Description: Amongst the chaos, Igniz infiltrates into the Taiyo Auditorium. Inside are two fighters that are unwilling to let him have what he wishes. Igniz seeks to raze the ground of the troubles and destroy whatever he is capable of in turn. The kids, the defends and everyone would be perverted by Igniz's ill will if something is not done. There are time for stands of the great calibur.
Welcome to the Auditorium of doom. Attackers to the school, and kids looking for safety come in .. BUT THEY NEVER CHECK OUT.
This is probably due to the combined efforts of those terrible campers, Vanessa and Gan Isurugi. It is quite spacious, and while not fully enclosed, it is not terribly hard to keep an eye out for those who would dare cause trouble around it, or in it.
The kids are within the middle, resting, spread out and just taking it easy. They have had it hard enough - some of the fighters are to protect them, and their lives have been effected enough. That they have had to come here to seek shelter and safety is more than should be forced onto them.
There are also more than a few tied down assailants who have made the mistake of trying to make it in. They aren't being let out.
"They keep trying to get in..." Gan speaks to the woman who is within earshot, but where exactly, unknown. "Hopefully.. this will not attract attention. The last dome I was in brought more." It could have even been the same one. "They had not taken it before, but if they keep tossing forces at it ... they still won't get by."
A groan from an assailant.
"Hahaha... Hopefully we can keep it up longer than they can, eh?" Gan grins, rolling his shoulders, grasping the belt on his waist and hooking his massive thumbs around it. "They're giving us a bit of fun with these guys .."
But could it stay that way forever?!
Assailants constently make their presence known through their rude antics and terrible manners. Not all of the attacks are what they seem to be however. A large wave of NESTS men have ventured themselves close enough to have given Gan and Vanessa their undivided attention. Enough for others to sneak in.
This particular man is Igniz, Lord of NESTS.
Even with Gan and Vanessa's watchful nature, Igniz is a cameleon in the setting. However, he should stand out given his presence. This is not true in this particular case. As soon as the men had the door open Igniz moved quickly, shifting all of his chi at once to imitate teleporation.
Igniz now moves like a wolf in sheeps cloathing, his robe hung about his frame heavily. His grin was most wide for this particular occasion. Clad in armor and robe he mulls about, the dark viridian-gray attuning to his own figure.
"Yes... let us have a great deal of fun." Igniz begins, the cloaked man raising his head to show blonde hair amongst his figure. His grin is touched finely by the iridescent lights that shine down upon him. A fake sun to a fake god.
"You think that you are safe in this false temple, but his touch has got even in here, the most ravenous, decadent pit of hellspawn." Igniz declares. The man stands rather eerily, almost floating.
Vanessa has had a rough time of it. She defended the YFCC - and that didn't work out. She tried to hunt down some leads in SOuthtown's seedier bars, and got jumped by a NESTS assassin for her trouble. At least she's got some useful information out of the former, and beat the crap out of the latter.
Now she is here, among the students, arms crossed low, across her belly, and leaning against a wall monitoring the doors. Her eyes are intense, despite her carefree reputation. "Fun, huh," Vanessa quips, arcing an eyebrow up at Gan. "Well, that's one way to look at it."
Her eyes narrow, and she rolls her neck. "I know these guys. What they want to do to these kids...I've seen the results. It's nothing pretty."
Another swarm comes in, and Vanessa acts fast - a sudden body blow, and then darting to the next with a punch to the chin strong enough to sned him toppling over. And then he's there - standing inside, too fast.
"Fu--" Vanessa spits out, shooting in - suddenly, interposing herself between Igniz and the children. She tries to stop herself from just launching into him immediately. "IGNIZ!" she shouts, dropping right into fighting stance. "Like hell you're getting through here, go crawl back under the rock you were born under!"
Big talk. She's never beat him - never even close. But...
She has to fight. This just got bad.
"I'm just looking at the good.. it might be able to stay this way .. we should be grateful..." But then Vanessa goes onto note that what these people do - they do it badly and without care of what exactly they end up with. "Then they just will not get their hands on them." Gan notes, shaking his head, before - it happens.
The men at the door rush in, as Vanessa takes care of a few, Gan grabs two of them, smashing them together before tossing them away, and then striking another with the palm of his fist so hard that they are launched away.
This doesn't actually help, now, that Igniz has managed to arrive within - bypassing all security, alarms, and acts of fist vindication. This will be rectified. Gan stares at the man, his grin, his robe, and his HAIR. There is something wrong about him to Gan. More-so than usual. Armoring. Suit. All of it.
"The kids aren't looking happy to see you." The Gedo kid, himself, speaks, massive as he is - and looking down on Igniz, of all things. Vanessa seems to react badly to him - and Gan looks over. She's not exactly taking nice to him, as Vanessa moves in between. Vanessa has a name for him - and she's speaking to him, claiming he should go crawl back under a rock. TIME TO BE THAT ROCK.
Gan takes off like a shot.
"Maybe not safe anymore..." Gan grunts, as his sandals rip into the turf. "But it'll be SOON!" All surprise lost, the Gedo Giant lowers his shoulder as he goes to crash into Igniz, shoulder lowered as he simply intends to bowl into the 'God', and to knock him off his pedestal.
"Let's see YOU GET THROUGH THIS!"

Igniz is reknowned it seems. Even as he makes his presence known, Vanessa and Gan immediately whip into the rescue. The god of NESTS spends no time mindlessly wailing about, his armor switching and cloak sucked in, reforming itself to a cape and the jet black armor that hangs impressively about the figure of the god of NESTS.
Not a moment too soon, either, as Gan slams into Igniz's figure harshly, the god of NESTS raising a forcefield if only to ward off Gan from getting any closer, the four shields pushing against even his impressive abilities.
"I am afraid you are mistaken. It does not matter what resistance you attempt to give." Igniz exclaims, his eyes turning towards Vanessa. "Ah... hello there. I am afraid I didn't see you. I am glad we could meet again, Vanessa. How are you doing?" Igniz asks, casually and nonchaliently.
His attention swiftly returns towards Gan as moves, his cape raising to life as it bites forward, cutting towards Gan's features in a positively deadly assault. Should the cape catch, Gan will find his features thrown skyward being cut along the edges with a terrible, white chi.
No silly nicknames from Vanessa today: "Pretty buzzed after trashing your assassin, bastard!" She clenches one fist, demonstratively. "Who was that, anyway? Something about butterflies. You think you can send a field scientist after me and expect to get something but her busted ass back!?" She gets ready to charge in, adding, "As for the kids...I'll tear you apart for their sakes, right now!"
And then she's there - charging in, with that alarming speed that for anyone else would be a serious problem, and for Igniz is perhaps just a cute trick, slamming a fist toward him at top speed.

Gan smashes into the forcefield, but is warded off, his body crashing against it, beating against it, before being tossed aside. The shields do not break - but Gan refuses to give up - and yet, Gan is struck by the cape - the biting edges, burning with chi, tossing the giant upwards and backwards. There is nothing good about this.
"RAAAgggghhh!" Gan is tossed aside like so much cut timber, crashing onto his back, falling, landing, rolling to a stop from the force. The chi bites into him. The cape makes it that much worse. Gan doesn't simply stand a chance.
"Ghh.. Vanessa.. I think .... I'm not going to last much longer..." Things /just got started/. "But that doesn't mean.. I'm going to give up! No matter what he is .. Or who he is .. he's still going to fall!" The teen crashes forwards with a cry, "RAAAAAAAAAGH!" Both massive, tree like arms attempting to grasp Igniz, as Vanessa punches forwards, before swinging the man oddly, around in a pattern, whipping him if he can get past the burning barrier, spinning him oddly before finally crashing Igniz against the ground, whipping him and his godly nature straight into the earth.
"You aren't ... going to get past us .. TO THEM!" Oh, how wrong he may be.

It was certainly unexpected. Igniz had his eye upon Vanessa mostly, not Gan. Expecting less resistance, Igniz had put much into the way of shifting out of the way of Vanessa as she exploded forward, a punch aimed towards Igniz's godly self with Vanessa tied behind it, coming quickly.
It certainly comes out, jagged and spiked like her words.
Igniz grins, shifting out of it in an instance, but into the way of Gan. How he was missed he was unsure, but the sheer speed at which Gan moved for a man of his stature was mind boggling.
Before he is even able to respond, Igniz finds himself grasped by Gan's massive tree arms, the shields and fields unable to stop the boy from whipping Igniz about as if he was a ragdoll. The heavy suit of armor makes this no more comfortable than anything else, but even worse than it should have been. Igniz finds himself thrust towards the ground, slammed into it as he raises, a crooked grin on his face. Igniz raises once more like a god, beaten and bruised, but still feeling as if he could continue his assault upon the both of them without a second thought.
"Get past you? I haven't even thought of that," Igniz declares, "I would much more prefer going through you..." Igniz states with a rather pointed statement. Turning his attention towards Vanessa, Igniz moves deceptively fast, attempting to bring a powerful punch striking deadly into her figure.

"KID!" Vanessa cries out, as her partner for this defense goes flying. Crap, crap, crap! "Don't...damn it, kid, don't /talk/ like that, least of all in front of this bozo!" She keeps in fighting stance, even as she looks at Igniz with malign intent. "We'll take this guy apart. Just don't let yourself get down!"
And then Gan hurls Igniz hella far, and Vanessa grins...until then he gets back up. Damn!
"I just bet you would!" Vanessa snaps back, throwing her arms up and catching the worst of that punch across the back of her arm. It hurts. But not as much as taking it straight would've. "But I've already told you, you bastard! I won't make it that easy!" she cries, and lunges in - slugging a right hook at Igniz's jaw while he's still nice and close.
Gan manages to get back up - but how long could he continue it!? The Gedo kid manages to get a grip, and afterwards, backs up a bit - looking to Vanessa, he grins alright - "Yeah.. you don't have to worry about that.. we'll get him. Can't let them down. I've already let down too many." Gan rolls his shoulders, glancing over to Vanessa - alright, she's rushing in now, catching the punch, striking back - and he should follow.
He'll make it a bit harder for him, is all.
"I don't think you're going to take care of me .. THAT EASILY! RAAAAAAAAAARGH!" Gan makes sure of it, because he's suddenly launching right back at Igniz, attempting to come from behind, while he is busy with Vanessa, and grasp him. Once more. He really likes to grasp Igniz, it seems, massive tree arms coming to hold him in place for Vanessa first - and then toss Igniz upwards.

It takes a great deal more to cause Igniz to falter. Gan definitely has the strength, there is no doubt. As he rose, he required the very systems that had weighed him down to once more rise. The god of NESTS now had much to deal with, as Gan and Vanessa came at him without losing pace. There was very little room for the god of NESTS to meander his way into and escape.
Gan moves towards Igniz, his features poised to once more grab ahold of the God of NESTS. Both monsterous arms attempt the grab, falling about the armored figure of Igniz because the entire god himself disappears, reappearing closer towards Vanessa.
"Neither do I." Igniz announces, "That is why I will simply let you run yourself down in your attempts." Gan is a larger boy, there is no doubt. Sooner or later the larger man will need to catch his breath. That is when Igniz would strike.
His attention falls upon Vanessa which moves unpredictably as she approaches. Her lunge is met with terrible clarity, the god of NESTS turning towards her the moment of the strike and raising and hand. Poised towards Vanessa, a small ball of chi is produced, hovering mid air before Vanessa approaches close enough before jutting out, aiming to spear her in the stomach and send her rolling backwards.
"I hope you keep your word, Vanessa." Igniz quips, "I despise liars."
Vanessa's plan to clobber Igniz in the face is handily foiled when he shoves a ball of chi into her gut, sending her screaming (quite loudly, actually) backwards...but she refuses to fall. She lands on her feet, half slumped from the pain, tkaing a deep breath. That didn't work out well for anyone. Her eyes dart to Gan as Igniz breezes past him. She has to hope they can just keep hammering him. If Igniz takes them out this school FALLS, and she can't just...let that happen. She tries not to spit a curse. Kids are watching, even though she knows...this is going just as badly as last time. Damn!
"I'll keep my word, Igniz. You remember it, don't you? Maybe not today, or tomorrow...but someday...I'LL KILL YOU!"
And then she moves in again - instantly, covering the distance in a blink and then swinging a punch at Igniz, and then a second, a third and fourth, quick, hard punches, meant to slam Igniz' guard apart, so that when she drops into a weaving position he's too dazed to find her, too dazed to see her--
And won't have any defense left when the uppercut comes.
Gan is unable to keep up - how does Gan manage to fight someone so fast? It's arguable if he even IS able to! Yet, that doesn't stop Gan from trying, that's for sure. As Igniz vanishes, his hands close in on themselves, sliding past each other as he stagers forth a bit, sandals digging into the earth as he has to slow himself up. "Ghh..!"
Looking up, he sees Igniz raise a hand - and the chi swells out, engulfing her and sending her backwards. Oh that scream. OH! That /man/. Whoever he is, Gan's intent is clear. To beat whatever he can out of him, to get his hands around him, again, and crush whatever he can.
There's part of him that people said to let go. Maybe he really should, for once.
"AHAHAH! That's what you want then!?" The giant bellows, cracking his knuckles. "Let me HELP YOU!" Like some kind of gigantic missile, Gan shoots towards Igniz, attempting to come from the other side of him, shoulder leading him, as Gan pushes himself closer towards Igniz, attempting to crash into him before grasping him with both arms and just bending. If he gets ahold of him? It's just laughter.
"AHAH HAHAHAH! This's what you want!!"
The normally nice Gedo student, while a kind, loving soul, doesn't hold well to those who know what they're doing wrong - where words are just worthless.

The god of NESTS had much to deal with. A continous amount of assaults upon the god of NESTS. Vanessa plows forward into Igniz, not willing to falter, not willing to fall. Igniz must deal with such things, especially as Vanessa forces herself, bursting towards Igniz's guard without a second thought.
Four shields rip into existence, fighting to stay alive as the punch delivers a terrible blow to Igniz's armor even through and slowed down. The god of NESTS has no other escape from the predicament and thus took it to escape.
To his misfortune, he could only escape one. Gan was still there. Ignored by Igniz almost entirely, the god of NESTS finds himself without reason to kill the boy off yet. He would, if anything, let him live just for no reason at all. Not until present does it come to Igniz's attention that he will never stop coming. Gan grasps ahold of Igniz, hurled once more towards the side of the auditorium. Igniz is not happy at all. Things must change here and now. There was only a simple way to do that. Utterly destructing the boy known as Gan.
"Oh, it is what I want." Igniz exclaims, his hands grasping a power that only a god could weild as his battlesuit slowly raises him off the ground once more. There would be no mercy for either of them. A ball of power fluctuates in Igniz's palm, aimed to bring it down upon Gan post haste in a moment. It isn't.
Instead, its driven into the earth, sent hurdling towards Gan with terrible momentum, attempting to swallow up the boy as monsterous columns raise up from the ground, each searing white, each threatening the children about. Each deadly as sin itself.

The sudden eruption of chi comes towards Gan - he is capable of tossing him, launching him away - "HAHAHAH! That's what you want, ISN'T IT!?" Gan isn't taking care to notice what Igniz can do, and as such, this power ball fluctuating is launched towards him. Gan only has enough time to watch as the wall of force comes towards him, engulfing him.
He buckles down, but all the same, it's not enough. He's tossed backwards.
Launched away, Gan lands on his back, wounded - energy flowing through him in ways it really shouldn't. The damage done - Gan can't take such energy easily. In higher amounts, it's even worse. That doesn't stop him from trying to get to his feet. "Ghh... N-NOT .. Y-YET.... D-DONE!" It hurts to goddamn move, but Gan isn't one to let something like that /stop him/.
It's almost pathetic as Gan smashes a heavy sandal into the ground, blood dripping off him where the blade simply vaporized some of the flesh. "You are .. going to leave.. /the kids/... ALONE!" He lunges, arms grasping for her legs - he stumbles.
Will.. it be too late!?

Vanessa rips into those shields, but in the end her fists can only carry her so far. She hits Igniz in his armor, but can't get a solid hit to resonate through and into him. Damn, this is...even worse than before! At least she and Whip were able to get him down a little before he started tearing people apart, and now he's just torn Gan right the hell to pieces. Igniz tears Gan open, and Gan's final shot gives Vanessa...she doesn't know. Can she take him alone?! Against power like that!?
No choice but to try. She hangs there, for a moment...just watching.
She's going to have to fight as hard as she possibly can.

Staggering forwards, Gan's strength fades, and the large gedo-student goes face first to the ground, succumbing to his wounds. He grasps nothing, unable to stand.
It's what happens when you eat such energy, at such scale, and you are not built for such.
The barrel around his waist is vaporized, as well.
He... is no longer barrel chested.
His presence shall spread to every corners of the world. Those who fight back will be defeated. The god of NESTS, Igniz, will oversee the entire world. All underneath his unending watch.
Gan finds his wrath, and must now deal with it. The larger boy charges in towards Igniz. The god of NESTS's personage blurs taking an entirely different look. As Gan pushes forth he finds air, the afterimage fading and leaving Igniz yards away, floating as he looks towards Vanessa. An unsettling grin comes across his features as he leaves Gan to his own devices.
"Now we are finally alone, Vanessa. There is no meddlesome boy to get between us. There is no fallen angel to save you." The god of NESTS floats, his eyes probing over Vanessa momentarily, the surroundings becoming evident, the children clustered at one side of the room, watching.
"No rules. No guards. Your fate is for me to decide." Igniz declares, outstretching a hand as his cape snakes towards a metallic pole before whipping it up towards Vanessa in an attempt to slow her advance towards the god of NESTS.

Vanessa. The last line of defense. If she fails here...she'll die, probably. Or the kids will be taken away. Or...
...it had to come down to this fight someday, didn't it. She balls her fists, and tries to use her speed, and Igniz once again shows her how useless that speed is - the pole slams into her gut, stopping her evasion in its tracks. She closes her eyes, tears coming to her eyes. That hurt. That hurt a lot. But she has to...keep fighting. For the children, for Gan, for herself and her husband.
Even if he wins, it'll be after she gives it everything in her. She has to believe that's enough.
She moves - shooting in, and putting all her power into slamming her fists into Igniz' shields again, again, again, again, again, again, until her hands go numb.

The culmination of fates danced wildly to put Igniz besides Vanessa, to fight her at a mostly even ground. The god of NESTS will be fighting a women scorned. There is no doubt that something fortuitous, or wildly unexpected may happen.
The god of NESTS moves to escape from the blow once more, but the fist slams through Igniz's concentration, battering the god of NESTS wildly and blasting him down further from where he stood. Igniz takes the blows as the rain down upon him. Straight, precise blows that crash into the very essence of Igniz, beating down upon him. There, he has a smile, even after the battering blows that most definitely dented his armor.
"Vanessa... what are you trying to accomplish from this?" Igniz exclaims, "Your strength will fail you, and you will falter. In a single moment, a single slip up you will lose it all." The overlord of NESTS just smiles his empty smile. He spoke ill, leading Vanessa with the harsh words of a god.
"Just accept your fate. To fight a god... it is impossible!"
Leading with a single kick, Igniz blares out, aiming to strike harshly down upon Vanessa with his foot.

The 'god' of NESTS achieves nothing with his action - he comes at her, rails against her resolve and her strength, and for his efforts Vanessa shouts back, "That's right! Fighting a god probably is impossible! But that's not a problem! Because...!"
His foot hits her fists, and she darts back in a split second, using the force of that kick to begin a series of rapid-fire movements and sweeps around the field, too fast to be tracked - sliding around the battlefield, calling, "Because nobody like that is in the room right now! And she's there - suddenly, she simply wasn't standing there before but now she is - with her fist flying forward to lodge in Igniz' gut as far as it'll go.

Vanessa comes, and Igniz is not prepaired. He hasn't struck her cleanly enough to be prepaired. The blow is quick and powerful, striking across Igniz's features without a second to lose. The strike blazes through, crushing into the chest of Igniz, bashing him backwards with a monsterous force. Igniz still stands, a testament to his strength.
But Vanessa definitely has the upper hand. For now. Igniz is set out to change that entirely.
"Dust?" Igniz mimics, "I may be able to help with that." Igniz exclaims, grasping ahold of a glowing orb of power before sending it hurdling towards Vanessa, attempting to waylay her terribly in a monsterous assault of raw chi, burning across the ground towards Vanessa.
COMBATSYS: Vanessa effortlessly blocks Igniz's Divine Arrow - Ground.

Vanessa is fighting with desperate focus and power. She is pouring her all into these few seconds, because if Igniz gets the chance to cause significant damage SHE WILL DIE, and if she dies then everything will have been for nothing. She will fight to win, because Igniz has given her no other choice. A cornered rat is the most dangerous - even to a god.
Igniz lets himself cut loose, firing a blast of power her way. It hits her extended forearms, rattles her defense - and Igniz finds that she's already winding up for her followup before the light show even clears
This didn't work last time. Double or nothing...energy gathers around her arm, and she thunders, "No, Igniz! HOW ABOUT I HELP YOU!" and then - slashes her arm sharply, unleashing a gale of hurricane chi screaming toward Igniz.

Igniz was unable to stop much of the assaults coming at him. A terrible thing, given the situation. The strikes were too quick, the moves were simply blasting through his defenses. This did not mean that the god of NESTS was not going to be using the situation to his full advantage. In an attempt to stop the assault from destroying him completely, he put the last of his efforts into slowing as much of the uncoming strike as possible. It works just enough to keep the god of NESTS standing.
Blown backwards by the assault, Igniz does not get up immediately, however, slowly as he rises, his eyes still focused upon Vanessa. He would make his move when the time comes, but for now, he does nothing but await. He has made mistakes, but he will fix them soon enough.
COMBATSYS: Igniz gains composure.

Vanessa has been laying into Igniz...she never really expected to be ABLE to hit him this hard, this much. It's a miracle of luck and her luck will run out any second now. She has to end this before that happens.
So while Igniz waits, Vanessa presses her advantage even harder - screaming forward at full throttle, she appears before Igniz, fist flashing toward his body with all her strength and speed. There's no more need for words between them, not right now. Vanessa doesn't dare break her thoughts with words.
She has to kill him. /Now/.

The god of NESTS comes under assault once more, the terrible percussion of his strength finds himself at a loss. Igniz feels once more the powerful strike towards his chest. The shields fail to rise up, instead faltering horribly for all that it is worth. Igniz must make a lesson out of Vanessa, and he will, even if it kills him.
Her advantage is there, but one false move as she would indeed fail. Igniz entire plan buckles on this truth that very well may shatter his guise yet.
Moving forward in an intricate pattern, Igniz manuevers quickly towards Vanessa, throwing a strike out to catch Vanessa yet, without a second to lose. Arguably, there is one worse thing.
The punch never strikes, instead, holds still in mid air, awaiting Vanessa's entire figure in its grasp as a monsterous wall of energy roars into life as it tends to do and envelop Vanessa within its grasp, intent on imploding Vanessa from the inside out.
"I do not need you... in my world!" Igniz cries, his features bloody and battered, holding on to his threads of strength yet still.

Vanessa is on fire. But she knows she can't rely on that. She has to end this - immediately. She's pushed Igniz to the brink. She feels power inside of her, a drive to succeed, a passion to achieve what she's always failed at before. This is her moment. This is her chance! She screams forward, howling wordless cries, when Igniz strikes at her, and Vanessa deflects the /punch/...and is engulfed in chi fire.
She screams, as the chi-powered glory burns her skin raw, lifts her bodily into the air. Her shirt dissolves in thin scraps, melting away under the force of Igniz' raw, unfettered might.
And then...then she smiles, her eyes burning with unspent power. She shrieks, and it is not pain, but defiance, as she steps on the very strength pressed against her, into Igniz' guard, and slams a punch toward his gut, and a second, and a third, slow, deliberate, hammering him again, and again, and again, with clinical strikes, and she screams, "TOUGH! SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!" before driving her fist into his nose.

Igniz is struck hard once more as he moves to escape the blow. Unable to get around it, Vanessa's fist slams into the god of NESTS, smashing him backwards at a terrible rate of speed. There, Igniz is unable to get up. Instead, he disappears almost as he came, quickly shifting his chi fast enough to escape.
The god of NESTS was defeated barely. It took Vanessa everything she had. Igniz may be gone for now, but he will be back later. There is no doubt.
A god can only be waylaid, not defeated.

Vanessa lands - half naked, spent and exhausted.
She beat him. For now, but...she beat him. He's not dead. Her fight's still going. But...but she beat him.
She falls to all fours, modesty protected by the intensely uncomfortable positioning of her suspenders.
"I...beat him," she gasps. "I...I beat him!"
She lets herself collapse, rolling onto her back without a care in the world, staring up at the ceiling lights and murmuring, "I hope you were watching me..."
