Hailing from the Caribbean isle of Jamaica, Damnd is a notorious drug dealer and leg breaker in Metro City. Originally a drug lord in the Caribbean, his operation was shut down and he was jailed, but managed to escape and fled to America. He settled down in Metro City, and quickly began the trade again, before joining up with Mad Gear, trading a share of his profits for status in the gang. Things were going good until he was selected to kidnap Jessica Haggar, and was beaten bloody by her father. Sent to jail, a mysterious benefactor paid his $100,000 bail, putting him back out on the streets. A predatory and unscrupulous thug, Damnd earned the nickname 'Thrasher' for his street fighting abilities. A lover of barbecue, rum, Red Stripe beer, and pot, he's often found indulging these tastes, when not selling his poison to the unsuspecting denizens of Metro City. A cheap fighter, he often lets his thugs do the work for him, although he's certainly capable of squaring off with his enemies. A would-be womanizer, he loves the ladies, although he's often too much of a lout to get into most women's good graces.
