Bao
One of the youngest fighters around, Bao was a homeless orphan until he was recently 'adopted' by the Psycho Soldiers team. A bit clumsy, but eager to learn, most people can get along with Bao easily enough. His martial arts are only 'decent', but he has an incredible amount of Psycho Power within him. His power is incredible, but he has trouble controlling it properly, so Bao occasionally botches a technique near the end. Time will tell if he manages to improve or not, but either way, he gets through life well enough and is every bit as energetic as his teammates.
