"I feel like the only time I'm cool is when I'm pretending to be him..."
Kenny is a fanboy of Ken Masters. That's all you really need to know, as this short, pudgy young man has devoted his entire life to becoming his idol. Who he was before doesn't matter, only that he now copies Ken's name, appearance, and cool quotes. Ken is love, Ken is life. Despite this, Kenny still feels insecure about himself and knows that nobody takes him seriously, as he is merely piggybacking off of the popularity of a much cooler fighter. On the other hand, his talent is quite real, as he has shown remarkable ability to utilize the basic techniques of Ansatsuken from simply studying footage of Ken Masters's fights. Maybe with a real master, he could find the confidence to truly come into his own as a fighter.
