Description: Much like his name, the Spider decided to prey on a doll! The rare doll eating spider however, finds that the doll has some anti-insect spray .. but it doesn't help, because spiders are arachnids! What will happen!? A doll and an operative fight over this station .. but that info isn't going anywhere without a fight!
The leafy jungles of Thailand have been rid of Shadaloo's presence for quite a while, after Vega's attempt at a coup. In the deep jungles, a small building with a tower and a chainlink fence sits, along with a radar dish. It's a telecomunnications hub for Shadaloo, providing radio communications to Vega's henchmen throughough the Sinai peninsula. It's computer hubs have data on all sorts of transmissions, including the triangulated origins of each transmission. It's valuable intel.
The Spider lurks through the jungle with a silenced Tek-9 in his hands, approaching the outpost on foot from the north. His face is painted, and he's wearing camoflagued fatigues.
Vega's presence has not yet spread yet, and as Master Vega still recovers, it is up to his squads of many to keep things under check. It just so happens that one of the dolls had actually left this position not too long ago.. but that does not mean that another had not taken it's place. The small building is vital, and that only means there would be a named soldier.. but none of the forces would be wasted upon it for the moment. If something was capable of getting through it, then what, possibly, could stop them?
Sprawled out, lounging in the jungle atmosphere, Aprile fans herself. "So hot .. so humid.. so warm..
Aprile comments before she moves up, leaning against the building and stretching, bag in her lap, and box to her side. She really does keep it with her everywhere she goes.
"But I wonder what animals might be nearby... Hmm." And then, lo and behold .. a bug! She begins to poke it as it stops, runs, stops, runs. Oh how cute! It'll die, but she's toying with it still!
The Spider spots Aprile from the foliage, and narrows his eyes. He remembers her. He slips through the brush towards the facily, and drops to a knee. He aims his Tek-9 at Aprile, taking careful aim. He squints a bit, as he lines up his shot. This will only wound her, from what he knows of this fighter. But still, that's better than going in with his pants down.

Ahhh. Nothing like a niiiice relaxing rest! But something moves. And not only that, something .. more than moves, Aprile begins to look around. "Ooh. Is there a cat out there?" She forgets about the bug entirely. Looking about the area, the doll peers out into the unknown.. but for the moment, decides that her best bet is to simply ready herself, turning about this way and that.. she can't figure out exactly what is out there yet, no.. but there is something that the doll can do.
Kicking towards the wall, she grabs onto the chainlink fence and then flips over it, landing on the other side..
"Ooh. Is there a big cat out here? .. Or is there someone else who want's to play?"
Aprile just made it easier on him. He remains perfectly still in the dim jungle, watching Aprile's shadowy figure. Then, he squeezes the trigger, firing a silent burst with a trio of *PWOOT* sounds. He's aiming at her chest.

With Spider squeezing the trigger, sending a trio of blasts her way.. both guards come up, sliding in the way of the shots, although it pushes her back. "Oooh. That stung." She comments, grinning. "So are you going to come out now mister?" She asks out of nowhere.. before she notices a section that just .. happens to have a barrels sticking out.
"Oh THERE you are! Well you can't hide forever!" She chides, and breaks towards the section of that barrel.. she can tell where the blasts came from of course, simply because she was able to prevent the assault by taking it.
Not that the feeling doesn't feel good! "Now WHO could it be that wants to take place of that bug?" As she barrels in, she swings the medkit around, attempting to simply sackbeat Spider.. not that she knows he's there! As she swings, she spins as well, a long stream of psi flowing about her in a white line, followed by a red hue! Mm. Psycho energy!

Spider's gun flies from his hands as his forearms stop the medkit. He emerges from his hiding spot, and attempts to grab the medkit and by extension Aprile's hands. He then turns about and attempts to fling her over his shoulder, into the fence. He doesn't say anything. He doesn't like talking when he fights, or in general.

As the Spider's gun flies out, Aprile watches as he stops her assault.. yet as he turns to fling her over his shoulder and into the fence, she tries to pull away! It doesn't actually work as well as she hopes, however, and instead gets flung straight into the fence. He's not talking? Oh how like a man! She shakes her head after bouncing off the chainlink fence, pained from the suddenly flying lessons, but happy enough.
"Oh.. is that.. oh my you again! You'd think after the first time you'd have learned!" She chides to herself, the doll standing straight up as she slowly walks to him. "You're only going to be disappointed when you're sent back wounded like before!"
And that's about when she leaps, suddenly, spinning about with a fist aimed straight for him! More of the back of the fist, really.

The Spider rolls his head around on his shoulders as Aprile flies into the fence. His hands remain at his sides as she gets up, the Israeli watching Aprile coldly. As she leaps at him and begins to punch, his fist suddenly flies out, cramming itself into Aprile's solar plexus and knocking her away. His hands return to his sides.
As Aprile is suddenly intercepted by a fist, striking her solar plexus, the doll is forced backwards, coughing slightly, a loss of air due to the strike driving it right into her stomach. But as she falls back, Aprile staggers in a way that she shouldn't .. "Oh so you're .. serious .. this time?" She asks, smiling through the pain.
"You really can't be! It's just not right for someone like you to be serious .. especially with just foolish this must be ... and you're still trying." She shakes her head, before staggering forwards.. collapsing!? Is she down!? No, because a moment later, she springs back towards Spider, thrusting both legs straight for him!

The Spider gets struck in the chest, his ribs cracking. Still, he manages to grab one of Aprile's ankles before she can withdraw it. He aims to twist it around, forcing Aprile around with it and onto her back, before aiming a stomp directly at her pelvis, digging the heel in.

As the Spider's ribs crack, Aprile watches as he tries to go for one of her ankles, and as she tries to slip off the bag on her back, instead, she's twisted to the ground, a stomp slamming onto her pelvis, crushing into it as she's struck head on! But rolling out of the way afterwards, the doll smiles for some reason, shaking her head.
"You really aught to consider just everything you're throwing away! It's just not good for a man.. not healthy at all!" She adds, smiling bright still.
"Especially a younger one."
The Spider finally speaks. "I was born in '67." He angles around Aprile, circling her, until the fence is beside him. With Aprile's dodge options cut in half by the fence, he steps forward, and lashes out with his right fist, leaving the fence on the other side. He aims at Aprile's nose, attempting to break it.

As the fist impacts against her raised arms, Aprile shakes her head. "Oh .. must be the face paint then .. or if I heard your voice, I'd be able to tell.. you should really speak once in a while. I'm sure that you'll benefit from it." She adds, before her arms suddenly hurt from the assault. Well.. this is quite interesting! But sliding something out of her kit, Aprile brings about an odd needle, flicking it.
"You're a very patient man though.. this will only take a second!" She smiles, and then jams the needle into her arm, pushing the concoction into her .. the medic always keeps a variety of things!
It just happens combat drugs are a-ok with Shadaloo.. and the doll's psycho energy mitigates the effects on it. Not that her body matters in the end, to Vega.. just that she can fight.
The Spider frowns as Aprile injects herself with some chemical. That wasn't expected. He frowns, his grizzled face contorting in irritation. He turns to the side and unleashes a side kick at Aprile's face, attempting to strike her jaw with his heel.

Ahh .. she can feel the energy flowing through her now! And it feels marvelous! In truth, her arms and legs now forget the pain, as well as her chest. She finds it easier to breath, as well as to move around.. and that comes just in time, because the Spider is on her like some kind of eight-legged predator!
Oh, but she saw it coming enough to prevent such a thing from mattering to her, the doll leaning backwards as he swings his leg, before lashing out once again.. but this time towards the leg.
She aims to grapple it before twisting it around, wrenching it painfully around in a non yoga position!
This is only healthy if it was done by a TRAINED PROFESSIONAL!

The Spider is an expert with grapples and locks, and swings his leg to the side, pulling Aprile up against him. He then puts his leg down as he rams his fist into her throat, slamming into her windpipe with his knuckles as he slips out of her grasp. "You lose."
As the Spider swings his leg to the side, pulling her up against him and then ramming his fist into her throat.. she suddenly can't breathe for a bit! And this is very very bad. She wasn't expecting something of the sort, but as it strikes her, causing her to more than stagger back, she regains the ability to cough.
"Oh no no.. that's not how it's going to go mister.. that's certainly not .. how it's going to go." She's smiling! And that's usually a bad thing. Especially as she runs straight towards Spider, before kicking off and spiralling at him, legs spinning in a horrible, burning psycho energy kick! She tries to drill right into Spider!
"Now I'm going to just play your game! Cannon - DRILL!"
And she aims to launch him up ..a nd kick him away!

The Spider's arm comes up, the foot slamming into his forearm. That's gonna leave a bruise. His fingers lash out as he grunts in irritation from his throbbing arm, aimed at Aprile's wounded throat. He's not going to let that wound go - he'll cause as much damage as possible before he goes down.

As the hand comes straight towards Aprile's throat, grabbing at her.. he definitely scores a purchase, but she pulls free at the end. There's blood, but her throat is seemingly dealing with it in a way that she knows how.. psycho energy mending her. It looks like she'll have to stop talking to him as well! Oh poo. She had such a nice thought about playing like a little bug.
But with things changing a bit, Aprile stays inclose, lashing out with her fist straight towards the center of Spider's chest, intending to pay him back for his little trouble!

The Spider lashes out just as Aprile begins to make the move, once again striking her already hurt solar plexus. He works like a machine, quickly and efficiently, picking apart Aprile bit by bit.
Once again, Aprile finds herself struck, the solar plexus being assaulted this time .. but instead of holding back.. after struck, she backs off, grinning. "Oh we're JUST getting started!" And raising her hands into the air.. the box begins to pulse and glow with energy, before a circle of white psycho energy engulfs her, swallowing her up before the red psyche power floods in, and the cross that is formed from it, begins to spin.
There's just so many pieces to pick apart! It might be just a bit difficult if he had planned for it to end like that!
How many wounds will be undone .. that's a question though!
The Spider watches as Aprile is engulfed in energy, squinting. His hands ball into fists and he keeps his guard down, catching a breather. "You are much prettier when you shut up," he comments darkly, gritting his teeth.

As Spider decides inaction is the best action, Aprile GRINS bright and happily, wounds falling off like nothing. "Ahh that's better.. but I'm not done yet." She answers to Spider, "And I only have one man in my life.. so you're out of luck." He can regain all he wants.. inaction against Aprile always ends up the same way.
The box isn't let go, as the psycho energy around her begins to flare upwards, crashing around her, the psycho energy being funneled straight back into her.. what she has used.. returning!

The Spider frowns as Aprile begins to gather energy. This isn't good. He suddenly leaps into the air and grabs a branch above him. Both feet attempt to lock around Aprile's neck, and then he attempts to swing her to the ground.

As the Spider seems to perhaps have lost his lead by not making any movement, Aprile watches as both feet come towards her, attempting to lock around her neck and swing her to the ground .. yet what happens is Aprile simply Aprile beginning to spin. And spin. And spin!
With Aprile spinning so fast, the Spider might end up .. caught!?
It's not only ironic, it might be painful, due to the way she's spinning much like a blender of psycho energy! And hard metal objects. Can't forget those!

The Spider drops down from the branch and holds his arms in front of him, absorbing the damage. Good thing the Spider has tough arms. They're not bulky, but they're strong. He then aims to stomp on Aprile's foot with his heel, turning to the side quickly to perform the move.

With the Spider apparently focusing on de-re-fense-e, Aprile sidesteps the assault, the foot slamming towards her heel.. but the doll dances away, shaking her head. "You're so predictable though, you know?" She responds to him, before sliding along the ground towards him, a dash..
And then a kick to simply sweep him off his feet, and then cause him to crash away from the assault!
"But I get to play this with you now.. and boy is it fun!"
Arguable, really.

The Spider gets swept off his feet with a cry, landing on his back. There's a thump, as his head hits a rock. Blood on the rock behind him, he climbs back to his feet, shaking off the pain and wooziness.
Watching as the Spider crashes backwards, Aprile tip-toes forwards, grinning bright.. that's a bad sign for those keeping track. "Nice attempt, I assure you .. you made me feel pain, and that's good.. but you never hurt me as much as I wanted.. but that's okay. I have a surprise for you that I just couldn't keep to myself so .. here.. let me share!"
And that's about when the doll, standing near the fence, double hand wields the box, ripping the air infront of her asunder with that lovely psycho energy. A red and white scar stays in the air, before she crosses it.. literately, slamming it to the other side.
A burning cross of psycho energy suddenly ignites infront of her.
She doesn't move it immediately though. "I .. hope you enjoyed your stay!" She cries, nodding.
Before suddenly charging, body and all slamming towards Spider.. a wall of force to swallow him up, with her behind, rushing at him, medkit ahead of her.

The Spider gets knocked backwards as he holds his arms in front of him, getting struck hard and skidding backwards. He looks behind him, noting that he's on the edge of a cliff, overlooking a river. An escape route? He looks back at Aprile, blood dripping from his lips. With a grunt of exertion, he swings his leg around at Aprile's head.

As the Spider looks around, Aprile advances. FAST.. except she's knocked backwards from the rebound. That doesn't mean she's done! The dolls are much like bees. They will assault unless you are stung to death, or are under water!
Wait that doesn't sound right. They like honey!
That's wrong still! "Oh .. are you tried so soon? We're still going to play. Aaaaren't we?" She exclaims to the Spider, talking a step forwards before the leg swings about, aiming to slam into her.. but she was more than able to see this coming. A heavy barrier of psycho energy is called forth into existence, and surrounds her as she weathers the assault..
And then immediately rushes towards the Spider, spinning in a way he might find .. familiar.
"It's night time! Say goodnight! I'm done playing now." And running, she .. spins again!? "Cannon .. SPIKE!" The psycho energy is quite readily apparent, and she's trying to just spin him to death .. but will the spirals win, or will the anti-spirals prevent such an assault!?

The Spider gets struck in the chest by the attack, and goes sailing off the edge of the cliff. There's no scream - simply a splash. He doesn't resurface.
As the spider sails off the cliff, without a splash, the doll grins rather happily. "Oh .. now that didn't hurt too much, did it?" She leans over to ask, before winking, and waves down to the water. "Down came the rain and washed the buggy out!" She begins to sing as she turns around, aiming to finish that OTHER insect but .. well..
It's gone :(
"Now I can finally .. take a nap.." She says groggily. She really had to go all out this time.. she was surprised, honestly! Last time he barely challenged her.. but this time. Oww! Now.. if pain bothered her. Stretching out, she lays there, bloodied and with wounds about her all around.. this is normal to her though, and actually helps her sleep.
It reminds her back when Master Vega was starting that war.. oh he was SO happy! And they felt glad too.
Why wouldn't they?
