Match of the Millennium

The outwardly gruff but charismatic Richard Meyer, a native Brazilian with a passion both for the fascinating martial art of capoeira and the vibrant nightlife of his hometown, is well known in Southtown for his successful Pao Pao Cafe, one of the few drinking spots in the city not under the Syndicate's subtle sway. A true showman, he soon outgrew his humble origins and has gained some notoriety both for his fighting skills, having acquitted himself well in the World Warrior tournament despite an early defeat, and for his popular establishment. Despite having a no-nonsense attitude toward troublemakers, he is an entertaining host, and manages to make his Cafe family-friendly during the day while maintaining a laidback and fun atmosphere in the evenings, which no doubt accounts for his undeniable success.
