Description: Team Alex starts its offensive push into Bangkok. Step One: Blowing through the Southern Defenses. But Seven Days and a brainwashed Sakura aren't going to make it easy on Alex and Megumi.
Somebody wrote a plan. It called this "Phase One". Alex isn't so much into calling things "Phase Anything", so he's just calling this the first round. The big brawl. Alex is crouched in jungle-underbrush not far from a major installment of the Shadaloo Defensive Line with a pair of binoculars and a bag. The bag is full of semtex, which Alex received a crash course in using responsibly. He has experience with things that explode, kind of. Mostly he was told to hit this button at the right time and then start running, which sounded reasonable to him. All he knows is that he's managed to go from random acts of terrorism to directed acts of terrorism. Hell, some psychic lady told him it was part of his destiny. Having a plan's better than running around punching Shadaloo troops, after all.
"Looks as clear as it's gonna get, kiddo," Alex says to Megumi, staring through his binoculars. "I can't tell if there are any A-Listers. You remember the game plan?"
Megumi is with Alex, just a few feet off to his side. She's looking tired, but calm enough. "Pretty much," an answer to his question. "I wish there was some better way to solve all this, but...I'm here. 'Enemy A-Listers' or not...we'll just have to make it work, right?" She glances back to the others that may be with them, then to the Shadaloo area. "Feels kind of weird to be using weapons like this, though."

There's a lot of madness going on within Thailand, this is nothing new, of course. But hands are full on both the Thailand and the Shadaloo side now that the 'Heroes' are starting to clamor togeather and become a destructive force to be reckoned with.
Douyoubi, Shadaloo's resident Sadako wanna-be, is no war general like Khamis. She's not a skilled tactician like Tiistai. But she does know how to barrel through the opposition when there's a command for it, and this is why she stands where she is now, scouting out a recently reported problem:
'We are getting pwned over here'.
It was simpler when the setting was a city, like nearby Krabi; eyes are everywhere. But the jungle isn't quite as simple to work in. It probably goes the same case for her current subordinate Sakura Kasugano- But the nice part about haveing the pain-in-the-ass around is that people tend to slow down, get caught a little off-guard when they see the prodigy in the mix.
It seemed the only option was to head into the thick of the action then, the maroon body-suit clad woman grumbling to herself as she makes her way though the marsh and wet leaves. In view of Alex and Megumi? Most likely, really. "This is so annoying, I hate hide-and-seek.." the woman mumbles to herself.
The radio squawks in Douyoubi's earpiece as Sakura lopes through the jungle a fair distance away. "Whining is counter-productive, Commander." It's good that the two are travelling together, but sticking =side by side= is ridiculous in this environment. The younger, braver of the two advance 'scouts', is a bit more adept at striding beneath the jungle canopy, taking cover behind trees and foliage when need be.
Kasugano stops at a fair distance from Alex and Megumi, closing her eyes for a moment. 'Enemy A-Listers', she hears over the sounds of mortar fire in the distance. "Commander, intruders in earshot," she whispers into her headset, moving forward just a bit more stealthily. "Moving into position at 364 tac six." That position would put Douyobi on a head-on approach, with Sakura roughly ninety degrees to the left. A pincer formation, as Sakura's expecting Douyoubi to charge in senselessly. "Preparing to strike on your command."
She wouldn't be hard to spot if someone was looking right at her, but her small size comes to an advantage at times.
Alex shoulders the sack of explosives and puts his binoculars away in a different bag, one he doesn't plan on blowing up. Standing upright, the blond ties his hair up in a ponytail, getting his beat-up red bandanna into place. It means he's about to mean business, for lack of any better term. "Alright, kid. Here we go. We'll watch each other's backs. The big explosion'll let the others know when to start charging in. Alex flips her a thumbs up before he stands up and starts marching through the jungle towards the base.
Megumi tenses up when Sakura reports their presence, looking around....and not finding much; apparently a case of Sakura spotting them without Megumi doing the same back to her. So, Megumi keeps talking to Alex. "Right...ah, give me a minute, okay? I'm going to head over to the side some, so they won't trace my shots right back to...them," A nod back to the others participating in the attack. "Then I'll move up some once they're heading our way...if they head our way, anyway. Do what you're good at, I'll give you a hand as best I can."
Then Megumi's jogging off, to get some distance from the resistance troops...and spots a few Shadaloo vehicles up ahead. Tanks and other war-machines. She creates a sparkling red energy-ball, sending it zipping out of the trees and at one of their cannons, intending to disable it. Won't be hard to track that attack to its source...

"Shut up," Douyoubi grumbles back to Sakura. God, this day would be SO MUCH BETTER is it were raining. Instead it's just hot and wet and it's not even dark outside. Just how was she supposed to work with this? And more importantly, how is it that Sakura is doing so well? She never did look into Sakura's military background.
Oh right, there was none.
But she wasn't going to worry about that; after Sakura actually then helps her by pointing out the enemy being near by, she pauses, and then lets out another grumbly, ".. All right fine.. Sorry."
The other thing is, Sakura is quite right. Douyoubi -is- going to make a sudden charge, and it's going to be toward the gunshots.. Or where she thinks they were fired from. The fact a gun was fired makes her think she's dealing with a small-fry, which is annoying but.. Well it's something, right? "Just smash whatever's in your way."

"Apology accepted." Sakura has taken to carrying sidearms. She gets tired every now and then, especially when she =accidentally= ran into Sagat the other day. Firearms are good for taking out those pesky little people with a minimum of fuss.
Not so with fighters like Alex and Megumi, though. Once Sakura gets a closer bead on where Megumi and Alex actually =are= -- =visual= confirmation, as it were -- she pops up out of her little hidey-hole.
Just in time for Megumi to blow up a cannon. *kraddaTHOOM*
Kasugano fires a single warning shot just past Megumi's shoulder -- clearly intended to miss. But the singular retort of a .357 Desert Eagle ought to make Sakura's presence known. "Megumi Andou. Alex whatever-your-name-is. Drop to the ground! You are surrounded!"
It's a terrible idea to charge right in, guns blazing, Douyoubi. She might even have said that on radio.

Alex stops where he is, the soles of his boots digging into the soil. He heart the shot and the call. Looks like they're just on time. "Looks like it's showtime, kid," he says, dropping one of his two bags to the ground. Both hands now free, Alex tightens his gloves, leaning back and upright. "Surrounded, huh?"
"That's just the way I like it," he says, and reaches into his other bag to grab at ... something inside. There's a beep, and Alex's arm starts to move. And move. And move, with his heavy and beeping bag at the end, getting itself whipped around and around until he /hurls it/ at the tanks and vehicles that Megumi was shooting at. That's a whole crap-load of high explosives, an explosion more than big enough to trigger the troops that the two fighters are ahead of, and enough to do some damage to the conventional vehicles up ahead -- and the two unconventional opponents are here, dealing with them. It's about to produce a very big explosion and perhaps set a large portion of the surrounding forest on fire.

Megumi first gets a look at Douyoubi rushing in, and is about to send a shot her way. But something tugs at her...and then really gets Megumi's attention, as Sakura opens fire from behind. A startled "Uh?" is Megumi's acknowledgment of it, as she stares right over toward Sakura's voice and finally spots her. "...I'd heard he got hold of you." Megumi's decidedly unhappy with this. "Talking to you probably won't help right now, will it? So..." A second energy-orb is formed, hovering in place until a slight tapping push sends it flying at Sakura. Still staying in the edge of the tree-line for now, it would seem.
What? What in the hell is going on here? Douyoubi indeed would run and likely not stop.. Sakura almost gained herself another 'shut up' in response, but she holds back on it- There's a small sense of familiarity once she moves in a little closer, and wait a moment what the hell was that that flew by?
She pauses for just a moment to watch and see what happens, and then what follows, predictably, is a massive and destructive explosion. It makes her grin slightly, but even wider still when she recognizes the voice that follows, "Alex.. So you survived out here after all, did you?" she says aloud, leaping up and scaling a nearby tree until she reaches a fairly high branch. Luckily there aren't too many leaves in the way, and it seems to help her in finally spotting the blonde for certain, "Hey, you! Are we going to fight or play Bomber Man all day??" she calls down, her visable-eye narrowing and of course already plotting out her next action.

She has nothing to say to Alex, or to Douyoubi... considering the red orb of energy hurtling towards her. The tanks ahead, of course, get =ravaged= by the explosions. ... Better hope none of the Thai defense forces got ahead of themselves, eh?
"It may... If such talk convinces you to surrender," comes Sakura's cold, emotionless reply. Surrender is unlikely, she figures, once she sees Megumi's distinctive red power coming into play.
But... she is unlikely to surrender as well. Calmly, she curls her hands to one side, focusing intently on Megumi's attack... and smoothly, mechanically, she shoves those hands forward. The motion is familiar, but the precision is not. ... Nor is the gout of purple energy that gushes forth, veined with thick black lines as it hurtles outward. The purple sphere envelops Megumi's, a much lessened shade of itself roiling forward to crash into the pink-haired attacker.
"Bomberman is an overhead grid layout. The analogy is unsuitable," comments Sakura, at last, as she closes closer to Megumi.
Alex's ponytail is whipped back by the force of the explosion that signals the opening blow to Shadaloo forces. "If it ain't my loose end," Alex says. "Where's your friend, pal? Still recuperating? She wasn't tough enough to do me in and neither was the jungle." Lord Vega sure was, though. The wrestler looks straight up at Douyoubi up there in her tree, before he starts to crack his knuckles.
"You wanna take a shot? You know what they say, kid -- the third time's the charm!" Alex roars, before grabbing his shirt in both hands and tearing it to little shreds. Alex seems like the sort of man who goes through shirts very, very, quickly. The shreds are taken away by the wind. Already, a bit of a fire is spreading, but the dampness of the monsoon is dealing with most of the threat of fire.

Megumi's eyes widen when Sakura returns fire. She expected some kind of Hadouken, but not the color change...and that's enough to slow Megumi's evasion. She's caught full on in the gut, slamming against a tree. "You...know I can't do that. I'd just wind up like you are. The way you are now, you can't feel good about things...I'm going to get you out of here, somehow." Then she yells, "Alex! I'm going to be busy back here!"
Pushing away from the tree, Megumi just...stands there, sizing Sakura up and gathering herself back up.

Douyoubi pauses a moment and glances to the side. Her earpiece is hidden behind all her hair, but that isn't really the point; the point was she would strangle Sakura if she had the chance, that little know-it-all. Somethings just never change, even with a good old-fashioned brain washing, ".. Bah," she mutters.
She woudln't let it get to her though, things were about to get interesting in a moment; it wasn't fair that Frida got all the fun last time after all, "Third time? I sure hope so, you're getting to be a real thorn in our side!"
Never mind the fact that news may please him! She drops down from above then, a light aura of violet surrounding her form which abruptle explodes into a much more dangerous display of psycho power, her bloodshot eye widening, "I guess it's up to me!" but she doesn't try to land on Alex, but rather next to him on all fours. The energy behaves like electricity, popping and crackling and sure to deliver a nasty shock if Alex doesn't get out of the way!
"Negative. I rather enjoyed your company before my transition. And I feel good about a great number of things -- as well as feel a great deal of remorse for abandoning my family and friends for this quest." She looks off to the side once Alex is mentioned, efficiently leaping through the foliage towards him.
Poising herself atop a tree branch, she braces herself in a crouch, curling a ball of purple Psycho Power in her hands. "Neither of you will take me away from my true purpose in life." she states coldly, thrusting her palms forward with such force that she knocks herself out of the tree. Alex should, with any luck, be rightfully surprised by an attack =not= coming from Douyoubi.
"Hadouken," Sakura states unhelpfully as she's falling from the tree, to land safely upon the ground.

"Up to you, huh?" Alex says as she lurches at him frm above, her body crackling with raw Psycho Power. Psychic Mumbo-Jumbo. Who needs it? Rather than ducking out of the way, Alex whirls around and plunges his hand right into the aura of energy. His hand is headed for Douyoubi's face. She's small, and his hands are big, large enough to catch her and squeeze her in hand. "Then maybe you might wanna re-think this one and send somebody else, you palooka!" he roars, yanking her around like a toy. Due to the properties of her aura, Alex realizes he can't make this work quite the way he wants to -- but he can manage something.
Swinging Douyoubi like a whip, Alex actually /shears/ the Large Psydouken with his hurl. The concept is sound, but his timing is slightly off; he only carves a little bit off of the Psydouken before it hits him, and Douyoubi goes mostly unhurt and is promptly released... but his head-on approach certainly did /something/, that's for sure. "Come on," he barks. "Is that the best you goes have got?!"
Megumi breaks off from the fight with Sakura as well. "Getting crushed in wars can't possibly be your purpose..." And with that, Megumi begins to run off toward Alex just in time to come across him getting double-teamed. Arms thrown out wide, she creates a thin red energy 'wall', sending it toward Alex. At least she's getting closer to the main fight at hand...
"What??" There was definatly some suprise there, of all things Douyoubi was NOT expecting to get grabbed and flung like some sort of frisbee. That's was new..
Not entirely unwelcome either, since it gave her an idea that he was about as beefy as he looks; and seeing him toss around Frida wasn't good enough to make that decision. ".. Somebody else, what are you trying to do, piss me off?" she mutters, her arms limply swinging within her slouched stance. Nope, she's not going to cuss out Sakura; who knows what the heck she's doing anyway, what was important to her right now was bringing down Alex a few notches; so far he was proving to be very tough.
Not entirely certain what it is Megumi is up to either, she goes ahead and rushes forward, and attempts to get her arms about that meaty exterior. Her intent? To suddenly jerk back and fling him right over her body and into one of the trees; a german suplex and a release, "Try this!"
It seems... that as much as Sakura has fought Megumi, she may not, in fact, know how to fight her in =this setting=. Seeing a wave of pink fly, not towards her, but =past= her... well, that has the Taiyo graduate in a mild state of alarm. "Resuming assault against subject: Andou."
Kasugano hops once, before breaking into a rapid dash for Megumi. She can only hope Douyoubi is successful keeping Alex at bay, as she leaps rather headlong into a rushing punch at Megumi, aiming to impact her stainless-steel bracer-clad knuckles right up against the psion's skull! No mercy in =this= battle, that's for sure. "Hyaaaaaaaaaaaa!"

Alright, then. In that case.
Alex lets the wall of energy wash over him. He is, after all, basically familiar with its effects. As the healing energy washes over him, Duoyubi manages to pick up him and dig him right into that tree. Its bark shatters and scraps, leaving sizable scoring on the side of the actual trunk. There's a great deal of mass in Alex, and that was a great deal of hit. Neither of these things prevents Alex from springing right back up and gritting his teeth. There was some good technique in his throw.
"Not bad. Don't blink," he says, and all of that muscle -- all of that bulk -- starts moving like a rocket had been lit under it, driving Alex's elbow clear ahead and into Douyoubi's face, flashing with a burst of chi.

Megumi is much calmer now, rolling beneath Sakura's fist and rising beside the apparent-Doll. "Stop it, there's no way this can end well for you even if you win!" She then tries to grab Sakura's punching arm and do a sideways wristlock to it, hoping to drop Sakura to the ground for a follow-up kick to the thigh.

Psycho mumbo-jumbo? Who needs it? Douyoubi would argue not her, but since she loves to scare people, she'd be a big fat liar to press the point. The Seventh Day could only smirk in response to the blonde, tilting her head downward as if to on purposely blind her own vision, "Uh-huh."
And then Alex storms forward with a very big elbow, one that Douyuobi actually tries to capitalize on early. But not quite, following the burst of chi is her own body lurching backward, the toes of her boots scraping along the ground. And when the momentum stops she lurches forward once more, "..."
Her head raises again, blood trickling from her nose, and she slowly licks her lips, "That was good too. Speaking of 'wasting time', you're wasting time fighting on 'their' side." she sprints forward and hops into the air to flip right over the big man. Her intent is to get behind him, leap up and grasp his shoulders and press her knees into his back. Ideally the weight would pull them both down to the ground, but the moment he crashes into the impact, an explosion of her own violet energy follows.

Aaaand Sakura =sees= Megumi reaching for her fist. Sadly, she falls prey to old habits at times, despite her otherwise pragmatic view on the progression of a fight. And that would mean she =tries= to uppercut Megumi.
She occasionally forgets how frickin heavy those gauntlets are though, and trying to abort her running punch in order to throw =another= punch is a horrendous idea. Megumi's able to take her down in the opening, while Sakura is punished with a kick to the thigh afterwards.
She looks up at Megumi, shaking her head. "We agreed words were useless, yet..." She lets her implied meaning carry on.
Much like her boss is carrying on in her attempts to seduce Alex. "Commander! =Focus!=" she hisses sharply into her headset, pushing back to her feet and keeping her eyes on Megumi.

"That so?" Alex calls back to his opponent, apparently not convinced by her argument. "You mean to tell me that there's another side? A better side? Lemme guess--" Alex raises a hand to the air as his opponent goes a bashing at him on his shoulder, still standing despite her best efforts "--I've got a future with Shadaloo. I'd like to make a counter-proposal. The ground's hiring, loser," he says, before flipping forward and driving a chi-burning hand downwards into Douyoubi's shoulder. "I already scheduled an interview for you."
Megumi continues Sakura's sentence, "...Yet I'm hoping it'll get through to you, somehow. I'm not your enemy, and you shouldn't be here doing this. I know exactly what it's like!" And then she's jumping toward a tree, using the trunk to springboard off of, toward...Douyoubi. Body twirling through the air, one energy-wrapped fist extended, aiming low for a knee. Megumi's other hand is ready to hit the ground and cartwheel her aside afterward.

".. Could be. A lot of people are hopping on the Shadaloo bandwagon," Douyoubi hisses back with an amused grin, "You should be familiar with a lot of faces, you're missing ou- WHAT??"
That interruption is when Alex barks back with the rest of his dialogue, making the woman frown, deeply. Not to say it wasn't entirely unexpected, she just wasn't quite expecting a sudden blast of pure pwn to follow. She spots Megumi coming in toward her, and the blow hits her right in the knee, which only makes it even easier for Alex to slam his hand down and REALLY make sure she gets a good long interview. The moment of impact makes some of the wet leaves jump up, and her knees tuck inward to roll backward to get onto her feet again, "Tch, what a pain.."
Again Sakura's comment goes ignored, as her slouch drops deeper. Her shoulders buckle slightly, and then with a dangerous, snake-like hiss, she snaps forward, her jaw drawing open to clamp down onto Alex's neck once while she wraps her arms and legs about his mass best she can. This is followed with a second, and then a final bite which is followed with another burst of her pseudo-electrical power blasting from her body!

"Yes." It's a simple affirmation, no further conversation needed. But apparently Megumi succeeded in distracting Sakura for a moment -- the headbanded one starts to give chase as Andou leaps towards Douyoubi, but she's =not= quite fast enough to help. Scowling, she shakes her head, Kurow's song taking hold in her mind...
And then, just as soon as Douyoubi lands her attacks, the schoolgirl moves to help her superior out of harm's way -- grabbing her and -chucking- her away if need be! "Heavy damage sustained, commander. Recover."

That hurt Alex. Pretty badly, too. Caught by an assault from all Seven Days, Alex is left rocked by savage bites that leave him laying, face-first, in the dirt. It almost seems as though he might be down for a moment, for good, until he slowly -- steadily -- stands himself upright. "If I get rabies--" he grimaces, taking a single step forward. He looks aside to Megumi, before nodding once and sprinting for Sakura.
"I don't know what's gotten into you, Kasugano--" he says, reaching out. "--But I'm gonna bust you loose, no matter what it takes, with or without Ryu! Even if I have to smack the sense into you with my bare hands!"
Megumi watches in momentary shock as Alex is... ...bitten. That's quite the thing to see. "Rabies... ...don't think so, but I'll take care of it anyway." And as Alex moves in on Sakura, Megumi waits. She waits to see what Alex manages to do, and afterward...moves in as well, sliding toward Sakura's legs, trying to yank one off balance and apply an ankle-twist while low to the ground.
Oh Sakura. Always getting into Douyoubi's grill, though it is quite possible that if Sakura hadn't dragged her off, she was going to keep at it for a while. Her blood-shot eye wide as possible and locked onto Alex, even as she whipped back from the battle, she lands in a squating position, and snort, "Che, you'll only get both their attention," she growls.
Besides, sitting back wasn't going to work with her plans anyway. She takes but two seconds to assess the situation; she's hell-bent on sticking with Alex though, so when she's sweeping forward, one could bet that's her intended target. While not quite fast enough to get in his path of Sakura, she'll do her best to get in quickly still; she gets out of her throwing fit to instead close in on him with a leap and a flying drop-kick to the back, or heck, the back of his head, time pending. "MARCO!!"

"Sleep tight, kid--Hyper Bomb." Alex doesn't yell out the name of his attack. He just says it, once, before powerbombing Sakura into the dirt. He repeats the action, slamming her into hard soil a second time, before hurling her, finally, clear into a tree, loking to give him some breathing room to deal with what else is coming.
Well... busting up, whatever that is, sounds painful! And it even =feels= painful too, as Sakura -- who tries to leap out of the way, really she does -- but she just gets SLAAAAAAMMED! And then SLAMMED AGAIN! And then SLUNG! Kasugano gets pitched so hard she gets entangled in one of those jungle trees. That is =not= a fun ride, people!
And then Megumi hops on and tries to twist her ankle while she's stuck there. However that works... it's a bit anti-climactic since she's not screaming or posturing like Alex and all -- but it's just as well as there's no cameras here!
"You two are extremely annoying," notes Sakura, even while Megumi's sitting there twisting away at one of her ankles. But while she's managing that, Kasugano's gonna try and slam her metal-shielded foot right in Megumi's face, kicking her down to the ground with any luck! "Get-- OFF!"

Alex's hand snaps up to grab Douyoubi's foot right out of the air. It's a handy block, stopping the blow before it ever gets anywhere near striking Alex. The wrestler hangs on for a moment or two, his head slowly tilting to the side. His expression changes, gradually, to a frown as he considers this turn of events.
"Polo," he grunts, and then tries to knee Douyoubi in the chin rather unceremoniously.

Megumi was definitely waiting for retaliation, letting go of Sakura's foot just as the other leg draws back for a kick. Megumi's falling, and...the foot to the side of her head is really just further encouragement; a 'just barely' hit that still hurts by virtue of hitting right in the skull, drawing a hurt hiss as Megumi lands. She's moving to help Alex out, with a low kick at one of Douyoubi's knees.

Polo? Geez, Douyoubi really was asking for that one, wasn't she? As she somewhat drops, from the momentum she ends up in position for.. Well, nothing quite that works in her favor; Megumi's light kick meets it's mark that throws off her balance for Alex to slam his knee into her face, a light crack following the impact heard.
But she doesn't go flying back from the impact, in fact she just ends up standing there, as if stuck in the knee'd position as blood drips from her face and onto the ground, ".. Nngh.. But it was interesting,"
She raises her right hand, pointer finger extended and glowing with a light tinge of violet at the tip. The intent is to press it lightly against Alex's forehead, and force her own energy into his own briefly; which not only would be painful for the duration, but quite possibly allow nightmares to surface within his conscience.
But that's about that last she has within her, the woman most likely staggering back and looking to slump against a tree for support.

Weeeeeell that didn't work out so great, did it? She'd =tried= to bail Douyoubi out, but Alex and Megumi are a bit too synchronized to really let that happen. Which confuses Sakura, as she'd never really heard of Megumi and Alex... working together.
The Doll candidate assesses the situation... and realizes, it's probably time to start considering an exit strategy.
Which means a radio call. "Requesting air support, point 364 tac seven." Sure enough... there IS INDEED a war going on in the background, much as these four fighters have been going at it. And now the sound of helicopters, isolated to the distance, gets just a =bit= louder.
... But that's not the only thing getting louder -- as Kasugano's curling her hands together, and her aura becomes... rather intensely purple! In a little over a whisper, she adds, "Commander, do stay low."
Thrusting her palms forward, she's... aiming to engulf =all three= in one desperate, massive attack? Sure looks like it -- though she's sure Douyoubi can handle it.
Like, she's the =boss=, right?
"Hadouken!" is the simple name given to the =ginormous= torrent of energy hurtling towards Megumi, Alex, and a possibly incapacitated Douyoubi! WHOOSH!

Alex has two things to deal with, one after the other--First things first.
When Douyoubi sweeps her hand at him, Alex recognizes just in time that it's not a blow, but some sort of... Well. Psychic hoo-doo. And then Alex does the unthinkable. He grabs Douyoubi's wrist and shoves her palm onto his forehead. "You wanna get in my head?! Well, come on in! The door's open!" There's pain. That, Alex can handle, gritting his teeth to soldier through it. There's more than that, though -- willpower. It's as though Douyoubi attempts to force her way into an iron wall. Alex's brain has more to it than Douyoubi might have suspected, and the two hemispheres of his brain, one red and one blue in the psychic landscape that Douyoubi visits, eat that Dream of Birth alive. It hurts, but when it's over, Alex pushes Douyoubi away and drops her. His body has been taxed to the limit, but his mind -- there was pain, but instead of nightmares, everything, for Alex, has been made... clear.
Crystal clear.
"It's over, Sakura," he says, turning to face the Psycho Hadouken. He starts running, straight through the Psycho Hadouken, which makes absolutely final the abuse his body has been taken. "You're comin' home, one way or another--" he yells, trying to grab her by the head and headbutt her again, and again, and again.

Megumi winces as Sakura takes aim at them, raising a hand up high while turning to face the incoming energy. Even as several tiny red energy orbs form over Megumi's head, her other hand is holding her forehead...definitely a 'headache' sort of demeanor. A swiping motion sends the spheres at Sakura's blast, but most of them go wild or vanish in mid-air...and then she's blasted head over heels, landing on her back...very dazed.
"Into your head?" Douyoubi murmurs with a slight smirk, not that it could be seen, but there's not much more she can say after the fact- She's not really looking too badass at this point, Alex's willpower is simply too powerful, leaving her incredibly disgusted, almost insulted as a result.
But that was a trait seemingly common of most of the 'big boys'; it's difficult to instill fear within them.
"Damn.." The Seventh Day has other problems though, with Sakura suddenly unleashing psycho hell against the entier party; she's hardly angry, in fact it brightens her mood considerably, and she's forced to slip behind the tree she rested against and drops into a crouch. THe blast seems to be enough to knock it over though, and she ends up clumsily having to get out of the way of that as well.
Yep there's definatly a war going on in the background, and much like Alex and Megumi, the Thailand Forces are doing a great job of gaining the upper hand!

Yeah, those Thailand forces are rockin' out! ... Which doesn't bode well for Sakura and Douyoubi, come to think of it!
... Nor does the sight of Alex suddenly rushing =through= her Psycho Hadouken, buffeting him back somewhat, not not totally staying his assault. The Shadaloo agent springs up, but isn't able to get out of the way of Alex, and gets =slam= =slam= =slammed= in the head, knocked into an instant daze from the blistering series of attacks! She staggers backwards, leaning against a tree for balance.
And it's juuuuust about then that the helicopters move into position. Two EH-101 choppers adorned with the Shadaloo logo hover a good distance away, unloading rockets indiscriminately into the area! *PFFFOOOO!* *PFFOOOO!* It's absolute MAYHEM here as the rockets explode across the trees, churning up... tons... and tons of... =smoke?=

"You should thank... your radio..." mumbles Sakura as she staggers through the hazy smoke, nearly unconscious. Emerging right beside Douyoubi, she wraps the older woman's arm about her shoulder, looking up to the sky. Sure enough... there's a rope ladder dangling by, which Sakura makes a point of grabbing. Escaping by helicopter is a lousy way to make an exit, she considers, but better to live and strike another day...
Douyoubi and Sakura may have failed, but that means a success for the Thailand defense forces... right? Well, those tanks sure don't stand a chance, now that they've had holes blown into them...
"Jeez! Kid! Heads up!" Alex is miraculously still on his feet after the combined psychic and psycho assault -- just in time for rockets to start coming up. Tossing Sakura away, Alex yells back -- to the forces of evil in general. "Tell your boss I'm coming for him. Tell him he'd better get ready!" Alex says, burning running backwards and away from the sudden rain of rockets. "We've gotta get out of here--C'mon, hard part's over, let the boys in green handle this end."
Megumi stands up just before the rockets start firing, expecting a conflagaration to begin. When it turns out to be just smoke, she tries to get a view on who's retreating, and....can't very well track Sakura. With a frustrated yell, Megumi starts to forcefully calm down and look toward the others...there will be wounds to tend to, almost certainly. But Alex gets some particular attention, both in trying to figure out if he's okay - his bluster suggests 'more or less' is the answer - and to remark, "...It's not just cutting off the head, the 'boss'. I really hope we can help the rest of them, along with that...and...quit calling me kid, would you? 'Pink' is fine if you need a nickname..."
"Either way--We're out of here!" Alex says. There's about to be a whole lot of exploding going on when the two forces meet up wholesale, which is probaby why Alex is running. In the direction of the fighting, that is.
