Match of the Millennium

"The flowers seem to have mistaken my hair for the ground. Is that strange?"

A strange girl of roughly high-school age who seems to have flowers growing in her hair. Flora is a gardener first and a fighter second, but circumstances tend to conspire to make sure the latter never becomes irrelevant. She's not much for punching people, especially given her not-very-muscular body, so she tends to have to resort to prodding people with a multitude of colors of chi. She's a rather calm and gentle girl the vast majority of the time, if not a little ditzy now and then. One might almost wonder if the flowers are messing with her brain.
