SNF 2006.11 - Chaos! Mary/Kensou vs Kyo

Description: The return of the Chaos Agent, in the form of Geese Howard himself! An intense bout in which both sides hold their own lives up to the mayhem of its charter, particularly when Kusanagi decides to challenge the Agent directly. ... to less than stellar result, at least for Kyo. (Winners: Mary and Kensou)

That's nice for a change... A fight in the howard arena. Geese just happens to have that delusion and send the fighters all around the world to compete. It has its upside, but it also has its downside. For the time being, Mary's just fairly happy to stay here in Southtown. It seems like she's part of the main event at that. It's a good way to go, since this is probably the last time she participates in those fights. Even though she has her own little fanbase, she's never really been proud of doing it, but... Life can be rough, and like it or not, one needs money to live, alas.
Mary's here -- she's not on the stage though. She's waiting out of the stage. They'll give her a sign when she has to enter. Clad in her usual outfit, with her leather jacket covering her, Mary actually brought Anton with her. She's been neglecting the pup just a little lately, due to her other job, and he deserves some more time with her. In fact, he seems pretty happy to be here! Tail waggling and all. Ahh! Nothing in the world manages to bring a smile to Mary's lips like he does when she's not feeling well.
While she waits for the time to come, she's idly toying with Anton, poking him around the head and making him go all 'rar-gru-wouf'.

For the second week in a row, Kensou is fighting in Howard Arena; at least this time he doesn't have to do it in a Halloween costume. Since his teammate for the main event is already out there, the Psycho Soldier comes out next, dashing in through the entrance towards the fighting stage! He's pumped, he's ready, he's showing his exuberance, and--Oh, he fell.

Yes, Kensou tripped about halfway to the stage, tumbling arse over teakettle the rest of the way, ending up in a heap right beside the stage. Not far from where Mary and Anton are, in fact. For a moment, a long, awkward moment, the Chinese fighter stays like that... And then, very suddenly, he's standing up again. "I'm okay, I'm okay!" he shouts, stumbling back a step... And then he /very carefully/ climbs up onto the stage. See? No worries, he's fine. Dusting off his fighting outfit after that tumble, he looks around... And realises he's the only person standing on the stage. "...Huh?"

Howard Arena explodes with thunderous applause as the the third fighter in this contest emerges from the entrance tunnel, but despite the ovation given to him, Kyo Kusanagi doesn't do anything to acknowledge the crowd. He simply trudges to the center of the fighting stage with his hands in shoved into his jeans' pockets.

He gives Kensou, then Mary, a cursory glance, recognizing them as two people often romantically connected to fighters he's more familiar with, Athena Asamiya and Terry Bogard, respectively. Just because they're linked with a couple of his friends doesn't mean he's not going to try and rattle them with a little gamesmanship, however!

"I guess it's you two against just me, but even so, the odds don't seem too fair for you guys, do they?" He questions his opponents with a familiar smirk.

The announcer seems quite excited about tonight's Main Event fight. And why shouldn't he be? Mary and Kensou get the introduction first, even if the former -is- tarrying down in the entryways. Don't worry folks, she'll be along shortly! Someone forgot the dog sitter. Of course, the loudspeaker does actually tease the illustrious Ms. Ryan about this, because let's face it... poking fun at Mary is -not- an opportunity Howard employees are going to miss, and it leads to quite the thunderous round of laughter from the crowd. Which Kensou helps reinvigorate with his clumsy tumble down the aisle. Ah, good times, good times.
Right away, this sets up Kusanagi's boastful taunt as the 'theme' of the night, at least apparently. His nonchalant, too-cool entrance stirs the crowd from levity to intense applause and cheering, as the announcer relates tonight's harrowing tale of two unlikely heroes squaring off against the very scion of flames! But tonight, the announcer explains... is a night for CHAOS. And the stadium goes dark.
Lights flicker, spotlighting the stage in volatile hues of reds and oranges, hazard colours flaring hither and yon as powerful spotlights etch the battleground. A montage of the three fighters is displayed on the arena's bigscreens, with the centerpiece being Kyo's semi-recent, and not exactly sanctioned, match against K', focusing on a looping bit where Kusanagi violently, and apparently quite angrily, boots the clone right into a marble pillar, cracking it in a copious spray of blood. Three fighters, two teams, UNTOLD levels of carnage... all for charity and a hearty payday. And at the center of it all?
The announcer and electronic fanfare die down as a single spotlight focuses on the center of the mountaintop stage, illuminating the red-and-white hakama and gi-clad figure of the man himself... Geese Howard. Then the lights are slowly brought up to a dramatic, and dramatically visible level.... as Geese uncrosses his arms, smug grin firm on his face, and with a snap of his fingers declares, "FIGHT!"

That's definately one thing she's not going to miss out of those fight. The howard's employee. Though there's not much she can do about it, but it definately doesn't make her happier! Guess it's time for her to get on the stage. She is, after all, a little lacking behind. Anton whines a little, probably noticing his mistress' disarray. "Now be a good boy," Mary tells him, trying to ignore the announcers... After all, there's going to be retards everywhere in the world, "Just take care of my jacket," She says, ruffling Anton's hair a bit. The dog barks, as if he had understood her command and he stays close to the jacket, while watching Mary head off toward the stage.
Mary gets near the stage just in time to actually hear Kyo's comment. Right... That's enough to make her frown a bit. So much for the charity spirit. Guess they'll just have to show him they can be more of a threat than he expects them to be.
Now that Geese had made his entrance, now that all the fanfare, the flashy stuff and all the cacaphony's over, it's time to rumble. The blonde haired woman rushes toward Kyo and she takes a massive leap toward him, performing a jump of such an height that only professional fighter could actually perform so. She's diving straight for Kyo, cascading down on him with both feet first, as if attempting to land hard on his shoulders. Not the hardest attack to avoid, but it's going to be a bit more than just that... Maybe..

"Tch," mutters Kensou as Kyo makes his arrival with his characteristic arrogance. Indeed, he's about to respond to the Kusanagi heir's taunt, when the stadium goes dark. Did the power go out? Did something happen? Of course, the answer to that comes when it's revealed that Geese is there, and apparently the match's Chaos Agent. Hooboy. "Ah... Yeah," the Psycho Soldier says lamely. But worst of all, it's time to actually start fighting!

Once Mary goes after Kyo, Kensou follows the blonde grappler, rushing in to catch the flame-tosser at the soonest available opportunity, leaping forward in a completely horizontal jump. He extends his right knee and elbow, trying to hit Kyo with both simtulaneously. "Yo-!!" And if that hits, he twists at the waist to drive his other knee into his opponent. "Ya--!!" And then, he'll keep on twisting, extending his left leg in a wide roundhouse. "Hyaa-!!"

Kyo's expression sours a little as Geese makes a rare personal appearance. "Hrmpf... I can't believe he was able to pry himself out of his desk chair for once..." he mutters to himself. The roar of the crowd in reponse to Haward's arrival drowns out Kyo's retort, but it should be obvious to all the fighters assembled that the comment is something disparaging.

Geese signals the beginning of the battle and triggers Mary and Kensou to rush straight at Kusanagi, whom, for his part, doesn't react immediately. He stands motionless, hands still inside his jean pockets as his opponents get closer and closer. Maybe he's just trying to make things more dramatic, maybe he's looking for an weak point in the pair's attacks; whatever the case may be...

It works.

He snatches one of Mary's legs by the ankle with one hand, then spins her around in a wide arc. The extra weight and momentum the lady fighter provides him allows him to easily spin his body away from Kensou's body blows, and with her usefulness as a evasive aid at an end, he also uses that momentum to make her impact on the ground when he finally lets go even more painful.

Ha! Geese barks out a hearty chuckle as the initial charge launched by the unlikely duo meets a sudden end. No one ever said Kyo Kusanagi was an easy nut to crack, and seeing Mary slammed like that seems to meet with Howard's approval. At least momentarily. His desk is hardly a prison, however, and Geese? Geese is here to spread a bit of mayhem. The intial turn of events leaves no question where his attention should be focused to begin with, and with speed that's surprising from a man of Howard's size (and age), the Syndicate boss all but bolts to Kyo's flank. There's a flash of red and gold from his bracer-shielded wrists as both hands launch forward, Geese's lunge targetting a powerful grapple high and low on Kusanagi's chest.
Should that happen? One arm pulls, whilst the other pushes, creating an instantaneous twisting fulcrum by which Geese would use his substantial might to spin the scion of flames literally heels over head, and launch him up, up, and away, to careen to a painful stop somewhere across the arena. Smirk still present on his face, the benevolent patron of this event would nod towards Kyo's landing place, "He's over there." Nice of him to encourage Kensou and Mary, isn't it?

That definately didn't have the effect Mary was hoping for. To be caught right before she could land on his shoulder. Being in midair, it doesn't allow her much of a chance to react to being spinned around like that. Her arms flail a little, but she mostly just tries to prepare for the landing, which is rather painful. At least, it's not so bad, she managed to roll with it a little but still...
Mary groans under her breath, slowly forcing herself back on her feet. The landing made her a little dizzy, not to mention being spinned around like that. She quickly recovers though, even if it does cost her a precious second or two to do so. Opting for something a little less reckless this time and more old fashion. Whatever happened after Geese pulled off his move, that may give them a chance to strike while Kyo has to split his attention to one more person.
Mary rushes toward Kyo and she tries to get a hold of his clothing. If she's successful, she'll quickly shift her position and press her left hand under Kyo's armpit, while the other hand's reaching out for his wrist. She presses her back against his waist and bends over to lift him up on her back and hurl him off over her.

Well, Kensou probably should've expected that; Kyo is obviously no slouch, otherwise they wouldn't be in this particular situation right now. He lands after his first attack misses, with a faint mutter of irritation, while Mary is getting dealt with and then... In comes The Geese to try ruining Kyo's Christmas. Whatever the outcome of that particular fracas is, Kensou is going to hang back a moment to reassess just what he can do here, and as he does so, he draws on his reserves of Psycho Power, bluish-white lights whirling around him as he gathers energy, waiting for a better opportunity to attack.

As soon as Kyo tosses Mary, Geese is right upon him, basically punching Kyo in the chest in order to get a grip on the scion of the flames. Wincing, he's able to get his arms between Howard's and moves them apart, breaking the hold on his shirt and preventing the CEO from tossing him towards the moon.

He's not as lucky when it comes to Mary's attempt; she's able to get in good position while Kusanagi is dealing with Geese, so that when he finally breaks free of one throw he's already ensnared within another. Thrown to the ground, he bounces once then kippups back up to his feet. "Dammit..."

In what may be a fatal mistake, especially since he's momentarilly lost track of Kensou, he gets within range of Mary's considerable grappling skills again to try and throw a few of his patented (albit flame-less) hook punches at her.

Ah well, so Kyo doesn't go flying nice and far away... it gives Mary an opening, which is, after all... what Chaos is all about. Smug expression returned, Geese pans his icy blue gaze aside to Kensou, considering the channeling of Psycho Power cooly. At least, until his left hand darts out, seeking to smack the Psycho Soldier solidly across the back of the skull, "Get back in there!" Howard encourages, a fluid motion of his hands once more settling his arms before his chest, crossing them and standing rather relaxedly, his attention simply on watching the fight play out.
It is all for his amusement, right?

Lips curling into a faint smile, back leaned foward and ready for Kyo, just as he comes close to her she counters by lifting her right foot up and kicking Kyo's midsection. It's more to actually halt his punch more than anything else, give Mary just the few seconds she needs to actually get her hands on Kyo's clothes and all the setting's in place.
And with a good grip over Kyo's clothes, Mary throws herself backward, rolling on her back, taking Kyo down with her. She bends her knees as his body comes down on her but it's only to give Kyo a rather rough push and shove him over her head some distance again.

COMBATSYS: Kensou endures Geese's Quick Punch.

Smacked in the back of the head? You bet! Kensou can't get out of the way without breaking his concentration - let's not ask how he can maintain his concentration after getting hit hard in the back of the head in the first place - so instead he tries to grit his teeth and bear it... But instead he gets sent careening forward by the smack. Right at Kyo, who's just been quite handily dealt with by Mary.

Using the additional momentum as providing by Geese to his advantage, Kensou keeps right on rushing at the Kusanagi heir, and once he gets close enough he leaps right off the ground in a huge, awesome uppercut against Kyo who should hopefully be getting up or something by now; his right fist, the one he's attacking with, is alight with bluish-white energy, the brilliance of Psycho Power, as he tries to totally belt Kyo right in his stupid face. "Uryaa-!!!"

Mary gets the best of Kyo again, successfully countering his series of punches then throwing him to the ground once more. He rolls head over heels, managing to pop up to his feet in the process (and nearly following on his ass as he has to backpedal comically to deal with his momentum). The scion of the flames doesn't even get much time to regain his bearings, for Kensou is right in his face as soon as he's done backpedalling, trying to nail him with a nasty uppercut.

The blow lands, and Kyo is launched straight up into the air with Kensou, but strangely enough, Kusanagi travels even further up in the air than the Psycho Soldier. Apparently he jumped right before getting struck by the uppercut, dampening the damage of the attack while putting him in an advantageous position up in the sky.

Kyo twists his body around in mid-air, bringing one leg around over his head, then sending it careening down onto the top of Kensou's head, sending Athena's would-be boyfriend rocketing straight down towards the stone tiles of the arena proper.

Three cheers for the ol' college try! Mary slams Kyo, stopping the technique... Kensou rushes full-on into the fray, and well... gets kicked full-on right back out of the fray. But things are definitely up in the air, despite the crashing of fighters hither and fro, and a hearty laugh sounds from Geese, "Excellent!" The Syndicate boss exclaims, his powerful legs propelling him from his watchful stance, high into the air.
Gracefully, Howard crosses the distance between his position and Kyo's leaping recovery in a flash, leading his approach with a fierce right elbow that seeks to catch Kyo just below the ribcage, even as he twists about and seeks to use the airborne scion of flames to defy gravity, by way of a sudden, forceful shoulder-throw that's meant to leverage Kusanagi about... and straight groundward, potentially making his descent far less controlled and safe than he might have liked.

Mary rolls back on her feet, taking the time to get back into her combat posture. She doesn't expect Kyo to recover that fast from another successive throw like this! The blonde woman can't help but wince a little as Kensou's own attack gets countered by Kyo, and it seems like it's getting to be a big party up there where Kyo is.
Mary dashes toward the action, but since Geese is already on Kyo's case, Mary tries to attack Kyo from behind and give him a nasty elbow smash right into his spine, hoping that if that connects, it'll just be enough of a hassle to allow Geese to perform his combo.

Okay, so, Kensou totally saw that going differently in his head. But whatever he saw in his head, the point is that Kensou just got /helluva/ kicked by Kyo, and that hurt. It hurt his /feelings/, Kusanagi. "Owww," mutters the Chinese psion as he gets up from the fighting stage which he impacted with in a rather painful way not long ago thanks to /somebody/, shaking his head to clear it; his attention is, however, soon focused on Kyo again.

"I ain't done yet," Kensou adds, mostly to remind himself that he isn't, before he goes after Kyo again, wherever the Kusanagi heir might end up after Geese and Mary have finished with him. In the air, on the ground, in a plane or on a train; the point is that Kensou wants to get in close, thrusting his right hand out, open palm, bracing his right arm with his left hand at the shoulder... And then he unleashes a spherical blast of almost pure white Psycho Power, trying to envelop Kyo in the hellish outpouring energy. "EAT THIS!!"

The young Kusanagi heir continues his show of aerial acrobatics, deftly twisting his body away from Geese's mid-air strikes so that he lands on the ground undeterred. Too bad Mary and Kensou are right there on the arena floor just itching for their chance as soon as Kyo's feet touch down.

He ducks low to the floor as soon as he comes back down to Earth, Mary's elbow smash doing nothing but whiff over his head, and with all the attacks thrown at him dealt with, Kyo prepares to unleash a devastating technique that will be able to take down all three of his opponents at once.

Too bad Kensou makes him explode first.

The scion of the flames is thrown clear of the tight grouping of fighters, skidding across the stone tiles with smoke trailling off his shoulders. When he finally slows to a halt, he spits out a clot of blood onto the ground. "You bastard..." Kyo spits out, sounding more surprised than anything else. He needs to take at least one of his opponents out, quickly... and it looks like Kensou just volunteered!

Kyo picks himself up and dashes towards the Pyscho Soldier, one hand held behind him, flame streaking off his knuckles as he charges straight past Geese and Mary to try and grab Kensou by the throat!

Well! Kensou can certainly pack a punch, even with Kyo demonstrating a rather remarkable degree of midair alacrity. Geese winds up sailing right past the scion of flames, landing a short span past the battle with a pronounced, "Hmph." Despite the dissatisfied grunt, however....
Howard is still smiling, confidently smug as ever. With the blast launched into Kyo, it's just as well Geese didn't help out in this instance, and Mary, well... Mary's done a remarkable job of staying unscathed since the fight's initial exchanges. That just won't do. The look that falls on the ex-Interpol agent is almost predatory, as Howard's left arm whips upwards, his open palm trailing a flaring charge of dark blue chi. Before the crimelord, a geyser of raw power rips forth from the stoney ground... it's well past time he stopped holding back, this is endgame, "DOUBLE...."
Then the right follows, more of that purple-tinged, cold chi pouring into the wave at his feet, sending a man-high blast coursing outwards along the floor, threatening to envelope Blue Mary and tear her forcibly from the battle, at least for the moment, courtesy of that tidal wave of shearing energy, "REPPUKEN!!"

After that first strike she got, Mary's not really all that hasty to actually receive another hard smack. In fact, she'll try to stay like this as long as possible. If Geese had truly wanted to hurt Mary with chi, he should have known that her major weakness are those fireball. Especially if fired by schoolgirl. Nothing is more fearsome than the power of schoolgirl holding the flames.
When it comes to chi poured down into the ground and rushing like a tidal wave straight at her... Pfft, that's piece of cake, nothing compared to the schoolgirl fireball(tm). All Mary has to do is actually take a high jump right over it. As if she was quite literally diving over the tidal wave of energy. It does her well though, since she manages to avoid it and gets out of it without a scratch.
Lips curling into a faint smile, she glances at Geese and says, "Tss, you'll have to do better than that," Mary says. Oh is she looking for it... Well, considering what happened last time she fought him, this is just a partial way of feeling better.
Enough with all the defenses, it's time to give Kensou a hand with Kyo. Mary dashes toward Kyo and she attempts to shoulder tackle him hard, to try and disrupt his attack.

Kyo snatches Kensou by the neck with a vice-grip, lifts the Psycho Soldier up off the ground, then returns the favor by basically blowing his opponent up with a huge explosion of crimson flame. "MOERO!!!"

Once again, Kensou saw that going differently; actually he had a whole clever plan, but unfortunately Kyo's just too fast for him. As the Kusanagi heir closes with him for that grab, he thrusts his own hand outwards, but it's not in time. Energy disperses uselessly as Kensou gets grabbed and lifted, and then totally blown up with crimson flames, which of course launch him away, where he lands in kind of a heap. Yeah... That hurt a little bit. "O-oww," mutters the Psycho Soldier, who looks a bit the worse for wear, surprisingly!

That infuriatingly superior smirk grows on Kyo's face as soon as he sends Kensou flying. He keeps his hand held up in front of his face, the last remnants of his last fiery attack still lingering on his finger tips. "I'm surprised you were able to survive my flames at that level..." He closes the hand into a fist, crimson flames bursting out around his knuckles again, then charges at the Psycho Soldier, aiming to finish him off. "...You've more stamina than I thought, but this next technique is going to end it either way!!"

Mary charges in from Kyo's side, trying to plow into him in order to disrupt his dash towards Kensou, but Kusanagi takes to the air again, a mighty leap causing Ryan to careen underneath him. He finishes the charge in the air, crashing down upon Kensou with a frighteningly quick hook punch imbued with his trademark flames.

... have to do better? Some people never learn. Women, especially... at least in Geese's not-biased at all view. Hmph. The audacity of just... getting out of the way like that, when he had something to say! Howard doesn't move a great deal, shifting aside to readjust the alignment of his view of Kyo. Mary overshoots her target, which is some satisfaction, but not as much satisfaction as he might get by... ah yes.
The left arm slices air again, once more carrying a rather impressive charge of chi with it, fueling the tumultuous burst of energy before Geese, as his smile darkens a bit. It's Kyo's turn, "DOUBLE..."
And with the uppercutting motion of his right arm, Howard steps forward, sending the massive wave of cutting chi forward, its mass spouting with an overflow of raw power, the dark blast threatening to envelope Kyo, but the angle at which its targetted? Well, Howard pours a little too -much- energy into it (depending on your point of view, at least), sending the blast well and truly beyond Kusanagi, regardless, "REPPUKEN!!!"
... hey, is the recovering Blue Mary in the way of that? Whoops. He must have misjudged the course a little.

Looks like Mary wasn't in time or fast enough to get to Kyo. And Kensou's going to suffer for that. Poor him. So much for her partner. But now, she has another someone else to deal with. It was to be expected, more or less, after what she had said to him. Last time it worked well so... Why not use the same tactic?
At least, that's what Mary thinks. However, there's just one little problem. Mary's not really in a good position to jump this time, and when she does leap up to avoid the tidal wave of energy rushing their way, she only partially manages to dive over it, the rush of energy grazing at her body as she quite literally 'surfs' the wave... Except that it's actually painful, unlike real water.
Mary leans on the ground with a roll. She groans and winces, glancing up at Geese. Still, she manages to smirk and says, "That's a little better... still..." Ah, that's the kind of thing that's truly priceless. It's worth losing the fight.
Mary then turns around and rushes toward Kyo to attack him. She tries to get behind him and wrap her arms around of Kyo's waist. If that suceeds, she'll then suplex him up in the air and slam him down behind her.

Well, Kensou's improved a lot since the last time Kyo deigned to notice him - apparently not quite /enough/, though. When Kyo comes flying in to finish the job, the Psycho Soldier tries to get out of the way, but... He can't quite make it, and instead he gets belted with fist and flames, which sends him staggering back. Darkness creeps into the edges of his vision; that's pretty much all he can take. But, that said, he's not just going to lie down. Instead, throws his hand forward again, bracing it with his other arm, before he unleashes a second blast of Psycho Power, though this one is definitely less stable and powerful than the one before it. Hit or miss, afterwards Kensou's going to end up taking a nap, out like a light.

COMBATSYS: Kensou can no longer fight.

One down.

And even with one of his opponents down for the count, Kusanagi still feels like he's in a shooting gallery... and he's the fish in the barrel. He faces another flurry of attacks, three different threats coming from three different angles, and he quickly realizes that even if he was twice as fast, he wouldn't be able to evade everything.

So he steps into Geese's Reppuken, which blasts him back far enough so that he flies right past Kensou's desperate final psycho power blast as well as Mary's attempt to grab his back.

He finds himself picking himself up off the unforgiving stone arena floor, slower this time, and holding one arm, which he seems to have lost feeling in. "Tch... I don't give a damn if it's a "Reppu" or a "Shippu," those lousy little winds of your's won't be able to blow out my flames!!" And to demonstrate this, he generates them in the hand of his good arm, then sweeps in out in front of him, whipping a barrage of fireballs at both Geese and Mary.

Still? Rather than getting irate, however.... Geese laughs at Mary, chuckling heartily at the defiance shown by the ex-Interpol agent, "You must be kidding. That, or something got jarred loose in that head of yours! This isn't about -my- best." Mary's charge on Kusanagi may not have ended up as she liked, but it leaves her in the perfect position as far as Geese is concerned, and he rushes in at her flank. Something big, no doubt. Life-threatening. Something to properly answer the taunts he's been given, the threat he sees in the blonde warrioress.
Or not. Howard pulls up short, as Kyo... challenges him, and launches an attack? Ah-ha. Looks like Mary isn't the only one with screws jarred loose, from where Geese is standing. Laughing, Geese throws up his left arm, the initial geyser of power brought forth before him enough to stop the plume of flame dead, the gout of impressive power slamming hard into the purplish-blue wall with a vibrant shockwave of dissipating energy, "Boy...." Howard derides, slamming more energy into the attack with his second motion, and sending a still-potent blast of chi hurtling forward across the ground, far -faster- than the previous blasts, "Come back when you have more than heredity!! DOUBLE REPPUKEN!!!"
A smirk returns full-force as Geese crosses his arms over his chest, shaking his head, "Your flames. Hmph. Predictable and God-given, without skill to back them up!"

You call that some flames? The Kusanagi's flames are nothing compared to what schoolgirls can pull off. At least, in Mary's heart, those young girl's fireballs will always remain the most fearsome and deadliest. Perhaps this is a bit crazy or reckless, but Mary quite literally charges through the barrage of fireballs, not seeming to mind the burnt it might cause her at first. It's expandable pain since she'll result in halting that barrage of fireball from him.
Just as Mary gets close enough to Kyo, she leaps up and kicks him right under the chin, the force of the kick dragging him upward with Mary, until she actually repositions herself in midair to actually wrap her thighs around Kyo's face and with her weight, she brings him back down to the ground for a rather painful landing.

Kyo doesn't seem impressed by Geese negating his fireballs with bursts of wind-chi, "Heh, you loser, that shit only fans my flames!" He holds a hand up above his head, powering up his ultimate attack, unfortunately it's going to be at a lot less than "ultimate" strength thanks to the combined efforts of Kensou, Mary, and Geese. Still, he can't just the loser hanging out on the sidelines talk trash about his bloodline's powers, so he lets the serpentine wave that is the Orochinagi loose anyways. It blows throw Geese's Reppuken and travels towards the CEO.

Then he falls asleep between Mary's thighs. Zzzzzzz!

The wave of ultimately searing, voluminous heat.... brings a smile to Geese's face. The crimelord shakes his head as the Kusanagi 'ultimate' technique rushes in, sucking up the oxygen between the two fighters lickity-split. Both of Geese's hands turn groundwards, and he drops almost calmly into a crouch, his own tremendous, icy energy pouring from his palms, "RAGING..."
".... STORM!!!!" And as his palms touch the ground? Arcs of wildly luminescent blue and white power shear forth from the stony arena, to the audible gasping of the entire audience. The rampant storm of shearing blades cleaves the Orochinagi asunder, plumes of fire blasting outwards as the Raging Storm fluctuates madly, the impact obliterating both epic charges of energy in a brilliant lightshow. A lightshow that does little more than rustle Geese's clothing, and mildly muss his well-greased hair. Ah well. Still thoroughly untouched, the 'Chaos Agent' rises back to a standing position, grunting out a derisive, 'Hmph', "Predictable." he reiterates, letting the blackness take Kyo as he simply brushes down the front of his gi, and turns from the battle, lifting a fist in the air as he flashes a smug, winning smile to the crowd.

Ah, there it was, the Raging Storm. If that's going off, it's likely that it's time to go. He checks the TV, and... yep. Kyo's down. That was his cue. Hopping briskly up the steps into the arena, Ryuji Yamazaki pays no attention to the detective on the other side of the stage. He's dressed in what's considered formal for him; white fur coat and sunglasses along with his typical black outfit. Instead, he walks over to his boss and the signer of his paychecks. "Mr. Howard?" He does take a moment to look over his shoulder to Blue Mary.. and he just smirks. "I had the limo brought around to the back entrance. The motor's already warmed up." His right hand is nestled carefully in its pocket, fingers gripping the sheathed switchblade, just in case Mary decides to try something stupid. The fingers of his left hand twitch before that hand curls into a fist.. almost like he was waiting for the private detective to try something. "And the drinks are chilled and waiting, as you requested."

Kyo's out cold -- Mary's not going to actually kick him about while he's down, nope. It's pretty obvious to him that he's out and not faking it, so she lets go of him and she forces herself back to her feet. Well that wasn't too bad. Her eyes linger to Kensou for a second, though they're more interested in Geese, who's slowly leaving the stage.
Mary closes her eyes and she folds her arms in front of her chest, striding by Geese's side as she prepares to leave, "What's with that smile and the attitude?" She asks him, glancing over to him, "You had a secondary role here, don't act like you've won or something," Mary says. Her lips curl into a smile and she tries to ignore Geese, since it seems he's got someone fetching him. She glances up at the crowd and Mary just mimics Geese more or less, with the victory sign and all of that. After all, -she- is the real winner here, not him.

With the fight proper concluded, it seems as though Geese isn't inclined to pay Mary a second thought. A nod is Geese's only initial answer to Yamazaki's inquiry, as he strides down off the stage and towards the aforementioned exit. The real winner? Let her think what she wants. The house -always- wins, and Howard? -He- was the target of the only technique Kusanagi has that he considers all that dangerous. Of course, his opinions may be mildly biased. Still, she may catch sight of just the vaguest victorious smirk as he glances back to her from the periphery of his vision. Saturday Night Fight is his show. Shutting down the Kusanagi flames was his victory. Snubbing the ex-Interpol agent just makes it all the sweeter. And the crowd?
Judging by the chants of 'Geese!' ..... they agree.

COMBATSYS: Geese has left the fight here.
