Hwa Jai
Hwa Jai was a famous Muay Thai champion before Joe came along and stole his glory. Determined to overcome the Tiger Kick with his own Dragon Kick, Hwa fell to the darker side of the fighting world. Utilizing brutality and cruelty into his already deadly techniques, he determined that the way to overcome his enemy was to perfect the most violent, vicious shade of Muay Thai ever. With little regard for human life, he would often vent his wrath on punks and thugs in his training, killing most and leaving those he did not crippled and helpless. Eventually, he came into Geese Howard's notice and was given the choice to work for the Southtown Syndicate, prizing his ruthlessness and strength.
