You might not have realized it was locked before, but Ratio 2.0 is now unlocked for NFG participants. When ratioing up to 2.0, NFG fighters will receive a refund of bonus AP based on surcharges for abilities and traits bought at Ratio 1.X beyond the baseline of 9 ability ranks and 2 traits. This will effectively mean that points will have been spent as if the character had been Ratio 2.X all along. If you're not sure what this means, don't worry! Staff will handle the math.
