Match of the Millennium

The lazy one of Kim Kaphwan's two kids, Dong Hwan is definitely a slacker. He has great talent at Taekwondo, but rarely practices, preventing him from improving except through actual fights. He believes in justice like the rest of his family, but tends to really only care if he sees evil at the immediate moment; otherwise he is more interested in going off to party or otherwise relax. Definitely a braggart, Dong Hwan talks trash before and during fights, as well as afterwards if he wins. Where Jae Hoon has learned to make chi flames, Dong Hwan has had an almost natural gift of making chi manifest as lightning, and his style of Taekwondo is similar to his father's, but significantly different.
