LLK Act III.Revelations - Revelations : Orders to Give, Money to Burn

Description: Vega has plans for Southtown. And his newest muscle is in on those plans, as the leader of Shadaloo gives Vyle some orders...with a few changes from the rudo for fun and profit.

Summoned, simply enough. The presence of a leotard-clad girl, a envelope passed over, and then she vanishes. Inside, a note, stating simply, 'Find me here. -V' and directions, with the symbol of Shadaloo emblazoned on the signature. Straightforwards, intent. Much like the man who stands within the ring.
There was something slightly amusing about using Geese's own Arena for this meeting, for this movement. Vega knows that Howard will be watching in some form, he knows that Howard will find out about this, comb through it for plans and ideas. He also knows that this will cement Vyle's place in his organization within Geese's mind. That, perhaps, is the most important thing of all - can't have a minion getting cold feet, later on...

Well, this was the place...and there /was/ a certain audacity to having the meeting here of all places, Vyle had to admit. Howard essentially owned the city from what he knew, so...doing things here was a nice big symbolic middle finger to the city establishment.

In other words, it was right down the Rudo's alley. Bandaged up a bit from some...encounters earlier in the week, the purple and green "Sickness" strolled in through the fairly quiet arena, pulling out the envelope again and checking over it again before he walked out into the upper stands. "I guess the box seats are reserved for ownership, huh?" he asks, looking out from the railing. He's pretty sure after their meeting before that Vega's already listening in...somehow.

<<For now. Only for now. Soon, ownership will change.>>

Talking with Vega is sometimes a one-sided affair, the psychic occasionally choosing to just 'speak' directly into another's mind. In this case, it certainly makes it easier than trying to raise his voice enough to be heard from the arena floor. His pacing of the arena stops, and pale white eyes look up towards where the wrestler is. There's a cold smile on Vega's face, and when he /does/ speak, his voice is hard, harsh. Cool. "I have a job for you."

Well, that's interesting. Then again, Vyle's not exactly counting anything out here considering the guy he's talking about. He knows enough just what kind of power the guy has at this point, between rumor, reports, and just plain feeling the aura he puts off. Surprisingly, he takes it in stride.

"Well, that's the phrase I was hoping to here, bossman. Hope you liked the deliveries from the last job, in any case," he answers with a smirk, rolling his shoulder a bit, not trying to even figure out where the voice comes.

"Very acceptable, indeed."

Vyle's done well enough, and Vega has yet to hear of the fate of Ichiro and Frei since SIN had taken them in. When and if he does, well - that anger probably won't be heaped on Vyle. Probably. Maybe. There's a certain chance of getting caught in the blowback, but that's what happens when you hang around a crazed dictator constantly.

"Things are going well enough - but there isn't quite enough concern in the citizenry. They still believe that people can actually /stop/ what is going on. That needs to change." He smirks, then - silly public, assuming that this will all blow over. No, no, this world is going to be changed forever, one way or another, and Vega is using all his resources to see to it. "You're going to the prison - and break out as many of the low-lifes as you can. Tell them that there's a new rule, a new order - and at least for now, there are no reprecussions to what they do."

Vyle chuckles. "Way ahead of you on that. It's funny how much a little smoke and some m-80s can make a neighborhood think they got caught in a drive-by or something," he says, grinning...and wincing a little. He still hasn't healed up from that little escapade there, as well as the run in with the Buddhist(?) Chick that nearly bowled him over.

"Mnnn...prison break, huh?" he asks, as he hears the idea come from the top dog. "Sounds like a plan right there. Nothing scarier to the common folk than knowing the worst and the meanest are out on the streets with a chip against society." He then pauses, tapping his chin as he thinks a little. "...though on top of that, I got an idea. Low security. THe place where they keep the white-collar crooks, the guys that know how to hide money between the letterheads and the bottom line. Guys with enough know to funnel things through fronts and that kind of thing. Any good organization could use those kind of guys, long as they know who let 'em loose, and who keeps the leash."

Interesting.

"So instead of random chaos that they can try and fight, causing chaos in a direction that they would not expect." Vega will think about this for a moment or two longer - then nod his head approvingly. All the better, here - it's not like Ryu and Ken can go and take out a shady investment banker. No, no, punching is just about all they can do. At least, in Vega's mind.

Rubbing his chin, Vega agrees with the plan with little more than a nod, a direct look towards Vyle, then turning away, towards one of the many cameras in the arena. "Well enough - I think that will do nicely. In the end, make certain that they know Shadaloo is responsible. Their livelihood will be in our hands."

Vyle smirks a little more. "Exactly, bossman. No sense biting the hand that feeds them when the other hand's pointing a gun at them, right?" Stroking a bandaged part of his chin, he glances down, seeing some kind of movement below. Whether it's the main man or not, it doesn't matter, but always good to be wary of surroundings. "I'll look into a few particular names to grab too, guys with money sense, and desperate enough to take the deal without question.

Turning around to lean back against the railing, he brushes over his mohawk, pausing as something else hits him. "Should I look into people for the break to make sure this goes solid?"

"I'll provide you with my suggestions for targets to free. Feel free to add to them as you see fit. You won't be alone for this - I'll include one of my ... personal staff." Vega could mean the Doll Project girls, though he isn't sure as of yet. So far, there's far too much in the air to decide exactly where to place Vyle, resource-wise. So far, the wrestler has proven to be adept at adjusting and adapting plans to fit the greater need.

That can be dangerous - Vega will have to keep things watched, even more closely, as time goes on. After all, people need to know their place - and few in his organization are given the power to say 'I think you should change your plan, Lord Vega.'
