Description: El Diablo Amarillo is introduced to Voodoo in the lobby of Geese Tower. (Winner: Whip)
This Saturday Night Fight is little different from others thus far; Currently the lobby of Geese's Tower has been mildly refurbished. The central area is surrounded by a makeshift ring -- the ground is padded and heavy ropes are upon weighted turnpikes assembled just for this occasion. A few cameras, one ascended in the air upon a rather impressive-looking machine, are focusing on the center. The crowds are not too thick -- enough to make navigating the lobby somewhat difficult, but enough people are continuing about normal activites regardless. And many of the people are of the notably hispanic persuasion; They are wearing yellow and green, waving little flags and cheering for Ramon already. He has quite the fanbase, even in this part of the world.
As for everyone's favorite Luchadore, the announcer finally commences the fight. After giving suitable introductions he runs into the main area, arms thrust in the air amidst a second wave of cheers. Approaching the makeshift ring, a sideways flip takes him into it, landing in a deft crouch. A few showboating kicks and punches are thrown in the air, before he faces one of the cameras for his normal introductory offer.
"I'm donating however much I would of won to charity! So if I win, they get double! Here's hoping!" He cracks his knuckles, backing up to a corner while rolling his shoulders and glancing around for his challenger with a happy enough grin.
And then Whip is announced, her queue to enter with likely less flamboyance -- even if the announcer is in a suitably deep and dramatic voice, however.
At first, at least, it seems no one is coming whatsoever. The announcer calls out Whip's name, and when it does many in the crowd look towards her entrance in hopes to spot this mysterious challenger. However, no one comes. A few seconds pass, and then once again the announcer calls out Whip's name in attempts to bring out the fighter. Muffled whispers are heard through the crowds. Some wonder if she had turned yellow and run from the fight. This idea is particularly popular amongst Ramon's biggest fans. Others wonder if she is merely late, and will be coming in soon. The only ones who are calm in the matter are a small niche of folks in the crowd wearing army fatigues. They had come from South America to watch this fight, and seem confident that this mystery contestant will appear.
In fact, she does. Suddenly someone in the crowd points out with an excited shout that there is someone descending into the ring! How she got there without anybody noticing is anyone's guess, but the announcer merely announces her name again once she makes her appearance. She lowers herself by a long blue whip that she holds in one hand, and stands in her corner of the ring with her hair hiding her eyes from Ramon. While still holding the whip above her, she brushes back some of the hair over her eyes and looks directly towards her challenger.
"Koko ga anata no deadline..." the woman with cold brown eyes states as she pulls her whip down from overhead and allows the length to lay across the floor. She says no more, though her cool attitude and entrance has definitely earned her some new fans from within the crowd. For now, though, she stands quietly while waiting for Ramon to make his first move.

There's a good amount of bouncing pep as Whip's name is called, although he slowly stalls back to a concerned stand, the one-eyed hispanic leaning over and eyeing the enterance doubtfully. He throws a look towards the Referee, giving a sort of 'Wha?' shrug with palms held upwards. It's not entirely impossible to think someone wouldn't want to fight Ramon -- he's the best in Mexico, and fairly well-renowned, but he's a nice enough guy that many wouldn't give it a second thought. Right?
But then the girl finally makes her appearance, Ramon lifting his head up and squinting mildly before grinning. "More whips!" is said, far too cheerfully. "I'm the luckiest guy in the world." He flexes his fingers, once more rolling his shoulders back and assuming a fluid and very aggressive wrestling stance. Standing upon the balls of his feet, head lowered, and grin unabated. He looks a combination of unintimidating and intimidating; Green and black spandex on a blond hispanic barely five foot six with an eyepatch might be silly, but he's rather heavily muscled, appearing able to move that mass faster then many people could ever hope.
"Que?" is commented at the japanese, before Ramon just shrugs. "Let's have a good, clean fight, huh? Give these people a real show!" Saluting the crowd one last time, the Lucha Libre then snaps into action. Charging towards Whip in a thoroughly aggressive manner, he then hurls himself at her in a flying tackle attempting to drive her into the turnpike with a rather loud "Ha!" for measure. Simple, but the best tricks are saved for later.

Merely nodding towards the Mexican Wrestler, Whip then settles into a battle posture. Gathering her whip in one hand expertly, she then places the coiled part of the whip under one arm while waiting for the Mexican to make his move. And he does... coming towards her, barreling at full speed like that. Her eyes widen noticably when she sees the Luche Libre coming at her at full speed, and she tries to move out of the way. However, that is much too late for Whip. She is driven backwards by the tackle, and then slammed back against one of the turn-pikes. She gasps loudly in pain as she feels it drive into her back, before quickly regaining her composure.
There is a smirk present on her face as she states, "I suppose that is the case isn't it? Win or lose, we're here to give these people a show. Then it's time for a few tricks, eh?" She then leaps up into the air, showing a good amount of lower body strength. Is she jumping over him to escape from the corner? Not precisely... because soon after she reaches a desired height she snaps her whip outwards, grabbing onto something overhead and then using that to swing herself towards Ramon. Her intention? To plant the sole of her boot right into the Mexican's face!

The leaping girl is observed, Ramon taking a step backwards and not allowing her to leave his view for even a heartbeat. He notices the flitting whip acquiring a good hold upon the ceiling, and already has braced himself as she swings downwards. The kick impacts crossed forearms, driving the hispanic a foot backwards with a grunt but not seeming to do any amount of noticeable damage. And while she's still recovering from that assault, Ramon attempts to dart forward and grasp her by the whip-wielding arm. "I'll up the ante a little bit!" is finally said with a grin, before he tries to spin Whip around a couple times by the arm, before hurling her towards the ropes. If it works right she'll be disoriented and stumblingly bounce back towards him, which would end in a showboating bicep-patting clothesline with a vicious amount of force right at her neck. Usually these things are only seen on television as pranks -- they couldn't /really/ intend to do that, could they? Well, apparently at least Ramon is able to make the trick real. And actually quite painfully effective, to boot. "Ole!"

The Ikari's face shows a tinge of frustration as her kick meets with nothing but Ramon's arms. Since he steals her momentum by absorbing the blow, she cannot help but to drop down from her swing soon afterwards... and right into Ramon's awaiting arm. At first she tries to twist her arm from his grip, but soon finds herself being slung around and around like she's in the middle of a spin cycle! Once her arm is freed from Ramon's grip, she then stumbles backwards against the lines of the ring, but is quickly pushed forward again by the elastic ropes. She cannot help but notice the quickly advancing clotheline... but she has just enough to throw up one arm defensively! That arm, unfortunately, was the one that was twisted rather harshly by Ramon's throw. She winces in pain... but then uses the wrest of her momentum to slide under Ramon's arm and behind him. Her boots slide across the matting below her as she quickly turns around and snaps her whip towards Ramon in a curved motion; the whip itself becoming only a blue blur as it whistles through the air. She intends to wrap her whip around the most convenient body part, and then use that to sling Ramon back and behind her in a rather ruthless manner. Perhaps back against that turnpike he slammed her against earlier.

There's something of disappointment by Ramon as his vicious onslaught doesn't work, although he once more twists towards the girl with impossibly fluid and perfected grace. He doesn't appear to be anywhere near surprised by the whip's assault; After all, he's fought Zaki before, and he's had time to adapt. But his defense is absolutely ingenious, and enough to cause the crowd to grasp. His forearm raises, and the whip coils around it. Many think he's done in, but he then grasps it, and the yank would cause Whip to not budge him even an inch. And he actually leaps backwards, yanking Whip off-balance while still holding on to it.
Landing upon the turnpike, crouched low, Ramon laughs mightily once more before then hurling himself high in the air. Eclipsing the overhead lights, arms held out and feet together, the whip is finally released. And he attempts to grasp Whip by the neck before he even hits the ground, landing as light as a bird and twisting around to get her in a headlock from behind. "This might hurt!" is cooed out, before he leaps in the air and then viciously attempts to suplex her, right into the middle of the ring. "Tiger Neck Chancery!" One of his token moves, and another happy 'oooh' from the crowd as the fight is definitely heating up!

If Whip was frustrated before, she's outright amazed when Ramon manages to, somehow, completely nullify one of her attacks so easily! Especially when she thought that she had him right where she wanted him. In her position, the sudden yank caused by Ramon's leap causes her to go off-balance as well. In fact, she nearly falls on her face in a most embarassing manner before he lands on the turnpike behind her. As if to add insult to injury he then laugh. However, Whip waits... waits for him to release her whip so that she can get free. He does so, and foolishly tries a leaping attack. At this angle she can pinpoint the many shadows formed by his body across the ground... and in a split second before Ramon has her within his clutches she manages to dodge out of the way.
There is a definite disappointment from the audience at that. After all, they were hoping for something a bit more spectacular - like when Ramon parried Whip's Boomerang Shot. However, Whip got away... and that's what is important to her. She leapt out from under Ramon and towards one corner of the ring, where she stands for a moment. She then holds both arms out, and lets the handle of her whip drop to the floor while holding it by the middle. She then tilts her head to one side while grinning, "You made me lose my concentration." A taunt, apparently... however she's really focusing her attention on Ramon's moves. Thus far she has been unsuccessful... so perhaps a quick moment to analyze her opponent will help her out.

And Ramon definitely frowns as he's unable to get his hands on the acrobatic girl, but he's still smiling. That was impressive regardless of success; He takes another moment to eye the crowd, before backing up to a turnpike opposite. Lucha Libre might be silly on television, with such overly flamboyant moves. Yet Ramon has turned the art into a style, making it unpredictable and brutally effective despite sometimes silly things being done. It'd be no different in power then something like Karate, only in appearances. He's been having the advantage thus far, and doesn't appear like he's going to press things further. "C'mon!" is said towards Whip, amiably enough. "Show me something /really/ spectacular!" He actually sounds rather amiable, beckoning in a friendly if taunting manner to one-up his little evasion and assault just done.

"So you want to see 'Something /really/ spectacular?" the young woman asks while looking at Ramon curiously. She then lifts the whip back up deftly and into her hands. Perhaps she was trying to get Ramon when she had her guard down, or rather, apparently had her guard down. The rate at which she gathers the whip back up into her hands would have probably made his assault a disaster though. After succesfully gathering the whip back under one arm she... stands perfectly still. The crowd grows restless for a moment, but that's before she does something that few people would suspect.
She reaches back behind her shoulder to one of her holsters. On her back she wears two, and one of those is currently empty. That one is presumed to hold Voodoo, her favored whip. However, the other one holds a much more atypical weapon. Seeing as how not many fighters use guns as part of their strategy, Whip is a bit of an anomaly. However, her Desert Eagle is pulled from her holster, as large as life. She holds it out with one hand and squints her eyes slightly as the crowd gasps, and the ones behind Ramon wisely move out from behind the Luche Libre. She then squeezes the trigger, and fires off a barrage of magnum bullets towards the wrestler - each announced with a bright flash and a roar from the monsterous pistol. Each one aimed not at Ramon's vital areas, but instead at his arms and legs.

"Yeah!" Ramon states, grinning towards Whip. But the whip being coiled away and then the stand causes some rather potent confusion, eyebrows lifted politely opposite. The crowd murmurs, and he looks ready to assault regardless. Yet then she pulls put a desert eagle, which causes Ramon to widen his eyes and lift up his hands. "Don't! There's people in here!" is stated in a panicked manner, but the crowd behind him does indeed part like a tide. Darting to the right and then the left, the aim is unwavered. But he actually raises up his forearms; The ones towards his legs are dodged, and the bullets imbed in little more then fleshwounds upon his arm. Yet he still winces in pain, bleeding a good amount and staring venomously at Whip opposite. "What was that? Guns are fair? You could of hurt someone!" This is apparently more important then getting shot, and the Lucha Libre then charges towards the girl very quickly. Diving into the air, he abruptly tucks into a roll and attempts to plant both feet into Whip's gut and launch her into the turnpike once more, attempting to add a lot more force then he might otherwise to a petite girl. If it works, he'll leap to his feet, attempting to punch her to the ground before lifting her up by her shirt and /slugging/ her in the face a final time.

Despite Ramon's venomous glare and the murmurs of the crowd as they slowly settle down in their seat, Whip looks relatively unruffled by the comments thrown at her. She merely replaces the desert eagle back into its holster behind her shoulder. Though she wasn't satisfied that she had hit the areas of the arms and legs she had wanted, she still looks pleased with the result. Furthermore, she doesn't look remorseful at all about possibly endangering the crowd. The petite Ikari then watches as Ramon launches himself into a dive while in mid-air, and prepares to strike her full force! However, her bullets had slowed down Ramon some, and she now had learned enough of the Luche Libre's style to notice that he's an up close brawler and wrestling type. Thus, when he gets close she dodges neatly out of the way. In fact, when we say 'neat' we mean it. She snaps her whip upwards, and suddenly she pulls herself towards the ceiling at an amazing rate! While overhead Whip states, "The audience was never in any danger. Even if you dodged, I wouldn't have hit them." with complete confidence. She then beings to lower herself down again, just as quickly as she had pulled herself up! This time though, fully intending to land on top of the Luche Libre's head.

This time the assault isn't so cleanly avoided. Actually, it's not avoided at all. Ramon snaps to the side, attempting to get away, but she's adapting well to the move. Both feet impact the hapless hispanic in the back of the head, driving him into the ground with a very heavy thud. Arms spasm out, but his knees slide under before he hurls himself backwards, stumbling and grasping the rope while shaking his newly injured face. Blood is coming out one nostril, but his good spirits have returned. "Really? Well, I still don't think it's very fair." Carefully wiping the sluggish stream with his thumb, he again attempts to bring the fight up close and personal. He slides inwards, breaking any bubbles of personal space neatly in the effort. He tries to grasp the whip this time, and again get in a tug of war. But he'd abruptly redouble his grip, and attempt to /yank/ Whip into a vicious clothesline, this time skipping the spin and rope rebound. Sometimes simply hitting hard can be just as good as being showy! He's got to show the crowd he's still in charge, after all!

Whip can't help but give herself a small smile after landing onto the Luche Libre. As she brushes her hair back and away from her eyes again, the camera catches a glimpse of the somewhat sadistic woman hiding just below the tranquil surface of Whip's personality. However, she does let Ramon up again - merely because she is trying to keep some distance between him and her. She shrugs slightly towards Ramon after he gets up, and reprimands her slightly for her tactics. She states, "Well, I'm a skilled marksman. Wouldn't it be unfair of you to restrict me in the devices of my trade?" However, she notices the downside to delivering taunts like that - quite quickly in fact. This is because she soon finds herself with a face-full of Luche Libre! She notices her whip being grabbed onto by Ramon, and shows some anger from beneathe her normally tranquil eyes. She tries to quickly yank Voodoo back into her control, but she soon her eyes brighten with understanding in what Ramon is doing. She is then pulled forward directly into one of those vicious clotheslines that Ramon tried on her earlier! However, she raises both arms defensively into a block... grunting slightly from the impact.
However, Whip then takes advantage from the momentum to leap up and over the Luche Libre's arm, meanwhile wrapping her whip more fully around the wrestler. Meanwhile, while she has his arm entangled with Voodoo, she crouches down and tries to sweep his feet out from under him! Of special note, however, is the cold gleam of metal at the tip of her boot. Though no one in the audience notices it... there is definitely a knife sticking out of the front! What a nasty trick.

"Well, I sure don't have any tricks up my sleeve. But all's fair I guess! Not every fight can be by the books!" The anger is noticed as her whip is grasped, but to what means isn't very apparent. He once more has an enormous amount of strength, yet she manages to absorb it yet again. He can't seem to lay his hands on the girl, while she's getting far too intimate with him all the same. Gritting his teeth, Ramon drops his forearms down to deflect the kick. Were this a normal assault it'd of worked; But the knife imbeds /deep/ in his forearm, causing a howl of pain before he collapses backwards and clenches over the wound. Now there's a bit of true annoyance, and he kip-ups to his feet fluidly before leaning forward. "Okay!"
And then he hurls himself backwards, impacting the ropes hard. And now he's running towards Whip like a freight train, head bowed forward and arms pumping heavily. But he doesn't stop. There's no tackle, no grab. He instead attempts to step his foot upon Whip's abdomen, and then lift himself sharply upwards in a hellish kick towards her face, hard enough for her to not only see stars but distant galaxies. Another fluid and acrobatic trick, although one more painful then anything else if he manages to connect. "HA!"

Oh, but Whip has many tricks up her sleeve. And although Ramon can certainly feel the knife going in, and see the bleeding wound it left on his arm... the knife is gone as if it never was! The audience is impressed, and murmurs among themselves about how it was possible for Whip to produce such a wound. The Ikaris in the audience just remain quiet... one of them with a scar on his arm wincing sympathetically towards the Luche Libre. After Whip is finished doing her damage she merely looses Voodoo from the Mexican's arm. She then hops backwards to give herself some space before Ramon can schedule a counter-attack. All the while she states, "I don't have any tricks up my sleeves. However, like a good magician, a soldier doesn't reveal everything to her enemy."
After this little monologue Whip watches as Ramon hurls himself -away- from her. A bit shocked by this change of pace... but not so much when she notices himself rebounding off of the ropes and coming at her full speed. Her eyes widen, but right before the kick can connect with her abdomen she ducks! With impressive agility and muscular control she ducks low enough that the stomach kick goes straight over her head! Only the ghostly touch of her hair is there to tell Ramon how close he was. And then she slides under him to once again try and get behind Ramon, like she has through the recent stages of the fight. She then whips around with her arm to try and snatch Ramon around the neck again. If she connects this time, however, she'll use the whip to pull herself up and bring her foot directly into the back of his head!

That particular bit of assault really wasn't very amusing to Ramon, who manages to not impact her in the slightest. But he actually continues running forward, ducking the whip and gaining an enormous amount of speed and strength in the assault. Rebounding heavily, he then /launches/ himself towards Whip with a raising snarl. Red sillouettes are streaming behind him, as he tries to impact Whip in the stomach with devestating force. And then he'd begin a sixteen-hit combo of intense blocks and kicks, ending by driving her to the turnbuckle opposite while attempting to dropkick her into it, unleashing every ounce of force he can directly at her head. Many fighters have been dropped by his signature attack thusly, Ramon rolling backwards and hopping to his feet with very fluid ease. "That's what you get for playing too rough!" is teased, the crowd apparently getting into this fight -- even if they aren't really as grand as the main event. Those who came to watch or oogle the television, however, are far from disappointed.

The look on Whip's face is uncharacteristically shocked as she finds her attempt to snatch Ramon by the neck leads to nothing but her whip coming back to her hand. She tsks, and quickly turns back around... just in time to catch Ramon's attack in the stomach! She grunts in pain as the force drives her backwards. She then tries in vain to move out of the way of the subsequent blows, but each one comes to find a sensitive area of Whip's frame. She is driven back against the turnbuckle just in time for Ramon to drive an almighty drop-kick right against her head! The stars of distant galaxies fill the black void of her vision as she falls back against the turnbuckle, apparently unconcious. At least... that's what she would hope the audience and Ramon to believe.
Instead, she's still very much concious and able to watch Ramon as he moves away from her. Her hair blocks her eyes as they follow Ramon, giving the audience of the wrestler very little indication she is watching him. Meanwhile she is still hanging limply against the turn-pike... and the announcer looks confused. The audience looks confused - was that it? Surely it was a devastating attack, from appearances, but Whip hadn't taken that much damage. One of the cameras zooms in on the young Ikari while they try to determine whether to yet call a KO. And thusly, Ramon believes he's won. He has devestated opponents with that in one blow, and really isn't surprised in the slightest that she might be unable to get up anymore. His arms begin to raise towards the crowd, despite a limp and something of a dazed expression. First he goes to one corner, his side shown towards Whip. Then he jogs to the other, his other side shown towards whip. The entire crowd almost is matching the upwards thrusts of Ramon, before he finally goes to the last one. The one opposite Whip, and his back is completely towards her. He's absolutely open, and it looks like her deceptive little ploy has worked absolutely perfectly. During this whole time, the Ikari soldiers just watch stoicly. And for good reason. Suddenly as Ramon is basking in glory, the audience starts to die down. It seems that Whip has been presented with her opportunity... and she decides to take it. Though Ramon may be confused when the audience suddenly quiets itself into murmurs, the answer comes to him all too soon with Whip's voice, sounding especially eerie, coming from behind him, "Shall we dance?"
What happens next could be aptly called a slaughter. A Sonic Slaughter. Whip brings down Voodoo powerfully on top of Ramon, attempting to strike him towards the left side of her body. Then the right. Then the left again. Then the right again. With each lash growing stronger and more vicious than the last. Meanwhile she holds one hand against her stomach, while a truely malevolent cast comes to her eyes as she leans her head slightly downward - the brown circles following her whip strokes back and forth. Should she be successful, and after quite a few vicious assaults with her whip, the young Ikari will finish with a might upwards with her Whip! Somewhat like her Boomerang Shot, but without intending to throw Ramon... but instead toss him towards the other side of the ring! Meanwhile she will kneel quietly, and brush her hair back and out of her face.

Okay, this is too much. The entire fight Whip's been completely cheap. First using a pistol, then a hidden knife, and now she's ambushing him by feigning defeat? The sheer distaste is seen upon his face, before she begins to whip him. A masochistic person might enjoy the sensation, but Ramon can only attempt and endure it. Every strike impacts him hellishly, first knocking his forearms aside before beginning to smash him about the face. And thusly he's thrown to the other side of the ring, bouncing off the ropes and collapsing upon his face. But he immediately gets to his feet, eyes hardened as he hurls himself towards Whip. This time there's no flashy Lucha Libre; It's personal. He attempts to grasp the girl by the arm, hard enough to hurt, and /hurl/ her into the turnbuckle hard enough to knock the wind completely out of her. Immediately afterwards his expression lightens, bleeding arms trembling as he takes a step backwards. He can't remember the last time he struck in anger -- but in the situation, he doesn't apologize. Despite some of the fans now booing and hissing at her for her display of cheap tactics, Whip doesn't seem to mind so much. After her last strike is finished she states, calmly, "First rule of Fighting: Never let down your guard until you are absolutely sure your opponent is finished." This seems to silence some of the fans in the crowd, but others just continue to call out to the referee, the announcer, or someone the get that 'cheapskate' out of the ring. Whip just tsks slightly, and coils her whip around her arm in the midst of the booing. She then gives it a gentle peck while saying, "Do you feel good, Voodoo?" This seems to silence some more members of the crowd. Some of them wish they were the whip, and some of them are just staring at her with that 'Some kind of freak' expression on her face. However, it seems that Whip just dropped her guard this time! However... when Ramon comes at her with his blazing speed she reaches out to grab onto Ramon's arm as well. Grasping his arm with hers she manages to deflect when she is released by the Mexican, and instead of hitting the turnbuckle she is sent straight into the ropes surrounding the ring. She then uses the rebound the leap straight into the air, snagging one of the camera rigs with her whip while swinging directly towards Ramon! "I'm not a soldier." Ramon states bitterly, continuing to eye the girl opposite while rubbing his forearms lightly. Even some of the rudos in the worst Lucha Libre matches, who snuck in chairs or handfuls of salt, were not this bad. The end was usually honorable; Or at least, he noticed it. The idea someone would fake that is almost alien to him, and causes him to spread his stance after hurling the girl towards the ropes. But he doesn't manage to deflect the blow; It impacts him in the gut, sending him sliding backwards with widened eyes. But he then tries to wrap his arms around Whip in a rather familiar fashion, before attempting to charge her into the turnbuckle. Once more he explodes into red energy, and attempts to pummel her thoroughly around the head and shoulders, before punctuating it with a final dropkick hard enough to send her out of the ring. But then he crashes on his side. Rolling on his side, he tries very hard to push to his feet. Almost... almost... thud. He's down and out, ladies and gentlemen.

The young Ikari smiles when her boot impacts Ramon's gut. Though her enhanced senses are not as good as someone like, say, Maxima, she can tell now that Ramon won't be recovering from this last strike. However she also realizes that a man on his last leg, and forced into a corner, is many times more dangerous than a man with something to lose. Thus when she notices Ramon reaching up to grab her as he did before... she quickly looses whip from the camera rig an she glides through the air before coming to a stop. She then watches as Ramon crashes down on the opposite side of the ring. Though in shifting her usual tactic in such a way Whip had made it difficult to plan a counter-attack, she also finds that there is no need. Ramon is done for, and she can tell he won't get up again. Whip's senses were enhanced by NESTS's technology, and as such she can hear the Ramon's breath as he struggles to get back on his feet. However, even before he finally crashes back down against the mat, for the final time, Whip states coldly: "Game Over." And indeed it is... the honourable Luche Libre was taken down by the dishonourable Ikari.
The reaction of the audience is mixed. Some cheer wildly for Whip in her victory, some throw empty cans at her and tell her to get off stage. However, Whip is not one to be ruffled so easily. She merely coils her whip and replaces it in the holster behind her back. She then walks over towards where the defeated Mexican lay still and beaten upon their field of battle. She then bends over him and talks to him. While she does some of the fans get even more restless, thinking that Whip would be the type to kick Ramon while he's down. However, Whip doesn't do anything of the sort... instead she says "You are an honourable man, Ramon. And if the circumstances were different you would have beaten me. However, you would never be able to survive on the battle field. However... I hope this doesn't sour your personality. You have many fans who love you." She then reaches down one gloved hand to offer Ramon a hand up. Meanwhile the announcer tells the crowd that the fight is over, and that Whip is the winner.
COMBATSYS: Whip has ended the fight here.
Actually, Ramon's willpower is considerably greater then one might wager. Although he can't stand under his own power, he still manages to drag himself towards a turnpike. One trembling arm raises to grasp the rope, trying to yank himself up but not succeeding. Collapsing to a sit, he does listen to Whip rather obediently. Before snerking, and accepting the hand. With her aid he manages to get to his feet, although he collapses back against the turnpike. "In that case, I never want to be on the battlefield." Ramon smoothly retorts, and his smirk isn't nearly as friendly as it could be. But then he claps lightly at the announcement that she won, and most of the angry fans -- mainly Ramon's -- cease in hurling various objects at her and instead darkly mumble. Feebly raising a fist, Ramon then attempts to get over the ropes out of the ring, but only collapses on his face. Then lays there. Someone can drag him to the locker room later.
As far as that goes, Whip leaves Ramon to his own devices. Not that she wouldn't be willing to help the hurt Mexican back to his locker room, she realizes it isn't her place to do so. So instead she gives the wrestler a salute before walking back to her corner of the ring. She then descends easily off the side where several of the Ikari soldiers who came to watch gather around her. One pats her on the back... though in doing so she nearly collapses to her knees. She may not show it easily... but she's -exhausted-, and furthermore, hurting. That last throw in particular wrenched her arm in a pretty nasty fashion. The Ikari ask her, with some concern, if she's alright... and Whip nods her head silently. She then walks away from the ring surrounded by her compatriots, and leaving the dark looks and mumbles of Ramon's fans behind. The cameras lose sight of her after she leaves the arena.
