One of the main cloning researchers and developers with NESTS, Foxy is definitely out of place in the evil Cartel. Having been convinced long ago by Igniz that her work with NESTS is going to lead to the salvation and improvement of mankind, Foxy has truly good aims and is simply putting those aims to work for the wrong person. A firm, but gentle leader, Foxy often commands groups of NESTS' clones on missions. She also does some security work for the Cartel, as her incredible speed and a mastery of fencing make her a hard foe to shake. She views many of the clones in NESTS as partially her responsibility, and she especially applies this to Kula Diamond, trying to be an odd hybrid between an older sister and a mother to the icy girl. She's Diana's best friend, and it's not unusual to see the two work together on a project or mission.
