Circuit Of Champions - SNF: WORLDWIDE MASTER BELT MATCH

[Toggle Names]

Description: Ken Masters, the world famous martial artist, has made countless KOF appearances. And yet, there is one thing that eludes him: A master belt. Naturally, following the rules, he brings his challenge to Honoka, the current holder of the Blue Master Belt. The bankrupt Lee Chaolan, however, moves to defend Honoka's honor. Offering the Worldwide Master Belt, he accepts Ken Masters challenge in her stead. The venue? Masters Cruises, the internationally famous cruise liner. Will Ken finally reclaim his title of master? Or will Lee Chaolan manage to cling on to the last vestiges of his dignity?

[LEE CHAOLAN]
"... And that was when I paid off the last of the prizes!"

Lee Chaolan was dressed in an old Yakuza suit, hardly up to his normal standards. The silver-haired demon, as he was known in the fighting world, was at the Mimosa bar. It was an open bar, and Lee was taking his seat at it, chatting with his companion. It only served Mimosas. He was on his fifth, and he was loving every moment. THe location was Master Cruises, the personal cruise liners of Masters Corporation. A fitting location to defend his Worldwide Title. Ken Masters certainly could have gone for a lesser opponent on the chain. The beautiful Honoka, the lovely Baiken. IN fact, the original challenge was at Honoka. Lee could have let it slide.

But he had an obligation for Honoka.

"Between the war, and the tournament, I was completely bankrupt;" Lee Chaolan slurs, motioning at the moonlight sky high above, the tiki lanterns's lights dancing off his face. "I had to sell off most of my assets. I know I could have let the bankruptcy courts handle the prizes; I'd be off the hook. But you don't just promise someone $50 Million and then get out of it with a legal loophole. You offer that prize, you give it. That's the respect I have for them, and that is the respect they have for me. Let me tell you Ken Masters. Stick with joining tournaments. You run them? They will ruin you, every single time. I joined the World Warrior, and what did it get me? Decent place to live, a jilted catgirl ex-girlfriend, and all the Kyokugen connections you can want." Lee Chaolan wraps up the sixth mimosa at the bar, leaning over towards Ken Masters. "Gosh, where are... where are we doing the fight? We're on a cruise liner, right?" Lee Chaolan pauses a moment, looking over his shoulder.

"... Are we fighting in the pool?"

[KEN MASTERS]
Ah, the sea. One of the most magical and wonderous places known to squirrel, sponge and starfish--- wait. Those things do not matter at this time, or even in this place far above the ocean floor.

The cruise liner is truly a marvel, cruising across the ocean at leisurely 20 knots with no worries in the world. The all you can drink mimosas, the all you can eat Five Michelin Star rated buffet. All sheets and linens are 100% egyptian cotten, and for those who have special needs and accomindations, each area of the ship is built to accomondate anyone with ease.

Truly, Ken has spared no expense.

As he listens to Lee vent about how his life has fallen apart since the last King of Fighters tournament, a sympathetic hand is placed upon the silver-haired man's shoulder in understanding. "You truly are a strong man to not let all of that get you down. Truly, a strong man."

Obviously, Ken has had a few mimosas as well, his words slurring slightly. However, once Lee asks where they are to do battle, the blonde-battler merely rises to his feet, shakily for a few moments, only to clap his hands in a rather authoritive way.

"Why should we have to fight in the pool when we could fight with mimosas only a few feet away!"

The crew of the ship quickly rush out, gathering tables and moving everything out of the way only to leave a bare area for the two to battle by the moonlight tiki night~

The sea is truly a magical place.

[LEE CHAOLAN]
"Oh, Ken, you treat me too well!"

The martial artist looks at the glasses, as the fighting field is cleared by the open bar. "It really was fortunate for both of us we are doing the masters fight; I know you've been attending my King Of Fighters, and I've always hoped you would make it to the final four. Alas, it hasn't worked out. But maybe if I can get the sponsors for KOF 2018..." He shakes his head.

"Ah, just flights of fancy for now."

Lee Chaolan stumbles from the seat, and staggers side to side. The former executive eases into his fighting stance awkwardly, giving a drunken smirk. Flashing a thumbs up, he gives Ken a wink. "You know, this might be the mimosas talking, but you know what I've noticed at the dojo?" Lee Chaolan hiccups, his eyes bleary as he lets Ken fall into place.

"Have you ever noticed how Ansatsuken and Kyokugen Karate are so similar?"

[KEN MASTERS]
"Hmm. You know, it really is." Normally, the comparison would be considered rude and rather hard for either school to accept, but with the truth seeking might of the Mimosa running well in his system, Ken readily admits and accepts the idea that there may be some basis of origin of the two schools.

Taking a few steps away, Ken slowly assumes his stance, the gentle sea breeze caressing his bronzed chest and shoulders, his blonde locks gently rippling in the air. He takes a deep breath as his smooth bare legs suddenly flash upwards in the air, the Master Masters testing himself quickly to see just how well he has control of himself.

Once more Ken assumes his fighting stance, motioning towards Lee. "As I have the home court advantage here... Let's do this Lee."

COMBATSYS: Ken Masters takes no action.

[LEE CHAOLAN]
Lee Chaolan was being a bit rude, in fact.

The taunting, the teasing; Ken Masters might already be seeing through it. Already, as he sways around a bit, he takes his time to let Ken fight his stance. As the kicks come out, Lee stares at it, sleepily. Before finally flinches at it, ever so delayed. As Ken motions at him, Lee gives another hiccup. And slowly, he gives a thumbs up to his opponent

"Excellent~"

And Lee Chaolan pounces.

Lee Chaolan fires straight at Ken, a flying kick aiming squarely at him. It falls short at the last moment, Lee Chaolan diving straight down as the leading leg right before Ken, pivoting into a stand. "I mean, between you and Ryu, bless his soul, who do you feel more like? Ryo Sakazaki?" The silver-haired demon's drunken presence seems almost gone now. Shifting the momentum, he throws two catpaw jabs at Ken's face, leaning the pressure on as the punches pull just short. All while, the former executive rotates around the blonde-haired fighter. "Or more like Robert. You and Robert are both ruggedly handsome millionaires, after all.." Lee Chaolan suddenly snaps his leg up and around as he rotates, attempting to connect squarely into the Ansatsuken fighter's chest on the pivot, attempting to smash him right into the bar.

And right back into Lee's old seat!

[KEN MASTERS]
As Ken is slammed into the chair, it neatly crumples under the force of the impact, leaving the blonde-brawler sprawling on the ground upon the debris. While he will never use it as an excuse for a potential lose, it seems that he now understands that alcohol and fighting may not actually work out for him.

Ken climbs to his feet, rolling the muscles on his back to check to see if anything unwanted is actually stuck in him, as his recent encounter with Yamazaki has left him catious of having foreign objects being stuck into his person. "Hmm.. Well. I'm not quite sure what you're getting at Lee. Ryo Sakazaki is only a 8 out of 10. Everyone knows I'm the 10 out of 10. So there really isn't that much of a comparison there."

Lurching forward, Ken bull rushes towards Lee, quickly attempting to recover the lost distance between the two, only to launch himself upwards looking to grab the silver demon's head, and have it make a close friendship with his knee.

[LEE CHAOLAN]
If only it was just the booze.

Lee Chaolan now doesn't even look close to being drunk, despite the relaxed smile. The moment Ken hits the chair? Lee as at the barside, ready for a 7th Mimosa. As Ken pushes himself off the chair, Lee Chaolan manages to down the drink in a single swish, holding the empty glass between his fingers. "You know, Ken, I must praise something." He says with a teasing, almost flirting air as his opponent bullrushes across the barside. Hooking a leg under, he pushes the bar stool into Ken, letting it slow him down just enough to twirl. As Lee is grabbed for the knee, the momentum shift was already enough where Lee Chaolan catches it firmly with his own knee. And holding the glass up, he pushes back towards the bar gracefully. "It's very impressive that you are fighting with bare feet~" He coos.

And he spins to kick.

Not at Ken, but at the bar counter. Sweeping the empty Mimosa glasses to the deckside, the is a cacophony of broken glass as it comes down. It doesn't stop there; a sweep of Lee's shoed feet, as the glass shards scatter around. Certainly, a trained martial artist like Ken Masters could easily walk on glass. It wasn't walking on glass that Lee was planning, however. Another kick comes right at Ken's chest level, pulling short as he makes for another rotation. And every step, every kick, comes with more scattering glass underfoot, the shards ebbing and flowing. And insidious trick, and a rather dirty one. But all as Lee gives that lackadaisical charm.

"What about Robert though?"

Lee Chaolan steps back, reversing his rotation. "You are practically Ryu's rich talented best friend. Well, probably not quite a friend. I mean, could you imagine yourself with a ponytail? I think it would be rather charming." Lee Chaolan dashes at Ken, bounding up to his shoulder. Should he make it, he would push up and past it, bringing his hands around Ken's neck. And there, attempting to slam him straight down upon the deck... and very likely, into the broken glass as well. Still holding to his one empty glass, of course. "Or if not a ponytail..." He muses.

"Maybe you could try a manbun?~"

[KEN MASTERS]
Glass is really an annoying thing to deal with, especially when he's landing violently onto it. It just seems that sharp things REALLY want to find their way inside Ken. This just will not do, no sir it will not.

Laying there, comtemplating just how exactly he's found himself in this situation gives Ken time to collect his thoughts. Normally, he'd just be sending any and all challengers flying away with powerful uppercuts and mighty kicks. Today? He's obviously not doing that.

Climbing to his feet, the blonde man feels a bit more then a breeze around his midsection. Blood gently flows from the micro-cuts from all the glass spattered about, but that doesn't phase Ken. No.

"...Hmm." Ken reaches around to his rear, feeling at the thin fabric of his Speed-O, blinking a few times. "Lee... I do hate to do this, but I will need a moment. I don't think we can really film and showcase my bare bottom across the world without having some form of backlash..."

The blonde man snaps his fingers and a pair of deckhands rush forward with a clothing screen, and a brand new fire-red Speed-O for their employeer to change into.

COMBATSYS: Ken Masters needs a moment.

[LEE CHAOLAN]
"Oh, I didn't mean to poke your bottom!~" Lee Chaolan exclaims, teasing as he rises from the stunner. It was almost playful. But as anybody who has fought Lee in an official fight knew of the sheer pragmatic style of the martial artist. It was fast, deceptive, and very, very hard hitting. And yet, as Ken calls for a timesy? Lee Chaolan winks at him, giving him the side-eye. "Take your time, Ken~" He coos, watching him.

""You can even take a moment to work on your hair~"

Lee Chaolan eases at the bar, grabbing his eight mimosa. Sipping softly, he mulls. Already, he was calculating a deft and dangerous offense. After all, he has long studied Ken's martial art. Hell, he had long studied Ken. His style was his business, a product he wished to sell en masse. Finishing the drink, he clutches the empty glass from before STILL. And finally, pulling back.

"You know, some people think I am a monster, I do not belong in this world~"

Lee Chaolan's air is almost noble, yet his expression melancholy. "It is not by my hand that I am once again given power. I was called here by humans, my fellow men, who wished to pay me tribute! Tribute, Ken! Even as they say I steal their souls, and make men and women slaves!" LEe Chaolan moves away from the barside, shaking his head. "Perhaps could be said of all religions... bah, these words are as empty as my soul! Mankind ill needs a savior such as me. what is a man?"

And with a gentle toss, he throws the glass at Ken's feet.

"But a miserable little pile of secrets. But enough talk!" Lee Chaolan falls back into his hitman stance, beckoning Ken to approach him, to come at him as he beckons with his hand, his balance pushed backwards.

"Have at you!"

COMBATSYS: Lee Chaolan gathers his will.

[KEN MASTERS]
The sheer audacity of Lee's words causes the hair on Ken's neck to stand in alarm. It seems that Lee has yet to truly repent for his prior actions, and while this may seem par for course, it does sadden Ken to a degree.

Dismissing the deckhands, Ken slowly runs his left foot across the ground, gently clearing away bits of the broken glass. A brief flare of chi springs to life upon the right foot of the Ansatsuken practicioner, bending his legs slightly to leap towards the Demon with speed and grace.

"Lee, I hope you have changed your ways, not only for the sake of the world, but for mine." The words are spoken heavily, only for Ken's right foot to suddenly lash out as the very air around him starts to swirl violently, neatly lifting the broken glass from the ground as he propels himself at Lee."

"TATSUMAKI SENPUU KYAKU!!"

The violent hurricane of rotating kicks is aimed towards Lee, seeking to draw him into the now fierce vacuum of kicks in retaliation."

[LEE CHAOLAN]
"Am I sensing some moral pangs, Ken Masters?"

The smug silver-haired demon seemed amused by the hackles that he was giving rise to the handsome young fighter. As the whirlwind of glass comes, he actually mimes an arrogant yawn. As the spinning kick collides in, there isn't any mere effortless reaction. But a predicted one, a rehearsed one, not unlike Ryu's reaction to Ken's own Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku. "One." He counts, as the first kick is deflected over him. "Two." He muses, as the second is deflected. And finally, the third comes. "Three~" He almost preempts, as he pushes under it, respositioning himself, tracing his thumb tip on his chin.

"You think your usual tricks are going to work against me, Ken Masters?"

Dusting off the glass, he smirks. "I've studied your arts, crafted them. You and Ryu... you were to be the foundations of my Combots! Can you imagine, your own robot doubles! They would make charming butlers, I imagine. Alas, the technology is in the hands of someone MUCH more dangerous. As for me~"

And he explodes at Ken.

Ripping in with a stunning backhand, he transitions into a machine gun assault of high kicks. Swinging around into another roundhouse kick, he pulls short, letting the feint flow smoothly as he transitions into a straight thrust kick at Ken's chest. And there, he relies on the opening carved. If he manages to stagger Ken with the assault, he would break away by -spiking- the glass straight into Ken's forehead, letting it shatter fully. And there, he would turn his back on Ken, giving a thumbs up to the camera.

"EXCELLENT~"

[KEN MASTERS]
"The moral pangs are from what seems to be a lost business opportunity." Listening to everything Lee spouts off, should bother Ken, yet... In a way it flatters him. So many other fighters that he could have copied, and Lee chose to copy him. This truly means he's the best, and as such? Lee deserves him at his best.

Each blow is barely deflected, each one just shy of knocking Ken off balance and right into the flurry of kicks. The final kick, however is narrowly blocked, allowing the blonde battler to deflect the incoming glass to the face, which is extremely rude and bad decorum in a match such as this. What would the Sakazaki's think of Lee's behaviour? Would Takuma approve? Ryo? Yuri?!

However that question has to remain unanswered as they are hundreds of miles away.

The Ansatsuken user's hands suddenly fly foward, seeking to grasp the collar of Lee's finely pressed shirt, and if successful, the silver-haired demon will find himself being yanked upwards as Ken hurls himself backwards, looking to plant a foot into Lee's stomach with the momentum, releasing at the arc of the throw to allow Lee to fly just like a seagull.

"Oh, yes, just business~"

Lee Chaolan smirks at the comment. What would the Sakazakis think of the taunting? They might have to sit him down, to talk to him. And yet, there is no time to turn around. Immediately, before he can pull away, Lee Chaolan is snatched. Dropping the glass from his hand, he is neatly smashed into a deck chair. He arcs his back on impact, stunned for a moment. Staggering back up into a rise, he gives a terse grin back.

"Well done~"

Lee come back into a stand. "Though if you are interested in business." Lee Chaolan idles slightly, in hushed voices. "There are legitimate businessmen already closing on it. Geese Howard. Duke Burkoff. And of course, well connected individuals with the United Nations." A veiled statement? A warning? "I think if you are looking for mere business, you'll find strong opportunities there. Especially on the Combots... and the Gears." Lee Chaolan suddenly launches forward, hurtling at Ken. Unleashing a deft pair of jab punches, one and two, he pivots into a straight kick, aiming to just miss Ken. There, he would leap up in the air, sweeping his opposite leg around to hammer it squarely between Ken's eyes. He knows Ken's style. He is practically baiting it now. The question was...
Would Ken take the bait?

Deftly crossing his arms, Ken quickly deflects the first two jabs of Lee's combo, jarring slightly from the force. As the leg is brought around, Ken ducks down, allowing the oncoming axe kick to miss its mark.

"You know, I really don't have robotics in mind. Generally companies and them get into a lot of trouble because they generally turn evil.."

Chi suddenly flares to life upon his right fist, Ken launches upwards just like a rocket, flames streaming behind his fist violently as he seeks to connect with Chaolan's perfectly proportioned jaw. If it connects, the flames will rapidly spread, seeking to not only envelop Lee Chaolan's perfectly styled hair, but possibly ruin it just a smidge.

[LEE CHAOLAN]
Lee Chaolan's nasty edge was only getting more crass.

OF course, as Ken makes the comment about companies going evil, that gets a chuckle out of Lee. "Not -too- evil!" He hmphs, almost offended. Note that Lee is secretly on a legion of supervillains, so frankly Ken might have a point there. Still, as the punch combination is caught up carefully, Ken seems to be very quickly adapting to the legion of feint sand tricks that Lee himself had. As the kick passes over, Lee Chaolan was already re-positioning around Ken, a smirk faintly on his lips. As the flames come up, it almost hits a switch on Lee. His eyes widen in clarity. As Ken launches up? Lee almost coos it out.

"Crystal Clear~"

And Lee makes his move.

Lee Chaolan would deftly pivot around Ken, lifting up with the punch. Not -into- the punch, but in parallel as he takes to the air. Up high, his hands move like a thief, a pickpocket, attempting to seize Ken's lower hand by the wrist, the non-uppercutting. As they come down from the Shoryuken? Should he manage to keep the pressure on Ken's wrist? He would wrench the arm behind Ken, twisting it behind him as they both land...

[KEN MASTERS]
As the two men make their way back to the deck of the Masters Cruiseliner Mimosa Bar (Patent Pending), Ken neatly and rather gently slaps away Lee's hand in a bid to throw off the Silver-Haired Demon. Once feet touch down, Ken nimbly dances away, waggling a finger at Lee.

"Come now Lee. We both know you're better then petty tricks and dismal displays such as that." The blonde-battler casually flicks his hair, before sighing heavily. He's rather disapointed now, because while Lee is giving him a rather difficult fight, it seems that all he's really good for is petty tricks and fighting dirty.

Ken expected more.

Don't be like Ken.

Chi once more starts to swirl around Ken, this time collecting within his now cupped hands. Unlike the burning flames of his shoryuken, the chi glows with the color of the deep blue waters that they are currently travsersing.

Drawing his hands back, the chi starts to take the form of a rather large ball as deep crimson flames start to swirl around it. While Ryu may have a market on fireballs, Ken's has the capacity to be just as devistating when mishandled.

"HADOUKEN!"

The ball of chi is thrust forward, growing in intensity and strength, seeking to collide violently with Lee, because he has to be set on fire at least once today.

[LEE CHAOLAN]
Lee Chaolan -does- have a lot of tricks, it's true.

One doesn't become a world master through tricks alone though. But as Lee lands, he feigns outrage. "My tricks are hardly petty, Ken!" Lee Chaolan objects, even as he recoils his hand, gripping it by the wrist. Of course, that would be enough. But as Ken readies a carefully placed fireball, well, the martial artist finds himself in a bit of a pickle. Lurching in, he attempts to roll over the fireball. And there, he shows that maybe he wasn't as sharp as he thought he was on Ken's technique. He turns right into the fireball, the flames spreading over his body. He lets out a gasp as they blossom out.

Burning away the full of his suit.

A -very- expensive cost, to be sure. But underneath is merely a single swimsuit bottom of silvery purple sheen. Lee Chaolan, exposed, waggles his eyebrows at Ken. It seemed that this was the second most sexy match of the SNFs (the sexiest being the one with Rufus and Bob, of course). And gesturing at his exposed, slightly singed form, he coos at his opponent.

"And my displays are hardly dismal~"

Swiftly falling back into his martial artist stance, he begins to rush in, bringing his leg around to give a quick high kick. This one commits, but as he keeps the leg going, he goes into a straight kick in the middle. And then one low. ANd then back high. ANd then again. And then again. And then again. The endless kicking chain, the infinite range of kicks, bringing with feints and fakes all through it. But Lee Chaolan simply refuses to stop the kicks, refuses to end the kicks. It was his Infinite Rave, his endless kicking chain. And unless Ken could escape, or unless he could interrupt it with his own attack? IT wouldn't it. Lee Chaolan was naked, burnt, and drunk.

He had all the time in the world.

Its almost as if Ken has read on Lee's attacks, and with each fiercly delivered kick, the blonde-battler expertly shifts his body to allow each kick to narrowly miss him. Quickly stepping backwards, Ken easily escapes the footed onslaught, shrugging his shoulders once again.

Raising his hands upwards, Ken lightly claps at the display Lee had just given to the cameras filming this battle. It's obvious they'll have to air some sort of SEXY warning (Just as Rufus and Bob were subjected to), but Ken pays that no mind.

Just as Lee will stop his kicks after Ken escapes, the Ansatsuken student allows the chi to surge to life upon his left leg. "Well, since we're showing the proper usage of kicks..."

Lurching forward himself, Ken suddenly aims a powerful fire imbued roundhouse toward Lee's collarbone. If it connects, Lee will find more and more of these burning roundhouses being delivered, only for Ken to drop down and once more lift the two men to the sky in a burning whirlwind of kicks.

And in turn, Lee was reading Ken's own style.

Perfect harmony flows between them, the duo of martial artists nearly flawlessly attuned to one another. Every kick of Lee's is evaded masterfully, a perfect display. In turn, as Ken gives his applause, Lee is chasing after, trying to close the gap in time. ANd the moment the burning roundhouse comes at Lee?

He blocks with his own kick.

Lee Chaolan's own kick chain does not break, as the flurry of kicks is met with perfect timing with Lee's own. The silver-haired demon is taken up to the air, his own kicking chain catching in tandem. Kicks meet kick, as sweat pours from Lee Chaolan's brow. Smirking lightly, his eyes flare alight as the final whirling kick comes, he catches it between both palms, knocking him away as contrails of flames pour around him. Landing deftly, he looks to Ken, and flashes a thumbs up.

"Excellent!~"

Lee doesn't waste too much more time as he rushes in, charging at Ken after he lands himself with blistering speed. Lunging forward, he stops dead, just short of tackling into Ken. And there, he pulls back, backflipping as he flips up. His legs out, he gives an arching kick, ripping it straight ahead as he vaults behind, trying to land back to where he had begun.

Ken exhales violently as Lee's somersault back manages to plant both feet right into his chest. He wasn't quite expecting that, and it's enough to leave him slightly winded for a few brief moments. But this isn't the time to bemoan a lack of oxygen. This is the time for retaliation, and Ken plans to do just that.

Diving forward, his arms reach out to latch onto Chaolan, and if successful, Ken's body will swing to slam them both into the ground, only for his legs to move to secure Lee in a chokehold, while applying pressure to the silver-haired man's left arm and shoulder.

Just slightly winded.

It's an opening for Lee Chaolan. A hundred tricks, a dozen at any single time. But Lee Chaolan was no charlatan, that much is obvious as he lands. He was a world class fighter. So when Ken just comes in a little bit slower, a little bit more sluggish? When he comes out to grab Lee?

The martial artist neatly counters.

Slipping right around the charge, he immediately pushes Ken's hands around, bringing himself right at Ken's flank. The response comes in a flash, as he suddenly and swiftly drives his foot towards the blonde haired man's abdomen. "You are slowing down, Masters~" He teases. And if the foot connects?

It would kick off the true attack.

It wouldn't be a true kick, per say, but a means of planting his foot squarely in the abdomen. The difference would become apparent on the pivot; he would swing his other leg up and around, bringing it straight across to slam into Ken's neck. And there, the other leg would come up, as the assault would finish into a scissor takedown. A complex, intricate attack.

And one that would only take place if he could just pull of the first trap.

You know better then this.) he'll use what little momentum he's built to spring back to his feet, rapidly taking his fighting stance once more.

Taking a moment to recompose himself, Ken throws himself mentally in to the intensity of this fight. Lee's a strong opponent, and there is a chance Ken isn't going to win this. However, win or lose, he needs to still put up the great fight.

Quickly slapping his face, Ken grins at Lee. "I think it's about time we started to end this, or else we'll be old and ... well... I'll be gray. I can't say the same about you, but you're a smart man. I'm sure you get the meaning."

[LEE CHAOLAN]
Really, it was similar techniques at play.

Ken and Lee were both some of the most renowned of the charismatic fighters, and brought a dynamic flair to their fights unrivaled to any other. Both were agile, offensive attackers; the opening assault almost defined Lee Chaolan's insidious technique, where-as Ken's almost effortless reactions came at the most flashy moves in Lee's arsenal. Both were at the edge of fatigue, daring a slowdown at the worst possible time. But there was one thing for certain.

This was an incredible fight so far.

As the trap is rolled away from, Lee Chaolan quickly adjusts his feet, readying himself for Ken's counterattack. But rather than blows, it was words. A verbal jab at his age? It wasn't hurtful at all; the scantily clad Lee actually chuckles at it. "Alas, I wouldn't want to use my opponent's youth against him." He jests, as he gives Ken his moment to compose himself. And when he looks ready?

It almost happens too fast.

The mist step, the insidious Mishima technique that was deceptively dangerous and fast. Lee Chaolan was ducking down slightly, shuffling forward. It almost seemed like a few feet. But almost instantly, Lee Chaolan was before Ken. And just short of the speed of sound, he leans back, and unleashes a rocket-charged straight kick, right into Ken's center. It all happens so fast, so blazing. It'll be up to Ken's instincts and talent.

But Ken was already so endowed with such, as everyone at home could see.

[KEN MASTERS]
Ken is caught off guard by the sudden burst of speed from Lee, and is sent rocketing backwards by the missile strength kick to the chest. Unable to regain his balance, the blonde Ansatsuken student slams straight into the Mimosa bar, sending gallons of the stuff everywhere.

It's pure carnage.

Orange juice is leaking into the pristene deck floors. Champaigne bottles are violently popping their corks. It's a mimostragedy.

Slowly attempting to climb to his feet, Ken slips down on the now wet surface, cracking his head violently against the deck. This is not grace. This is not style.

This is just being Dan Hibiki.

Once more Ken attempts to get to his feet, this time succeeding in doing so. He's dizzy, he's tired, and he suddenly launches himself forward. Chi surges to life upon his right leg, only for Ken to launch himself forward, swinging a heavy flame filled roundhouse at Lee's head.

[LEE CHAOLAN]
There are many sacrifices that must be made when it came to battles.

The moment when he sends Ken Masters into the Mimosa stand? Lee Chaolan, for a moment, shows regret. Not for nearly destroying the world over Gears. Not for kidnapping and brainwashing innocent catgirls. But for the loss of actually good cocktails, all for a mere belt defense? It is enough to make a man's blood cold, and for him to giving up fighting forever.

And yet, he must press on.

As Ken rises up, Lee Chaolan steadies his feet, watching Ken with curious eyes. And then, studious eyes. Both martial artists were concealing an infinite amount of talent through charming, almost effortless looking defenses. They were almost playing, to the untrained eye. But when Lee Chaolan sees that blazing kick coming straight for him, he senses it. He feels it. And of course, he could taste it. It comes so fast, so driving. So when it comes?

He catches it.

Pivoting it with both hands, the fires run over him. He couldn't just stop it. Trying to stop it would snap the man in half. No, instead, Lee Chaolan carries it, shifts with the momentum, spinning with the full force of the impact. And with every effort, he redirects it, redirects Ken down. He doesn't neatly place him back down, though the folks at home might see it as that. But he sends his momentum straight down, hurtling Lee down with it, as he falls to the floor, flattening out. The momentum carries, as he rolls on the ground, perking back up only a few feet away. A dramatic response.

And one that might have saved himself.

Rising up, Lee Chaolan wipes the sweat from his brow. "Well-" Well Done, he almost says, before hastily correcting himself. "Ah! Excellent!~" He exclaims. It seemed finally, Ken Masters had begun to exhaust the infatiguable Lee Chaolan. Standing fast, breathing hard, he quickly adjusts himself by dipping low, bringing a sweep kick at Ken's ankles. Of course, to no teeth; a feint of the most obvious kind, as Lee Chaolan rises up with a single, direct uppercut. It was no Shoryuken.

But it was a good way for Lee to recenter his momentum!

As that feint to an uppercut hurtles towards Ken's jaw, the blonde man's left hand surges forward, neatly capturing the rising fist and stopping it dead in the air. Smirking, the Master Masters releases the hand, taking a few steps back. It's obvious that Lee and himself are far to evenly matched, and the two of them could battle until the end of the world, and no clear victor may ever be discovered.

A few breaths to clear the mind, and once more bemoan the innocent victims that just fell, and Ken is ready for Lee once more. His right hand raises slightly, beckoning Lee forward. "Come on Lee. It's high time we started to end this."

Lurching forward, Ken's right leg once more swings out, seeking to collide with Lee's head. Maybe, just maybe, it'll be enough to take the rest of the wind out of Lee's sails.

[LEE CHAOLAN]
Flawless.

As Lee's uppercut is neatly deflected, the martial artist is, for a moment, exposed. Exposure was quite dangerous to be certain; and as the silver-haired demon tries to escape, he is only barreled hard into the head. Lee Chaolan moans as he is kicked so severely, rolling erotically through the air before landing in repose on the deck. "Don't you mean..." Lee Chaolan says coyly, almost submissively.

"... Finish this?"

Lee Chaolan swirls his legs around, cartwheeling them dynamically in a circular fashion. Pivoting up on his feet, he flips forward, landing on both legs. And he doesn't hesitate: He unleashes a forward kick, before seconding out a second kick that pulls short. Turning, he spins into a backfist, before chaining into a snap kick that sends him airborne. The assault would end with a scissor takedown, as Lee Chaolan tries once again to bring those smooth shins around Ken's neck, and smashing them both to the ground! It was sexy.

But not Foxy Ken sexy.

[KEN MASTERS]
It seems that Ken has spent a fair amount of time on his back for Lee in this battle, and really that has to have some fangirls somewhere in an uproar. It really seems that this fight is going to generate a lot of letters, both good and bad.

Of course, as he lays there, staring up into the silver swimsuit of Lee, Ken has to admire just how much care the man puts into his appearance. No hairs poking through. Carefully manicured nails. Truly, a lot of people could take some pointers on how to look good while beating someone around from Lee. Ken will readily and willingly admit that to anyone who asks him from this day forward.

Unfortunarely for Ken, he really has no way to retaliate other then what is about to come. A shifting of weight, a sudden flexing of muscles. A rapid blur of blonde hair rising upwards towards a silver target.

The audience can only hope Lee manages to survive this one.

[LEE CHAOLAN]
Sensual, and swift.

The assault comes to a close as Lee Chaolan makes the takedown. While the fangirls at home are busy writing their LeexKen slash fics, except of course with more opportunities for Lee to be on his back than Ken, the fact of the matter as that Lee was making his pin. Forcing Ken down, he leans back, eyes glistening. "What's the matter?" Lee teases, as he fixes himself in place. "Cat got your-"

Suddenly headbutt.

"Oh right in the Kazamas!"

Lee Chaolan breaks away from his pin, gripping his tender loving cares gingerly. Heaving hard, the judges... they are kinda like, is this it? Is Lee Chaolan out? But the Silver Haired Executive, taking a heaving breath, eases up into a stand. "I... I'm okay!" He squeaks. He had made it, he had managed to defend his belt in a dramatic and deceptively close match. Turning towards the cameras, he gives a strained grin, as he flashes a thumbs up. And aloud, he squeaks

"Excellent~"
