

The 'package' to be delivered then detonates in a gigantic column of lightning, interspersed with a rushing tornado of purple flame. Not exactly the festive green one would come to expect of the Irish holiday, but festive all the same, right?
Well, seeing as she hardly contributed to the downfall of the tall and imposing Yagami, she should hardly be the one to gloat when he's down on his last legs, or on his last legs, right? Well... she begs to differ. After failing to careen into him the way she wanted, she stumbles a bit before finally halting in the midst of her dash, to turn around and point, covering her mouth as she laughs like she just watched someone fall down a flight of stairs. Yeah, she saw all of that, even while she was busy running past.
"Oh my GOD, Yagami. You see what picking on her gets you? I was thinking of trying to seperate you two, but now I'm so glad I didn't. That was priceless." She then leans forward a bit and puts a hand on her hip before blowing a kiss Leona's way. "Thank you, dear." And while she's at it, she tosses one at Shingo and Yuri as well. Presents all around it seems, seeing as Iori's leaving Iori with one of his own. Shermie would help her with that, but you know, there is a very dangerous person that's still got more than enough fight in him to take all of them out waiting after attacking at Ms. Sakazaki's back.
"Mm... here goes nothing I guess." Spotting Geese and considering him for a bit, she just shrugs her shoulders before breaking into a dead run at him and trying to flip up and tag a hand onto his shoulder once within reach, and should she get it, she's sprial herself down to take his head between her thighs and spin him toward the ground with her.

It looks like Iori's gift was delivered even if the mercenary wasn't wanting it. The rush of the fight was leaving her after she landed and slowly she was realizing that her hand was still bleeding pretty bad from earlier. She grimaces some and starts to stand up and turn around....only to be met with Yagami's parting gift as the powerful array of chi surges through her and she lets out a cry of pain and somehow she isn't wanting to go down. She instead staggers about almost drunken like as one opened eye manages to catch the fuzzed image of Geese. Leona slumps to her knees as she reaches into her jacket and she takes out a small object and tosses it weakly as she slumps forward and passes out. The ball like explosive rolls towards Geese as the timer expires.

Yes, Iori. Teamwork. That little thing you were mocking just a short while ago has come back to kick you in the butt. Hard. Not only from the Shingo Kick but from the two other forms of leg techniques as well. Sucks to be named Yagami right about now. There's no time to think that now, though. An enemy still lurks nearby. So Shingo begins to turn his focus towards Geese. Right after Leona drops after being struck with chi again. Ah well. She'll be alright. At least she was nice enough to offer an explosive to aid the cause.
Speaking of explosions, Shingo explodes forward at Geese running at full speed angled at the hakama-clad warrior with a shoulder-charge backed by the back of his forearm, "Sorry Mister Howard! But a fight's a fight!" It is indeed and Yabuki doesn't hold back. Geese better watch out, for now the tide has turned on him.

It came from behind.. And it found Yuri's weakness. Her behind. Striking her with great force and power, the girl is knocked off of her feet and onto the ground. Did she try to stop it? Sort of, she sensed it comming - by keenly hearing Geese shout out the attack name. So the red glow starts at her hands, to form her defense but the ground wave strikes her first in her most prized part of her body.
"I..I will . gg.. get you... " She manages, weakly, but today she won't get him. Today she'll collapse into the ground.

"Ha!" Geese touches down after his Shippuken, watching Yuri collapse. That satisfies him greatly. He doesn't get too long to gloat though, because Leona throws an explosive projectile at him. An easy side-step lets it go on its way without harm to Geese, then he's beset by Shingo and Shermie. Shermie's leg-wrap takes him down, but he's a master of throws and braces himself to land so that it hardly hurts at all. He may very well get back to his feet before Shermie does. Shingo's charge is met with raised arms, and he's knocked back several steps but isn't knocked over.
"Heh heh. Of course it's a fight, my boy. I haven't figured out what to ask you to do to repay me yet, but it's the least of your worries right now!" Smug even in the face of a two on one, Geese reaches to heft Shingo up and do a windmill motion with his arms to fling the poor boy away, striking a pose with his arms crossing in an X pattern afterwards. Pure follow-through, even if he fails to grab Shingo he'll still do the gesture; it not only looks cool but it's an automatic attempt to raise his guard.
In a sing-song tone, Shermie chirps "Uh oh o/`" as she brings Geese to the ground with her. So for a moment, she fells pretty sucessful. At least until Geese manages to stand himself up like absolutely nothing happened, while she's left gawking for a moment. She's far slower to get up herself, and when she finally does, she takes a moment to flip both of her ponytails back over her shoulders, right before reaching down into her top to pull out a weapon she's always found to be pretty reliable against people bigger and stronger than her. A blackjack. As cool as Geese's attack looks, Shermie isn't exactly mesmerized by it. She's too busy listening for the clink of a lead pipe to hit against the back of the arena's namesake's skull.

Worries? Who's worried? It couldn't be Shingo. It's not as though this is a life or death match after all. Just because he just got slammed into the floor by one of those pesky throws means nothing! On the positive side, he does get some good air time before giving in to gravity to plummet downward. What does get at him the most is that Geese referred to how the boy is going to pay him back is the least of his worries. Now would should he be worried about paying Geese back? When he wins this fight he'll more than have the money to do that.
Apparently Geese is better at blocking and evading attacks from multiple opponents than Iori. For on top of having his Kake Hourin blocked, he watches the man sidestep Leona's explosion and reduce the damage from Shermie's throw. With only two of the four person team left, the odds don't exactly look good for them given Geese's track record of multi-foe fights. Shingo's not going to let that prevent him from giving it his all. Climbing up and judging the distance between him and Mister Howard once more he charges with another ramtacklechargerush.

Geese drops his arms-crossed pose when Shermie brings out that weapon...where in the world did she get that? Geese isn't too worried however, as he blocks the attack aside by swinging a forearm at Shermie's wrist. Then he's got the Shingo Train to worry about, kneeling down and yanking Shingo's legs out from under him, then toss him into the air. "Too easy!"
Bringing his palms together, Geese shoots out a pinpoint blast of blue chi into Shingo, knocking him away. Then Geese begins calmly walking towards the young man, hands behind his back. "Heh heh heh heh..."
Shermie wasn't expecting the guy to have eyes in the back of his head, but then no one expects her to have eyes at all so perhaps it's almost the pot calling the kettle black. When her wrist is chopped into by Geese's thick forearm, it hurts just a bit, but not enough to cause her to drop the weapon. It just wobbles a bit, and she brings it down so that she can rub at her wrist.
"Ow, dammit." she mutters to herself, and then she starts to unzip the black leather sleeve of the weapon, which holds that heavy lead pipe within. She then leans back with that in hand, and pitches it right at Geese's back as he walks away from her.
Whee. Can you imagine how disheartening it must be to watch what is supposed to be one of your more stronger attacks be so easily interrupted? And then to be hurled once more through the air with the greatest of ease to be then blasted with some chi from a distance. Yep, it's pretty demoralizing. "Ung. Good one, Mister Howard." Unless of course your name is Shingo Yabuki apparently. Getting up the boy arches a brow at the approaching Geese fully expecting an attack. But there is none. Just chuckling. He blinks a few times remembering that the clock is still ticking. This match hasn't closed. "You know, Mister Howard. When you just walk towards your opponent like that..." Suddenly he lunges with a punch at the man, "You're wide open!" His arm hooks from the right aimed to hit Geese...well, anywhere really. Just as long as he hits him. And you know, not get countered.

"Heh heh heh..." Geese keeps walking. He swings one arm behind his back to block the pipe and let it fall to the ground. It hurt a little, but not much. He's been hit by far, far worse in his lifetime. A little pipe isn't going to bother him. His other arm goes up to block Shingo's hook punch, and that hurts a little more. But nothing he really seems to show. With Shingo so close, Geese decides to put him away in a dismissive way. The arm that blocked his punch comes back, then swings in a backhanded slap for Shingo's jaw. He wants to literally brush this young man aside, to make it look so easy to deal with him.
Well, that pretty much proves it right there. Geese Howard can see a full 360 degrees around himself. "Hmph." Shermie has pretty much given up on making herself look awesome. But hey, she wasn't the first one down this time. That should be enough by itself. And pulling weapons on people has got to score some points with the kiddies. Either way though, she's pretty disillusioned with the fight already, and she takes her sweet time walking over toward Geese as he continues to punish Shingo with that painful painful Hakyokusaken style of fighting, doubtless she's going to be feeling some of the same by the time she arrives. But she'll try to think of something useful she can do before she's taken out. She's not going to just stand there and take it.

Famous last words, Shermie. And while she may not just stand there and take it, Shingo apparently is after watching yet another one of his attacks swatted aside as though it were nothing more than a passing breeze. Which is probably an appropriate comparison given the difference in skill level of the two fighters. A difference Geese sees fit to make painfully clear to the younger combatant with a biting backfist bludgeoning against his bottom jaw whipping his head to the side.
If Geese wanted it to look as though he were so great he could easily brush off his opponents, then tough. Shingo missed the memo. For after shutting up and taking it like a man he gives that shoulder charge of his that he used twice before another go. This time with an added twist. He wants to take Geese to the ground with it. Literally tackling the man to the floor to hopefully leave him more open to Shermie's next attack, "YAAAAAAAAAA!" It's his last bit of effort and will probably not be able to get up after. Good. Let him add his weight to make it harder for Geese to get up.

Geese will make sure to re-send that memo for Shingo's reference. The shoulder-charge is dealt with by Geese jumping aside. Shingo's probably not going to fall over of his own accord, so Geese makes a very small jump to kick him in the upper back and take him out of the fight. "Hmph! About what I expected...and now for you, hon."
He's giving Shermie a very smug look. That four-way beating might have taken down Iori quite well, but Geese is pretty fresh. "Reppuken!" A single pitching gesture creates a blue chi-wave and sends it racing down to Shermie as he begins walking towards her. He won't run, he won't leap. Just walk. Take his time finishing her off.

Well, it's about what Shermie expected as well. All except for that big wave of chi rolling its way across the ground to hinder her approach, slow as that approach may be. "..." She gives a very flat look, one so pronounced that one can easily imagine what her eyes look like behind that veil of hair that shields them from sight, and then she crouches down to throw up a forearm and actually lean in to take the brunt of that Reppuken without too much trouble. Her style and her demeanor belies the amount of chi she has within her to fight back against that sort of thing when she tries hard enough, you see.
When the French girl finally gets back to her feet and comes walking through what little remains of the wave, she again takes her time, making no move to try some hasty offensive just yet. She's still not ready, she thinks, and she'd rather not feel like a fool getting taken out too soon just because she wasn't completely on her guard against someone so powerful.

Geese is taking this very lightly. "It's not too late to give up. Show some sense and run away, hon!" Geese isn't giving her a chance to do so unhindered, though. And there may not be any real incentive to do so, since it's not as if Geese is going to kill her on international TV. Try to beat her up, sure.
He continues his walk until he's just a few feet away, then makes another very short hop and arcing a high kick at Shermie's chest.

Shermie tilts her head slightly to the side in a very cute manner, bringing her index finger up to tap it against pouted lips. "Hm... " And then, with a little twirl, she dances out of the way of the Hakyokusaken master's forceful kick. "Nah. Not just yet. I'm not even tired. This might help with that though!"
Sliding in to try and grab for the blonde man while his leg is still extended, hoping she can manage before he can quite bring it down, she goes for her favorite type of manuever... a front suplex. But she doesn't stop at one. No, she tries for three, and then an overhead toss after which she just lies on the ground for a short moment to catch her breath.

Geese is subjected only to the first suplex, and even that one doesn't work all that well as he breaks away immediately after impact, not affected as badly as Shermie might have hoped. He only barely looks hurt. "Heh heh. So you have some spirit. That's good." Suplexes, leg-takedowns, Geese has had about enough of Shermie trying to out-throw him.
Which is why he reaches out to pick Shermie up and suplex her, from the front. It's a wrestling technique and Geese isn't very good at wrestling styles in particular, but he's got enough of a grasp of the physics involved to do a decent imitation of one, and perhaps make a veiled mockery to Shermie in the process.

'Only barely looks hurt', yep. Shermie can see that pretty well, even with her eyes hidden as they are behind her thick bangs. She, on the other hand, starts to show quite a bit of fatigue and seems pretty damaged after Geese follows up with a throw of his own just after her suplex. "Ungh! ...okay. So my throws aren't as good. We knew that already. But... guh.. I'm still not so conviced you're immune to conventional weapons. And I've still got a few her I'm dying to try out. How about this one?"
She has indeed smuggled quite a few into the arena for this fight, right there in her bust, or perhaps it's really only two, but it's still more than anyone else seems to have brought with them tonight. "Here!" And out comes a taser, not simply a taser phone this time, but a proper one, that's big and unwieldy and such. Spinning it in her hand a few times before turning it on, she tries to trust it up into while he's yet got her suplexed into the ground.

Geese isn't immune. But he sure acts like it. When he sees the tazer, he laughs. He laughs loudly, and he lets Shermie hit him with it. His expression flickers and flinches, but he refuses to show that it hurt. Nevermind that his body's bouncing around a little from all that voltage coursing through him, he's making sure to take this with a smirk. "Niii-ii--ce, hon. But..." He disengages from the tazer, not as paralyzed as normal people might be, "Your time is up! Jaeiken!" He reaches down to heft Shermie back up, and then swing an elbow strike at her, followed by another opposite elbow, and finally a palm-heel strike to the head.

Wow. It's almost like the guy is just naturally grounded. The electricity goes into him, but it doesn't look like it's trying very hard to jump out of him to reach the ground. "...okay, I guess I'm convinced /now/." Her lips are pouted out, and she's at a loss for words beyond those. The taser is dropped, and she starts to try and hastily scamble the hell away, but it's far too late. She's already caught and lifted up, and then those heavy blows are delivered, and she's knocked completely unconscious before she drops to the ground like a sack of bricks. No more for her thanks.

Geese watches Shermie fall, and places his hands on his hips. He laughs, and laughs, and laughs. This goes on for a fair while, then he explains himself loudly to the audience. "She's convinced of the wrong thing! I'm not impervious! Prick me and I bleed, I believe it was said...but I am immortal!" He walks off the arena, back to the staging area. "She should've just given up. But maybe she can work for me some day."
