SNF 2008.09 - Medical Nightmares! Chun-Li vs Raizo, CA: Yamazaki

Description: What is meant to be a good, clean fight between Chun-Li and Justice High's Raizo Imawano soon turns grim with the arrival of an unexpected Chaos Agent: the bloodthirsty Orochi-blooded Ryuji Yamazaki. Limits are pushed and boundaries tested, but in the end all patience is cast to the wind... (Winner: Chun-Li)

Raizo Imawano has been off the world stage for a month or two now - hiding back at Justice, tending to the school. He is a busy man. But when Geese Howard's goons called and offered Raizo a chance to visit the Mutter Museum if he would just enter this one little SNF, Raizo couldn't pass it up.

Typical, the bear-man muses, waiting on his designated marker, flexing his fists. At least it should be an interesting match - he hasn't seen Chun-Li since she was chaos agent for his match against Kurow. It will be good to test her mettle more directly.

The area is dark, but not uselessly so - lit by the spotlights the crew for maximum ambience, rather than maximum inconvenience. They have chosen, of course, a spot full of jars, shelves, and display tables to hide in, around, under, and on top of. Most of them will break if abused.

Most of the things that break will be hard to replace. Sigh. Raizo's old administrator bones are angry already.

Of all the fortunate sights she'd seen in her life, Chun-Li would have never imagined that she would get a chance to see the world-famous Mütter Museum and all of its ghastly displays in person. So when Saturday Night Fight called and asked if she was interested, her reply was a very eager--almost too eager-"yes please!"

Cut to now. Standing outside the museum clad in her distinctive blue qipao, Chun-Li stares with wide eyes at the outer museum. It's certainly bigger than she had imagined it to be, and she can only imagine what wonders of medical science await her indoors. For a brief moment, she actually forgets she's here to fight someone. She's only reminded as press suddenly begin swarming the woman, barking and begging for an interview with the World's Most Dangerous Woman.

Eventually, Chun-Li makes it through the crowds outside and into the museum proper. Behind her the SNF crews shut the door and give her a brief overview of the fight and what's to be expected. She, of course, half-pays attention. Look at all the nasty things they have here. And these lights? So creepy...

"Miss Li!" a man snaps, before realizing who he has yelled at and apologizes profusely. Blushing fiercely, the woman apologizes herself with a shake of her hand, bowing her head politely to the crew member. He gestures, pointing toward the center of the room, where the burly principal of Justice High stands.

Thanking the crew member, Chun-Li approaches Raizo with a smile on her face and a cheerful bounce in her step. Pausing a respectful distance from the man, she bows politely before she glances up and all but beams. "It's great to finally have the chance to fight you, mister Imawano," she greets. "I also admire what you do for the schools in Southtown, sir. You've got quite a reputation, so..."

Shrugging amiably, the woman offers her hand.

"I am very much looking forward to this match. Please do your best!"

SMASH.

Formaldehyde splashes everywhere as a case is shattered by a two pound Louisville Slugger he picked up at a thrift shop just up the road a click or two. No one ever really saw Yamazaki make his way in--that's mostly because he's kind of an earlybird. The slugger's been crawling around the museum for the better part of two days now on and off--it's been giving the curator fits, to tell you that much, and has led most of the security to speculate if he ever really sleeps.

Answer to that is no.

Not til he's been satisfied.

Tell all truth, he hated the concept of chaos agents--kind of like strip clubs. You get to see and semll, but never, /ever/ touch. But the situation's a little different now, isn't it?

Stepping slow onto the soaked floorboards, the mercenary chews something brown and meaty, dripping with saliva and rather indescribable as he works his way over to the fight proper in his own sort of lazy, roundabout way. That is, by lazy and roundabout, we mean 'causing as much pointless mayhem as possible'.

He swings at a jar with a perfectly preserved maggot from the corpse of--

CRASH.

He's already knocked one of the lights out and put under one of the guards that tried to stop him.

Kicking whatever random growth it was he knocked out of the glass case over there aside to gather dust, Yamazaki grouses loud and long as he reaches the two, standing somewhere on the periphery of the center.

"It's too polite in here," he complains in a low growling tone that's like a makeshift coffin dragging in the dirt, "'bout time you nancies showed up... Now. Hurry up and bleed a little!!"

Raizo looks over at the sound of something shattering, and his fists clench at the sight.

Replaceable but incredibly r---irreplaceable.

The administrator of Justice High does not give Yamazaki much more than a deep frown, because Yamazaki is not the opponent, today. He'll get his chance to rip the punk open, sometime. For now, he turns a turbulent frown on Chun-Li, echoing her bow as well as he can with his tremendous scale. The man's the size of a house. Houses do not bend well. "And I've heard all about you, Miss Chun-Li. Thank you for your praise. I hope someday I'll be worthy of it. But for now..."

He sets himself in combat stance. "Since you ask for my best, I shall give it!" And as soon as the SNF people give the green light, he charges at her, baring the claw-like fingernails on the ends of his fingers for a hard slash attack.

The sudden smash of glass on aged wood startles the woman from her train of thought, brown eyes widening before she turns her head. Glancing over her shoulder, the woman peers through the odd, ambient lighting, toward the other, also imposing male figure drawing near. Sure, she knew there would be a Chaos Agent in the fight, but she made a mistake of not really knowing WHO it was beforehand.

She glances back to Raizo as he speaks, not getting a good look at their designated Chaos Agent, a nervous smile on her lips. "D-don't be so modest," she replies, chuckling softly. "You are worthy of it as far as I am aware, mister Imawano!"

The 'but for,' however, goes unheard, as the rough mercenary speaks up after making a mess. Again, Chun-Li can't help but glance over her shoulder, peering toward the surly man as he grouses. When she finally gets a look at him, the woman's face sours. It's him..? But she can't focus on that right now. She has to worry about Raizo and--

When she finally turns her head back the man's suddenly cutting into her with those odd nails of his, almond-brown eyes going wide in a mix of pain and surprise. Immediately she gasps, staggering back from the sheer ferocity of Imawano's blow with one hand clutched to her wounded abdomen. Damn it, don't get distracted now..!

Forcing a small but sincere smile, she nods her head lightly. "T-that's a very good start, sir," the woman offers. "Let me give you mine as well!"

Dashing forward, she snaps a hand out, attempting to snag the man by his collar. Should her long fingers grasp his garments the woman will jerk a leg up high, a knee driving into his sternum before she releases and follows up with a high side kick aimed for his jaw, to launch the bear-like Justice principal into the air. "YAA!!"

See, Yamazaki has heard of that ghastly bear Raizo up in his little school on haunted hill. You'd be amazed at what exactly someone like Yamazaki actually knows. He's not really surprised by the bear's commitment a good proper fight, nor on the tiny chinese woman's insistence on it. He's not surprised, but that kinda thing is aggravating to him. Just another way to shit in the ice cream. These two wouldn't really know a good fight if it bit them in the face--

--good idea--

Really, what Yamazaki knows and what he cares about are two entirely different things--he's got that maggot caught on the end of his baseball bat right now, and kicks a jagged piece of glass into the air. The thing lands point first--slicing the little worm in two. Balancing the slick fragrant pane fragment is currently what occupies the greatest sum of his time, the mercenary's hand stuffed into a pocket as he wobbles the thing about waiting for the two to just get it /over/ with..

Yamazaki only really starts paying attention when he smells blood.

There's one. Oh /yeah/..

"That's more like it..." he rumbles.

Yeah, he's heard a lot about Raizo... and from what he's heard--he don't bleed easy. And that's just not gonna do at all. The glass flickers in the air, as Yamazaki flips it and catches it on a flat side. Not gonna do--at all.

"Let me _help_."

The slugger is slung through the air as Yamazaki skids towards and behind the principal of Justice. He'll probably block that sissy's attack or some shit--and Yamazaki isn't having it. See--he's gonna stick Raizo with the glass blade jagged end first, flicking it just ahead with the bat to beat Chun-li to the punch. Or knee, as it were. He's gonna try and get it in the small of the bearlike man's back, he thinks. But that much isn't gonna faze someone like Raizo. Nah.

After that, he's gonna hammer the shard in like a nail.

A nail that uh, splinters.

Should be distraction enough, right?

Raizo's not as oblivious as some think - and his fighting style is so, so easy to misjudge. He sees Yamazaki coming at him out of the corner of his eye, and has to make his choice. That kick is going to hurt like a mother, but so is having a piece of glass in his /spine/ - he goes for the lesser evil, or so he thinks, and swings around to put a meaty forearm between him and Yamazaki's bat. The glass drives into his arm, pumping blood, and Raizo gives Yamazaki a very /un/happy look as the pain shoots through his neurons, which is only cut short when Chun-li slams him in the jaw, sending him hurtling into the air!

...for two seconds. Until he somersaults around and comes back down at Chun-Li with feet extended like a bear meteor from space.

With the arrival of the very unexpected Chaos Agent, Chun-Li is finding it very difficult to focus. The fact that it's the infamous Ryuji Yamazaki makes it hard on the woman to refrain from attacking HIM instead of her designated opponent for the evening. She wanted a good, fair fight. They're a nice break from beating up on thugs and trying to take out criminals.

But he just HAD to be here, didn't he?

A flicker of movement catches the woman's sights, as Yamazaki moves just behind the imposing Justice principal. Still, the Tai Chi Mistress doesn't yield or hesitate; instead, she snags the man and delivers her twofold blow, knocking the man skyward. She doesn't see--she CAN'T see that bat with the glass shard being driven into the man's back. It's probably good she doesn't.

"Why is someone like you in Saturday Night Fights??" the Chinese vigilante demands, glaring at the Orochi mercenary, looking quite annoyed and irritated by the fact. "Isn't this a bit TAME for someone with an insatiable blood lust like yours?!"

Pay ATTENTION Chun-Li. You have a fight, after all.

"Someone such as you should be barred from the--"

Quite suddenly, Chun-Li is on the receiving end of a kick, courtesy of Raizo Imawano. The sheer force of it causes the woman to buckle and fall backwards, hitting the ground and tumbling once. Aching all over, she struggles to pull herself from the aged wooden floors, groaning weakly as she rubs her aching head. Giving it a soft shake as she stumbles to her feet, she pinches her eyes not once, not twice, but three times, struggling to focus.

Breathe in, breathe out. The motions are repeated, her breath drawn in deeply before she slowly exhales, allowing her body to focus inwardly, as well as outwardly. And, slowly, her arms lift from her sides, held out before her, little sparks of blue and white energy igniting from her fingertips, growing larger by the second. Focusing intently, the woman's eyes narrow sharply. A deep breath is taken into her lungs as her arms tense and her back stiffens, arms suddenly whipping upwards--

"KIKOUKEN!!!"

And suddenly thrust forward, hips jutting backwards as she forces the sphere of blue forward with that fierce shove of her palms, the ball aimed right for Raizo!

It's about right. With Raizo's attention divided between Chun-Li coming in on him and what Yamazaki just did to his arm, there wasn't really a ghost's hope of a chance for Raizo to defend against Chun-Li. At least, not when Yamazaki is doing his level best ot try and render him a paraplegic.

That's not to count him low, though. Not at all.

Yamazaki just barely scrambles out of the way of ground zero when the bear suddenly pulls a 180 and comes down from the sky like some kind of meatstorm, leaving the mercenary on the periphery of a lot of despair and mayhem--he backpedals on $110 black corduroys, treads squealing against the floorboards until he trips over a set of skulls--slams into and shatters a long case with a funky looking black corpse in it.

He knocks the recording box off the case, which begins to pipe a description.

[ For SNF viewers, the museum will now present the legendary Soap Lady... ]

Yamazaki's blonde head pokes up from behind the case, roaring over the dry recording. "I don't think so!!" he roars back at Chun-Li, "Even a guy like me can get some satisfaction roughing up you powderpuffs--see.. Even if for me, it's just a warm-up, the brass /need/ some excitement in here--"

His fingers sink into dried up waxy remnants.

[ -- saponified in a process similar to mummification, the woman's transposition to adipocere is largely attributed to the excess fatty tissues in her body at the time of death, the overall process suggesting an oxygen free environment -- ]

"They can ban me all they want," Yamazaki declares, hosting a crumbling corpse above his head with his bat hand, "I'll just keep coming back.. SOMEBODY'S gotta teach you dumplings how to have a real fight!!" He smashes the voicebox into pieces as he strides forward--

--and throws the entire mass of corpse headfirst at Chun-Li.

Well--after he lifted it, the head kinda.. snapped off.

Shoulderfirst.

At least, we think that's shoulderfirst...

Raizo lands hard, giving Chun-Li the chance she needs to get her act back together. He hears Yamazaki going on about his 'true fighting', and doesn't even turn his attention to the boy (everyone is 'boy' to Raizo, Raizo is older than the world) the whole way before saying, flatly, "You are so naive, aren't you? Children like you are so full of yourselves, but in then end..."

He interrupts himself to try and block Chun-Li's assault, but fails - the blast hits him in the shoulder, rather than the forearm, knocking him back and away, slightly. He grimaces, but continues anyway, even as he charges at Chun-Li, bares his huge claws, and shouts, "--you're WEAK!" as he brings them down on Chun-Li, first one, then the other, and then interchanging them a few times in a vicious bear-like mauling!

He was /probably/ using this as an object lesson to Yamazaki. He will give Chun-Li an apology card later.

It's good to see Raizo is as annoyed and disgusted with the likes of Yamazaki; it makes her feel a bit less worried about being a real spoil-sport, what with her chiding and scolding of the Orochi mercenary's presence here and all. Really, it's a sigh of relief, figuratively speaking.

However much she dislikes the awkward presence of Yamazaki here, there's still a fight to be had. The sphere of chi she'd gathered hits its mark, but the woman looks none too thrilled about her success; if anything, she feels just a bit guilty about it. She'll apologize later, she decides. For now, she has to try to overcome the distraction that Yamazaki presents, on top of Raizo's lethal fighting style.

But she can't help but BE distracted, when Yamazaki collides loudly into a display nearby. Frowning deeply, the woman turns slightly and watches him stand up, Imawano forgotten for the interim. When the mercenary speaks, Chun-Li frowns deeply. More so when he ruins the Soap Lady's remains. That's priceless history...

"Well for the sake of other fighters, I hope you DO get banned," the woman calls back, clearly annoyed. How men like Yamazaki or Shadaloo thugs get AWAY with being on such a widely-televised event is beyond her. Frustrating, even! Her features sour slightly, almond-brown eyes narrowing sharply as she clenches a fist. She'll have to handle this man later. For now..?

She has not one but TWO things to deal with.

The corpse flies sluggishly through the air, closing in on the Tai Chi Mistress. But she jerks aside swiftly, the waxy remains sailing harmlessly past her chest before it hits in a mushy, waxy mess on the floor. Somewhere in the museum, a man faints. When the woman pulls back, Raizo comes in with claws bared. One swipe draws down, but the woman hops aside. The next she ducks, her arms reaching up and bracing overhead, those spiked wooden bracelets redirecting the Principal's strike. She pushes off from there, tucking and rolling backwards before she leaps back onto her feet.

"Sorry about this, mister Imawano," the woman offers, giving Raizo an apologetic smile.

And then she rushes in. Hands held at her sides, they flicker with energy as she zips PAST the principal and interposes her between him and Yamazaki. Her heels dig into the floor, her form skidding to a halt as she swings her arms upwards, that blue energy growing suddenly, power swelling as she breathes in a long deep breath...and then exhales. "Haaa..."

And then, boom.

A massive sphere of pure chi erupts from her palms and grows outwards, consuming all in its path as it drives not only for principal Imawano, but the Orochi thug as well.

"KIKOUSHOU!!"

AAAWWWW!

Yamazaki was /really/ hoping that he'd ruin her pretty little getup. After all.. it's not really every day you get to desecrate the Strongest Woman in the World, right..? Yamazaki looks visibly dismayed--all the moreso given the way she puffs up in dismay--yeah, that's right. "What a waste of a perfectly good body..." the mercenary growls idly.

It's unclear if Yamazaki is talking about the mummy, or Chun-Li.

But then, Raizo gets his attention. And he gets it well--calling him a child is something new to the mercenary--he just doesn't /hear/ that a whole lot out of a lot of people, given most of the folks he faces are not even two thirds his age. Anyone older tends to know better. That's new, but not really aggravating. Same, full of himself. Shit, he coulda told you that much. Naive--now that's just stupid. But calling him weak?

"...Eh?"

He dimly focuses on Raizo.

One eye widens.

One eye, cus, see, if you'll notice when the mercenary strides into the light towards Raizo, one of his eyes seems to be useless, the result of having a crossbow bolt lodged in it a couple weeks ago. "...The hell you say, fattie?"

"sAy it again."

"saY it agaIn."

The colossal blast of chi envelops Yamazaki full force as he catches the edge of that massive blue blast, even his size being dwarfed by the stream that explodes into Yamazaki's body at full force. He drops his trusty bat. It wrecks a lot of the peripheral jars nearby Yamazaki as it envelops the thug. He doesn't so much yell, or roar. As much.. _shrieks_.

"SAY IT THE FUCK AGAIN?!"

Erupting from the thing like some maniac who just doesn't know /how to fall down/ he just launches himself bodily, the full force of his weight bucking against that deadly sphere. Like a kid in a wading pool, he's just gonna fall on Raizo before he can even fully deal with the blast that rips into and past Yamazaki's waist in furrows of red.

His own belt firm in hand, he repeats it, again and again. Oh, that's it. See, he's going to find the Imawano ninja's neck. And then he's going to HOIST the entire mass up off the ground by the neck.

Yamazaki won't be quite as content to just strangle Raizo...

Not so much as trying to just snap his neck.

Even if he fails.. well.. it's gonna be fun trying to sort that out.

"SAY IT!!"

Most underestimate Raizo Imawano. They think him weak, or soft - they think that a man who is the principal of a highschool, no matter how beastial, must be a man who is easy to defeat, easy to kill.

But the path Raizo has walked is littered with the bodies of those who got in his way. Yamazaki has earned himself a taste of that legacy.

Was it intentional? Did Raizo MEAN to infuriate the Orochi assassin? Is Raizo hoping to use this chance to strike the fear of the Principal of Justice High back into the masses? What is his game? He's not often /that/ blunt--

--but he has been today, and nothing else matters. He sees Yamazaki losing his calm. He sees Chun-Li chargin up, and he puts himself just so, to be right between the exploding energy ball and Yamazaki. Yamaaki wades in at him, and Raizo sees the belt, and he GRINS. "You want to hear it again?" the old man growls, as he's shoved into Yamazaki's grip.

The noose goes around his massive neck at the same time as Raizo's claws sink into Yamazaki's belly.

"You," Raizo Imawano croaks, "are. weak. Now...let me show you..."

Raizo pushes himself off the ground, the force of the kikkousho driving his nails in deeper. "REAL VIOLENCE, BOY!" he roars, despite the rapidly depleting air in his brain. And then he's spinning - using all the last of his strength to simply rip and slash and tear the flesh off of Yamazaki's entire front. The violence only ends when the great bear of a man finally falls unconscious, flopping flat on top of Yamazaki at the end of it all.

This was a certainly unexpected turn of events.

At the center of the massive chi sphere is Chun-Li with her eyes narrowed and her features locked in a serious expression, hands outstretched as she feeds more energy into the 'barrier.' Just barely can she make out the angry, psychotic expression of Yamazaki as he lumbers forward, making an advancement on the principal of Justice High. To her grim dismay, he's going to strangle him--

No, he's going to try to snap his neck?

"Mister Imawa--!!"

She tries to call out over the roar of chi, as the man suddenly unleashes a flurry of nasty blows on the Orochi-blooded man, tearing out of that strangling hold despite the chi that encompasses the majority of the room. Pinching her eyes shut the woman falls forward, letting her shoulders sag as she dismisses the energy, motes and wisps of soft blue dispersing into the air. Slowly, the woman rises off the ground and exhales, eyes once closed opening.

And they settle right on Yamazaki.

"I won't overlook the things you've done to mister Imawano!" she declares, almond-brown eyes hooded. Her hands rise, resting akimbo on her hips as she focuses entirely on the Syndicate mercenary. Surely that took a lot more out of Yamazaki than it did from Raizo, but...

"You're a monster, Ryuji Yamazaki. It's people like you I cannot forgive..!"

Yamazaki         1/------=/=======|======-\-------\0          Chun-Li

For the brief moment Yamazaki and Raizo meet, it's like a tornado getting in a fight with a hurricane. Yamazaki strangles the life out of Raizo with every last ounce of strength--every vein, every thick cable of sinew in his body pulling tight as his biceps flex, exerting what would have been a spine-snapping amount of force levelled on anyone weaker--anyone weaker than Raizo Imawano, one of the few strong enough to 'just' pass out.

Raizo's claws sink into his ribcage, causing the mercenary's teeth to flash, grinding tight as Raizo shows him his oft-underestimated legacy. A legacy of blood and carnage, unmatched by relatively few in this day and age. -- Except by someone like him.

When Raizo tears into Yamazaki, it's not to a shriek of horror or dismay, not to a cry or even a gasp of pain. It's to a savage roar of someone's blood being drawn not in drops, but drawn by the quart. Insult and exhilation in equal quantities. Someone ... enjoying himself thuroughly.

By the time Raizo is done with, Yamazaki looks less like a man but more like one of the creatures of the museum, flesh ripped form his chest in great gouts, flattened underneath the massive bear, rib yanked out bodily--he has to /drag/ himself out from underneath the man. Yamazaki might have a height advantage, but that doesn't mean shit agaist a weight advantage.

He has to drag himself free, belt looped around his hand.

All the while muttering to the ninja warlord.

A mutter that eventually becomes a howl.

Punctuated with the crack of his belt across the body.

"BOY LOVING PAPER SUCKING PIECE OF SHIT!" WHACK!

"NOBODY-" CRACK! "EVER" CRACK! "CALLS ME-" WHIP! "WEAK!"

For a few brutal moments, Yamazaki /wants the head of that legacy/.

He eventually stops.

Eventually.

Breathing hard and ragged, and wiping his own blood of his face--along with a piece of meat--the Syndicate mercenary gives Chun-li the dazed look of a man who has just seen God. His eyes have that sort of light in them. Just that kind of light..

"...oh...oh yeah."

As he remembers where he is, her words finally reach him.

Her image slowly unblurs, becoming sharp in his eye.

"... Darl'in," he calls, bloodied leathers flopping to his hip, "forgiveness is for chumps."

COMBATSYS: Yamazaki focuses on his next action.

The exchange is brutal. Bloody and just utterly brutal, as Raizo quite literally tears into the mercenary. But his response...is one that is both unexpected and one that isn't, the sort of disbelief that comes when you tell yourself something will happen, and it does. She believes it, but doesn't really want to. However...it serves the Orochi-blooded man right. He deserved it.

What startles the woman is when he beats the large and burly principal, even after he has gone unconscious. Chun-Li's expression is horrified as she widens her eyes, mouth agape as she just stares. Her body won't move--it's too stunned that the man is that disturbingly relentless and bloodthirsty and...well. INSANE.

But he stops, and that too actually stuns the Tai Chi Mistress. Almost instantly she frowns, eyes narrowed as she declares she cannot forgive the man for his actions. And his response? Her forgiveness is meaningless. It's for chumps, as the Syndicate mercenary puts it. Sadly, that's the sort of response she figured he'd give.

"Good," she replies, her voice steady and surprisingly calm. At the same time her stance suddenly lowers, long toned arms stretching outwards, one before her and one in the back for support. Instantly her legs tense, the woman's soft features utterly stern and cold as she regards the mercenary.

"That makes it much easier on me."

Her body LURCHES forward in an instant, pushing off from the low stance and springing her body forward and upwards. At the same time her body rotates in midair, long arms serving to balance her all the while as she moves.

"SPINNING BIRD--!!"

Her body flips, long and powerful legs suddenly splitting at the hips, forwards and backwards. Carried by her body's momentum in an odd display that defies all logic and gravity, she helicopters toward Yamazaki with every intention of beating him senseless with her legs.

"KIIIIIICK!!"

COMBATSYS: Yamazaki Toughs Out Chun-Li's Spinning Bird Kick EX!

[               \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\  < >  //////////////////            ]
Yamazaki         1/--=====/=======|=======\-------\1          Chun-Li

The lean, muscled form leans and sways unnaturally as Chun-Li faces off against him, his single eye lurid and sick. He ches quietly, stretching the kinks out of his free hand while still holding the bloodied length of leather against his thumb.

Staring is probably the wrong word to use when describing the exact look he's giving the lithe Chinese woman..

"Now, who would want to do that?" he wonders..

For any normal person, the strength of Chun-Li's legs would be about it. She whirls into his vicinity--and for thel ife of him, Yamazaki can't even imagine escaping. Maybe it's the vaccuum effect of that helicopter, sucking him in and almost snakking his neck underneath a whirlstorm of physics-defying force. Maybe it has something to do with her herself. Yamazaki is one of the worst kinds of criminal, afterall..

Or maybe it's just because he's not quite sated.

It's like the more you hit him, the more he seems to enjoy it. The less he seems to care about how much he's bleeding, or the unnerving cracks he hears when he twists his neck just so. Even with one eye, everything seems to slow down for him as his heartbeat begins to speed up.

He rolls back, his mass taking a long time to even move underneath even that sledgehammer force. His hand flicks out, unnaturally fast. The belt whips around. Before she can even fully right herself, Yamazaki's belt will snap out at her, threatening to land with enough force to give her whiplash with that alone, threatening to wrap around her neck not once, but twice.

"C'mere," he rasps, "yeah.. for you.. and you alone, darlin'.. I think I can make it just a little bit /harder./"

If he can, Yamazaki will hand over hand, inexorably reel the struggling woman in, something very much not good or sportmanslike written across his eyes.

The next segment may or may not be censored by SNF officials for the basic cable feed.

COMBATSYS: Yamazaki successfully hits Chun-Li with ...!!.

Yamazaki         0/-------/-------|=======\-------\0          Chun-Li

Yeah, this is only gonna make the unrated version.

"Heheheheh..."

His bicep snaps as it curls, winding the leather tight around the fighter's neck as he drags her close, hand sliding ominously out of his pocket to piston out one sledgehammer blow into her midsection, cinching the belt tight so the air has noplace to go--once, twice he'll hit, like a kid trying to pop a balloon by squeezing it. In the end he's just -unable- to be satisfied until he can feel her beg for the wind to be knocked out of her. Even when he loosens up, it's only just so, knocking her to the ground and stomping once to vise every last ounce of breath out of her body.

"Hahahahahah--"

His reining bicep still tight, his other hand seems to stretch and warp space unnaturally, firing off blow after countless blow into the young lady's body, cracking and splintering the floorboards beneath her--

"YAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHHAHAHAH!!!"

Yamazaki is going to drag her through every case and jar collected here, breaking every piece of varnished wood and glass with her body suspended on the end of his belt with pure. /force/. alone. Slinging her about like a ragdoll, the frothing man will finally loose her, slinging into the remains of that body he threw earlier, doing his level best to put his new toy face-first into the waxy remains she so nimbly dodged earlier.

Been awhile--didn't he say something about desecration?!

"CRY!!!"

The bloody man leaps into the open air of the double-levelled arena.

And he'll land, curdoroy first, on the back of her skull.

Not once.

"MORE!"

Twice.

Euphoria gripping Yamazaki like a fine madness, the mercenary whips his own blood about as his spine bends back the wrong way, Yamazaki forgetting both belt, bat and knife, gripping his skull in both hands, unable to contain himself and cackling wildly with every move.

Strongest woman in the world?!

I LOVE A CHALLENGE!! hahahaHAHAHahah!!

She's hit him!

Legs batter the man senselessly, heavily booted heels colliding with painful force into the man, over and over and over again. She pours every inch of strength into the assault, to make sure her point is thoroughly felt and KNOWN to the Syndicate mercenary. His actions will not be tolerated or forgiven. He, like many criminals she pursues, will know justice. She has resolved herself to this. Ryuji Yamazaki is one stepping stone on her vengeful path.

But all her dreams shatter, when SOMETHING suddenly finds itself snaring like an angry serpent around her throat. She tries to gasp, but her voice--her breath--just won't come. What has he done? Instantly her hands shoot upwards, nails digging and prodding against the leather around her neck. Can it really be..? Unbelievable...

Her flight is cut short in an instant, that belt tightly held in his grasp suddenly moving upwards, yanking the woman out of her odd inverted position to something sloppily right again by his guidance. Legs dangle freely in the air, occasionally kicking as she struggles fiercely against the belt bound around her neck. She can't breathe. Her body bucks as her fingers claw with more ferocity at the leather threatening to snap her neck in twain.

But that will be the least of her concerns.

It comes as a sudden surprise, a vicious blow that jars her straight to the core, courtesy of the Orochi-blooded mercenary's meaty fist. Instinct tells her to open her mouth and let her breath escape...but it doesn't. She can't breathe at all; instead, that air builds up in her lungs, a horrible pain shooting through her spine. But a man like Yamazaki, he doesn't stop with one hit. He hits her again, and again that air builds up in her lungs, burning like molten slag in her pinched off esophagus.

Before she KNOWS it she's suddenly hitting the ground back-first, that vise-like grasp around her throat loosened only a fraction. Almond-brown eyes snap open wide, her body writhing on the floor in sheer agony. When was the last time she felt this much pain..?

Her mind numbs, as rather suddenly he fires off inconceivably fast blows, his arm a blur like a cobra striking its meal. Over and over and over again he strikes, the very floor beneath her shattering like a grim halo of splintered wood. Her world begins to go black, as he drags her through the museum, her ragdoll-like body crashed through glass and aged wood until--blessedly perhaps--he throws her free of the belt.

Right into the desecrated corpse of the Soap Lady. But she doesn't care.

She can BREATHE now. Slowly, her head begins to pull up, a loud and desperate gasp parting her lips--

Before she's driven face-first into the remains AND the floor, a flash of pure white filling her vision as indescribable pain wracks her skull. Not once, but twice; two times does that pain flood her every sense. For a brief moment, she swears to God she cannot feel her legs. Has he crippled her?

Shrill, ear-piercing laugher rocks the museum as the Orochi-blooded mercenary revels in his unrestrained brutality and the fruits it has wrought. At his feet the woman remains deathly still, her body unmoving, and odd silence filling the museum as curators and SNF crew alike stare on in horror. Is...is the World's Strongest Woman Dead?

"Fa...ther."

A hand twitches against the floor, long nails scraping against marred wood. Slowly, amidst the maniacal laughter the woman begins to pull herself to her feet. No, Chun-Li is not dead. She won't die--not to some thug like Yamazaki. He's a stepping stone, after all, and she has not yet avenged her father's needless death. She cannot die--not until Vega has fallen.

A loud gasp fills the woman's lungs, brown eyes wide as she rips herself off the floor. Forcing her body to just MOVE she shoves off of her shaking hands, pushing her body into a handstand before she kicks both legs down. Standing properly, the bloody, bruised and thoroughly battered woman looks like the walking dead as she glares right at Yamazaki.

"N-no f...forgiveness!!" she hoarsely rasps.

And then, without a single word further, Chun-Li's body whipcracks into motion, a leg drawn up tightly and coiled at her hip...before it snaps out and drives straight for Yamazaki's broad chest. But it's not just one kick; no, the woman unleashes a torrent of kick after kick, her leg moving rapidly without remorse or hesitation. She seeks to viciously pummel the man, over and over and over again, not unlike how he all but brutally maimed HER.

All while she furiously screams.

"Ohhhh..."

The thug looks up. He might have overdone it a little bit..

Coming down off his lusty high, the mercenary breathes outward, his arms swinging back behind him limp, rocking his frame with the sudden shift in weight, though his spine never goes quite straight. Blood drips off his knuckles, not the foul-smelling iron and dirty salt of Yamazaki's tainted black blood, but the purer cherry of an innocent lady who's just been made a wonderful mess of all across the museum floor.

The museum arena has been stampeded through as if an ox got set loose in the chinashop, the evil stink of preservatives, dust, waste and hundred-year-old flesh curling through the air like a miasma.

But Yamazaki doesn't seem to notice it, apparently thinking about something.

"Damn."

He's gonna have to go talk to Geese after this one, he supposes. Killing Chun-Li is kind of like killing Mother Teresa. Bad publicity, and Masters might have to act. If he ever notices between naps.

Ah well.

--?

Yamazaki only has a moment or two to snap out of it and realize Chun-li is /standing/. He has even less time to stretch his mind straight before she pummels him.

"Hoo--argh!??!" He does not enjoy being taken by surprise. Her foot like a gatling gun, it sews the gnarled street-scarred body of his shut, pounding against his midsection and slowly driving him back into a wall. Like a percussion drum, he's pounded, that one leg pounding the canyon wound in his chest shut before ripping it open again and again. He'd make more noise, but his mouth bursts open in a terrible bloodspray that probably gets all over that qipao. It /was/ cute when she started this fight. His body slumps against the back of the wall for want of anywhere else to go, and the merciless force of her muscle jars his body, transmitting through the massive beast of a man until it cracks the wall behind him.

Cracks.. and then shatters.

Yamazaki falls right through, head over heels. "Urgh?!"

--It's a moment later he erupts from it, handfirst.

He wants to snatch the weakened woman by the straggly blood-matted hair, his hand stabbing out like a thunderbolt.

If he can get that much, he'll drag her close.

"....guess that's why they call you the strongest!!"

COMBATSYS: Chun-Li dodges Yamazaki's Fierce Slash.

Yamazaki         0/-------/----===|=======\-------\1          Chun-Li

It smells awful here. Her body hurts so badly. She wants to just pass out and sleep the pain off. But...

She can't do it. She refuses to do it--not while this smug bastard is still standing.

Chun-Li refuses to. She has to keep fighting--she must. And she does.

Like the living dead, the World's Strongest Woman pulls herself to her feet, her body shivering and shuddering violently in response, struggling against her will. But her will is stronger; it brings her to her feet. It allows her to stand up on her two capable feet. It fuels the burning desire within her chest to see him suffer. It's her will that sends her barreling right into Yamazaki. All it takes is one clean kick. Then?

She unleashes her fury on the mercenary, kick after kick after sharp kick driven like a jackhammer into his barrel-like chest. Wide-eyed and FURIOUS, the woman just screams, a shrill and blood-curdling cry of rage and anger that fuels every strike. It drives Yamazaki backwards, but that does not stop her. She only kicks harder and faster, the wall behind the Orochi-blooded psychopath cracking and buckling beneath her furious kicks and his bulky frame. He coughs and bleeds, a splatter of gore spraying over her qipao--but she doesn't notice.

Chun-Li just wants to kick Yamazaki until he stops breathing.

But then--perhaps unexpectedly--the wall gives way, a dust of debris and drywall exploding upwards as he tumbles through. With him suddenly GONE the woman snaps out of her red reverie, almond-colored eyes blinking repeatedly before she chambers her leg and sets it down. Is he..? Part of her wants to look beyond the large, gaping hole to sate her curiosity and KNOW he's out. But the sane part of her knows that isn't wise.

So she steps backwards, wide-eyed and panting breathlessly, her eyes fixed on that wall.

And then the wall all but explodes, a blur of a hand shooting forwards. Her body reacts without thinking; she jerks her body backwards, bending beneath the strike as it soars harmlessly past her chest. Wide-eyed and briefly horrified, the woman stares at that offending arm.

Only when it peels back does the woman wordlessly jolt upwards from the backwards bend, her form springing into the air before she lands in a handstand. Legs split immediately before she pushes off her palms, shoving her body into the air and whipping her form around, to bring one leg around and ultimately DOWN, to drive a heavy, booted heel clean into Yamazaki. Hard.

COMBATSYS: Yamazaki fails to interrupt Sen'en Shuu from Chun-Li with Bomb Headbutt.

COMBATSYS: Yamazaki can no longer fight.

Chun-Li          1/----===/=======|

Yamazaki's eyes roll into the back of his head as his grip goes wide, his fingers unaccustomed to snatching air instead someone's neck. The berserk mercenary had cultivated a taste between then and now for Chun-Li's blood. In a way, the mercenary was a connosieur of the vital tastes. If you count just being ravenously hungry for something that tastes /just like her/ being a connosieur at all.

He was willing to play with her as long as need be to enjoy himself, but Yamazaki began to get the strangest feeling in his blood. The strangest feeling--that there was killing that wasn't going to get done at all..

The berserker slips back in the face of Chun-Li's elegance, that spinning gyroscoping form whipping around in the air like a perfect score olympic gymnast. Despite all the pain, despite everything he treated her to--she just kept right. on. going. Yamazaki could get that.

He liked those kinds of women.

The types he could play with a little rough and who wouldn't break. Yeah. YEAH... let's go!!

Li's heavy boot smacks dead on into his skull, or more appropriately speaking, Yamazaki's skull smacks into her boot with force, the mercenary's vision going black almost instantly with the sheer shock of it.

Like an avalanche, he hits the ground sideways, landing hard enough to shake the floorboards. You could swear, it's almost like he intended to do it--

"not enough--" he mutters...

He drags himself onto his knees.

"NOT--ENOUGH BLOOD!!" he shrieks.

He slams his head against the floor hard enough to rattle the glass fragments scattered around him, his fingernails digging into the grain until they become bloody. It's kind of pointless if he can't really satisfy himself.. so he can only give himself some pleasant dreams, right? "I'LL SEE YOU--IN HELL!!" he roars.

IMPACT!

The second meeting of his skull to the floorboards is enough to smash the planks beneath it. The skin of his skull splits open finally and only at that much, spreading a curtain of blood about him. He needs to taste suffering here.. even his.

IMPACT!!

IMPACT!!!

-explode-

IMPACT!!!..

IMPACT...

By the time he's done, Yamazaki is well and truly -done,- unconscious and laying in a crater pooled shallow with what's left of his own blood, every so often twitching a leg or an arm like a sleeping hound. The SNF paramedics would come get him, but right now, Raizo is the priority.

Not to mention nobody wants to get too close to the fuck, unconscious or not.

She doesn't think anymore. Chun-Li just MOVES, her body acting on its own.

And her body tells her to move once again, her form snapping into a perfect handstand before she violently drives her gore-stained ivory boot heel into Yamazaki's prone skull. The resulting impact is a nasty, audible CRACK with enough force and power to break lesser men in half and shatter walls. But the Orochi-blooded Ryuji is nowhere near normal.

He's a league of his own, really.

Still, the man falls as result, hitting with a loud and ground-jarring thud that causes even the Tai Chi Mistress to stagger a bit as she lands in a low crouch. Her eyes dart immediately to the side, to see whether or not the man moves. To her dismay...he does.

Right then and there, she wants to just give up. Her body has already begun to shut itself down...

But the Syndicate mercenary...he doesn't attack her. Instead, he slams his face into the floor, tormenting himself as he shrieks a grim promise to the Chinese vigilante. He'll see her in Hell?

"N-not...a...c-chance," she replies, staggering. Her vision is getting so blurry...

But the second SLAM jars her, eyes snapping open. Those almond colored eyes fall upon the savage man as he repeatedly beats the ground with his skull, an odd, grotesque pool of dark blood staining aged wood and splinters. The sight is right at home in such a place, here in the Mütter Museum, among corpses and skeletons and disgusting remains, well-preserved in formaldehyde. It makes the woman sick to her stomach.

Dropping to her knees she lets out a long gasp of air, eyes pinched painfully shut as she just breathes. Over and over she takes deep, hungry breaths into deprived lungs, her form shivering and shuddering with fatigue. She's a mess, her garments torn and blood-stained, her face an absolute blood and bruised mess. She looks like Hell--she FEELS like Hell. But...

She proved herself, right..? But why does it feel so meaningless..?

She can't really ponder the thought. Her world goes black shortly after, the World's Strongest Woman giving one last, deep exhale as she falls to the ground limp and very much unconscious.

COMBATSYS: Chun-Li has ended the fight here.
