Zeke Vespian does not know his mother, but his father, a fighter of some renown, Padraig Knight, claims he went off into the Celtic Sea and fell in love with a Goddess of the sea, and that when she had their child, Zeke, she gave him to Padraig, being as fickle as she was powerful. That Goddess' name was Vespa, and so Zeke was named Ezekiah Vespian. Being trained by his father in martial arts and wielding powerful water magic (whether his father's words rang true or not), Zeke eventually killed his father and joined forces with the "R" Organization, lending his occult expertise.
