Takako hates the United States of America.
Let there be no doubt about this fact. Although she has been convinced that it is time to go to war against Shadaloo, she does not like these other nations. Particularly not the United States, with its loud people and physical contact all the time. But here she is, because if she isn't, then she is not going to bring honor to her father. She cannot allow that to happen; she must be here.
The large man behind her slaps her firmly on the back, and Takako growls to herself.
"Ain't nobody dumb enough to mess with the yew-eesss-off-aye." The huge man drawls, which just makes the diminutive Kendo warrior roll her eyes. "Dunno whatchu fighty types gettin' all riled up about. Dem commies ain't gonna come close."
Takako closes her eyes, and slowly draws her bokken. The wooden weapon is pointed at the horizon, across miles of parched desert, one can already see the building clouds of dust, as the choking evidence of the massed advance makes itself known. The midday sun has done everything it can to bake the life out of this godforsaken strip, but there is still the border behind them, and the town on the other side as that. There are people here, and therefore they are a target.
"Shut up, you brutish oaf." She says, firmly. "You will not survive this battle, but try to meet your end with some dignity."
The sweat glistening on the girl's brow... surely, this is just because of the heat. Not because this is the first time she will be relying on her strength to keep her alive. The first true test of her skill.

Vega had been hitting Asia incredibly hard over the past few weeks. And in spite of the intervention of fighters throughout Asia, Vega had been able to take a majority of Asia. Aranha had stayed out of it. He never saw any reason to get involved however that recently changed when Shadaloo and the People's Republic of China saw fit to turn their attention to the United States and more importantly to the capoeirista in particular the area where his sister lives.
Now things have gotten personal for the capoeirista even if for the China/Shadaloo Forces, it was just a Saturday for them. When he finally arrived, he stood off alone before hand surveying the area and trying to get himself together. For as many wars and battlezones as Aranha has seen in his 23 years on earth, it's never easy for him to go to a new one... Especially when it's located where he was born and raised.
The war just keeps getting worse by the day. It seems like everyone is starting to pick sides at this point upon realizing how serious the situation has become. It has only made Vega more angry and he has dispatched even more forces to get more territory. Territory that Alice could be in. Territory that his shelters are for sure in. He is one man, but he must try to protect everything he can. For now him and Mr. Jones have parted ways since Bangledesh. In part to try and cover more territory as well a the fact both are capable fighters and probably have a better chance at finding Alice and helping others if they go their own way.
It was tricky, but he managed to get a flight back over to North America and make it into the United States so he can help. The problem is his shelter is in Metro and he has a good long travel to get there. Not because it is several states away, but in this case because of the battles happening all over the nation as a whole.
He must help where he can. It seems like most of the US is concentrating their forces to the west and doing well. The southern states have been doing well until it looks like Los Zetas had to get involved. Now it is in a bad situation where thankfully the find an ally in the Irish Priest as he prepares to help with the next onslaught about to be unleashed.
To think that El Fuerte would one day side with the United States to fight Mexico! Such a travesty surely is nothing but a lie, the champion of Mexico would never ever willing team up with the neighbors of the North in order and stand against his paisanos. Let alone that El Fuerte does not condone war of any time. Conflict shouldn't be fought with firearms, but in the glorious wrestling ring!
However, if there is something that El Fuerte hates more that war it's Los Zetas. The militant drug cartel that has for years gripped his country in terror, those who caused the Luchador to leave in the first place, exiled from his own homeland unable to live with such cruel violence every day of his waking existence. Even the most cheerful of souls can know hatred and in the case of the winsome wrestling chef, this manifests itself by joining up with US Marines the second he heard that Los Zetas had teamed up with Shadaloo to attack the United States.
He knew this was going to happen sooner or later, he knew that his efforts and those of MURDERHOUSE would not be enough to get the cartels to back off.
There will be no more running away this time. This time, he fights!
With a machete strapped to his back, El Fuerte distances himself from the United States troops and other fighters that have come to defend the border. Sitting a top a tall watch tower, the wrestler scans the horizons looking for that dreaded Z banner. He won't allow foreigners to deal with matters of his homeland.
Even if it is relevant to world events. The Zetas are his to deal with.
Cammy is in a cool Shadaloo helicopter complete with skull drawn on the side, because even if it's not Vietnam, dammit, I'm having a chopper at least. Down below advance the various tanks and technicals and trucks jammed with commies headed across the deserts to liberate Texas, and probably a fair bit else.
Balanced on one of the skids, braids streaming out behind her, she surveys the troops with a vaguely bored expression. She's only here for one thing - to intercept the various fighters who will no doubt be sent here to try and stave off the advance. Maybe Guile will be here! She would like that.
And oh, in the distance, she sees watchtowers now finally, and she senses vaguely various powers up ahead. Who might it be! She nudges the pilot of the chopper, and points, and the skull-copter begins to zoom over to where Aranha and Takako linger, while down below a platoon of Chinese diverts that way as well.
Meanwhile the cartel troops continue headed for the watchtower, intent on blowing it away and thus providing better living through chemicals for all of the southern US!
Soon the troops are in range! Rockets and grenades (powered by rockets) ripple into the deserts and the trenches and the watchtowers as troopers debark from their vehicles and set up fighting positions.
Meanwhile the chopper zooms over the watchtower, which rather stands out after all. The Killer Bee, balanced on the skid, spots a brightly coloured fellow down below who looks important, and leaps off of the chopper right at him, boots first!
Takako takes a few steps forwards. This seems more difficult than she would have anticipated.
But after a few moments she breaks into a sprint. Her feet smack into the ground, and her heart pounds in her chest. This is it! She can see them, now, the evil men and women come to try and conquer these people. She may not like them, she may, in fact, hold a special place of hatred in her heart for them... but there is some sense of gratitude. If it was not for them, then she would not be here, in this place, where she needed to be to find the fight.
"KIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"
Takako's bloodthirsty battlecry is completely at odds with the girl's small frame and ridiculous wooden sword. The world behind her is full of explosions and madness, these crazed weapons of death, but she has trained herself well to avoid being distracted by little things like imminent danger and deafening noises.
Instead, the girl comes tearing up as quickly as she can, aiming to leap, and drive her weapon into the face of the driver of one of the jeeps, twisting around already to smash it into the stomach of his companion. Maybe the element of surprise will do her good, here.

Aranha watches with a grim face as the Chinese forces approach by foot and by helicopter. He doesn't do anything about the helicopter at first seeing as it is just a bit out of the range of his chi web he then sees grenades heading in his direction and that's when Aranha bursts into motion, dashing towards the platoon and leaping over and sliding under the path of the grenades as he makes his approach.
There ends up being a jeep between the Dancing Spider and the Platoon but then he vaults over it when he sees just a little too late that a grenade is heading towards the Jeep. He gives the Jeep an extra slap which is used to propel himself farther away from it. The driver leaps out of it and dives for cover while Aranha continues his own leap away from it before it explodes hitting the fighter with a tiny piece of shrapnel.
He rolls away and then leaps for the Platoon bouncing off a few heads and shoulders. Before rolling away from them.
The priest is not too far off from where the group of Los Zetas troops are supporting the Shadaloo forces. He has calmly waited and even if he stands out among the ranks of defenders he seems to avoid being fired upon for the time being. What could a priest do to them afterall? Slap their wrists and tell them God doesn't approve? Well he might tell them the latter, but they will experience more than just a slap on the wrist once Elias springs into action.
Forward he moves to meet the enemy. Through the volley of lead and rockets he seems unscathed at the moment. The members of Los Zetas are in his sights as he extends a hand that ignites with the holy flames that he wields. He holds onto it as the flames grow larger and he allows himself to get closer to the enemy. Once he feels he is in adequate range he thrusts his fist forward and sends the flames careening right towards the Los Zetas soldiers. The ball turns more into a giant ring looking to engulf anyone that cannot get out of the way of it's firey path of destruction.
So it begins! El Fuerte raises to his feet at the sound of an army approaching, choppers, cars, men, the dust cloud picking up in the horizon causes him to narrow his eyes to focus and scan the area for his hated enemies. Shading his eyes from the merciless southern sun, the luchador keeps his eyes alert to pick up that dreaded banner. He's pretty much ignoring everyone and everything else around him, he knows that it's not /just/ Los Zetas attacking the border, that would be down right suicide for even the powerful cartel, they have support from Shadaloo and while in any other occasion they would be the first he'd target, his goal is to strike down the drug cartel first.
It is ironic then that he doesn't spot the incoming rocket coming directly towards the watch tower where stands, blowing it to smithereens right from under his feet! "AAGH!!" As things often do when they explode, El Fuerte goes flying forward in the direction of a certain killer doll that threatens to kick him in mid air. Even if his ears are ringing from the strike however, the Luchador looks up with hate filled eyes at the Shadaloo operative and changes his trajectory in mid flight avoiding the kick sent to his face.
"I don't have time to deal with you guera!" Yells the luchador, spinning in mid air to use the force of the explosion to take him where the cartel is. He doesn't care they are already under attack by a certain powerful priest, they are going down by his hands one way or another.
"Ey! Pinches malinchistas!" Ironic that he calls them traitors when he is the one siding with a foreign country, but traitors he calls them right before he reaches for his machete to swing the blade down upon one of them to slice his chest!

The soldiers mostly go to ground, as fighters charge towards them with wooden swords and probably loaded jalapenos. Hiding behind jeeps and fending off bokken and machetes with rifle butts, they seem to do pretty well, especially the guy who dummies ElFuerte while someone else starts clubbing him around the back of the head with a rifle butt. Until a blast of holy flame erupts amidst the Mexican contingent, scattering them momentarily.
The soldiers converge upon Aranha and ElFuerte, but the Killer Bee has noted that holy blast, and hares off after Elias, who looks to be quite capable of doing some major damage to the peons if he's allowed to use them for target practice. She leaps up into the air and hurls herself at him, looking to grab him and then push him down to the rough desert ground.
Takako is pretty irritated that her initial rush has utterly failed to scatter these individuals before her like so much thrown rice. Then again, if the way they are screaming and running around is any indication, she's not entirely without allies, and they seem to be having a more successful time of it!
As the driver had managed to turn her attack aside with the butt of his rifle, the girl slams her feet into the hood of the jeep, making herself some nice footholds. Now that she's less likely to be simply thrown clear by way of momentum, she starts working on trying to make the thing crash!
"KYAH! HWOOOO!"
Smash, smash. The small, angry teen aims to drive the tip of her bokken into the driver's face, and then club him down with it. Surely this is a plan which can not fail.

The moment Aranha goes into that roll, the Alpha Platoon is immediately on the capoeirista like a heavy coat on an Alaskan during the winter. In spite of this, the capoeirista manages to bob, weave, and cartwheel away from the attempts to club him with the butts of their firearms.
Just when he thought that he dodged all of them, another attempts to swing for his head and he drops low, planting one hand on the ground as he swings a back heel kick at the soldiers surrounding him and attempts to clear a bit of space for himself.

Though El Fuerte's machete connects with something, it would appear that his latest escapades against the drug cartels have warned these ruffians of his intentions. How else would they have guessed that he was going to attack them like that!? Even if they watched Lucha Libre, El Fuerte /normally/ doesn't bring a machete to his wrestling matches and thus is left confused when these lowly gang members employ tactics to counter his attempts to hurt them.
Then again Los Zetas, aren't the ruling drug cartel in Mexico in just name only, they all have the reputation of being ex-military.
Thankfully for El Fuerte an incoming chi blast disperses the Zetas preventing them to ganging up on him. How fortunate, this might be the opening he was looking for! But first, he needs to pop his neck back in place after getting smacked on the back of the head with the butt of a rifle. Ow.

The ranks are scattered at least momentarily of the cartel fighters. It could have gotten much worse for them until Cammy decided to get involved. Could they handle the fury of both the priest and the luchador combined for a long term? It remains to be seen how well their morale is. They do have support from Cammy which for now will keep them fighting with a bit more courage. She is a rather effective fighter and it is shown as she manages to actually take Elias off his feet when she impacts against him.
That face just stares upwards with that look of no emotion on it. He starts to get back up and if Cammy wanted his attention it seems like she has it. Luckily for her Elias is caught up in the moment and he hasn't realized that the young woman before him is the one that Alice had told him about back when she was captured by Vega. He aims to just drive a fist into the jaw of Cammy with quite a bit of force behind it. Small she may be, but it looks like he won't be holding back.

The guy in the jeep gets a bokken in the face. He's still yelling in pain when he's clubbed brutally, right out of the jeep in fact, to crumple into the dust. Meanwhile Aranha just outside the jeep clears a path with a mighty sweep through the soldiers. The ones who aren't hit and flattened back away - and raise their rifles. Rifles are raised at ElFuerte too, who seems to be slacking off or something, to the mirth of the cartelistas.
Off to one side a little ways it looks like Cammy and Elias are having their own fight, as the Doll leaps under the jutting fist. Going down into a handstand, she then bounces back towards the priest - legs first, which she tries to wrap around his neck, and then haul him to the desert sands.
Takako is now surfing a jeep without a driver.
It doesn't last for long. Rather than keep this up, the young fighter jumps off the hood, and lands behind Aranha. She's pretty confident that this man, who she has never met before, is at least nominally on her side. Which means she can completely ignore her back, obviously, in favor of dealing with the people at her front.
"You should have invested in a bigger gun."
This is the warning given to the soldier closest to her, moments before Takako comes lunging forwards. She aims to drive her head right into the unfortunate soldier's gut, and follow up with a powerful upwards *STAB* right between the guy's legs. That'll teach him which side he should have joined!

Aranha finds himself surrounded on all sides by the soldiers and while he had cleared out enough space for himself, he still doesn't have much room to work with. And that's when he's fired upon.
The capoeirista finds himself having to think quickly or else he'll find himself with more holes in him than swiss cheese. So he lets his hand glow blue as he spins around leaving a wisp of blue chi trailing behind that hand. Bullets get caught in that trail either getting turned aside or dropping towards the ground upon impact with the trail of chi. Meanwhile, Aranha is surveying the area identifying where his allies are and that's when he sees Takako attacking Chinese uniformed soldiers and so he releases that chi in the form of a blue chi spider web letting it clear a path towards Takako so he can unite with her.

He swings and finds himself a bit too slow to catch the young woman with the punch. It makes her have to distance herself so he can try to keep his attention more on the cartel soldiers that El Fuerte is having to deal with instead of just one person even if Cammy might be the more dangerous opponent in this case. She has a a speed advantage, but given he manages to catch Cammy when she tries to take him down again and use his strength to push her off and send her flying in one direction as he goes streaking towards a group of Los Zetas members.
He closes in and both hands ignite with fire again, but this time there is no flashy fireball. He just stares grasping for anyone he can get ahold of and begins flinging those he can catch left and right. Those that are caught also start to feel themselves grow tired just from being gripped by the powerful hand of the priest. The flame doesn't burn like fhe fireball from earlier, but it does seem to make them feel like they need to sleep and stop fighting.

El Fuerte!!? Slacking off!!? Don't be ridiculous! Any self respecting luchador knows that charging head long into the fray can be disastrous, in the high flying dangerous world of Lucha Libre one wrong move could be fatal, more so against a bunch of armed drug traffickers. It is why the wrestler decides to simply hold his ground and see what will they try to do next instead of attempting to chase them back to their jeeps.
As he expected, they open fire upon him, but he is ready this time. While not quite as impressive as the feat of endurance Mick did the other day to block their bullets with his bare arms, the wrestler does bring his machete up to deflect the rounds coming to pierce him and rushes past the hail of bullets, aiming to throw a flying kick directly to their faces!

There's a sort of wet crunching sound as Takako's pod shot connects perfectly, causing the target to end up writhing on the floor. That, along with the blue spider web that catches a couple of soldiers near to her clears the area immediately by her and the jeep.
Not that it really matters as the soldiers seem to be regrouping a bit. Cartelistas are being hurled aside by the fires of Elias and the kicks of El Fuerte, with sounds of bones breaking and whimpers of pain as the mercenaries are given a solid pounding. A Chinese medic rushes over to attend to some of the walking wounded over there to try and get them back into the fray, even as the Mexicans try, and fail, to organise a counterattack against The Mexican.
It does look like the peons are getting hosed quite badly, so the Killer Bee meanwhile stays focused upon Elias, chasing after him as he wanders off to wade into the mooks, running up behind him and trying to grab him from behind to hurl him over her head in a suplex.
Takako is furious. This is, in itself, not news; she's generally pretty furious, and this whole fight has been annoying. What is angering her now is the fact that she hasn't actually been hurt yet. Somehow, it makes all the fear that she had about wading into battle seem faintly ridiculous. Though she does spare a nod to Aranha, signifying that she has found an ally - and he as well.
When she spots the medics, there's a low growl in the back of her throat... and she does something that very few 'heroes' would consider good. She goes for the healers.
Medical aids or not, they mostly represent a squishy target which, she hopes, by hitting, she will draw attention to herself. The girl uses the crumpling soldier she'd hit as a springboard, and comes lunging in from above, a mighty bellow on her lips.
By the time she hits the ground, it has been amplified to a furious roar which strikes out in a wave, aiming to smash into the medical support team and force them backwards.
Even though Takako is going after the medical teams, Aranha himself finds it more prudent to go after the Zero Doll. After all, he's viewing her as the big threat. Especially after he's gone through the platoon's numbers.
He moves towards Cammy, vaulting, leaping from soldier to soldier as he makes his way to Cammy, and then he leaps into the air and plants a drop kick right into her back.

Another path of destruction is created by the priest as he helps out the luchador. He further tries his best to break the morale of the Los Zetas that decided it was a good idea to help out the Chinese and Shadaloo forces that are attacking. It is all about trying to play a game of cat and mouse with Cammy as well and she does seem to have Elias in her sights. This is a good thing because she is a dangerous type and he is allowing others to have a chance to drive back the other forces while she isn't helping them. She finally does catch up with Elias, but once again he proves to be rather strong and hard to get a good grip on. He is able to break free once more and push Cammy back while Aranha looks to surprise attack her.
The flames have died down from his previous strikes, but Los Zetas are not out of hot water just yet. Elias continues his assault on them to try and quash that side of the forces even as members of the other army are doing their best to heal the wounded and not lose their allies in this rather bloody battle. Could they have expected to have to deal with the likes of some of the fighters around here? Maybe they thought taking the US would be easier. Someone must have been overconfident.
"Cabrones!!" Even if they are his country men, El Fuerte shows absolutely no mercy to the men of the cartel. Just like they showed no mercy to the country where they were born so too will el Luchador make sure they regret ever taking the path of evil!
A side glance as cast towards the rushing chinese medic running in their direction and El Fuerte turns this into a race to see who can get there first! He kicks ups dust as he accelerates towards the medic's target, aiming to take the men out before the medic has time to reach his patients.
These...wretches, are undeserving of ever receiving medical treatment. Even from other forces of evil.
"GRAAAH!!" Can't heal up a person that's unconscious, El Fuerte leaps into the air aiming to bring the flat of his machete upon each one of the cartel members to either knock them out or break their collarbones.

The medics rush over to the cartelistas... but they are not so much interested in treatment, as they are now scattering back into the deserts, or unconscious after being beaten down by Elias and ElFuerte. So by the time the Chinese get there, the Mexicans have bailed.
Things are looking bad for the lone Chinese platoon now, so they kinda shiver and watch what's going on, peering around the corners of jeeps and looking out for what is going on. Just in time for them to see Aranha run up to Cammy to deliver a kick, only to have her turn around and smash an army boot right into his upper body, a solid hit, right as he was up in the air trying to dropkick her. With Aranha hopefully out of the way for a few seconds, she then whips back around, braids trailing her motion, to pad over towards Elias again.

But what is this? Some of the cartelistas have a plan. In one of the jeeps is a nice stash of C4. The man who climbs in, badly injured by Elias' holy power, presses the proverbial Red Button and then puts the foot down, aiming the jeep at ElFuerte, looking to leap out of it at the last moment.
Takako watches the people around her scatter... when she happens to notice the direction Aranha is running in. Having mentally put him in the category of 'ally' she does watch, as Cammy smashes into him as though he wasn't even moving.
The young Kendo fighter is finally starting to realize who the real threat here is.
Running across the battlefield with rather less grace than Aranha had, she simply barges through anyone between her and Aranha, and draws herself to a close not that far away from Cammy. Now she's tracking the assassin. Noting her movements. Takako has actually LEARNED something! Rushing in headlong against Munin had got her ass handed to her... doing it against Cammy seems like a great way to wind up with a death sentence.
So for the moment, she just trails her. Watching. Waiting. Hopefully too small and insignificant to be noticed right away.

If one were to ask Aranha if he saw this coming, he would have to say no. Aranha's body folds up as his face contorts into grotesque display of pain and nausea barely held in check. His body goes end over end as his limp body continues to fly and then...
Well a few of the remaining members of the platoon may see a shadow over them as the 5'5", 166 lbs. of falling capoeirista descends upon them through no fault of his own. Ok maybe it's partially his fault.
While dishing out punishment Elias soon finds he is not having to worry about the fact Cammy seems to not be coming after him at least momentarily. Stealing a quick glance back he will notice it is at the expense of Aranha who ends up taking a rather punishing hit for trying to interfere with her chasing. Slowly the priest turns about and faces her down once more as he steps over several unconcious and dead members of Los Zetas as he starts to approach Cammy. The unchanging gaze of the larger fighter remains focused on her as if he is ready to finally give her the time of day.
For now it looks like she won't have to worry about giving chase. Elias dashes forward to close the distance between himself and the Doll while rearing back with his left hand. He brings it across with a quick haymaker, but it ends up being a feint. The powerful blow was more a distraction for the right jab he follows up with.

"Chingada!!!" El Fuerte has no time to try and chase the remainder cartel members into the desert where he would no doubt giving them a brutal beating leaving them to bleed out on the blazing sun and sand. No, those thoughts will be have to be put on hold as an incoming jeep comes his way to turn him into the most luchaest tortilla ever.
He has quite a lot of experience dodging cars, anyone that was raised in the busy streets of Mexico City has that actually. But one thing that the cars there don't normally do is explode. Which this one does.
El Fuerte manages to dodge the straight collision, but the explosion tags him causing the luchador to roll around on the sand before going to a full stop. "Hijos de puta..." He mumbles wishing he could just ignore the rest of the fight and go after them. But alas, he has other duties to attend to now that Los Zetas are gone.

Cammy sees things going south, literally, as the cartelistas flee back towards the border. It's just her, and what few Chinese remain. She looks around, assessing threats, and indicates Takako with one pointing finger. "Deal with her, at least." she mutters, not amused by their apparent incompetence, which seems pretty bad indeed when Aranha ploughs through a few more of them. Now she knows how Lord Vega must feel, and is almost overcome with a burst of sympathy for her Master. The poor man. Her expression softens a little for a moment, until she realises Elias and ElFuerte are still nearby, and one of them at least is moving in. She hops forward, and goes to jab at Elias' gut with a short, but powerful strike, as bullets start to rain down in Takako's general direction..

Takako is shot. This, she reflects, is more like it!
Surprisingly, being shot is not as bad as she had expected. Somehow, she'd blown it up into her mind as something that might kill her. Now, as she wades through the lead towards her target, she has time to reflect upon the fact that she has been punched much, much harder than this.
"EVEN ARSHE IS STRONGER THAN YOU!"
The bellowed challenge likely means less than nothing to almost everyone on the battlefield, other than perhaps Takako has some weird, slurred swearing habbits... but she doesn't care. She's closing on Cammy, and she will not be denied by this pattering of lead insects!
"GRARGH!"
Not her finest kiai, no doubt, but Takako flings herself at Cammy's back as hard as she can. Her sword is flourished as though it were a real thing, dipping in towards Cammy's spine and then, as though expecting that the Doll will somehow know precisely where her blade *is* behind her back, jerking upwards with the intent of hitting her between the shoulderblades.
Aranha groggily gets up after being sent for a ride by the Zero doll. His body is incredibly wobbily as he takes stock of what happened including the fact that he seemed to land on a good chunk of Chinese soldiers. He takes a moment to shake the cob webs out and then he looks around at the battlefield once more.
Sure, he could go after Cammy once more but it'll probably be a better idea for Aranha to take out what remains of the Chinese army before more explosives come into play.
The capoeirista cartwheels through the remnants of Alpha Platoon delivering quick kicks from odd angles in the hope that he won't need to do much more to take them out of the fight for keeps.

While the soldiers and cartel thugs couldn't seem to handle the might of the Elias' fists it seems that Cammy may have at least been paying enough attention to his actions to keep up with his strikes and handle them effeciently. That second blow doesn't connect as he had hoped and while she comes in to go for another attack he aims to strike upwards with his left fist in the form of an uppercut. Odd for the fact she wasn't even close yet when he trust his fist upwards.
She has the luck of being quick and she drives her fist into the stomach of Elias to push him back. The momentum that carries her forward keeps her from getting caught up in the blast of chi that explodes from the ground in a firey column where she would have landed otherwise. And while she drove Elias back he still remains on his feet and perhaps serving as a good distraction for Takako.
Shaking his head, El Fuerte jumps back to his feet and is back in action baby! He dusts some sand off his mask and makes sure he isn't burned too badly after the explosion before glancing up ahead at the fight that still rages on. The Zetas may have been defeated today, but his mission is still far from done. Not only Mexico but ALL the world should be free from the grip of tyranny.
He tosses his machete aside, no longer needed the foul weapon to wrestle some sense into these curs, and rushes head long into a battle he is more familiar with.
"Amigo!" He calls to Elias noticing that he is under attack by the Shadaloo operative going to assist him along with the bokken wielding girl. It would appear that /now/ El Fuerte has time for this 'guera' as he called her.
"HUAAA!" El Fuerte jumps up aiming to wrap his legs around Cammy's neck and twist around to send her flying towards Takako for a fastball special which hopefully will get batted away. Hm, maybe he's been watching baseball lately.

The few soldiers remaining close in on Aranha, looking to demonstrate their own unarmed skills. Unfortunately their grasp of unarmed combat is not up to Guile standard even if they have the uniforms, so their feeble punches and kicks are all blocked or dodged, while Aranha kicks them all into submission. The remainder back away back to their jeeps.
Leaving Cammy just shaking her head at the devastation. "Next time, I will ensure that the soldiers are at least provided with name tags..." she mutters under her breath, while getting up from pounding Elias and slipping past El Fuerte. While doing that though, she is blissfully unaware of Takako coming up behind her, and smashing her right in the back with her wooden sword. "...ack!". The doll spins away, clutching at her back - weren't the soldiers supposed to be stopping that one? Can't they even do that??? "I sympathise with Lord Vega more and more." she tells Takako coldly. Glancing around at the ranks of fighters closing in on her, retreat starts to be considered, but she doesn't actually have the fighting data of any of these people aside from Aranha and that is long out of date, so maybe she will linger, for just a little while. She looks around for an opportunity... and then suddenly pounces on Elias, clutching at her secret weapon, her braids, and trying to strangle him with one of them.
"Do not think you can ignore me!"
If there's one thing that gets Takako's blood boiling, it is being ignored.
"I WILL BREAK YOUR HEAD!"
That rather, optimistic, declaration of intent given, Takako raises her sword up high and brings it down as hard as she possibly can at the back of Cammy's skull. Who knows? If Cammy keeps facing forwards and being unawares of what she's doing, she might be able to brain the Doll!
With Alpha Platoon taken down, Aranha is free to worry about Cammy once more and so he comes back in with rapid foot steps when he sees El Fuerte going after her and that's when he shouts out to El Fuerte something that should be very familiar, "Shananigan's the name of the game."
And that's when he takes off towards Cammy as his body glows with blue chi covering his body as bounces from tank to Cammy to Jeep back to Cammy, and repeats from a variety of angles in a seemingly random pattern though being careful not to hit Elias in the process..
Meanwhile, Aranha's counting on the Luchador to know exactly what he means and keep the pressure up.

THere is the mention of Vega and only then does the priest speak. Even as Cammy comes in to try and choke him with her braids he gets a hand up to stop her and he reaches to get himself unentangled from the smaller fighter. "That demon has overstepped his bounds. Divine punishment has already started and in the end it will claim him and send him back from where he came." he states in his deep and somewhat monotone voice.
Even worn down from the effort of putting down the cartel thugs as well as trying to play distraction to Cammy for a time is making his body feel rather sore. Even so that face doesn't even twitch a bit to show any signs he is weakening even if his own movements seem to be slower as the battle continues. In an attempt to knock the woman off balance and get her caught up in whatever Aranha is planning he rears back and aims to slam a big boot right into her and knock her off balance.
El Fuerte grunts when Cammy ducks under his grab, but he would expect nothing else from the Shadaloo operative that was called to lead the border attack. She's outnumbered sure, and in midst fighting she takes another few kicks and punches from his allies, but how skilled is she truly?
Just as he is about to start attacking Cammy again, El Fuerte's ears hear a familiar voice from a long time, in a very different place.
"Hermano capoerista!" It looks like he just realized Aranha had been in the middle of the fight all the time and gives a nod to the boy, instantly remembering the attack they did against Chun-Li ages past.
Mimicking his actions, El Fuerte takes to the air along with Aranha jumping from building to building keeping everything very confusing before he sails downwards, arms crossed in an X aiming for Cammy's neck for a flying guillotine attack!

Cammy goes into overdrive as the attacks come in from all sides! Kicks, sword jabs, aerial Mexicans... she's a blur of blue uniform and braids as she ducks, leaps, twists and slides, all the attacks hitting air. She finishes off with a cartwheel away from them, to get a bit of distance. She looks quite tired, but at least she's not beaten up (yet).
"You will have to be quicker than that..." she tells them, looking around for openings. In the end she just opts to give Takako a good kicking, as she so obviously is begging for it. She feints a high punch, and then goes in low, looking to grab a leg and hurl Takako away towards the watchtower. "Go away!" she hisses. "This is Vega's land now.".

If it was a punch, then this would have worked magnificently. As the blow comes in, Takako brings her head back, and prepares to just headbutt Cammy with all her might. As she whips her skull forward, there is a moment of wondrous freedom where she knows, for certain, that she is going to connect and she will end this foolish blonde chick once and for all, through the power of shouting.
"GRAAAAAAAAAAARGH!"
Except, then Cammy isn't there any more. She's at her leg.
"GHHhhwuuuuh?"
Takako is flying through the air. That isn't normally part of this technique--
After she has punched a hole through the leg of the watchtower, the young girl staggers back up to her feet.
"YEAH!" She shouts, swaying on the spot, bleeding profusely from her skull, which has cracked quite convincingly. "YEAH YOU BETTER, STAY OUT OF MY, RANGE!"
Has she still got her sword? She has. Cool. Good. She's still in this.
Admittedly it was less Elias was expecting to be able to connect with Cammy more that he was hoping to serve as a distraction once again for the likes of Takako or even Aranha and El Fuerte since it looked like that pair had some sort of plan. She moves quick, but how much longer can she keep it up against so many people? Granted it looks like Takako almost was taken out of the equation there for a moment. For such a small and young woman she certainly talks big. He just hopes Takako isn't going to get herself killed in this sort of situation. This isn't just some spar afterall.
Even as Cammy manages to toss Takako away the priest moves forward once more. His movements still seem a bit slow compared to earlier, but he also seems to he doing his best to pace himself. He has a feeling this battle is far from over at this point. He isn't sure if Cammy can be forced to retreat or not so all he can do is keep going and not let himself get taken down in the process. He lunges forward once more and drives his left fist forward with all his weight packed into the blow as he aims to drill Cammy right in the stomach.
Aaaaand just like it how it happened with Chun Li, Cammy nimbly moves away from Luchador and Capoerista attack leading to a complete miss. "Oof!" Instead of snow, sand catches el luchador now causing him to roll forward and raise to his feet with a look of annoyance on his masked face. "Aranha! We really need to work on our team attacks!" It would be much better if they practiced in their spare time and not when they randomly met by chance in the battle field.
No matter though, Cammy is still in the attack and beating that poor sword girl up! This will not stand for the luchador who after taking on the Zetas feels he can wrestle down the world!
Following after Elias, he somersaults his way towards the Killer Down spinning around to send a flying kick of his own right for her chest! Attacking high whilst the Priest attacks low!

Cammy is, like Gozer the Gozerian, a nimble little minx, and slides around past Elias' hip, evading his punch, and then rolling forward away so that El Fuerte almost ends up hitting Elias by mistake.
Straightening up, she eyes Takako over in the distance, and allows herself a small smile. The angry one was quite irritating! Cammy doesn't do angry, obviously, as she regards the three of them with a blank look. Calculations are run in her head, it looks like poor odds, and the assassin never likes poor odds. There's always another day. "You should look to your companion, it seems like I almost redecorated your watchtower in a nice shade of hint of brain." she states flatly, while backing away. The helicopter is still flying around overhead, and she's backing away towards it, noticeably...
Takako's wobble but they don't fall down.
She does steady herself against the thick wooden structure she just broke with her skull, though. Staring as she watches the blonde teenager who just chucked her almost the entire length of the battlefield start to retreat.
For once in her life, Takako doesn't shout for more. She's bleeding pretty bad from the head wound, and she feels kinda woozy. After her performance, she's pretty happy... if she can walk away from this fight, she's going to call it a win, even if she didn't manage to bring down one of Shadaloo's top brass on her first outing.
Once more she manages to avoid his strike, but even so she is driven backwards in an attempt to keep out of reach of both the priest and luchador. It is true Takako took a powerful strike from Cammy, but Elias can't exactly take time to check on her for the fact he would just leave himself open to be attacked by the Doll. That emotionless face remains focused on the young woman in front of him instead and he slows down just to walk forward instead of run. If she is going to keep backing away he isn't going to waste the extra energy to sprint after her.
"She understands what is at stake and will be treated once your kind is gone from this place." he calmly states and his hand ignites again as he extends an arm as he comes to a stop. "Begone." he tells her and he brings that fist back before punching forward and releasing another blast of flame that he used to destroy members of the cartel earlier.
El Fuerte isn't foolish enough to accidentally hit the Priest just because Cammy dodged. He can, after all, redirect his trajectory in mid air as a superhuman feat of dexterity! It is why when Cammy ducks, he just lands right behind her and seeks to tackle her from the rear to shove her into the Priest's energy strikes.
This is Vega's land!? HAH!

Cammy just sighs. She knows these types so well, so intransigent and self righteous. God thrown into that mix really doesn't help. El Fuerte gets sidestepped yet again, but a scorching from the priest encourages her to get to the choppa asap.
So she flees away to it, leaping up to grab hold of one of the skids and climb aboard. "Take me to somewhere which has competent soldiers." she gripes to the pilot. The chopper starts to head off northeast... "South, south!" she sighs. "I was not being that literal.". Truly, these are hard assignments - assassins work better alone. She turns away from the pilot to look down at the fighters far below expressionlessly. Still staring, as the chopper turns into a distant dot, and then vanishes entirely.
