Description: Choi and Chang catch up in the woods outside Southtown.

[OOC] Chang says, "Okay, open."

[OOC] Sad Choi in Plaid thumbs up

"We made it, Buddy Boy, I think we are in the clear!"

Choi Bounge, the notorious midget man, keeps behind the wheel of the massive monster truck, driving off the road and into the deep woods of the Southtown countryside. He had a long drive. For the longest time, he was on the lam. Once away from the police, then the from Interpol, and then from Chae Lim. After all that, he even had to deal with the likes of Yamazaki. And with him, he was trapped in prison yet again. For all his unique scrambling, he couldn't quite break out. And there, his long, solo running was to an end to where he began.

In prison.

And just like that, he was out again. For a miracle happened. A big miracle. For this wasn't his vehicle, oh no. His oldest, best friend came out to save him. After being missing for so long, he just walked right in, socked it right to Yamazaki, and they were done. Even though he got knocked out in the process, the thought was clear.

Chang came for him.

Chang is sitting in the back of the monster truck, not feeling like cramming himself into the cab. "Yay! Thanks for gettin' me outta there, Choi, I thought Yamazaki had me!" He's presently eating from a box of crackers they liberated from a grocery store, without anything more substantive to eat at the moment. "We should catch a deer, I'm hungry!"

Japanese Deer, for what they were worth, weren't even a full meal for Chang. A man like Chang needed food. It was his high metabolism and all that. High metabolism and low attention span. The midget suddenly gets worried. Choi takes his foot off the pedal, and begins to twist around to put both on the brakes. The truck screeches to a halt in the depths of the woods. The midget turns around, scanning the back seat.

Darn it.

He KNEW Chang should have driven, and he should have watched the food. From behind his shades, Choi rolled his eyes at his girthy friend. "Chang, buddy boy, while dinner would be great, I have loads of questions, you know! Like, where were you!? I thought you were with Kim! And how did you find me? I mean, you have no idea how happy I am, buddy, with you saving my bacon like that!" The midget just grins broadly. And checks to see if ANY food was left.

And please not the health food

In fact, only the health food is left. In Chang's hunger from the battle, he wasn't thinking straight, and has once again eaten almost /everything/. "I was with some funny guys that gave out daisy's at airports! They were good cooks! Then I heard about Yamazaki beating you up, so I came and found you!" He frowns. "I'm sorry I was gone for so long, but I didn't want Kim to find me!"

Funny people who give out daisies? Choi grumbles as he glares at the leftovers. He HATED the healthy food. And worse, Choi was beginning to suspect that Chang was in with the wrong crowd. Those weird flower children with the dancing. And the peace loving. Choi Bounge nodded his head, waving his hand.

"Yes yes, the Quakers. They do know how to make excellent Oatmeal. Why else would they worship it so much?" The midget adjusts his sunglasses, a weird toothy grin coming over his face. "But you best don't have to worry about the bum Kim anymore, buddy boy! I've been running across the world and back, seeing if I can lure him out to find you! See, remember when he dropped me off to be with Jhun? Jhun wasn't there! And from the sounds of it, you slipped free from Kim! And the best part? Nobody knows where either are! We are free to run about!"

A pallor overcomes Choi's face.

"Well, with exceptions."

Chang strokes his beard as he listens and eats crackers. "Yeah, Quakers, that's what they called themselves. I think." He squints, before continuing, "Well, I got away from Kim by punching him in his sleep. I hit him in the head with my ball, stole his keys, and ran away. If it wasn't for those Quakers, he would have hurt me bad!" He blinks at Choi. "What exceptions?"

Punching Kim in his sleep? Choi couldn't believe it. Chang must have been mistaken. Or maybe he wasn't. Maybe that is what really happened to Kim. Maybe Chang punched him asleep...

And he never woke up.

Sweat formed on his brow. This might mean trouble. "Well, see, there is one of Kim's 'special brats.' You know Chae Lim? She has been running around. And then there is May Lee. I haven't run into her personally, but I have seen her with Chae Lim a bit on the television, and she is running around. I don't know where Kim's two brat sons are, but if May Lee is running around, they might as well. Unless. You know, they are taking care of Kim. Seriously, this is going to be trouble."

The midget brings his fingers together nervously. "We need to come up with a plan, buddy. If you knocked Kim out, we might be both up to our necks. Interpol is right after me, and Kim might be right after you. Both are not good things to look forward to, buddy boy, not good at all." Choi gripped his stomach. He was so hungry. Glancing at his friend, he shrugs his shoulders. "Got any ideas, Chang?"

Chang listens, finishing off the crackers and tossing the box away. "Interpol, huh? Is that like a strip club?" He interlaces his fingers over his big stomach, and says, "Well, if they come after us, what can we do? We gotta smashify 'em! Until then, we need some money, and we need a hide-out. You think maybe we can go to a farm? I love horsies. They taste yummy!"

Urien has arrived.

ODROP::OSUCC::Urien travels down the main highway into the Business District.

Gan has arrived.

ODROP::Gan goes somewhere else.

Farm, yes. The countryside. A great place to keep low. Choi rubs his chin, trying to cut through the rather dull nature of his partner. What they needed was money. And if they got money, they could just find a way to sneak back into Korea. And once they snuck back into Korea, they would be home free. And they could do one big job, or a bunch of little jobs. And from there, they needed a hideout.

"I got it!" Choi exclaims, raising a finger up! "We spend the night here, and sneak back into the city. We find a place to get some food to build our strength, and from there, buddy boy, we start looting in the city and robbing refugees outside the city! That should keep the overhead until this craziness ends. As for a hideout... I know the perfect place. See, there is this old abandoned church over at the Futaba place. It would be perfect place to work while we are in the city. And once we are done... we hit a bank, and just get out of here!"

Choi leaps up, falling short of hitting his head on the ceiling. "We can get to the countryside whenever trouble heats up in the city, and just keep swinging in and out until we have enough to retire and get out of this place for good! Oh, Chang, this is just like the good old days! I think... *sniff* I think....."

And to that, Choi begins to cry.

Chang blinks at Choi, canting his head to the side. "Aw, Choi, don't cry!" he says, shifting around in the back of the truck to face Choi. "Yeah, we can finally retire! On a farm! That would be the greatest! Fresh milk! Fresh steak! Fresh eggs!" He giggles merrily to himself. "I promise you, Choi, I'll never leave again!"

Choi buries his hands in his face, sobbing lightly. Yes, he and Chang would make it for the big times now. They would go off alone, to form their own farm. And there, they would live out the rest of their days in pure harmony. Just Chang, Choi, and-

A look of horror suddenly spreads over Choi's face. A look of utter dread. One that ruined all of their plans. In his antics, he had forgotten something. Something very important. He couldn't believe he forgot it. And he didn't even send in a letter. Choi Bounge's went wide, his face still wet from tears as he grabbed his head. And to that, he screamed in absolute dread.

"Oh my GOD! I just remembered! I have a wife!"

[OOC] Sad Choi in Plaid says, "Wanna end it there?"

[OOC] Chang says, "Sure. :)"
