Description: Under the lights of Howard Arena, Kain and Kensou dole out a fairly one-sided defeat to Cammy and Sakura. (Winners: Kain and Kensou)
Lights! Cameras! Action! Howard Arena is all aglow for its weekly contest of strength and talent, its stands packed to the gills with a noisy audience! The fighters here are no strangers to the spotlight, and a two-on-two battle never fails to pull down top ratings.
Add to that, the tension of a five-minute delay. It's never stated why -- the announcers just continue to find something else to talk about, but all the regulars know the fights would never start late without a reason.
But all that tension reaches a head when the lights turn up towards the west gate, and a petulant Sakura Kasugano strides out, decked out in an amber-colored karate gi, her lower lip jutted out slightly as she tugs on her leather handguards. "Don't see why they're making such a fuss... I =need= these..." she mutters to herself, temporarily forgetting about the strategically-placed, high-dollar microphones that can pick up every word.
Stopping once she enters the fighting area, she drops her attitude and waves with a smile to the fans, like any good role-model should! Though she can't help but glance over her shoulder to see if her teammate will be coming out...
Shortly after Sakura's arrival comes one half of the team facing her... Sie Kensou. Actually, he doesn't know /who/ he's facing, or who his partner is, for that matter. Paying attention isn't really the Psycho Soldier's strong suit. But, after his win in Hong Kong the other day, he's feeling full of confidence and energy; sure, so he hasn't done too well with SNF in the last while, but he's an expert at selectively remembering things. So, /confidence/.
Kensou emerges from the side opposite where Sakura did, dashing energetically towards the actual fighting stage, and then when he's /alllmost/ there, he trips. It might be over a misplaced power cord, it might be over his own feet, that's not the point. The point is, the Chinese fighter skids on his face all the way to the edge of the stage, and for a long moment, he just lays there, unseen by half of the audience. There's a certain awkward silence: Does this mean the match isn't going to happen?
But no, after a moment, Kensou springs up to his feet, hand raised over his head. He's okay! And then he /very carefully/ climbs onto the fighting stage opposite Sakura, adjusting his fight gear, all with elaborate dignity. He didn't just trip. Nothing happened. "Hey, Sakura!" he calls over to the present half of the opposing team. "Ready t' get your butt kicked?" Selective memory, a champion's greatest weapon.
Fighting with a partner isn't really Kain's thing, except under a few circumstances. The almost total disregard with which he has treated the safety of his partners in some of his previous matches makes that fairly obvious. Still, he's probably better to have as a teammate than as an opponent. At least it means he won't be actively trying to blow you up.
Kain strides into the arena, thumbs hooked in his pockets as he makes his way to the fighting area. He's certainly not a role model, (or not a good one, anyway) and he makes no effort to play for the crowd. He's quite capable of putting on a show, but only when he's in the mood for it. Trying to get him to perform on demand is a good way to wind up needing skin grafts. He taps one foot impatiently as he waits for the fight to start, gazing toward his opponents' side of the arena, but keeping a watch on the announcers out of the corner of his eye.
Is her partner going to be coming out? Of -course- she is. Then again... the last time she was here *bad things* happened. Bad things in the shape of a large man with a big chin and a red uniform. So that's certainly on her mind as she strides up one of the long walkways up to the arena floor. Her blue eyes are intense; her opponents are largely unknown to her, though a quick request to Delta Red got her some information. Likewise her partner--she researched her as rigorously.
Time to step up; as she climbs the last steps to the stage, cresting the top, she sees Sakura, and, as she climbs further, her opponents. Sakura is granted a friendly smile, and a wink; Cammy heard the muttering, but she understands the importance of certain pieces of equipment. Case in point, the red metallic gauntlets she wears.
Cammy turns to Sakura and grins. "Let's have some fun, alright?" Gazing back over her opponents, she sizes them up, showing no impatience as she waits for the fight to begin as well.

The sentimental value of her her handguards isn't quite as much as, say, her headband... but their practical value is of paramount importance. Kasugano might not be going all-out with an asbestos suit like last time, but there'd be heck to pay if she'd had to fight Kain without =any= armoring!
Luckily, Cammy doesn't explicitly press the issue, and Sakura can give her a friendly smile all the same. "Right!"
As for Kensou's arrival... well, she'd heard =some= kind of commotion while she was turned around, but the stage hid all that from her. So all she sees is Kensou walking up like nobody's business.
Scratching her head, she hops up another step, bobbing her head lightly. "Sure! But not by you!"
Her cryptic reply becomes a bit more clear after a few words from the loudspeakers. "Ready? FIGHT!" At which point... Sakura rushes right into battle, leaping into a rapid kick at Kain Heinlein. "Hyaaaaaaa!"
... And simply because no good fight is worth having without an adequate and antagonistic audience.. - Down the steps, left side of the stadium, top right hand corner of seat section B... strides the ever self-loathing, leather-clad anti-fighter. He walks his way down the stares, getting a few stares from the people around him as he passes. Some of them recognize him and that shock of white hair, but he's been out of the fighting circuit so long, most of them offer jeers and remarks that resound clear along the lines of 'Hack' and 'Wannabe' and so on. Guess that's what happens when you don't join the dog and pony show for a while.
The -main- thing they stared at however, was the thing he held in his hand. It wasn't quite clear what it was until he made his way all the way down to the bottom of the steps, sitting ring-side behind the protective glass. He moves onto the row, takes a slow seat, barters with a vendor or two, purchasing some popcorn.. some all-important Beef Jerky and... for some odd reason, a Diet Coke. Who knew what went on in Kay Dash's head. -- After his snacks are set into the varying holders on his seat, he lifts the object everyone was balking at.
It was huge... it was blocking the fight from some people's view but they didn't dare say a word. Propping it on the seat beside him for the world, and the fighter's below to see. Its a sign... A sign that reads:
'Go Team Sakura. You Can Do Eet!' ... Thought he hated her. Huh.
When Kensou sees /who/ his teammate is, he just stares at Kain for like half a minute. Seriously, holy crap. "Ah..." the Psycho Soldier starts to say, not even noticing Cammy's presence. But he /does/ hear the word 'fight!' being called. And really, there's only one way to react to something like that. With violent fighting!
Sakura might be going after Kain, but that doesn't mean Kensou has to leave her alone, no sir. He's not about to forget her comment there, either. Neither forget nor forgive! Instead, while Sakura launches herself at his teammate, Kensou launches himself at Sakura in turn, thrusting one leg forward as he tries to jumpkick her right in the back of her head. "Yaa-!!" This is probably going to get messy.

Kain appears to be paying little mind to Kensou, at least, but he does slip both hands out of his pockets when the call to fight comes. Can't be /too/ casual when dealing with two opponents, right? As Sakura comes leaping in toward him, Kain reaches out with his right hand and actually catches her foot in mid-kick. His hand glows blue for a moment as his arm bends under the force of the blow, and then he quickly thrusts his hand back out to send Sakura sailing away from him. She'll need to be dealt with, one way or another, but Cammy is a bit higher priority.
She might not remember Kain, but he did run into her while she was still under Vega's brainwashing. Frankly, she's considerably less interesting to him now that she seems to have broken out of it. But, that doesn't change the fact that she and her ilk are really damn fast. And Kain doesn't wish to spend the whole fight playing tag. He whips one hand toward Cammy, sending a blast of purple fire racing toward her in an erratically spiralling path.

Cammy kicks her toe against the arena floor, dislodging a bit of dried mud; the fight is called and Sakura acts on it immediately. Her drive is admirable, that's for sure; but Kain denies Sakura's kick and that isn't good at all. Kensou's flying at Sakura, but purple flames are flying at her, and that spiralling path makes it hard to figure out a path of avoidance. So she moves into it, taking a few steps forward then bracing herself against the flame that washes over her. Hurts, but not bad, even if it pushes her back slightly. Then she's off and running--but not for Kain; she's suddenly flying headlong at Kensou, reaching out with her hands to try and grab him around the neck after he kicks. If she gets her grab she'll twist around, and drive Kensou into the arena floor, practically headfirst.

Sakura =was= pretty headstrong in attacking Kain first -- but that's mostly intended to foil to any kind of preconceived strategy that may have been roiling around in Kain's head. The fangirl's done her homework, that's for sure.
Well, except for that part where he caught her kick and tossed her away. Luckily for her, she's able to kick about in midair and land in a low crouch. ... Which would be when Kensou jump-kicks her in the back of the head, slamming her face into the stone floor. *WHAM*
While she's =here= though, Kasugano may as well address him! "Hey, thanks! Kei keeps telling me to exfoliate an' stuff!" Like the tomboy ever listened. At least she's got little red cuts all over her face now, right? ... But she says this while whirling around to deliver an uppercut at the boy before he can get too far away, with any luck assisting Cammy's attack!

Yes, shortly Kensou feels the satisfying sensation of his foot against the back of Sakura's head, he feels the very /unpleasant/ sensation of Cammy grabbing him by the neck. Wuh oh. He shows no resistance to being twisted and driven downwards, except to shift enough to avoid getting totally uppercutted by the fighting schoolgirl; however, rather than hit the arena floor headfirst, he instead opts to get his arms in the way, which results in him avoiding any head trauma. FOR NOW.
Since Kensou is here though, and Cammy is awfully close, he might as well take a shot at the blonde, right? Indeed, he pushes off from where he was driven to the arena floor, landing spryly on his feet, and then he lunges at Cammy with a wild haymaker. "Hyaa-!!" The punch isn't the only thing he's got planned, of course, and if it hits, the Psycho Soldier will follow it up with a succession of strikes, ending it with a powerful uppercut aimed at Cammy's jaw.
What's this? Nobody wants to go for another shot at Kain? He'll feel lonely over here! Looks like it's up to him to keep things moving. Dashing a few quick steps toward Cammy, Kain uses this momentum as he leaps into the air, twisting himself around to lead with a flying kick aimed to strike Cammy in the back, hopefully after she's just been slammed in the jaw by Kensou. Purple flame springs up around Kain's foot as he flies, flaring up about him and trailing in the air behind him.

Kensou's barrage of punches are easily avoided--but the backstep she takes on the last one? It just launches her right into Kain's flying kick, and that literally sends her tumbling across the arena floor. In a word? OW.
Cammy rises to her feet, frowning deeply. She grimaces, probing her side, finding the damage to be disturbing, but not debilitating yet... And now Kain's earned her attention, though she'd been planning to strike him next. First, however, she has to get back -to- the fight, and she's in no real rush yet, stalking forward very intently. The last thing she wants is to be focused in on Kain and get surprised by Kensou.

Sakura leaps back to her feet after her uppercut whiffs past Kensou, frowning lightly. "It's gonna be one of -those- matches, ain't it?" she asks no one in particular, scrambling back to a safe distance. With Cammy refraining from attack, and Kensou and Kain both looking as bright as a summer day... well.
"Hey, we're here to have fun, remember?!" she shouts to her teammate, flashing a determined smile as she then turns to Kensou. Her hands, however, turn the opposite direction as a periwinkle of energy blossoms, casting her features into shadow from its sheer intensity. "So don't drop the ball yet!" With a thrust of the hands, Kasugano fires off the five-foot blaze of energy at Kensou while he's still in range, keeping one eye on Kain just in case! "HADOOOOUKEN!"

Yes, it seems Cammy's just plain too fast for Kensou on that one... But at least Kain makes her pay for it. Teamwork! Then, of course, Kensou hears those words nobody ever wants to hear: Somebody shouting 'Hadouken'. Somewhere, parents use that to keep their kids in line. The Psycho Soldier tries to avoid the hugenormous chi blast, but he doesn't quite time it right; instead, he gets totally blasted with it, and it hurts like crazy.
Knocked back by the blast, Kensou hits the arena floor and rolls, getting to his feet with teeth gritted. That just wasn't any fun at all. "You should watch those, you might hurt somebody!" he calls towards Sakura, but the bulk of his attention is focused on Cammy. The Chinese fighter's hands come up in front of his face, and he quickly gathers energy, forcing it to coalesce as fast as he can... And then he sweeps his hands out, forming a sphere of blue-tinged white Psycho Power, crackling as it hurtles towards Cammy. "Choukyuudan!!" He can shout his fireball's name too!
Well now... Cammy may want to go for a slow and safe approach, but that doesn't mean her opponents are going to let her get away with it. It seems Kensou's got the idea, and Kain can certainly approve of that. While the ex-Doll is approaching him Kain thrusts both of his hands out toward her, sending waves of small purple sparks shooting toward her. Individually, they aren't much. But there are a whole lot of them, and in addition to burning they do a pretty good job of reducing visibility as well.

Either way they go about it, her opponents will be hitting a girl. Cammy just kind of wishes it wouldn't be both of them coming after her at once. She hasn't even -done- anything to them. Kensou's ball of power strikes Cammy, which, fortunately, puts her out of the way of Kain's shower of sparks. Now she's getting kind of mad; she turns her attention to Kain, taking a run, then leaping forward, twirling as she goes, her aim to plant a two-hit combination into Kain's torso--elbow, then backfist--the striking arm limned in the glow of Cammy's own psi energies.
Sakura throws up her fist as Kensou takes a big ol' bite of her Hadouken. "Yeeeeah! Don't count us out just yet!" Of course... Kensou just passes along a Hadouken of his own like some kind of hot potato. Wrinkling her nose at that, she glances over to see Kain charging in as well. Sakura expects to be attacked -- it's why she signed up for SNF, really. But with both of her opponents singlemindedly focus on Cammy... she starts walking for Heinlein. "Hey, this means I get to pick my target again, right?" Grinning broadly, Kasugano breaks into another running leap for Kain! "Kain-a-chu! I CHOOSE YOU!" this time, though, she intends to keep spinning right through him with a revolving hurricane kick. "SHUNPUUUU-KYAKU!"
For Kensou at least, it's tactics; he's not as strong as the other participants in the match, so he might as well fight /smart/ for once in his life. Besides, he's not above a little bit of ruthlessness. And now both the girls are going after /Kain/, which proves they're not above it either! Or something. With Cammy's attention on Kensou's partner, Kensou himself goes after the blonde and hopes she's distracted; getting in close, he swings his right leg in a wide, arcing kick, and then swings it back the other way, trying to catch her twice with the same attack. "Ya-! Yaa-!!"

Now, this is more like it! Kain needs to see some real action if he's going to get anything out of a fight. And with both Cammy and Sakura coming after him, he actually has something to worry about. When Cammy leads in with her elbow, Kain sweeps his right arm down to block with his own forearm. The glow from his chi clashes with her psi as he keeps his arm in place to prevent her from following through with her backfist.
But there's still Sakura to deal with. She comes flying at him with a spinning kick, and one would think that even trying to attack into that would just be asking to get yourself kicked. But Kain has stopped Ryu's version dead in its tracks, and with the right timing he can do the same here. He pushes away from Cammy, twisting himself around as he lashes out with a sharply angled kick. It slips right in between Sakura's spinning legs, landing a vicious kick to her face which is followed by a fiery explosion.

This fight isn't going well for Cammy and Sakura; despite Cammy's supposed speed she hasn't done very well in avoiding her opponent's attacks. This goes double for Kensou's double kick, which tags Cammy twice and leaves her seeing stars. And possibly double. She staggers back, then lunges for Kensou, seeking to at least dish out some of her own pain back at him, seeking to first find his gut with an elbow, and if she gets that hit, it should stun him long enough for her to turn, grab him around the neck, and flip him straight overhead to crunch down onto the floor. Cammy has been, to say the least, very disappointed in her performance thus far.
Sakura's empathy for Cammy in this situation is limited, as she's currently eating a Genocide Cutter from Kain. Er, a Schwarze Lanze. Whatever! All she knows is that it hurts like hell, burns, and makes her face scrubbing against the stone feel like a tickle!
Recovering from her buuuuurning flight upward, she lands... in a rather =rough= crouch, coughing rather irritably. But she refuses to let herself be discouraged by this. She's fighting Kain! Who's, like, six times more scary than her master's archrival, Vega -- possibly only because she's had to fight him at least six more times than she has Vega -- and she =knows= she's an underdog.
With Cammy changing targets, it only makes sense to follow the lead. "Sorry, Kensou, you're stuck with me again!" And rather than forge any kind of sensible attack, Kasugano feels the need to burn off some adrenaline with a rather direct, rather =deep= leaping kick to the head. "HYAAAA!"

Well, Cammy /does/ elbow Kensou in the gut, though her grab and flip doesn't work out quite how she was probably hoping; instead, the Psycho Soldier lands on his feet, easy as you please. But his moment of victory is short lived, because Sakura then boots him in the head, /hard/. Which is probably revenge for him jump-kicking her in the head earlier. "Geh!" he exclaims, staggering away from the kick, but he's definitely not finished yet. Again, he keeps on Cammy, feinting at her with a couple of powerful-looking strikes before he lunges in with a palm strike at her solar plexus, hoping to knock the wind right out of her! "Hua-!!"
Sorry, Sakura, but Kain has no intention of letting you get away with turning your back on him. He's got nobody attacking him to be a distraction, so that means he's free to run up behind Sakura as she leaps at Kensou. He ducks down for a moment, drawing his right fist back as it begins to glow with chi. The blond then lunges forward in an attempt to hook what should be a rather nasty punch into Sakura's lower right side.

Cammy, by the way, is really getting tired of Kensou's face. She's done basically nothing to him and he still keeps on her. Why? Did she kick a puppy he had when he was a kid? She tries to turn the tables on him, when he comes in for another attack, but instead eats it -- again -- and just stumbles backwards, shaking her head. She'd like a redo, please, and maybe fight someone else.

Sorry? What's there to be sorry about? It's a fight to the finish! If any punches were pulled it just wouldn't be the spectacle that fans come to love and expect from Saturday! Night! Fight!
And if the flaming punch crashing into Sakura's side means she's laid up in bed for the next few days, well, them's the breaks! Sakura reels off to the side, falling out of control to the stony floor. "Gnngh... " she mumbles, kipping back to her feet. "H-hey..." she starts, finally glancing over at Cammy and Kensou. Ow.
"... Guess what, Blondie?" Kasugano grins, backlit once more by the brilliant coruscating sparkles of a ginormous fireball forming in her palms. This time, though, it's accompanied by a cascade of electricity, powerful enough to set her amber-colored gi into frenzied motion. Smirking back at Kain, she thrusts her hands forward. Will it =work?= Here's to hoping! "Shinkuuuu... HADOOOOUKEN!"
What, would Cammy rather go one on one with Kain? Kensou doesn't really see any reason to go fight Sakura right now, he's doing fine where he is! ...Though now his teammate /does/ seem pretty preoccupied with the fireball-tossing, flower-kicking schoolgirl of doom. What's a guy to do, in a situation like this? Well, Kensou seems to have the momentum after Cammy failed to stop his attack, so he... Flips forwards, crossing his arms at the wrists and briefly touching the arena floor... Before he pushes off, whirling in the air with his feet extended, trying to trap Cammy with a furious assault of kicks! "Ryuu Gakusai!!"

Oh, it's not too hard for Kain to guess what's coming. He has some brief hope of being able to stop Sakura while she's still in the process of building up the Hadouken, but as he charges toward her it quickly becomes apparent that he's not going to make it in time. That's okay, though. He throws up his left arm in front of himself as he runs, and as the blast of energy leaves Sakura's hands, Kain's arm flares up with his own chi.
The two blasts clash for a moment, and Kain stumbles slightly in his path, but then by putting all his strength behind his arm he manages to actually shove the Shinkuu Hadouken off course and over his shoulder. ...That could be bad for the audience, but Kain isn't paying attention to them. And he's still moving forward. Right up until he plants his left foot firmly on the floor, and whips himself around to sweep his right foot at the side of Sakura's head.

Okay, that's it, seriously. Cammy is in no more mood to deal with Kensou anymore, especially after she apparently can't handle the twelve-year-old kid.
"I'm gettin' DAMN tired of you!" she shouts as she tumbles backwards--then, mid-tumble, pushes off, driving herself forward, low along the ground, seeking to power Kensou off his feet as she throws herself into a reckless spin, her Psycho Power once again flaring around her, from the feet back to her hips, the energy blazing brightly with Cammy's fighting spirit.
"SPIRAL ARROW!"

Sakura grins as she seeeeems to have caught Kain off-guard. But she's not going to rest on her laurels -- with his guard beleaguered, she fully intends to close in for the kill! She's already starting to run towards Kain, hoping to follow up her Shinkuu Hadouken with a good ol-fashioned punch to the jaw!
The best-laid plans of mice and high-powered schoolgirls...
Kain's kick wheels around, connecting solidly with Sakura's skull before she can connect with her hopeful punch. Flailing like a rag doll, she spins to the side from the impact, hands whirling about uselessly for balance before she lands on the stony floor.
"Wow, Cammy's totally lost it..." Sakura mumbles, catching the commotion as she rises back to her feet, *very* shakily. "Man, Mr. H... we gotta stop meetin' like this..."
Grinning faintly, she purses her lips. It's all or nothing, now! Sakura doesn't give this attack the benefit of a shout -- pouring her energy and momentum into racing forward for one riotously fast uppercut. She could fall over at any moment, but she'd hate for her sacrifice to be for nothing! But rather than let that be her final hallmark... she hopes she can continue with a second, more powerful uppercut to send the Heinlein scion rocketing into the air. Two Shou'ou Kens for the price of one!

Honestly, Kensou has no idea what Cammy's getting so upset about... And he's hardly twelve. Hell, he's older than she is! "You really oughta relax a little," the Psycho Soldier tells the former Doll, but uh, she's trying to Spiral Arrow him, which probably isn't good. He tenses a little as she gets closer like that, and he rears back for /some/ kind of kick, but whatever it is, he's forestalled by getting blasted with Cammy's own Psycho Power, which sends him flying back, landing in a heap! "Heh... Izzat all you got?" Kensou wonders as he pushes himself back up a few moments later; bravado is important, you know.

Sakura's uppercut connects... but it's with Kain's upper right arm. He's forced back a step by the blow, and he quickly takes him a few more to bring him out of the range of Sakura's followup, then leaps out of the way to let her fall to the floor. And that just leaves one opponent. Luckily for Kensou, he happens to not be in Cammy's immediate vicinity... Because even if he was, it wouldn't cause Kain to hold back.
He draws his hands back and to his side, a spark of golden light appearing between his cupped palms. This spark quickly expands to fill the space between his hands, and as he brings his arms forward and points his palms toward Cammy, it quickly expands into a massive sphere of swirling chi that's at least five feet in diameter. It launches out from his hands toward the ex-Doll, zig-zagging in an apparently random pattern that nevertheless focuses in on the spot where she's standing.

She's tired, she's grumpy... she's not at her best anymore. So yeah, even though she tries to be nimble enough to get out of the way, she just--no. She doesn't at all, and is caught up in the explosion of chi. Which, by the way, hurts. You're a mean man, Mr. Heinlein. A mean man. Cammy isn't, by the way, -quite- done yet; she just has a choice to make. Does she want to try to put the hurt on Kain? Or does she want to try to paste Kensou into oblivion? She decides that... well, she doesn't want Kain to come through unscathed without any help from Cammy herself, and so she summons up the willpower to stand once more, bodysuit blown away in places, smoke curling up off her body... and she leaps, straight up, before stopping for about half a second--and then she's just... gone, almost like she's teleported, blurring into existence next to Kain--travelling past him--her lower body aglow with Psycho Power. Hit, miss, blocked, she kicks past him and, faster than may be believed possible, kicks past him again, and again, a zig-zagging web of attacks all delivered within the span of a few seconds, Cammy putting on one of those speed-bursts that the desperate achieve.
Either way, once she's done she finishes up next to the medics, crouched, panting, and nearly passed out--which she achieves in the next moment later.

Sakura's totally done with making choices at this point -- considering that after her uppercut, she basically just flumps limply to the ground, unconscious. It's rare for her to be totally exhausted of her =own= accord, but getting the wind knocked out of her repeatedly tends to take its toll.
But oh, the stories she'll tell!
So... Apparently, yes, that is all Cammy had, by that point. Kensou is left crouching there, but at least he's still conscious. He gets the rest of the way up to a standing position as Cammy makes her last assault on Kain; and to tell the truth, it's not often that Kensou's left still standing at the end of a team battle, even when he's on the winning side. He's... Not entirely sure how to feel about this.

It's not something that needs to come up all that often, given how good Kain is at dealing out massive amounts of damage and deflecting the same, but he's actually quite light on his feet. When Cammy starts rushing at him so fast that he can't even follow her, it's time to do something. He can /sense/ her, but it doesn't do much good if he can't react quickly enough to her individual strikes. And so the obvious solution is to simply get out of there. Kain leaps almost straight up, twisting himself around in the air to arc over the blurring Cammy and come back down on his feet a relatively safe distance away.

And that... Looks like it's that, huh? Kensou and Kain are the winners, and Kensou is looking a little worse for wear... But as stated before, he's still up. Looking towards Kain after the latter totally avoids Cammy's last gasp, he scratches the back of his head, a bit nervously. "Uh... Good work?" he offers towards his teammate, while the fans cheer at the victory. The Psycho Soldier should probably feel better about winning, but he's conflicted! Probably because Kain is mean. And hardly looks like he even got his hair mussed.
