Description: On a rickety ship in the Aegean Sea, two totally awesome ninjas have a totally awesome rematch. One of them finds himself knocked into the ocean... and tended to by lots of sexy women?! (Winner: Kurow)
Battle at the high seas is a sacrament of the warrior. Can it be any wonder why this pair of pugilists were placed upon a boat in the middle of storm. Somebody has a sense of humour, Andy Bogard rankles his brow as he stands upon the main mast of the sail ship. Below, the ship rocked back and forth in the churning seas. The waves crashing overboard, Andy was far away from the chaos below.
He was mentally preparing for battle in this obstacle course. His opponent was equally interesting, a younger shinobi that he had faced before. The ropes, the sailes, the cannons. All would come into play here. But the Hungry Wolf is ready for them all.
Lightning crackles above as the storm just begins to really flex its muscles casting both ninjas, and the ship in a ghostly blue light. Andy tenses. It's about to begin.

Unlike Andy, Kurow has -- amazingly -- not spent time preparing for the battle, mentally; it is his usual methodology to prepare compulsively, but today, he has a different plan. Namely, to try to actually stay on his toes; after all, he might learn a new trick or two if he's looking at the battle from such a different perspective. Never approach the same opponent the same way twice!
At the frontmost point on the ship, Kurow Kirishima stands, maintaining perfect balance in the rough storm. He looks up toward Bogard, then out at the vast Aegean Sea; rolling his neck and briefly crossing his forearms in front of himself, he takes a deep breath and prepares for the battle to come.
Those short claws extend somewhat, flaring outward. He nods to Andy. It's go time.

Andy moves forward, running along the mast he keeps Kurow completely in his field of vision, Andy leaps forward and grabs a rope the yougest Bogard slides down it, swinging towards Kurow in a completely unninja like action - darn those Terry Bogard and that Joe Higashi guys for influencing Andy to spec into violence.
Andy lets go of the rope, flipping onward and upward, Andy swings out his left leg and spins attempting to flip kick Kurow under the chin. If you're going to start, start big!

Kirishima locks his eyes on Andy, watching him leap toward him with that flipping kick; he quickly leaps upward, and Andy's foot catches nothing but empty air. "Slow as always," Kurow says, with a grin; he's always been a little unimpressed with Bogard, even though the man has always beaten him. Perhaps it's that lack of 'ninja-ness'.
Kurow lands just behind Andy, whirling around and instantly going on the offensive. He rushes toward the Hungry Wolf with his claws at the ready, starting out with a slash at his midsection that uses some of that angular momentum from turning around. After that, his attacks get a little more straightforward -- a quick vertical swipe with the other hand, and then finally a hard thrust that might, if Andy's not on his toes, knock him off the front of the boat!

Andy isn't on the top of his game lately, is he?
Andy is suddenly bum rushed by a flurry of claw strikes to the back which pound into his torso driving forward him off the bow and tumbling into the sea. The Youngest Bogard sinks, bleeding from the claw marks in his back. The salt burning into his wounds Andy's eyes grow fierce. Andy strokes, and kicks so hard that he flies out of the water and grabs the Mermaiden guiding the craft across the sea. Andy swings and flips himself back onto the deck and wastes no words.
He locks his elbow forward moving in a swift and powerful charging action, aiming an elbow strike at Kurow's navel, "Zan'ei Ken!"

Turning and starting to walk away as Andy falls into the water, Kurow allows himself a smile; unfortunately, Andy comes back up, and Kurow turns his attention away again the instant he hears that splash from Andy kicking out of the water. When the lapsed ninja comes at him with that elbow, he takes a swift step to the side, letting the strike catch only empty air; Kirishima is definitely on the ball today.
"You must not be trying," Kurow says, grinning at Andy, trying to provoke him into making a newbie mistake by getting angry. Leaping up into the air, Kurow whips his body downward almost immediately and tries to cleave into Andy's flesh with his claws as hard as he can. The downward momentum, however, may put some strain on the boards of the deck... and push both fighters into the interior...

Andy is struck by the mighty blow from the other ninja. This really, really isn't his week.
But Andy Bogard is not someone you provoke into making mad. If not even Billy Kane can make Andy Bogard lose his cool then Kurow Kirishima really has his work cut out for him. But in regards to the fighting Kurow is really doing well.
The Hungry Wolf is driven through the deck and into the crew quarters, bounding off falling debris, Andy lands first on the ground first and quickly presses this to his advantage. Waiting for the timing to be just right, Andy crouches low and pushes off the ground launching into a spinning, spring kick with both feet attempting to catch Kurow in the chest.

That spring kick is so very much like something Kurow is very used to but it doesn't seem to help him very much; the attack plows right into him, ramming him into a pile of barrels. Looking at the heavy barrel and seeing one leaking just a tiny bit, Kurow recognizes it potential as a weapon; he isn't /fully/ familiar with the strange mixture of chemicals, but he instantly sees its potential use as a weapon.
Hefting one of the barrels, Kurow slashes off a piece of the top of the intermix drum with his claws, exposing it; in moments, he's flinging it at Andy, the napalm-like mixture beginning to set itself aflame even before it reaches the Hungry Wolf. Kurow nods to himself a little, as if trying to affirm something. Perhaps he's trying to remind himself that, yes, he can swim.

Andy eyes widen when he realises what Kurow is up to. Whoever set this event up really /was/ serious about this being an old school combat arena with greek fire and everything!
Andy throws himself out of the way crashing through the retaining wall and flinging himself into the next set of bunks, Andy looks back quickly seeing the walls behind him ablaze. The Youngest Bogard gulps. If that had hit him, he would have been seriously hurt! But that's combat. There is no running away from that. Still...napalm or whatever that stuff was. Crazy.
Andy takes the wisest course of action and steadies himself taking this moment of distance to compose himself.

By this point, the ship is burning, sinking, and falling apart internally. This battle is starting to get really pitched, and here Andy is just taking a breath!? He's either really stupid or really confident. Or, God forbid, both. The world is more frequently shaped by people with both confidence and stupidity, after all -- for better or worse.
Charging through the flames at blazing speed (pun very much not intended), Kurow keeps the pressure on Andy at all costs; leaping up, Kurow whips himself off a piece of the ship itself and uses it to angle his claws in toward Andy's neck. If he can land them there, he'll whirl around the Wolf's body twice before hooking his arm around Andy's head and letting himself suddenly stop, slamming him into the ground with incredible force... and probably putting a hole in the bottom of the ship, further accelerating its descent.

Kurow leaps, and Andy reacts.
Andy counter spins and blocks each of Kurow's strikes with his forearms as each bladed strike comes in gouging flesh with each block. The Hungry Wolf blocks the last strike and spins out of Kurow's twister of death and reply's with an attack of his own.
Displaying impressive strength and flexibility, Andy shoots his foot directly upwards and attempts to bring his heel crashing down on Kurow's head, with the intent of driving his face into the deck.
"HAA!"

Stepping out of the way of Andy's heel and letting it perforate the ship yet again, Kurow pulls away from Andy for a second or two and just smirks at him. He tries to figure out just what the flaw in his strategy is, just what's keeping Andy from actually going /down/... and then he decides that his current approach needs a few wild changes.
Stepping in toward Andy again, Kurow tries to snake his claws in through the man's guard, grabbing his opponent tightly and leaping up. If he can keep his grip on Andy, the Shiranui-style ninja may have the misfortune of finding out just how cold the water is this time of year yet /again/ as he's tossed /through/ the rickety ship.

Andy is stone cold. He isn't the Wild Wolf, he's his own man. Andy removes his heel from the hull of the ship completely immune to Kurow's games. The Hungry Wolf cares only for combat. When Kurow comes for him, Andy leaps upward escaping the reach of Kurow's claws...but to what end?
Then it becomes clear. Andy steps on Kurow's shoulders and launches upward into the cargo hold. There is a snapping sound and Andy vanishes completely from Kurow's field of vision. And for good reason, for a large crate is falling straight for Kirishima.
"Catch!"

More and more energy from around the area swirls in toward it, taking on an almost sickly color as it builds to a full, intense ball; no sooner has it been built up, though, than does Kurow suddenly slam his hand forward full-bore, trying to bury it deep in Andy's gut.

Andy is completely caught unawares as Kurow busts through the floor like the coolaid ninja covered in purple light. That was never what he was expecting but that's how this game works where ninjas are involved. It's always the one who surprises the other opponent that wins.
Kurow's claw cuts deep into Andy's gut, blood flowing freely as Andy staggers backward. This is really not his day. But Andy Bogard is not done yet.
Andy face is filled with fire and determination. This is the face of a Hungry Wolf. Andy dashes forward and leading up with an elbow strike, something Kurow saw earlier on in the match but what its leading up to? Is something spectacular.
"Sorry, kid, but I don't read you newfangled emos," Andy goes low now, this is something that Kurow's seen as well, and the Youngest Bogard leaps toward Kurow spinning. Andy then erupts in flames as the lightning fast Master Art streaks toward Kurow, the young ninja can only wonder to himself.
Does he feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?

That determination lets Andy get the edge on Kurow; the burning ninja plows through him, sending him off of the boat and into the water. For a time, it seems like that's finished it. The waves act up, for a time; however, the storm starts to taper off for a few seconds and the waves go still and silent -- at least, for waves in a diminishing storm.
Time passes. Andy is allowed to get complacent. Allowed to contemplate his victory. Nine seconds pass...
... and the battle is joined once more. The only sign that something has changed is the sudden cracking sound from underneath the boat, as Kurow pushes through the sinking ship at full speed, bursting out of the water like some terrible predatory shark. He runs up a series of barrels of Greek fire, each punctured and beginning to burn as he passes over it -- and rams shoulder-first into Andy's legs, from underneath.

And then begins to carry him up into the air at the same angle he burst up from, just behind, with the force of his chi. Every moment that Andy spends behind Kurow seems like an eternity, claw after chi-based claw digging into his flesh, rending skin and digging into muscle. Kurow has stopped screwing around, and that's instantly apparent.
Suddenly, Kurow stops dead in midair, Andy's body flung over his shoulder and just in front of him. As if he were on solid ground, Kurow spins and swings a leg up, smashing it into Andy's head with all the force and precision of a technique that the lapsed ninja may be oh so very familiar with...
Feet falling down to the deck of the ship, now barely a foot above water, Kurow grins. "Hmph. I am so disappointed," he says, turning away.
Andy is caught again by the charging storm of blades of the Kirshima style ninjutsu, being sent flying in a gory display of ninja technique, Andy is then caught in a technique he recognises. Andy's eyes meet Kurow's and recognition is made. Andy is a very smart guy. But, Andy has been off his game lately, first against Billy Kane and now against Kurow Kirishima. But, as always, Andy is not ready to say the fat lady has sung yet.
Andy coughs blood and stands as Kurow begins to walk away, "Wait..." Andy gasps. "We're not done yet."
The Hungry Wolf stumbles as he moves forward but catches himself before he falls, "Give your boss my regards," he says this time with strength as he thrusts a palm forward and unleashes his mighty will upon Kirishama's back in the form of a giant, glowing ball of chi. "GEKI...Hishou Ken!"

"Of course," Kurow Kirishima says, as he hears Andy tell him to give 'his boss' his regards. Turning and moving to the side in one smooth motion, he says, flatly, "But we're done here." As Andy moves past him, Kirishima gives his injured a forceful shove into the water, not particularly /painful/ but certainly quite the momentum enhancer.
With that, Kurow turns, starting to peer off into the distance. ... where's land?
This could be a problem.
Some time later...
Andy awakens on a nude beach in Northern Cyprus surrounded by a hundred nubile young women fawning over his health, vitality and wellbeing. Andy is in a state of constant blushing as towel clad ladies take photos with the famous celebrity fresh from his loss.
Andy will have send Rugal and Kurow a basket of nice assorted cheeses.
