[ARANHA]
Imaginary Mango Aranha points to meter.
Before this fight, social media had a field day with smearing Aranha. The fight circuit pundits, much to the capoeirista's chagrin, made fun of Aranha's path to the finals. Multiple critics talked about the lack of an opponent in the semi-finals. Often they'd bring up the only championship to his name, marred by the fact that one of his opponents threw the match while he was unconscious and unable to refuse a victory in such a fashion.
Aranha wasn't without those who still viewed him favorably even if it was a significantly smaller crowd. Those people would bring up that Aranha had a significantly easier time with Mike Bison's last opponent than Bison did. If Aranha was going to silence his critics, it would have to be through not only beating Mike Bison but doing so in a way that the legitimacy of the victory was unquestionable.
The Brute Force Wrestling arena in Nashville, Tennessee was filled to capacity to watch the championship bout. The lights go out for a moment before The Second Coming by Juelz Santana starts playing on the sound system. The capoeirista walks down the ramp wearing shades, black short sleeved button down shirt unbuttoned, white pants with a black spider web motif, and bare feet, as he waves to the crowd and then flips into the ring.
[M. BISON]
For Mike Bison his own path shouldn't have been too problematic given the reputation he has. The first fight against Aaron just only seemed to confirm he was a favorite to at least make the finals. Then he ran into Fumiko and his arrogance and overconfidence almost cost him victory. Bison felt embarassed at how that fight turned out and he left it in a bad mood. It leaves what kind of Mike Bison would show tonight.
An answer comes soon. Over the speakers Method Man's 'Bring the Pain' starts to play loudly and stepping out is a focused and angry looking Mike Bison clad in black trunks, black gloves and a towel around his neck. It is a throwback to the old days when he was dominating the boxing scene and before he fell from grace.
Oh he still wants the money. In the end it is all about getting paid, but for the first time in three fights he is going in looking like he is going to take things serious. He gets into the ring and throws the towel aside as he cricks his neck and narrows his eyes on Aranha. His ugly mug forms a bit of a snarl as he points a gloved fist at his opponent. "Brother got to get paid tonight. I'll maybe try not to kill you."
COMBATSYS: M. Bison has started a fight here.

When Metro City's own, Method Man comes up over the speakers, Aranha realizes he's getting a more focused Mike Bison. That means he's going to need to bring his A-Game or else he's going to find out real soon what the limits are of his unwanted but very useful Majigen Series prize.
The capoeirista watches as Bison points his gloved fist at him and declare his intentions to get paid. "Get paid, huh?" There was a short pause as Aranha cracks his own neck and then hops from side to side. "I can respect that."
"May the best brotha get paid."
When the official gives the signal to begin, the capoeirista moves forward quickly before taking a step to Bison's flank and attempt to put his body into delivering a kick into the floating ribs.
While Aranha usually uses the beginning of a fight to gather information on his opponent, he's operating on a little more information than usual because of Bison's career. In this particular case, the information he's attempting obtain is how much scouting has the boxer and his camp done on him and whether or not he has made any adjustments to deal with him.
COMBATSYS: Aranha has joined the fight here.

There is a bit of a smirk from the boxer when Aranha replies. "Sure thing." He then brings up his gloves and starts to move from foot to foot. A bit of a sway in his movements as he bobs and weaves and watches as Aranha looks to make the first move of the fight.
It is hard to tell if it is because of Bison studying tape on what Aranha can do or if it is pure veteran instinct, but that kick comes upwards and slams into the side of Bison's torso, but he leans a bit into it as if to try and lessen the blow as much as he can. He is a sturdy man and even if that kick lands in a solid manner there is no sort of look of discomfort. If anything Mike is grinning.
It seems like he is grinning because he has Aranha right where he wants him. Before the smaller fighter can even move away the boxer strikes. A quick and brutal uppercut slamming right into the jaw of his opponent before he takes a few steps back. "Want to try that shit again?"
[ARANHA]
Aranha could see Bison not only lean in, but move in close so that his thigh impacted, not only killing the force he put into it, but putting him in ideal range to send him flying. Even with his enhanced durability, that hurt, a lot. Where there was no visible discomfort on the boxer, there was significant amounts of discomfort on the capoeirista.
The capoeirista makes his way to his feet and tries to shake off the pain before he responds.
"Nah, dawg. Insanity is doing the same stupid thing and expecting different results."
After he gets back to his feet, he launches himself to the top rope and bounding off of it to deliver a side kick to his head.
COMBATSYS: M. Bison endures Aranha's Sky's the Limit.

"Heh...." Bison doesn't really say much more. Mostly because in a way doing the same stupid thing over and over did work for Fumiko. She kept hacking away and it almost worked. The wounds he suffered in that battle are still fresh in both mentally and physically. It looks like he is going to have several nifty new scars to show off along with a possible concussion when that kick slams into the side of his head.
It at least knocks the grin off Bison's face for a few moments as he staggers to the side, but he is quick to recover. His vision is swimming from the impact, but he seems to have himself locked into Aranha enough to unload again in hopes to find his fist hitting the mark before quicker of the two could bound away.
He doesn't seem to mind at all taking the punishment if it means leaving him close with a good chance to counter attack and this time it comes in the form of one straight to stagger Aranha so he can follow up with a second straight with his left hand and one final straight from the right to finish up his combo.
COMBATSYS: Aranha fails to interrupt Running Straight from M. Bison with Bad Beat ES.

[GEN]
Milling among the crowd is one food vendor who does not fit in with the rest: he doesn't have the right uniform, he only has half the right signage and accessories, and he's also a tiny, gnarled old man, a rather far cry from the mostly photogenic crew hawking overpriced hot dogs and Nashville chicken.
The small Chinese fellow is selling two unique overpriced munchies: Bison Bites, which are crispy-fried gyoza filled with spicy ground bison and red chili sauce in the rough shape of an ear. An ear that bleeds when it's bitten, it's very classy; and thus, a total hit. Then there's Dancing Donuts, which are cinnamon-sugar sprinkled deep fried dough creations with eight zany curling 'legs' off a central delicious mass of donut.
Gen came with a lot, he's selling a lot, and security seems to lose track of him every time they've sealed off the row of audience he's illegally peddling in. First he's on one side of the arena, then he's on the other, then he's up in the nosebleeds. Pocketing cash, swiping credit cards, he even has a PoS to take mobile phones!
The odd little chef takes pauses here and there to eyeball the fight's turns and smashes, chuckling softly to himself. Those that interrupt -him- during this time get harsh words and abrupt wave-offs. NO SOUP FOR YOU.
[ARANHA]
He practically had sling shot himself hoping to just make it hard to react to. Questionable as to whether it had worked the way he wanted. Upon landing, the Dancing Spider sees Bison charging at him with a head full of steam. There's no escaping him. Deflection didn't really seem like an option either. Out of desperation he tries to meet the boxer head on with an elbow. Mike Bison is still a bit too fast for that and Aranha is caught on the button of his chin making the capoeirista see stars.
There is saving grace to the whole situation, the rebound off the boxer when he delivered the kick put him just far enough away the punch doesn't connect as deeply as it could have.
[M. BISON]
Mike is tearing into Aranha in a relentless manner. This is the Mike Bison of old. The Mike Bison that put the fear in other boxers for years. A man that seemingly could shrug off pain and just beat an opponent within an inch of their life. Or in the one case beyond that.
"Won't lie. Wanted a rematch with that Abigail fellow. I owe him some pain, but....well I can always get him next time." He is starting to feel confident. He can see Aranha already on the ropes and he looks to keep up the pressure on the other fighter. Aranha has him beat on speed, but that speed is no good if Bison keeps on top of him with his powerful punches.
He is quick to close the gap between the two once more. He comes in hard and strong with a big hook punch with his right, gloved fist. Another big punishing hit looking to slam right into the side of Aranha's head. "Shame all your money is probably going to hospital bills!"
COMBATSYS: Aranha dodges M. Bison's Heavy Punch.

[ARANHA]
Aranha is still having difficulty getting his bearings. When someone like him who not only prides himself on but relies on his cognitive abilities in a fight gets them stripped away by a well placed punch, he's not even remotely close to his best. That being said, he's still has speed and has fairly good instincts when he chooses to lean upon them.
When the hook goes right for his temple, the capoeirista leans to the side and spins away as he attempts move around the boxer and back into the center of the ring. If he was going to be on the ropes, Aranha needed to make sure it was on his terms and not Bison's.
He goes into his kicking range and attempts to deliver a pair of snap kicks, one to the leg and one to the body and then circle around. Aranha was constantly moving and trying to keep from getting pinned down.

[M. BISON]
"Tch...." that powerful fist finds nothing this time, but it doesn't deter Mike Bison as he looks to keep up the pressure. Aranha is fast, but the boxer is doing well to keep up and is not giving Aranha as much room to move as he would like. It is the unfortunate deal of being the person to face Bison after the Fumiko fight. He is getting the full brunt of the fury and it obviously isn't pleasant.
He moves in when Aranha looks to deliver those kicks and once again shows no fear of taking a few hits to get in close. It is a tactic that has worked well so far so why would he change things up? Moving in like he does once again limits the force of those kicks and while the foot lands solidly both times it is not with the results Aranha wanted. Bison doesn't look bothered at all by being hit and once again he is in prime position to make Aranha pay.
It is a straight punch that lands first right in the chest of Aranha before he feels another uppercut in the jaw followed by a second straight. He is battered with a second uppercut before Bison winds up to finish up his combo with one last straight right into the face of the Dancing Spider.
[ARANHA]
With Bison moving in the way he does, there's pretty much no way for Aranha to really get anything going. It's often said that match ups make fights. Aranha operates best when he can control the tempo of the fight. Fumiko repeatedly threw herself into his attacks, and doing the same thing over and over allowed him to pick her apart at will. Mike Bison, would not let Aranha control the tempo and he wasn't so much picked apart as pulverized.
Aranha's body reels with every impact of the fists connecting with him. The final straight sends the capoeirista to the ground. Mercifully, none of the punches had connected with his shades.
Aranha struggles to get back up to his feet. His mind screams out for him to land something on his terms and come away from this fight with some way of showing his legitimacy as a fighter. The legitimacy that was stripped away when Howard Rust Jr. took his unconscious body and puppeteered him into a series of attacks that couldn't have hoped to do damage in one of the most questionable of victories in history. His heart cried out for him stand back up and show that he belonged in the fighting world in spite of not being tested in the semi-finals. His body, as genetically altered was not having any of it. It shut down so that he could heal at an accelerated rate. Something he wouldn't be able to do if he didn't rest.
When he's conscious once more, he will not be looking forward to seeing the headlines or the fight blogs.
COMBATSYS: Aranha decides that discretion is the better part of valor.

It is probably not the finals many were expecting, but it is the fans got. For those that like a beating they got that, but for those that like a good, long fight they will have to wait for another day. Bison was on his game and he gave Aranha little to no chance to get into a rhythm that would have given him a chance against the boxer.
Bison stands there ready for a few moments then he grins when it looks like his opponent is down and out. The final hurdle was cleared and the prize was his to claim. All that anger built up from being embarassed by Fumiko is at least subsiding for a little while.
"This is my world! Y'all just squirrels trying to get a nut. All you get are deez nuts!" he proclaims while grabbing his crotch with one hand and keeping his other fist raised. He is obviously a very graceful winner. And while he gloats a official is hesitantly approaching him while holding a cell phone. "Ahh, Mister Bison? Someone has called to congratulate you."
"Motherfucker, can't you see I am celebrating?" The official backs away but Bison snags the phone with a gloved hand. Who the hell would be calling? Is this Ken Masters calling to tell him he was disqualified or something? "Yo, bitch. This is Bison." The anger starts to fade and his grin just widens. "Just give me a moment. I think we can come to some sort of agreement."
With that said he looks to the fallen Aranha once more and shakes his head. "Told you a brotha needs to get paid." He turns about and heads to the back with phone still in hand. He just got himself one helluva offer.
COMBATSYS: M. Bison has ended the fight here.
