NFG Season One - Sunshine City R1 - Coco vs Sarah

[Toggle Names]

Description: Coco and Sarah square off in the Noise Factory, one of Sunshine City's most famous hotspots back in the nineties. With the NFG's premier club appreciator facing the NFG's premier fighting disc jockey, who will be able to keep up the dance the longest? Guest starring Hawksley and Captain Morgan!

It's the Noise Factory... wait, a factory for manufacturing noises?

No, it's a place for people to get down and have a good time! Partying, music, drinks, and fun fun fun! It's one of those places you want to go to have a good time and party, and where there's a party, there's likely to be music played by a disk jockey.

DJ Supernova is here, but surprisingly she's not here to lay down the beat. Instead, she's having one of her apprentices do that, because she's the star of the fight! With her baseball cap tightly atop her head and that signature smile on her face, the Capoeirista comes running in quickly to the sound of 'Get This Party Started!'

After arriving in the club, much to the applause of those already there, Sarah picks up a microphone and says, "Hello, ladies and gentlemen! This is DJ Supernova here, and I'm gonna put on a show for you in more ways than one! While my apprentice handles the music, I'll be putting on a show of my fighting skills for all of you! I hope you have fun!" With that, Sarah begins to do some light warming up and stretching as she waits for her opponent. All the while, that signature smile still remains on her face as she keeps an optimistic outlook about this battle.

Meanwhile, backstage, Coco has just finished squeezing into her outfit and is bending down to make sure that her black footwraps are comfortable when someone knocks on the door to tell her that the fight is on in less than five minutes.

"Okay, cheers! I'm ready! Just let me say goodbye to my bearcat - oi! Morgie! Come back here!"

* * * * *

Almost as soon as DJ Supernova makes her presence known, a bearcat wearing a bucket hat scurries out between the legs of the dancers on the periphery of the checkered dancefloor. It seems to look around in confusion before making a beeline for the bar, where it clambers up onto a stool and looks at the stunned bartender expectantly.

"Morgie! They'll only give you treats if you wait for mummy!" Coco calls as she steps out of a cloud of dry ice, her pearlescent purple bikini top and daringly high-cut matching microshorts shimmering in the light and sending the reflective glow of the illumination scattering around the room. She's wearing a pair of black fingerless kickboxing gloves that match the tape footwraps around her feet, and sets of LED glow bracelets in rainbow pastels dangle on each of her wrists. Her purple hair is worn up in a high ponytail with a black scrunchie in preparation for the fight. Her music - N.E.X.T. by Kamikaze - kicks in a few seconds after she makes herself known, and she looks almost surprised for a second before recovering and smiling as she waves to the club.

"Hiya! It's me, Coco! Clear the floor, please!"

As the officials make sure that the designated fighting space is clear of dancers, Coco saunters over to her place.

"God, these are riding - oh, hello, DJ Supernova!"

Coco's grimace turns into a smile as she spots Sarah stretching.

"I've been so looking forward to meeting you! What better place for us to fight, right?! Shall we have a dance party after?"

Coco takes up her position and throws out a couple of practice jabs and kicks to limber up as Captain Morgan is served an orange juice and the fighters await the bell.

As Sarah gets up from finishing her stretches, she spots Coco and her smile grows even wider as she recognizes her opponent. "Hi there, Coco! So, you're a fan of mine too?" She can't help but giggle at how excited she is to meet a fan of hers. "I always love meeting my fans, and you're right, this is definitely the perfect place to meet up!"

Taking off her baseball cap to adjust it briefly, Sarah gives Coco a chance to see her blonde hair, which has a boyish touch to it and explains why people sometimes mistake her for a boy. After adjusting her cap and putting it back on, Sarah does a brief twirl in place before smiling again.

"A dance party, huh? That would be quite fun!" She giggles again. "Either way, I'm sure this is gonna be an amazing fight!" Sarah gets into the ginga and starts to move from side to side. As she does so, she looks up at Coco and adds, "And by the way, you can call me Sarah if you like." She smiles.

"Well, I would say you can call me Constance, but I think everyone prefers Coco!" Constance Louise Coalbridge offers as she finishes her warm-ups and raises one knee and both hands in a Muay Thai stance. As both fighters adopt their respective styles, an electronic bell rings out over the music before it resumes its pounding beat. Coco takes this signal to advance on her opponent, taking the initiative to throw out a couple of quick jabs toward the DJ's head to try and force an opening to clinch, trying to grapple a hand behind Sarah's neck to establish control of the clinch before sweeping her swiftly toward the floor!

"I like Coco better," Sarah says with a smile, still maintaining her ginga as the bell rings, indicating the fight has begun. "Time to rock and roll!" Sarah calls out excitedly.

Watching her opponent carefully and wondering what she'll do first, Sarah's eyes are focused as Coco comes in with the flurry of jabs. Fast as they might be, Sarah is just a bit quicker on the draw. The girl drops down just in time to avoid being hit, and then performs a backwards somersault to give herself a little extra distance. From there, she gets back onto her feet and starts the ginga again.

"That was pretty impressive!" Sarah says with a smile. "I'm interested in seeing what else you're capable of!" For now, it's time to show Coco what Sarah is capable of! She does a brief gesture with her hands as if focusing her chi into them, and then shoots forth a projectile that loosely resembles a butterfly, aimed right at Coco.

"Oh my God. So pretty." Coco's hands press against the sides of her cheeks as she gawks at the projectile flying toward her. Fortunately for her, she maintains the presence of mind to bring her hands up to catch the butterfly, dissipating it against her gloves before shaking them out and raising her guard up once again.

"I am well jell," she calls out over the music as she starts to subconsciously groove to the rhythm of the track, her hips gyrating slowly in the air as she focuses - trying to draw forth some sort of feeling from within. Surely, if others of her experience level can generate that kind of energy, she should be able to, to?

For the moment, no such flashy display is forthcoming - unless one counts the bouncing of her pearlescent bikini casting glints of light around the area. She exhales softly before smiling a challenge.

"Alright. Let's see what else you can do! Come at me, love!" she calls out, beckoning with one of her gloves as she holds her position, continuing to groove to the song.

COMBATSYS: Coco gathers her will.

There's nothing like a little music to really get you focused on your right, and when you're doing Capoeira, it goes together like peanut butter and jelly. Even though her opponent blocked her attack, Sarah is still optimistic about this fight and she's still got that signature smile on her face.

"Oh yeah, I've got a lot more in store!" Sarah's really eager to show Coco what she's capable of. "Capoeira is one of those styles that has more than you think!" With that, Sarah does a cartwheel towards Coco, intent on using the motion to deliver a strike with her bare foot. It's not powerful, but rather intended to show her skills.

It's true that there is more to Capoeira than Coco realises - especially considering that her ken of combat is fairly limited beyond her own experience of hanging out around Muay Thai camps, soaking up knowledge along with the sunshine (as well as the views of topless, muscular men). She looks slightly uncertain as Sarah starts cartwheeling toward her, shifting her hands to protect her head - and as she does, the falling foot collides with her kickboxing gloves. The stylish blow rebounds from her guard, and she smiles with some small self-assurance.

"Very cool. I've never tried a cartwheel before!" Coco claims as she swings her left leg up and around in a pose that flaunts her bodily control, then unloads it into a straight kick aimed at Sarah's midsection.

Following up the kick, she throws out a quick left jab and combos into a right cross, maintaining her high guard as she aims to soften her opponent up with redoubled energy.

Hawksley is raging. Not only did Zog show up at his match and support his Team Frost opponent, Ayala, just because he has some dumb crush on her, he also then made an appearance on the very bus the Irishman was riding and announced he was looking for Bryan Storm to support him! Jesus, that ogre has a nerve.

When he reached the bar recommended to him by the bus driver, Hawksley had set about making short work of a couple of pints of the black stuff. He'd chatted for a while with a Scottish couple visiting Sunshine City on vacation and then with the batender, who'd told him his cousin had once been to Ireland back in the nineties. After that he'd been planning to call it a night, when he spotted the sign for the Noise Factory. He'd heard that name somewhere before. Then it came to him, it was where Coco and Sarah were having their fight, that very night.

As he makes his way into the club, he realises he's by far the most underdressed here. Wearing his light grey hoody and sweatpants, along with his Nike sneakers and carrying a sports bag with dirty jeans inside, he's hardly dancefloor ready. No doubt Coco will comment on it, if she happens to spot him in the crowd.

As he makes his way across the hot and sweaty room, the music pulses and the beat pounds in his ears. He has to push past a path of people who are gathered around to watch the girls in action. When he finally manages to reach the front, he's just in time to see Sarah dodging a killer kick and jab and cross combo from Coco.

"Better luck next time, Pops" he yells out, his Cork accent somehow cutting through the thumping bassline of the dance track the DJ is playing.

Another spectator? Cool! Sarah doesn't mind Hawksley stopping by to spectate, after all the more the merrier!

What makes Sarah feel even better is the fact that she manages to effortlessly knock away Coco's attacks, which seems to give her a slight boost in her ability. "That was still a good try!" Sarah says cheerfully. "You've got a lot of potential, I can sense it in you!" She grins and gives a thumbs up before returning to the ginga to keep the battle going.

Once Sarah's back in the rhythm, she proceeds to take a few running steps before dropping into a ground somersault, rolling towards Coco. Once she gets close enough, Sarah attempts to pop upwards out of her roll with an uppercut!

At first, the purple-haired pugilist duking it out on the dancefloor doesn't detect the arrival of the Irish pain in her posterior, thanks to his nondescript clothing, the noise of the club and the intensity of the fight, even if it's just warming up. It's when he calls out 'Better luck next time' in the midst of her kick-and-jab combination that she purses her lips and allows her silver eyes to steal a glance his way before looking pointedly back to her opponent.

"It's not confidential, I've got potential," she sing-songs sabulously as she bounces on her feet and holds her guard steady while swinging her hips side-to-side hypnotically, her tail turned toward her Team Blaze counterpart. Humming the tune to a killer track that mismatches the one playing overhead, she watches the somersault in her direction as though Sarah were an approaching snake. When the rising uppercut launches toward her chin, she suddenly swings her hip aggressively into the side of Sarah's arm, knocking the uppercut off-course as her upper body leans away from the attack. A grin appears on her face as self-assurance swells inside, and she looks back over her shoulder again at Hawksley to stick her tongue out at him in a preemptive strike, certain that he'll be taking credit for her display of defensive acumen sooner or later.

Then, swinging around, the Muay Thai practitioner suddenly snaps out her elbow in what could be considered a rather vicious shot toward the side of Sarah's head!

"Look lively, love!"

So Sarah's attack goes out of the way. How unfortunate for her.

Even more unfortunate is the fact there's an elbow aimed at the side of her head.

What's really unfortunate? Sarah gets hit in the side of her head.

The blonde-haired disk jockey is knocked to the side, causing her to cry out as she rubs the side of her head briefly, expressing her pain silently with a few 'ow ow ow' movements on her face. After that, she looks at Coco and nods a little. "Nicely done, you caught me off guard there!" She smiles. "Seems I do need to look lively!"

Sarah advances in the ginga, attempting to rush in and grapple with Coco before delivering a simple Capoeira-styled throw to the ground.

Watching the Team Blaze British babe's bouncing butt, Hawksley feels his rage release and soon the smile is back on his face. Apparently all he needed was some fighting fun to fix his fury.

It's the first chance he's had to see a match by the Mancunian miss live and the Irishman finds her rhythmic style of interest. As Coco's swaying hips smack into Sarah, his dark eyes connect with the Chelsea girl's and his own tongue mimics her gesture. "Good to see your lucky charm is working" he yells, pointing at his own chest.

His claim is right on cue for the Capoeira figher to connect with Coco and throw her to the ground.

There's almost a momentary twinge of guilt on Coco's face when her elbow lands clean. The empathic part of her imagines the horror she'd feel herself at getting hit in the head. It was more a reflexive use of a tool that Muay Thai has put in her kit than a conscious choice. Perhaps she's becoming a bit of a fighter after all - and she's not sure whether or not she should be happy about that.

The low grapple from Sarah catches her slightly off-guard, and though she struggles in the wrestling confrontation to try and take it over and break the clinch, she ends up flipped over, her legs kicking in the air and a squeal coming out of her before she gracelessly hits the ground on her shoulders.

"Bugger," she groans as she curls her limbs up like an overturned insect to protect her body and face. "You're right on time, Lucky," she shouts over the music before rolling backward and up to her feet. She quickly lunges back in to close the gap, throwing herself into a right-handed Superman punch at Sarah's upper body before swinging her shapely left leg up in a swift kick at Sarah's side!

Sarah did well with her offensive tactics, but her defense requires a bit of a switch up it seems. She thinks she can avoid Coco's incoming attacks, but she mistimes her effort at avoiding the incoming strike. She gets hit twice, leaving her in a bit of pain. "Owww... bollocks..." Sarah mutters, rubbing at her side and her face as she grits her teeth a little. "I really let myself get careless there."

Slapping her face a couple of times, Sarah looks up at Coco, who's a bit too close for comfort. "Trying to get personal?" She shakes her head. "I'm afraid that's not the best of ideas!" With that, the disk jockey launches into a sudden back flip, bringing one of her legs upwards in an upwards kick as she performs her acrobatic technique.

Traditional kickboxing technique would suggest that Coco should be keeping close to the capoeirista to cut off her ability to kick; clinching and clobbering is the domain of Muay Thai. Coco is hesitant to commit fully, though, not confident enough to consider the close quarters a comfort zone.

Fortunately for her, the guarded stance she keeps gives her ample time to detect the incoming kick, and she blocks with both gloves, causing Sarah's foot to pound against the synthetic leather and drive her guard into her chest. Her bust bounces with the impact, then swells as she tries to draw the air that's just escaped her back in through her nostrils.

"It's not personal! It's just fighting!" she declares as she swings her right leg up and into the chamber, her skintight shorts straining against her hips as she coils up for another kick - and then, suddenly, she's unloading on Sarah, rapid-fire kicks flying high and low at Sarah's face and legs, alternating swiftly between roundhouse and snap kicks. She's not as sharp or lightning-fast as some of the more notorious kick artists, like Tia Langray, but she's at least doing her idol some degree of justice, and certainly showing some power for a rookie-class fighter.

"Of course it's fighting," Sarah says as she moves from side to side in the ginga. "It's what this is all about!" The blonde-haired disk jockey is watching Coco carefully, trying to anticipate what's going to happen.

Almost like it's instinct, Sarah jumps to the side just as Coco attempts to launch the flurry of kicks. "Where'd you learn that, from Chun-Li?" She asks in a somewhat serious manner. "That was pretty good actually."

Dropping down quickly, Sarah pushes herself onto the palm of her hand and proceeds to spin around fast, first attempting to strike Coco with her upper foot, and then once again with the lower foot. "Round and round and round she goes! Where she stops, nobody knows!"

"What? No! I came up with that move myself!" Coco claims of her cascade of kicks, frowning slightly as she feels the burn in her thighs from her effort. "I mean, I may have been inspired by Tia Langray's Guide to Muay Thai Mastery, but everyone knows her Mirage Kick is definitely an original innovation!"

It definitely isn't. It's totally stolen from Chun-Li. Coco's L.I.T., AKA Legs In Thousands, AKA Long Island Tea, is a copy of a copy. Nevertheless, it still looks pretty hot.

The breakdancing-like spin that Sarah lashes out with catches Coco off-guard as the club-loving kickboxer tries to cover up high and then low, a little too slow with each attempt. She stumbles backward, flinching from the kicks to her chest and legs. By now, a faint sheen of sweat is glistening off of Coco's exposed skin, causing her to shine nearly as brightly as her shorts and top under the club's lights. Breathing heavily, she brings her gloves back up into guard and steadies her stance.

"I wish I had those moves! I mean, I can hold those sorts of poses, but trying to do them in the middle of a fight...!"

Actually, Coco thinks, maybe she could borrow that kind of idea. She pictures herself doing an inverted split kick or breakdancing spin. Maybe she could borrow some general concepts? It worked for her idol. Maybe she could even learn how to do a flying uppercut.

Feeling energized by the creativity running through her head, Coco starts to shift her weight from foot to foot, bouncing at the knees, her hips following suit, and she grins behind her gloves.

"Okay! What else have you got, darling?"

COMBATSYS: Coco gathers her will.

Hawksley winces on Coco's behalf when Sarah's kicks land. His teammate is managing to keep her composure though, despite her balance being rocked by the dancing disc jockey.

"Kick her arse and any other part of her you can reach, Pops" he encourages the party loving, purple haired posh girl.

A chuckling sound joins his call and the Irishman feels his furry friend, Morgy circling his ankles. "Alright there little fella" he greets the bearcat. "Do you need a better view?"

He lifts the creature into his arms and positions him so he can watch the action unfold from his new elevated position. "Loving the hat, by the way."

"Oh, I've got a lot more in store," Sarah says as she returns to her fighting stance, watching and waiting for Coco to take her next action. For a moment, it seems like Coco's not doing anything, but it seems she's trying to get herself worked up. Realizing that this could be a critical moment, Sarah takes action as well.

"I've got more surprises in store than even I most likely realize I have!" Sarah's smile still remains as if she's even getting herself worked up over this. She continues moving in the ginga, albeit with her tempo sped up slightly as if she, too, is trying to get herself deeper into this fight.

COMBATSYS: Sarah focuses on her next action.

As Sarah starts to dance in her ginga even more intensely, but doesn't yet come in to strike, Coco hesitates for a moment, uncertain of what to make of the DJ's present pacifistic posture. Something about the lack of aggression makes her wonder whether she would be venturing into a trap if she were to go on the offensive here herself. She hears Hawksley encouraging her and smiles a half-smile, the corner of her lips quirking upward. After all, his presence serves as a reminder that, it's that If there's one thing she's confident in, it's playing mind games.

"Alright, then, love! Come on! I'm up for the lucky dip! Or are you just scared of what's in your package?"

She relaxes her stance - the first time that she has in a fight, really - and pivots at the waist, cocking her own scantily-clad left hip and giving it a playful smack, presenting a cheeky challenge to the Mancunian dance floor warrior before making a beckoning gesture with her glove.

"Ready to play?"

COMBATSYS: Coco focuses on her next action.

"Me? Scared?" Sarah chuckles at that. "I don't know the meaning of the word!" She spins around briefly as if to indicate she means what she says. "I'm just itching to see what you've got in store too, you know!" Sarah spins around before returning to the ginga as she advances on Coco once again. "This fight is far from over, I'll have you know!"

Then she suddenly breaks into a sprint, before dropping down suddenly as she attempts to perform what could be considered the equivalent of a sliding tackle on Coco. The difference here is that there are no fouls or bookings, meaning what matters is whether Sarah collides or not. "Yaaah!"

The sliding football tackle that Sarah's attempting on Coco would perhaps surprise her were she not expecting the unexpected by this point. Her standard stance would make such an assault difficult to block against. Accordingly, she improvises, dropping her hips down with the grace with which only a veteran clubber could without hitting the floor with her hands or arse. Balanced on bent knees, she brings her hands down to block Sarah's sliding kick. The defensive tactic isn't without its sacrifice in terms of balance and pain - as much from making that move in such tight shorts as from the foot colliding with her palms - but she recovers from it quickly, trying to catch hold of Sarah's shoulders with her hands to pull her into a clinch. From the slightly more elevated position, she aims to snap an elbow over Sarah's guard and into her face to disorient her, then swings her hips while rising, attempting to smack them into Sarah's face as well, using a variant of her signature technique to try and establish a dominant stance!

Unfortunately, Coco is good at playing defense against a good sliding tackle. No bookings here, although compared to what happens next, that might not be a good thing entirely.

Coco manages to penetrate Sarah's defense, leaving her vulnerable to what happens next. The girl is knocked around and then tossed onto the ground, leaving her writhing in pain for a moment, although she seems a bit more embarrassed than hurt by her slip-up there. "Owww... oh bloody hell.." She mutters before slowly getting back onto her feet and into the ginga again.

"Caught me good, I have to admit that," Sarah says, still smiling despite having just having had her bluff called in a sense. "Seems even I have my weaknesses!" The girl adjusts her hat and shakes her head. "Nevertheless, I'm not going down just yet!" With that, Sarah drops into a handstand, and it looks like she's just standing on her hands for a moment?

Then she suddenly pushes off of her hands as she pulls her arms in as she spins around while flying feet first at Coco, attempting to deliver a sudden come-from-behind attack! (hopefully)

Coco steps back after the hip-smack she hit Sarah with, glancing over her shoulder toward Hawksley with a self-assured smile before looking back toward the DJ with a more serious expression, shifting her weight in her Muay Thai stance and bringing her fists up.

"No doubt, darling. I'll be sure to knock you properly senseless before I assume I've won!" she declares as she subconsciously continues to dance to the music. When Sarah launches herself into the air, though, Coco's silver eyes flash with surprise. "Oh, bollocks!" she shouts, moving with sudden speed at the last moment to correct her defenses and block high against the drilling kick from her competitor.

"Right then! If you're feeling saucy..."

She suddenly lunges into clinch with Sarah when she recovers, swinging her legs up to lock around the DJ's waist. If she manages to do so, she'll add:

"...then let's get sexy!"

That ominous phrase precedes a backflip of Coco's own, aiming to use her legs and hips to slam Sarah onto her back beneath her. If she succeeds, she'll then start raining down punches and elbow shots on Sarah's head and upper body. For a party-prioritizing princess, the purple-haired pugilist has an absolutely vicious fighting style - such is the Art of Eight Limbs.

(Or ten limbs, if you add hips to fists, feet, knees and elbows.)

"You sure that's appropriate?" Sarah asks when she hears the word 'sexy' being used. "Well, it is a nightclub after all!" The girl watches as Coco comes at her, and Sarah remains in her ginga, watching carefully and steadily as Coco comes at her.

Then comes the backflip...

...And Sarah manages to avoid the incoming attack at the last second, bringing her arms and legs up to knock away any impending attacks that come at her. How did she do that? It's almost like she was faster than light!

"Nice effort, I'll give you that!" Sarah grins a little. "But I think it's time we wound down, don't you think?" With that, Sarah attempts to deliver a cartwheel, aiming to strike Coco with her feet in an attempt to stun her. From there, she intends to use her spinning kick from before, done slightly faster with the intent at bringing Coco down to her level, and then finishing with a rising uppercut infused with her chi!

As the action accelerates, Hawksley feels his pulse quicken. He has an urge to get between the battling babes, but this isn't his brawl to be in. The music seems to match their movements, as if it's been carefully choreograped by the club to fit their groove.

His lip quirks at the mention of Coco being up for the lucky dip. He could make a smartass comment in response, but for now he's more concerned with watching and waiting to see what she does.

When she invites Sarah to come at her, he finds himself leaning in closer, just in time to get a clear view of the DJ attempting a tackle worthy of Fabinho. Coco's dancefloor diligence ensures she escapes the worst of it, though her snug shorts seem to be feeling the strain.

When the London lass launches into her skillful assault, he lets out a cheer. He's got nothing against the Northerner, but Team Blaze all the way!

His eyes meet Coco's as she turns to look at him and her smile is greeted with a cheeky grin of his own. Her invitation to get sexy is sadly not aimed at him, but he's satisfied to watch the show. Alas for the kickboxer, it doesn't quite go as scheduled.

The backflip backfires as Sarah slips away from the lethal looking limb attacks. She then hits back with an eyecatching cartwheel display, followed by an uppercut he'd have been proud of himself.

"Shite" Hawksley mutters, fearing for his flirty teammate.

As blow after blow is deflected, a look of ever-increasing consternation crosses Coco's features. "Why won't you blood well let me hit you?!" she whines as she fails to find purchase, until Sarah manages to escape her clutches straight into a cartwheel kick, sending Coco staggering backward. Despite her attempt to reset her defenses, the spinning drill attack penetrates her guard, smashing between her knees and gloves to crash into her stomach. The flying energized uppercut collides with Coco's chin, sending her nearly to the ceiling before she crashes down hard on the club floor.

"Oh, God, this is so much worse when I'm not drunk," Coco says groggily as she struggles to peel her ass and elbows off of the sticky surface. Rising to her feet, she wipes away blood from her lip, then draws a deep breath into her chest before huffing it out.

"You can wind down if you want, love, but I've still got a party left in me!" she declares. "And if you thought that was inappropriate, then let me show you how they do it in Koh Phangan!"

With insane sudden speed, Coco strikes forward with a lead jab into right cross, then aims a follow-up knee at Sarah's midsection. Continuing her assault if she can, she'll raise her hands to her hair as if striking a pose, but it's only an eccentric interlude before she'll slam her bent elbows forward, twisting her upper body to deliver the strikes while keeping her head guarded. If she's successful, she'll then try to grab hold of Sarah and force her over double, then rush a series of knee-strikes to the DJ's head, intent on knocking her senseless. If she makes it to this point successfully, she'll spin around to face the crowd and give another smack to her own hips with her left hand while raising her right in the air, before slamming her bottom backward and upward, jumping to try and booty-smash Sarah to the ground.

COMBATSYS: Coco successfully hits Sarah with Full Moon Party.

Looks like Sarah's taken one hit too many...

The girl stumbles around a bit after taking the initial blows, then finds herself down on the ground, looking a bit worse for the wear.

"Oh... bollocks..." Sarah starts to get up but it's obvious she's having some trouble. "Looks like... I really blew it this time..." Despite this, there's still that smile on her face. "Was still a good fight though!" She smiles at Coco and gives a weak thumbs up. "Let's spar again... sometime?"

As Sarah falls forward, she attempts to strike Coco one last time before falling flat on her face.

COMBATSYS: Sarah can no longer fight.

The punch from Sarah lands flush against Coco's gloves, the scarcely-swing blocked with relative ease by the kickboxer. Though the defense is simple enough, it appears to take the last of Coco's energy; her shoulders slump and her head tilts back as she spends seconds just breathing and staring glossily into the middle distance. The MC presently on duty announces over the sound system: "C-C-C-COCO WINS!"

"Oh, yay!" Coco says as life returns to her features, clapping her hands together and lifting her right heel in the air in a classic cutesy pose. Captain Morgan takes this as his cue to make a dancefloor dash to his caretaker's feet and clamber all the way up to her shoulders, causing her to scrunch her face up at the sensation of claws in her flesh before smiling once the binturong has settled like a furry boa across her shoulders.

"Go Team Blaze!"

COMBATSYS: Coco takes no action.

COMBATSYS: Coco has ended the fight here.

Hawksley watches the bucket hat wearing bearcat leap from his arms, as he rushes to celebrate with the Chelsea girl.

"That was bloody brilliant" the Cork County fella compliments Coco. "I particularly enjoyed the parts where you bashed her with your backside."

He runs a finger over the female fighter's face, tracing the shape of her bleeding lip, before smearing the red liquid over her cheek. "Would you look at the state of you" he taunts. "Coming in a club with your face all messy. I can't take you anywhere."

"Funny that you seem so keen on it now, yet you were so unreceptive when I was trying to use those moves on you before," Coco says to Hawksley with a smirk as she reaches back to undo the ponytail that she had her hair in for the fight and let her metallic purple tresses fall around her glistening shoulders. When he reaches out to smear the blood from her lip over her cheek, the smirk disappears, replaced by a deeply displeased scowl that narrows her silver eyes.

"Ugh, Lucky! You wanker! They're going to be taking photos, aren't they?!"

She starts trying to wipe away the red liquid from her face, which only seems to be making the situation worse. "Ugh! You always have to ruin my good moods, Lucky! I'm going to the toilets to sort this before anyone starts doing publicity!"

She reaches out to rub the melange of fluid and makeup she's managed to wipe away across Hawksley's own cheek. "Oh, look. You're going to have to get sorted in the toilets, too." She cocks her hips and huffs before sauntering off toward the restrooms - with a glance over her shoulder and a raspberry thrown Hawksley's way.

Coco's rapid revenge only adds to the dark haired man's delight. When she swans off, Hawskley sidles up to Captain Morgan to comment on the purple haired princess.

"She loves it really" he remarks, making no attempt to clean himself up in the bathroom. As he's recognised by a fighting fan, he's fine to pose for a picture. Blusher, blood and binturong included.
