A woman of mysterious origins whom Gang-il met during his world tour, Luong became smitten with the Tae Kwon Do master and joined him on his journey. A classical "femme fatale" sort, Luong is the sort who loves to assert control over others with a combination of confidence and teasing of varying amounts of intensity. Her cool-headed, flirtatious personality comes into play even with her attacks, toying with opponents both from a mocking distance... and uncomfortably close. While her fighting style is listed as Tae Kwon Do, her interpretation appears to incorporate a number of disconcertingly violent and seductive motions, up to and including snapping her opponent's neck. She does appear to truly care for the well-being of Gong-Il and his associates, though even she enjoys pushing their buttons from time to time - even crossing a line or two.
