Match of the Millennium

An enigma even to his followers, Johann is the current possessor of the Black Dragon, an evil entity destined to wreak havoc upon the world. A prodigy who was able to tame and master a spirit that tends to control those it incarnates through, he is wreathed in rumors, some of which paint him as an all-knowing being of the underworld. In fact, as a child Johann was once a student of the master of Ryu Zui Ken, Lee Song, before Jimmy and Billy arrived in Sunshine City, and the training he received was part of what enabled his feat. But the old master could not persuade the young man to resist the evil he sought to control, and now Johann plots to ensure his Dragon is the only one to achieve its full potential, so that he might create a new world led by the Black Dragon Cult unopposed. Though he yet works from the shadows, dominance of Sunshine City seems within his grasp, and only the continued existence of the Ryu Zui Ken dojo checks his movements in the open -- for now.
