The train pulls by, and standing there behind where it was is a single figure, a muscular girl, dressed in a karate uniform, with hair pulled back into a slightly above shoulder-length ponytail.
Antiquated-sounding tokusatsu opening music starts to play over a loudspeaker, and she begins to sing in a low voice.
"Standing up tall and proud: TIGER MASK!"
She places her hands on her hips, and turns her head, as if staring up into the distance.
"Wearing a white tiger mask: TIGER MASK!"
She turns her face towards a nearby camera, revealing a really ornate looking White Tiger mask with black stripes, and puts up a fist near her face.
"Black hair pulled back tightly for a ponytail in the breeze,
Wearing that Karate uniform..."
A slight pause, as if she's not sure where to go with this, but indeed, she is standing in front of a vent, and it makes both her ponytail and her karate uniform waver in a somewhat dramatic fashion.
"...also in the breeze,
Muscles, muscles, muscles, muscles, fists,
Fighting for you and me,"
Some muscle flexing, then pointing at the camera, then herself.
"Southtown's greatest tiger mask hero: TIGER MAAAASK!"
A brief pause, and she shifts into a higher-toned speaking voice.
"Just for today... I'll be fighting you instead of evil."
"...Unless, of course, you happen to /be/ evil. In which case... I'll fight you both!"
She turns dramatically towards where her opponent has hopefully shown up, and points.

Meanwhile, Lita was standing by wearing an olive green short sleeved dress shirt, black tie, olive green shorts and bandoliers of kunai strapped to her thigh but the most noticable feature is the large sword strapped to her back. Toned, muscular but still compact build.
The tall british blonde can't help but watch as the Tiger Mask mugs for the camera.
"It seems as though I came ill-prepared. I have no music. And by the way you're fighting me and not that camera, love."
She moves towards her opponent and waits for the official to signal the start of the fight. She takes her stance and oddly enough she doesn't appear to be going for her sword. The official gives the signal and Lita immediately darts forward reaching for the Tiger Mask's wrist and with a wrenching motion pulls the masked fighter face down to the ground and then performs an arm bar to add a bit more pain.
As with most fighting events, especially ones that are going to be recorded and distributed, a small crowd has been gathered for ambiance. It wasn't hard to do since there's usually plenty of people around who enjoy watching a good fight even if one of them is a brand new entrant never seen before.
However at least one person that has gathered here isn't just someone who happened to getting ready to board a train or arriving at their destination. As both of the fighters show up a girl in a Taiyo uniform begins cheering, a wide and very excited smile on her face. Her energy spurs a few of the others around her to cheer louder as well, lending a bit of extra excitement and buzz to the atmosphere as the two fighters prepare for battle.
When things are getting underway the Taiyo girl's cheering changes tone and, perhaps shockingly, becomes even more boisterous and loud. She jumps into the air and shoots her fist up several times. "Go! Go! Fight! Fight! Fight!" Momentarily she disappears, bending down to pick something up before hefting it high into the air above her head.
It's an enormous hand made sign, just like one might expect for a main event in a packed stadium. Drawn on white cardstock is "TIGER MASK", the 'M' replaced with three large stylized claw marks, as if a large tiger had actually reached up and slashed them into place, an oddly pink roaring tiger's head roaring on the left hand side of the sign, and an angled mask similar but simpler to what Tiger Mask is wearing on the right side, next to the 'K'. Looks like someone has a fan!
"Go Tiger Mask!" Namie shouts as loud as she can, her face bright with grinning excitement. She holds the sign high as she can and jumps in place several times, only to wave the sign from side to side. If the camera crew is competent at all they're getting a shot of it. "You can do it Tiger Mask," she yells again, only to ball up one fist and shoot it into the air, "KICK HER ASS!!!"
If Miki thought she was going to have her debut fight without her peppy friend there to cheer her on she was sorely mistaken.

Tiger Mask glances over to Namie's sign and her enthusiastic cheering, distracted, but only for a fraction of a second as she sees and hears Lita close in. She turns her head back towards her.
"As far as I can tell, the only purpose of Neoleague is to entertain and educate. I'd rather be fighting evil, but-"
And that's when her hand gets caught. She immediately catches back onto Lita's arm with her other hand and steps wide in the direction she's pushing. This ties up both of her hands, but out of her side, a tiger head made out of pink energy with darker pink energy strikes emerges, and lunges in to sink it's energy teeth deep into Lita's arm.
"-I wanted to find out why people would perform this activity rather than fighting for justice! But while I am here, I will... fight you and the camera as well!"
She leans her head closer to Lita's.
"I ask you: for what purpose do you fight in this league, if not to entertain?"
That did not go as the Delta Red fighter, had planned. Her eyes widen as she sees a pink tiger head emerge from her opponent and bites down on her arm. She grits her teeth and growls with a bit of a pained expression on her face as she instinctively tries to pull away.
"Training. It's an opportunity to fight different styles that I wouldn't otherwise get an opportunity to face while training soldiers at camp."
She steps back and takes her stance again before taking a moment to roll her neck and she goes in performing a side kick to the Tiger Mask's knee and then quickly following it up with a side kick to her stomach.

Tiger Mask stumbles at that light kick to her stomach, and then stumbles backwards and falls into a kneeling position as she's hit in her stomach. She clutches her stomach for a moment, stands up, shakes off her leg. "I... can feel the military power in those kicks. The sort of discipline that some kickers should learn." That last comment sounds... pointed, somehow.
"Training is a noble purpose. Assuming you're training soldiers for good rather than evil." As she speaks, she takes a few steps back, moving her arms in front of her in a complex series of impractical positions that look kinda cool. Then, she nods. "Very well. In that case, I will fight you with all of my spirit."
She spreads her arms out wide, and the entire pink energy tiger emerges from her chest, connected to her by it's oversized tail, and rushes towards Lita, aiming a flurry of blows at her.
"It's time to play, Shinma! Traaaaaining FANG!"

"Indeed. For Queen and country."
Lita watches as she goes into a whole bunch of impractical poses reminiscent of a Tokusatsu styled show. Lita can't help but wonder if this woman has lost her damn mind. And then all of a sudden an energy tiger bursts from her chest and Lita falls back on instinct reaching for her kunai and but she ends up being just barely beaten to the draw and she gets knocked clear off her feet and sent into a crazy skid.
She then gets herself to one knee as she mutters. "Oh bloody 'ell."
She takes a deep breath and rises to her feet once more, shaking off the cobwebs. That hurt.
The fight gets off to a quick start and the one girl cheer squad hops up and down, shouting and cheering for her friend as things progress. Though she might be vocal enough to make it sound like the crowd is rooting for Tiger Mask, the truth is that it's split pretty well down the middle. Even as the energy tiger leaps out and gets some strong hits in there's an undercurrent of support for Lita alongside the cheers for action, shouting encouragement for her to make the masked fighter pay for that last assault.
Namie, however, is decidedly one sided in her praise and support. "Yeah! Go Tiger Mask! That's the way!" She waves the sign back and forth a couple more times, struggling with it a little as she jumps about and cheers in excitement as things start to be heating up. She lets out a loud laugh when she hears the name of the tiger, grinning from ear to ear and adding that to her yelling as well. "Don't let up the pressure! Go Shinma! Go Tiger Mask!"
Tiger Mask tilts her head a bit to one side as the energy tiger retreats back into her. She pauses for a moment, hearing the cheering, then shakes her head.
She walks towards Lita in a slightly stylized way, clasping her right hand into a fist dramatically. "Let's continue training, Shinma. We may one day have to fight someone who was once in the Queen's Army, but turned to evil, or this noble soldier may one day have to fight a member of the Tiger Clan who has gone evil. Or perhaps we'll have to team up with her to take on a crazed bomber who has wired all the donut shops in town to explode... with explosive jelly." She lowers her head slightly, as if contemplating this tragedy, then lifts it again.
"Regardless, let's not think of this as merely training, but as a chance to fight for Justice alongside a brave soldier... without giving evil a chance to fight back!"
She leaps into the air, kicks off one of the pillars holding up the roofing overhead, spins around midair, and aims the back of her heel at the side of Lita's head.
"Tiiiiger KICK!"

Lita holds her hands up with a guard more a kin to a boxer's stance than a tokusatsu hero's looks like her style is more grounded in practicality rather than flash. It should be noted that she still hasn't made a move to reach for her sword.
As the kick comes in, Lita both arms up and turns to meet that kick spreading the impact across both forearms as she steps forward. As she does so, she makes a move to bring an elbow strike right across the face and then spins to take a step back.
She keeps her voice low as she talks to the other fighter, "That's an interesting line of thought... And who are you talking to?"
Lita's wondering if they should start applying psychological tests to fighters who agree to join the Neo League.

Tiger Mask is caught square in the face by Lita's elbow, and spins in the air before hitting the ground on her face.
After a moment, she pushes down with her legs and arms, jumping back to her feet. She considers this question for a moment, adjusting her karate uniform.
"...You? The audience? My noble companion who I formed a contract with?" She shakes her head. "Let's not get stuck on minor details!"
She rushes back in towards Lita, and tries to step on her foot as her tiger's foreleg comes halfway out of her side and thrusts a claw at her side. Should the opportunity present itself, they'll follow this up with a flurry of punches aimed at Lita's face, and a foreleg coming out of Tiger Mask's other side to sink into Lita's other side, respectively.
"I say it to you all, because my message of justice is universial!"

When Lita's eyes catch sight of the foot stepping down, she steps away. The foreleg comes out she back farther. Backing away as tiger claws and punches force her to retreat. Lita was of two minds on this situation. On one hand, it was good because she wasn't connecting with attacks. On the other, she was getting backed up, and swiftly losing room to fight and letting Tiger Mask dictate the flow of the match.
The British soldier decides to make her stand there before she gets pushed into the barrier separating the fighters from the audience. She attempts to grab the Tiger Mask's gi and then twists as she attempts to perform a hip throw to put Tiger Mask on the ground. If she should manage that she'll follow it up with a stomp on her shoulder.
COMBATSYS: Lita successfully hits Miki with Random Combo.

Tiger Mask is thrown to the ground, slamming into the cement, and her right shoulder is stomped on. She lets out something between a growl and a cry of pain. She pushes herself back up to her feet again, but her right shoulder isn't quite steady, and she stumbles a bit when she lands on her feet at a bit of an angle.
She walks towards Lita, clamps the fingers of her right hand dramatically, and her shoulder trembles slightly. She repeats the gesture, to the same effect. A slight pause, then she drops to one knee, and aims her left fist straight at the blonde soldier's stomach.
COMBATSYS: Lita attempts to interrupt Medium Punch from Miki with Overhead Strike.

As she watches Miki drop to one knee to slug her in the gut, the Delta Red soldier interlocks her fingers together. She seems to detect an opportunity. She raises her hands together and she comes down as she attempts to bring down her clasped hands in the form of a powerful two handed axe handle smash right down on her head.

As the fight goes on those that were cheering for Lita to make a comeback are growing louder, the Delta Red fighter's careful management of the fight space and practiced movements seeming to begin to overcome the flamboyant and somewhat unpredictable ones of the masked fighter. Some in the audience seem to be eating up the talk of fighting for the cause of good and justice, whole others see it as extra incentive to hope the masked 'hero' gets socked in the jaw.
"Fight! Come on, fight!" No fairweather friend, the fact that the tide if turning against the one she came here to support isn't going to quiet Namie down. If anything it means Miki needs her support more than ever. "Get back up, Tiger Mask! Get back on your feet and- err, claw her right back!" Truth be told she doesn't have the best grasp on exactly how Tiger Mask and her energy tiger fight together. Then as things heat up even more she lets out a gasp, seeing that double hammer right about to smack on top of her friends head. "Look out, Tiger Mask!"
Tiger Mask looks up to see that strike descending on her. Her front half of the pink energy tiger materializes from Tiger Mask's back and rushes to protect her, growing more solid as it moves, rams it's forehead hard into Lita's arms, barely diverting them from their course down onto it's mistress' head.
Lita's fists shatter the mask's right ear, and forms a jagged crack running down almost to connect to the mask's right eye, but doesn't do any damage to the girl underneath it. Tiger Mask immediately raises a hand to cover that portion of her face, feel the damage to the mask.
Lita's axe-handle blow gets turned aside by the pink energy tiger and it forces the soldier into a wild spin completely unbalancing her and forcing her to stumble to the side.
It takes a few moments to find her balance and then she reaches for the handle on her back as if considering whether or not to draw her sword but then she returns to her stance opting not to go for her weapon. She takes a deep breath and then reaches for five of her kunai and unwraps the strings on them before hurling them at her opponent. If she should miss, the string serves as a backup plan allowing her to pull the bladed weapons back before they can harm the spectators.

[OOC] Honoka says, "Well it's just basic economics, if your kunai are embedded in some bystander they're probably not going to hand it back to you."
[OOC] Miki laughs!
[OOC] Honoka says, "... Trust me on this"
[OOC] Miki says, "Well."
[OOC] Miki says, "It's like catching a ball at a baseball game."
[OOC] Lita says, "Plus it's a international incident waiting to happen considering she's military."
[OOC] Namie says, "If I'm taking a stabbing it's my souvenir now!"
[OOC] Honoka didn't give Ibuki's kunai back, that's for sure.
[OOC] Lita says, "And heaven forbid Lita stabs somebody with kunai in the US. Those mofos would probably sue her ass off."
[OOC] Miki says, "Yeah, this is why gun users are op in the US."
The sound of a train blowing it's whistle.
Tiger Mask throws herself down to the ground, the Kunai passing over her head. She starts to get up, sees them coming back towards her on string, and ducks back down again.
She stands back up, and starts rushing back towards Lita.
"I can see you hesitate to use your true power against me. Understandable, as two people who fight for Justice are naturally reticent to hurt each other However, do remember if we both hold back, it means that neither of us can train to our full potential!"
She jumps a little bit into the air before she reaches Lita, and aims her fist downward at Lita's face.

Lita lets the Kunai drop to the ground and abandons the strings holding them, as she watches the Tiger Mask speed towards her. She doesn't move at first, but instead she watches and waits. Her patience is rewarded since it lets her watch as the masked fighter takes to the air and descends upon her with her fist making a b-line towards her face. She slips it with a boxing styled weave pulling her out of the way before she attempts a kick to the back of Miki's legs and then following up with a side kick to her flank. "I don't think you quite realize what you're asking of me by asking me not to hold back. I use the wrong move with this weapon and this fight can't be shown on television."
COMBATSYS: Miki interrupts Heavy Kick from Lita with Running Wild.

Tiger Mask falls onto all fours as Lita kicks her in the back of the legs. As Lita comes towards her flank, energy tiger back legs emerge from her other side, coiling against the ground, launching her into the air, pushing off with one of her own legs so she spins to face Lita, aiming her right fist directly towards that foot and punching it with all her strength as it comes in, but she lands back on her feet.
Which... might have hurt Tiger Mask more than Lita. Her right arm is hanging at a bit of a wierd angle now. "Don't underestimate the Tiger Clan! I too have moves that would almost certainly possibly do terrible damage to you!"
She reaches over with her left arm to pull on her right, and there's a bit of a snap as something moves back into position.
Her foot meets fist and the audible impact echoes through out the train station meanwhile, the force delivered by the fist, ends up with the Delta Red getting sent flying into the barrier causing it to crash down to the ground. She rises to her feet, slightly unsteady.
Gritting her teeth, Lita forces herself to move in the masked fighter's direction, limping her way close to her opponent. "Keep in mind that just because, I'm choosing not to use my sword, it doesn't mean I'm holding back. I just don't think it's suited to this particular situation."
She then darts in, going for a double leg take down on the Tiger Mask. If she can get that take down, she'll move to mount and rain a series of hammer fists down on her opponent's face and body in the form of MMA's good ol' ground and pound.
COMBATSYS: Miki blocks Lita's Seeing Red.

Tiger Mask is taken off guard by the dart, and is taken down to the ground, but manages to keep her arms free. However, then the tiger spirit surrounds her entire body momentarily. She blocks most of the blows with her arms and hands, the pink energy tiger slowing most of the blows both to her arms and hands, as well as the few that get through. Her mask gets a little more damage in the process, the top broken away enough that her eyebrow can be seen.
"That's more like it! But I must end this battle now, for it would be bad for me if the Enemies of Justice were able to see my face and track me down!"
She moves her arms up, trying to grab hold of Lita's wrist with one, and her shoulder in the other, and wrench them in the opposite direction that arm joints are meant to go. Meanwhile, the tiger inside her swipes up with it's claws out of her stomach towards Lita's.

When Lita thinks back upon this fight, she remember how seeing the energy tiger reach out of the Tiger Mask with those claws to claw her was so painful as well as the fact that seeing how claws and heads burst out of someone with a human body was quite disturbing on a psychological level. For now though, Lita is compartmentalizing if only to get through this fight and not freak out. She has found as an elite soldier with many missions under her belt, she's done this a lot and as a result, has gotten very good at it.
Lita wasn't able to escape the Tiger Mask's grip but at the very least, she would throw one last punch before she goes unconscious from Miki going beyond her pain threshold. A hard hook right to her chin. And then she goes limp.

Tiger Mask releases Lita's arm with one hand, and swipes her hand over desperately, barely redirecting Lita's strike into her shoulder. She lets out another growly cry of pain... but she can just about handle it. She rolls Lita off her body, takes her pulse. Another small fragment falls off her mask onto Lita's face, and she moves one hand up to cover her face. With the other one, she gives a thumps up to the camera as she rises.
"She'll be fine!" She puts one hand on her waist, the other one continuing to cover up her face. "Remember, kids! Don't copy moves like the ones you've seen here today without proper supervision!" Another tiny piece falls to the floor.
She glances around. "Also, everyone... when you do fight, fight for JUSTICE! You might lose a fight, but Justice can never lose!" And with that, she runs towards a nearby car with black-tinted windows sitting at one of the express stops, which has already started it's engine, both hands rising to try to hold that mask together.
The fight had swung back and forth, things slowing down for a moment as the two fighters evaded each others blows only for them to come roaring back in a fast back and forth finish that came right down to the wire! When it's finally over there's cheers to be had for all, though few louder than the girl with the Tiger Mask sign, who jumps up and down and waves it about, grinning from ear to ear. "I knew you could do it, Tiger Mask! Great job! Whooooooo! Ti-ger Mask! Ti-ger Mask! Ti-ger Mask!" It's right about then that Namie realizes she should have brought a couple party poppers, though she doesn't let it bring her down. You'd almost think she was the one up there, with how riled up she's gotten.
