Match of the Millennium

Born into an upper class, religious family, Elias lost his faith as a young man after a certain family tragedy. After being sent to prison for a murder he did not commit, however, he came to confide in the prison chaplain, who restored his faith. The man taught him how to hone his body and spirit, and to hold onto hope. After seeing Elias' potential, the chaplain also instructed him in the ways of exorcism. Eventually he was acquitted and released, and Elias dedicated himself to saving those who meet misfortune in their lives. He founded a shelter in Metro City, and there he continues to help save many unfortunate people from the dire straits they find themselves in.
