Match of the Millennium

Daughter and heiress to an ancient and noble family of psychics -- who were, legend tells, advisors and guides to kings and heroes -- Annie Murakami is a proud and flighty girl, caring but undisciplined. Having lived a secluded lifestyle but retaining an adventurous and lively spark, she has been sent out by her clan's patriarch to seek the man whom she is to support, and thereby follow in the footsteps of her ancestors: the dragon hunter Radel. Accompanied by her black cat Qui-zi, she revels in her newfound freedom, and is easily amused by anything foreign to her traditional upbringing. Swift and flexible, she relies primarily on her psychic power in battle, having been trained in anticipation of having a knight to protect her. Fundamentally, she is honored to uphold the Murakami name, but perhaps not before having a little fun first.
