Match of the Millennium

The elder of the Lee brothers, Jimmy moved at a young age from the rough streets of Metro City to the still rougher streets of Sunshine City, where he trained in Ryu Zui Ken under Master Lee Song, who identified him as the Red Dragon. Unlike his younger brother, Jimmy is hot-tempered and rebellious, and always found himself involved with street gangs until a powerful group, which he refused to join, killed his lover Marian. In a vengeful rage, he and Billy single-handedly wiped out the gang, only for Jimmy to then learn that Billy was implicated in Marian's death. Breaking off all ties with his brother, he left Lee Song's dojo and Sunshine City, and has continued his life as a notable street fighter, a path that has earned him his trademark facial scar. Whatever destiny the Red Dragon is alleged to have, Jimmy seems to have abandonded it, and behaves as though he cares nothing for it now -- yet no matter how much he casts aside his past, his guilt comes back to haunt him.
