IT'S SUPER DYNAMIC /JUSTICE/ TIME!
When El Fuerte got the news that he was going to given the opportunity to Lucha none other than Kim Kaphwan, the hero of Korea and he who brought Chun Li back into the forces of righteousness, he reacted as he usually does with most anything; being really really EXCITED!
Such an opportunity doesn't come often, even more so when it is done at such a spectacular local. Considering all the things that the wrestler has been though lately, he's starting to consider this particular SNF as a time to really wind down and work on the kinks rather than the brutal match it's probably going to be. Leave to El Fuerte to get into a fight when he wants to relax.
The Mexican wrestler has no time, yet, to enjoy the view of the mountains. He somersaults into the improvised arena doing several twirls in the air, landing with a knee slide and arms up, fists clenched. "Si seņor!!!" Laughs he "Nothing like fresh air and the outdoors to get one in the mood for LUCHA!"
Let's see if Kim can top that enthusiasm.
Kim Kaphwan has been a busy man. A man that has been trying to help his home country as well as deal with SEVERAL new recruits that are to be reformed through the ways of JUSTICE! The war has taken its toll on alot of people, but Kim still seems to be his usual chipper self. This time he fights for some stress relief as well as for the money that will be given to South Korea to help continue their rebuilding efforts. They may have outlasted and pushed back both Vega's and North Korea's forces and never lost, but there is still plenty of damage all over. The Kaphawn clan will be busy for quite some time.
That might be why even if he is his usual exciteable self he can't help but be tempted by the urge to try and take a rest and kick his feet up. He has been busy and deserves a break afterall, right? No! He must not think of such things right now. He has a fight to do right now afterall! One with a man perhaps with as much, if not more, energy than the Tae Kwon Do warrior.
He is dressed in his traditional gi for when he appears for such matches. The white of the cloth as bright as the shine of his teeth as he gives a bit grin and steps forward. He raises both hands in the air then gives a thumbs up to everyone as people could swear the teeth actually make a ping noise when he does so. "Ahh, The Strong One himself! It will be good to do battle with someone of your calibur!" he declares and rolls his shoulders and hops from foot to foot as he tries to loosen up and prepare for battle.
"Si!" The Mexican luchador is elated that such a national hero has heard of him before, honestly Kim is a bit of a role model for him as he too would like to become a hero to Mexico at some point. The way things happened sort of conspired against his plans though, since in the war he ended up fighting /against/ his own country, but he still holds on to the belief that one day he can become like Kim. "I am El Fuerte!" Continues the masked warrior, twirling back up to his feet.
"I share the sentiment amigo! Long have I waited for an opportunity to lucha against you!" Cracking his neck, the wrestler waits for the bell to ring and chomps on some raw jalapeņos to help him ignore the feeling of relaxation this place exudes.
"Hmfgh!" He talks with his mouth full before gulping. "Gah! Are you ready!?"
It is good to see that El Fuerte himself seems to be eager for this fight. If anything one would think these two could somehow cause the people here to relax to feel more invigorated and ready for something like hiking and such. Then again maybe they have the right idea. How they lounge in those chairs while getting ready to watch the men fight. That looks all too comfortable. It is distracting to Kim as he ponders perhaps doing that as well once they are done.
Gah! He is doing it again! The Korean slaps his cheeks a few times to keep himself focused and he gives a nod to El Fuerte. "Of course! Let us do battle!" Afterall the sooner they are finished the sooner Kim can take a few hours to relax in one of the hot tubs he saw around here. So nice to be in after a nice bout of exercise afterall! There goes his mind wandering again. This might be a tougher battle than he had thought as he tries to clear his head of thoughts about relaxation.
Settling into his stance Kim raises a hand and motions for El Fuerte to come at him. "We begin! For JUSTICE and the people that are gathered here today to watch us!"
Hurry up eh? Well that's not a problem for El Fuerte who has no notion of what it is to slow down! Though it may do him good at some point, maybe if did slow down and looked at things carefully he could become a better cook, but that's beside the point! The wrestler jumps on his spot several times to limber up, feeling that fire on his belly growing after eating raw peppers helping him see clearly, pushing through that blanket of relaxation that threatens to consume him.
He nods again, and charges!
"FOR JUSTICE!"
Seemingly going for the headless full frontal assault, El Fuerte dashes towards Kim with that demonic speed he's known for, only to jump clear over him at the last second and rebound on the ropes behind him. As he flips backwards he brings an elbow smash to the Tae Kwan Do practitioner's back in attempt to bring him down to the ground where he has the advantage.
"TOSTADA!"

The luchador is quick to show what makes him dangerous early in the fight. The man is nimble and perhaps one of the fastest people around. Kim himself is no slouch, but even to him the luchador is abit of a blur as he comes in and quickly moves to jump over. Kim does have the advantage of being more experienced in this case. As happy go lucky and energetic as he is there is a somewhat tactical mind in there surprisingly. He is quick to move and he brings an arm up as he twists about to let his forearm take the brunt of the blow. He couldn't turn around fully just do to how quick El Fuerte is, but he moves enough to properly defend himself this time.
He pivots on a foot that he keeps firmly planted on the ground as he looks to grab El Fuerte by the shoulders with both hands as he turns about fully. He grins again and there is that weird ping sound again as he looks to heft up the luchador then spin about on his foot and toss the other fighter away. It may not be a wrestling throw, but it seems that the Tae Kwon Do master has no problem in grappling a man even if his opponent has superior skill in that regard.

Unexpected works sometimes, El Fuerte was fully prepared to defend himself from a tornado kick after his elbow met a strong blocking forearm, which is why he seemingly could not react properly when he was grasped by the shoulders. "Que!?" Due to his surprise, he ends up getting tossed and smashed against the familiar mat of the ring, the only thing saving him from further damage is his own experience with breaking falls. Rolling forward he spins to press his back against the ring ropes with a fierce grin on his face. "Ah, you're a tricky one!"
But well, if Kim wants to wrestle then who is he deny him such pleasure? As he bounces back from the ropes, El Fuerte goes for a much more traditional attack as he shoots down for Kim's legs to bring him down on his back! Let's see how experienced Kim really is with throws.

Well that worked out much better than Kim had anticipated. He knows of how elusive the luchador can be so when he finds himself about to grip the man and toss him away he actually looks a bit on the surprised side. He just can't let himself get too surprised. He has alot of work to do still afterall. Work? That isn't the right word. It kind of feels like work. Something he would like to take a break from that and just take a seat. Ahh, maybe have one of those nice drinks with an umbrella in it. Just like what the group of girls over there has. Hey ladies.
No! He needs to stop thinking of that sort of thing. He is in a fight! A test of strength against another good fighter! He can't let himself be so distracted by fruity drinks and relaxing on lounge chairs! Even so it seems to have him distracted. Enough so that he would be hard pressed to deal with El Fuerte even without those distractions. He starts to move away, but the luchador proves to be too quick and he gets ahold of Kim and manages to put the Tae Kwon Do warrior on his back.
It is only for a brief moment, though. He kips back up quickly onto his feet and starts to work with moves he is more familiar with. He switches to his feet which have always been reliable for him as he quickly snaps two kick kicks out towards El Fuerte with his left leg.

At the very least, El Fuerte manages to unnerve Kim enough with his grapple to force him to switch into more familiar waters. The wrestler gets back up as soon as Kim slithers away from his hold and bounces lightly on his own spot, ready for any type of attack that the Tae Kwan Do practitioner might send at him, even if he knows full well that it's going to be a kick. However, the man he's fighting looks a little distracted he keeps looking from side to side as if something has caught his attention and, being a little on the naive side, El Fuerte glances to where Kim is looking to see what's got him so interested.
Spotting a group of girls the Mexican warrior just rolls his eyes at the supposed distraction, far it be from him to let his attention be pulled from a fight by temptations of the flesh! Besides the only girl for him is Rainbow Mika anyway--agh! No! Don't think about that now!
"AGH!" His own stupidity earns him a kick in the leg then a whack on the face, courtesy of Kim's foot. However as he shakes his head he goes to reach for Kim's extended foot and grasp him with his hands, going to wrap both his own legs around it afterwards to bring Kim down on the ground and twist his knee for a submission hold.

Kim is most certainly not that kind of man. He may have been looking at the ladies, but he is married. I mean looking isn't harmful, right? It was just the drinks! The drinks is all he was looking at! Drinks that kind of come to his mind. Something nice and cool to help him relax and close his eyes. A nap wouldn't hurt, would it? Dammit, there he goes again. He needs to keep his eyes on the prize! He isn't sure why he is letting himself get so distracted. This is the type of thing he lives for afterall! He wants to showcase his skills in battle and show that even as he is starting to get older he is still a very skilled fighter that hasn't lost a step.
This fight is starting to make it look otherwise, though. More because he is looking like he has lost a step. Mostly because of both the distracting thoughts and being up against a tough opponent. Even as El Fuerte comes in to try and grasp that leg Kim is quick to try and knock him away. He starts to leap upwards intom a somersault, but instead that leg is caught in mid jump and he is taken down by the luchador. WIth a bit of struggle he manages to get his leg out from that twisting submission hold as he rolls away and gets back to his feet. He shakes the leg some to attempt to get some feeling back into it and he takes a deep breath. That's it. Concentrate. He can't let himself get distracted anymore.
Normally once El Fuerte has caught someone he wouldn't let them go until they either tap out or pass out from lack of air/pain. However, for some unfathomable reason he's feeling quite winded right about now! Such in fact that the releases the leg once Kim goes down, satisfied with just twisting it a little and rolls back to his feet to reset his distance with his opponent, the two bouncing on their feet at they stare at each other. Why, if El Fuerte wasn't wearing a mask this might look like a regular Tae Kwan Do match!
The energy released between the two does little to revitalize him now, he may be focused on the fight but for him it may be the altitude that's getting to him. He's a from the coast, Gulf of Mexico to be more specific, and this is too far up the ocean level for his liking!
Both have their reasons to be exhausted, but it's clear neither of them are going to use them. El Fuerte for his part is not giving up now as he starts to jump around Kim in circles looking for an opening, hands open for that ever present threat of grabbing opportunity.
Still, even though he has the will to fight, he doesn't have the energy! So the only thing he can manage for now is throw a left jab at Kim's face to keep him on his toes whilst he tries to catch his breath.

So quick! Kim does his best to keep on balance as he watches the movements of the luchador. He is outclassed in speed, but he has to keep up a proper defense. He can only play the waiting game right now and hope to catch the luchador by surprise when he comes in to strike. Even in his attempts to keep his concentration his mind just keeps wandering off to other places. HImself sitting off in a hot tub with nothing going on around him other than a nice breeze and the chirping of birds. Laying out in the sun maybe getting a nice tan. El Fuerte punching him hard in the face?! No, that last part ends up being reality and hopefully the wakeup call Kim needs because it rocks his jaw and snaps his head back.
"H....hah! Sorry about this! I don't know what is wrong with me today. I apologize for my behavior." he says to the luchador while rubbing at his chin and trying to clear the cobwebs. He takes another deep breath and his eyes narrow some. He just nods as he thinks he knows what must be done now and he leaps forward towards El Fuerte, his leg raises high and he brings the heel of his bare foot down in an attempt to nail the luchador right on the crown of his head.

Hmh! Even the wrestler is surprised when his measly left jab came out remarkably FUERTE strong and socked the poor Tae Kwan Do user clean on the jaw. Man, he really /is/ distracted isn't he? But Fuerte feels like it is he should be apologizing for taking advantage of such a thing. "No! No! It is I who is sorry! I should control myself better!" Wellp, this is an awkward fight, with all the apologies getting traded about, are these guys even here to fight? They look more eager to sit down and chat whilst enjoying a few drinks.
El Fuerte clenches his teeth as an axe kick comes directly to his head, and he moves to the side catching it on his shoulder instead, arms shooting up to keep Kim in place! "You look thirsty! How about after the fight I make us some of my famous spicy guapilla juice!?" See? This is what happens when you get two nice guys to fight each other, neither of them is ruthless enough to make it look like truly bloody fight!
Even if their attacks are devastating. El Fuerte for his part aims to spin Kim around by his leg giving him an airplane ride tossing him head first into a turnbuckle! "HRAAH!"

It probably doesn't help the crowd seems pretty oblivious to most things. They seem more occupied with things such as just gazing at the sky and enjoying themselves. Maybe that is the problem with Kim. The crowd isn't into it so it is letting his mind wander? No, he is always into the fight no matter what! Then what is his problem today? He is perhaps letting himself dwell on it too much> he should be more concerned about other things. Things such as avoiding El Fuerte as he comes into grab at Kim once more. He looks to try to catch and overpower the wrestler, but it seems to be a bad mistake. Instead he is taken for a ride and before he knows it he is grounded once more. He lays there on his back and just stares upwards. HIs body is already starting to agree with his mind. Maybe he should just up and nap here?
Mnnn, no! Kim can't let down the people like that. Even if they seem uncaring about it all he owes them a good fight! He kips back up, though he stumbles this time around as he takes a deep breath. "All right! I can do this!" he tells himself as he lauches himself forward once more. He dashes straight ahead before leaping into the air and twirling about, the kick he aims at El Fuerte is a rather slow, but punishing one. "JUSTICE KIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICK!"

Maybe it is the crowd's lack of enthusiasm, Fuerte is far more used to the screaming crowd clamoring his name as he gloriously luchas his way into the top. This eerie silence that echoes behind the loud cries from both combatants is rather unsettling, it seems to slow him down considerably despite his tremendous speed. Whatever it is, it's certainly affecting the wrestler as well and not just Kim since he went low to rest his hands on his knees after sending his foe flying to a turnbuckle and failed to react in time to avoid the kick.
El Fuerte throws his arms up to defend himself but only takes that devastatingly powerful attack on his forearms and he ends up tumbling back to the ropes. "Santo gucamole!" He wheezes as he begins to rise up on shaky legs. "Need to catch my breath." The wrestler mutters to himself.

It is one of those kicks that always seem deceptive. Maybe it is just the cry of JUSTICE that Kim gives when he delivers it, but many a fighter fall prey to that blow. Even the mighty Terry Bogard was a victim of perhaps one of the most devastating kicks that Kim has in his arsenal. It may not be enough to take down the luchador, but he has to be hurting now. Maybe now is the chance Kim needed to finally take down his wiley opponent. He just needs to keep his focus for a few moments longer. Those thoughts of relaxation need to stay back for just a bit longer.
The wrestler may want a moment to rest, but he isn't getting much of one. Kim presses his attack and before El Fuerte knows it he is met with the Tae Kwon Do master coming right at him. "DYNAMIC JUSTICE TIME!" he shouts for a combination of both his own and El Fuerte's famous quotes. Much like earlier he somersaults as he leaves the ground. Unlike last time he can hope his leg isn't grabbed. The strike is to knock El Fuerte in the air where he is met with a flurring of kicks by Kim that just continues to knock him higher before in mid air the elder fighter spins about and aims to send one final kick aimed to send the luchador right back to the ground. "Yahyahyahyaaaaah!"

Hey, that's my shtick! El Fuerte's attention is caught when Kim unleashes an awfully familiar war cry and attacks him with everything he's got. "Hrgh!" The masked warrior manages to put himself back to his feet properly, but is far too confused by the use of his own signature shout to try to get out of the way. Instead he clenches his teeth again and steps forward into the kick taking it full on the stomach, the burning on his belly spreading to all his body as passionate righteous spicy fury overwhelms him even as he is taken up to the skies!
At the pinnacle of the attack, El Fuerte grins broadly and just..shoots down to grab Kim. "DYNAMIC JUSTICE TIME!!!" Shouts the wrestler as well, pretty amused at finding a kindred spirit going to push Kim down to the mat and use his body to cushion the fall!

The landing isn't the best of ones. His body is feeling a bit battered so the usual graceful landing the comes after the assault instead is one where he almost goes down to a knee before he stumbles a few times and regains his footing. He manages a grin again and he he tries to keep himself upright and prepare for whatever else the luchador has for him. Perhaps he is the more energetic of men because he has seemed much more focused than Kim in the long run. All Kim can do is try to hold off the desires for a nap a bit longer. He can't let his mind wander any longer or else it could lead to very painful results.
As the luchador flies at him Kim manages to do much like he wanted the last time before he was lead into a world of pain. He manages to actuall catch the masked fighter and prevent the grapple before pushing back to seperate himself from El Fuerte. He stumbles back again, but regains his balance, That grin widens some as he maybe has finally overcome all those thoughts of being lazy for a few brief moments. Right now his adrenaline is pumping and maybe just maybe he can return to his usual form.
Caught!!? That's not at all what El Fuerte was intending to do! But a well, can't do much of it now except keep fighting!!
Except..he can't "Ugh!" The wrestler tries to pull himself back up after getting tossed away yet at long last finds his vitality failing him as he is unable to raise up again. "Hmm..might take me a bit longer to whip up the guapilla seņor." Mutters the masked wrestler.
He has a siesta to take care of first!
There is a few moments where Kim is uncertain what El Fuerte will do. Then the luchador seems to admit that he is can go on no longer. Kaphwan hesitates a moment then lowers his guard as he leans forward a bit and takes a few deep breathes. "I do not know what sort of trickery is going on around here, but this place is a bit......too calm." Not that it is bad, is it? Well now that he is done hc an relax. Just for a few hours. He does have a flight home later on to return home afterall. He may as well get himself a nice massage or something as a gift for managing to see things through and get a win.
%tYes, he believes he will do that. Any attempts to really fight the urges are fading away. It is time for the Tae Kwon Do master to enjoy himself now and get some well deserved rest. He is sure his fighting partner for this afternoon will be joining him at least for a bit once he wakes up from that little nap he is taking.
