Description: A snowy forest. A ninja. And a extremely fast girl. This recipe can only mean a beatdown of gargantuan proportions! (Winner: Cammy)
The time: A early weekday morning. The place: There is a forest outside of Justice High, a forest that Cammy is extremely familiar with, judging by the fact that she visits it every morning, and this morning was no different. A snowfall had happened during the night, coating the forest branches and ground with a layer of thick snow. At least the sun was out, and shining, right? With any luck, this snowfall would be gone by the afternoon. And in any case, it was nearing the time for Cammy's league match.
The girl would not be late today. In spite of the... cold weather, the girl's legs were bare, barring what the knee-high boots she wore covered. Each step crunching snow beneath her boots, Cammy finds a smallish clearing in the middle of the forest, her eyes flicking left and right as she steps along, spotting the location of all the little cameras that were set up beforehand to record this fight. As she moves, she also lifts a hand to the front of her dark blue jacket, making sure it was zipped up all that it can be. At least... her torso was warm, for beneath that jacket she wore her usual, one-piece swimsuit-esque outfit, and over the sleeves of the jacket, she was wearing her hard crimson gauntlets. Let's not forget the beret she wears atop her little blonde head.
Alright. Coming to a stop in what seems like a nice spot, Cammy casts another glance around. There was just one thing missing at the moment. Her opponent.
Her opponent? Well, that my friend is Andy Bogard. And where is the Youngest Bogard? Look above you.
There, standing on a long thick branch is the successor of Shiranui-ryuu Ninjitsu. Clad in his white gi embroidered with red flames and red arm guards of his own (check the picture), the Shinobi stares down coldly at the young fighter with the legendary fierce eyes of a Hungry Wolf. Andy's hair, now tied up in a ponytail, sways slightly in the wind as we move down to his face covered in a red mask of cloth tied behind his neck. Andy glares down at Cammy, and those below stare up at him and they realise that the Legend of the Hungry Wolves is no idle talk; a Hungry Wolf stares down at his prey with a ravenous hunger, that is unyielding, unrepentant, who's hunger can only be satisfied with the fierce bloodlust of the fight. Andy tears the mask from his face and leaps down into the battlefield, landing in a balanced fighting stance bouncing from one foot to the other.
Let the battle begin!

Andy dashes forward and executes a series of light punches, but these turn out to be feints as Andy suddenly snaps a palm strike forward aiming at Cammy's sternum.

It's a good thing Cammy was so quick on her toes, otherwise she may have got caught off... guard. Ahem. In any case, Cammy was still waiting patiently, when she catches a flutter of red to her right: the discarded mask. Eyes going that direction, that distracted Cammy's attention for a few precious seconds, allowing the youngest Bogard time to leap towards her. Not that she didn't notice his approach; the instant his body lands upon the ground, Cammy's eyes snap back to the man, her arms rising to ward off his attack with her gauntlets...
Alas, she did not ward good enough. If those feints were real punches, they would have been met with the hard gauntlets Cammy wore, but instead... the palm strike smashes into the girl's sternum, sending Cammy sliding back a few feet as her features twist into a grimace of pain. This was not starting well at all.
But instead of counterattacking, Cammy backflips away from the ninja, landing on the ground in a defensive stance, fists lifted before herself, and brilliantly blue eyes narrowed upon Andy. She's going to take a moment to observe and watch her opponent, thank you much.

Andy is only too happy to unleash his greatest talent against Cammy to let her know what she's really up against. Andy closes up his stance, almost as if he's going completely on the defensive, but this is where the Youngest Bogard will leave her absolutely dazzled if she has the skill to sense Chi energy. Andy's talent with Chi, like his older brother, is...amazing. It's even on par, perhaps even comparable, to the greatest Martial Artists of our time! People like Chun-Li, Ryu, Ken Masters, and yes...Terry Bogard.
Andy pulls his Chi into his right fist, and snaps his fist forward in a lightning fast motion - much like the one Andy hit her with before - only this time a bright flame blue fireball of chi was now shooting towards Cammy.
"Hishou Ken!"

Unfortunately, chi energy was as dead to the once-Zero Doll as a squished bug. Still, even without the warning and awe sensing Andy's work of energy would have gave, Cammy wasn't feeling inclined to be struck by that bright blue fireball. Balls of energy that she had trouble sensing tended... to hurt. A lot. As Andy advances quickly, Cammy backpedals in a pace that almost matches the younger Bogard's rapid forward sprint, but when the fireball comes, Cammy drops down to one knee, folding her arms up across her chest. Flicking her head out of the way, Cammy curls her spine until she was much tinier than before, the fireball passing harmlessly over her shoulder.
And for a moment, a brief moment, she stays like that, her entire body tensing tighter and tighter... and then she explodes upwards. Rising to a stand in a flash, and kicking off of the snow-covered ground in that same flash, Cammy slaps her arms over her chest as she leaps towards the ninja she faces, the soles of her shoes perpetually pointed towards the ground as she spins, her right arm beginning to blaze with -her- energy...
And when she lands, hopefully by Andy, Cammy lashes out that energy-encased arm with a wordless yell, hoping to strike Andy in the torso or head with that backhanded blow.

Andy grits his teeth as he see's Cammy coming towards him with a speed, and strangely despite her physique, with the power to match him blow for blow...but it's the power Cammy wields that bothers him so greatly since it's not Chi. It's...it's...the Ninja lifts his arms in defense meeting her attack head on with his arms. Andy's eyes look at Cammy's.
"Psycho Power..." The ninja whispers in awe. It was a power he seldom faced in his career as a professional fighter. Yet this girl...Cammy. She was as remarkable with that strange power as he was with Chi. This wasn't simply any fight he was fighting, this was a true battle of equals, and it's in these moments that the Hungry Wolfs thirst for battle quickens and the true tale of the Path of the Warrior is told.
Andy steps back and around executing a spinning backfist, aiming to smack Cammy across the mouth - Koppou is a deadly art specializing in brutal, bone breaking blows. Andy isn't just a ninja, he's a warrior who dishes it out just as well as he takes it!

With her blow delivered, the flare of energy surrounding her arm fades into nothingness. However, the very moment Andy recognizes her power, and that brief whisper of awe... causes Cammy's eyes to narrow sharply, a momentary frown twitching down the corners of her lips. Whatever was disturbing her was not enough to make her lose her focus, however. As Andy approaches with that spinning backfist manuever, Cammy avoids it by... ducking down again. However, she was just a moment too slow. As Andy's fist passes over her head, it strikes her beret, knocking it off of her head and sending it sailing off into the trees.
"Mrph." Cammy 'says', the girl making that annoyed-sounding noise as she slips away from Andy, straightening up just a moment later. She didn't dare glance towards the trees; she had a feeling Andy was not a man she wished to underestimate. Allowing herself a brief little grin in the moment she takes to prepare, Cammy then flings herself forward in a flip towards Andy.
...this is where things would get tricky. You see, for when Cammy's little flip takes her directly by Mr. Bogard, she would kick out both of her feet towards his thighs, as her hands lash out for the shoulders of his gi. The kicks to the thighs would have two purposes; the first is to hurt, the second was to knock his feet out from beneath him. Then, using her grip on the man's shoulders, she would tumble with him head over heels, until he hopefully lands upon his back in the snow. Well, she could hope, right?

Andy Bogard takes a page out of the book of Cammy. Easiest way to dodge someone trying to smack your face? Duck. Andy simply drops to the ground and rolls backwards to gain some distance between himself and young Psycho Power wondergirl, rolling to a crouch Andy mirrors Cammy's annoyed sound, and then with uncanny speed launches himself at her feet first in one of his trademark moves known worldwide by people familiar with him. The Kuuha Dan. The Kuuha Dan is a spinning leap attack that uses both feet to strike the opponent in the upper torso or the face depending on how close the enemy is, either way - It's a hell of an attack.

Landing in a crouch from her missed attack, Cammy lifts her gaze up towards Andy, any trace of the earlier grin gone from her expression, replaced by a serious look. It seems Andy was fairly quick as well, mmm? Well, Cammy had ways to deal with that. Rising up from her crouch, the girl lifts up her gauntlets in an attempt to knock away Andy's feet from striking her... a attempt that is only half successful. Instead of getting struck in the face, she's instead struck in the shoulder, the force of such enough to cause her to stagger backwards, the girl picking up her right foot, and putting it behind herself to brace herself. So that she doesn't fall over.
Right, well. After the attack, Cammy throws herself backwards and away in a backwards flip, lifting her arms above her head to catch herself on her hands, before pushing herself off of the ground, and flipping back once more so that she lands in a crouch, a short distance away from Andy. And what was that in her hand? Sometime during that manuever, she had picked up a small snow-covered object, one that she flings towards Andy's face with a flick of her wrist. Unfortunately for Andy, that snow-covered object was a rock.

Andy thinking that it's just a snowball Andy focuses on his next attack and just ignores it, and even when the rock strikes him - Andy is so utterly focussed on seeing through Cammy into her next attack and striking a crushing blow that he barely even feels the pain. Instead Andy smacks his left fist into his right palm, locking his left elbow outward the Hungry Wolf sudden zooms across the ground moving so fast it literally looks like he's simply sliding across the snow on his feet, his movement even leaving shadow images behind.
"Zan'ei Ken!"
the driving elbow strike is one again aimed at her sternum.

And being struck in the sternum again was not something the once-Doll was very fond of happening. When she sees that the rock didn't quite have the stunning effect she intended, the Pacific High Student rises up to a stand once again, her eyes widening as she observes the approach of Andy...
"YA!" At the very last moment, Cammy sidesteps out of the way with that warcry, her right forearm slapping against Andy's outstretched elbow, giving it a sharp rap to knock the younger Bogard off course. A shuffling step away, but this time... Cammy tries to give Andy no time to recover. Leaping up into the air, Cammy spins around gracefully in the air, slowly outstretching her rightfoot as she tucks her left beneath herself... and during the final few degrees of that three hundred and sixty degree turn... Cammy exerts herself, swinging her leg out towards Andy all the faster. "HA!"
The flying roundhouse kick. She always loved it so.

Andy however is nowhere near her kick when Cammy finally spins and kicks out, the Hungry Wolf now a little tired of such close combat leaps backward completely outdistancing the kick and gaining a little distance between them. You seem while the Hungry Wolf thirsts for battle, a wolf with a cold and calculating mind has enough sense to know when to back up, find new reserves of strength...and find a new place to sink its teeth into. So this is what Andy does.
After gaining his space Andy stands shoulder width apart and starts to gather his Chi in a spectacular display of Chi manipulation he begins to pool his legacy, the spectacular power of his great bloodline and focus it throughout his entire being. The effect is amazing, as wind begins to flutter all around Andy - stray Chi even forms into golden energy whipping around him as the energy builds.
"YYYyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!"

Cammy could not sense Andy's chi before. However, the display of golden energy Andy brings into life does not need any strange senses to witness. Landing from her flying kick in a stand, Cammy brings her fists up before herself and... takes a moment to observe Andy gathering energy. Slowly, a grin begins to tug upwards at the corners of her lips, before Cammy inclines her head towards Andy, acknowledging the man.
Another silent moment from the girl, and she clutches her right fist even tighter, sparking... bluish energy of her own flaring into life around her right arm. Taking a slow step in Andy's direction, Cammy takes a deep breath, and then launches herself into action. The move would be familiar; Cammy leaping forward towards Andy, and crossing her arms over her chest as she flies, the bottoms of her feet pointing earthward. And when Cammy lands again, she lashes out that blazing arm towards Andy's head or chest. The Killer Bee hoped the sting of her Psycho Power would become familiar to Andy by the end of this match. Only time could tell though, mmm?

The Youngest Bogard blocks this attack too. Why? Andy narrows his eyes and they suddenly gain a burning intensity not their before. Why? Perhaps it was the pain from when Cammy's psycho power clad fist crunched painfully into his forearms once more pushing, with her amazing strength, the powerfully built ninja backward. Perhaps it was his warriors spirit coming to the fore, and maybe...just maybe it was the fruition of a long thought out strategy.
"You're good, Ms. White," Andy says without the fierceness in his voice as he tenses his arms and gathers his arms. "Your stronger than I was at your age...but!" Andy pushes the former-doll backward and suddenly crouches gathering all of his will and focusing his eyes directly on her form, burning her image into his mind so completely that nothing else existed in his universe. Simply Cammy, and the goal in sight - to blow this fight wide open. "I wish you well in this fight, and I forsee for you a great future...but for now, I can't let you beat me!"
Suddenly Andy's form begins to waver and the Hungry Wolf pushes himself off the ground his famous Kuuha Dan but...oh but then his form suddenly EXPLODES in flames as he soars towards her at insane speeds like a Blazing Arrow of Legend!
"CHOU REPPA DAN!!"

Cammy believed herself to be... and indeed she was... remarkably fast. Being remarkably fast only gets you so far, however. When Andy leaps at her again, Cammy recognizes the move... or so she thought. And perhaps arrogantly, she begins to position herself to avoid the move in the exact same fashion, bringing up her right gauntlet in preparation to knock the manuever off course, her left hand clenching into a tight fist...
And then... well... Andy had to go and explode into flames. Widening eyes echo the surprise she felt at the moment, Cammy attempting to change strategies to simply fling herself out of the way of the blazing kick... but that was too little, too late. The soles of both of Andy's shoes find a home in Cammy's face, the girls cry of pain muffled by those very same feet as she is knocked away. No graceful landing for her this time. She hit the ground and rolls, the snow providing a bit of relief for her burned-feeling skin.
She lies upon the ground a moment, and then gathers herself to her feet once again, orienting her shaky stance towards Andy. Nonetheless, there was a smile on her face. "Good thing I didn't underestimate you then, mmm, Mr. Bogard?" Cammy says, bringing up a hand to wipe at the corner of her lips. Blood was trickling there. Finished with that, Cammy drops that fist once more, and drops into a extremely focused and sturdy stance, her eyes locked upon Andy. "If you're gonna beat me... you're going to have to earn it!" she cries, and then she was off. Dashing through the snow towards Andy, Cammy then hops up into the air, swinging one of her legs out to try to strike Andy's side. Just a simple kick. But sometimes, simple is good.

Andy rolls to his feet after striking her with his Chou Reppa Dan, but Cammy's still got plenty of fight left in her and she's still willing to show him that. Andy is nearly knocked off his feet when the former-doll's boot smacks into his ribs, it certainly hurts a whole lot, but Andy quickly recovers from the jarring blow and counter attacks with a counter-shot to her ribs with short and vicious round punch.
"I'll try and remember that!"

A punch that finds a home in her ribs, drawing a hiss and a wince from the lithe schoolgirl. Yep. That'll be felt for a bit. And turnabout is fair play, no? Without too much pause, Cammy takes a single step away, and twists on one heel, aiming to plant a spinning sort of backhand into Andy's ribs, in more or less the same spot she was struck in. Not that Cammy... was.. vengeful or anything.

Andy gasps this time as Cammy's fist CRUNCHES into his ribs painfully...well okay more than just painfully. Andy is actually knocked over as he coughs up something vaguely resembling blood mixed with spittle after he rolls to his feet. The Hungry Wolf glares at Cammy as if to say 'That hurt. Now it's time to feel hurt in return.' And that's exactly what Andy attempted to do, he got to his feet and launched into his charging elbow attack (Zan'ei Ken) but this time if he hits? The elbow strike is going to be followed by a series of violent and brutal punches and kicks and then finished up with large ball of Chi.
"Hishou Ryuusei Ken!"
And yeah, it's going to hurt.

[OOC] Andy says, "Hm. Totally don't like the sound of that."
Sometimes, being remarkably fast is enough. In this particular case, it seemed to be. At Andy's glare, the irritation that Cammy had once felt slips away a little bit, the girl inclining her head once more towards the Bogard... although a slow, wolfish little smile begins to turn up the corners of her lips. That smile nonetheless disappates as Andy begins to charge towards her, his elbow strike met with... a precise sliding step backwards. Andy's blow struck, the once-Doll had just... moved back with it to remove any hurt it might have caused.
The flurry of blows came next. For some, Cammy wasn't in the proper position to be hit. For others, instead of striking the (relatively) softer Cammy, Andy's fists impact the heavy gauntlets she wears instead. And for his coup de grace? /That/ Cammy has to leap backwards and away from, the girl landing lightly some distance away.
"-Now- I remember why I like fighting so much." Cammy says, before hopping forward at Andy, and falling down into a crouch before him. "The challenge! CANNON SPIKE!" she cries, and Cammy launches herself upwards from the ground, inverting herself in midair so that she was leading with her now-blazing-with-energy right foot... a foot she hoped to catch Andy beneath the chin with in her rising jumpkick.

[OOC] Cammy says, "That took guts. That's nearly my fastest move."
Andy tries gathering his ki for one final strike but finds that Cammy is simply too fast for him and he gets the spinning feet blow in his body. Andy is knocked off his feet and falls to the ground. After a few moments, the Youngest Bogard stands again and smiles at Cammy.
"Splendid. I concede Ms. White."
Andy heads OOC.
