Description: It's Xiangfei! It's D! It's medal faito! (Winner: Heavy D!)
Chinatown, Southtown.. Particularly Downtown Chinatown is where it's at, just like it always is! The streets are busy as it's hitting around lunchtime, and a certain girl, the self-proclaimed Heavenly Hip-Hop Honey of Southtown has taken it upon herself to get some lunch!
Dressed in her usual chinese ensamble, the bell's-wearing gal has just stepped out of a Cake House, with a bag full of meatbuns, stuffing one in her mouth, and is likely on her way back home. Looking upward she notices it's starting to get cloudy on this brisk day, and the general populous looks to be moving a little faster for shelter, anticipating rain, "... Huh.. It's not going to rain on -my- watch," she murmurs to herself. Because she totally has complete control over the weather, you see.
Also, her medal is in plain view, if you look at the pants-hip it's pinned to!
Wow. THat's a lotta buns. Definitely more than a certain boxer could eat...if he eat meatbuns. In any case, making his way to the village through Chinatown, one Heavy D!, having evened up his medal count finally after a runin with Bao, makes his way through, passing by the same Cake House Xiangfei just exits out of. He blinks and spins about as he passes the Hip Hop honey...but not for the medal. Nope...he simply gawks at the sheer amount of buns she lugs about, wondering how she expects to eat all of those. "What the..."
Xiangfei, she remains blissfully.. Oblivious to the gawking, her maw opening to devour it whole and chews, with the most delighted squeak passing her lips, "Mmm.. MMMN!"
But after she swallows, she blinks, looking to D!, she of course recognizes the man, having done some charity work and teamed up with him once, ".. HUh?" is her first question, brown eyes blinking in confusion, "... D! Haha, wow, it's been a while!" she pipes, "So you see the healthy glow of my powerful aura, do you?" another bun is then chomped, "Unff.. mmmnn.. 'Ey, 'e ne'er did figt eef over efor, huh?"
HeavyD blinks, tipping his head a bit as Xiangfei pipes in...and then says something horribly muffled by her bun. "Wha?" he asks, scratching his head a little. Then...he notices the medal hanging off of Xiangfei's hip. Quick to change the subject, he points out said medal, as well as pulling up his jacket collar to show off his. "You're in the tourney too?"
Lucky for D!, that's almost what Xiangfei was talking about, so she hasn't a clue that he had no idea what she was saying. The small woman swallows and then nods her head again, "Huh? You're in it? I shouldn't be suprised, but yeah, I am!" she pipes, "I've got a lot of them too, I'm well on my way to meeting Chun-Li in the finals at this rate.." her eyes half-lid suddenly, a rather smug grin forming in her lips, ".. Do you want to try and take one from me?"
HeavyD huhs. "Really...how many do you have? I still just have 4," he notes. Then, the challenge seems to come. Then again, it's almost a mutual challenge at this rate. "Hrm...sure, why not. If I win, I'll get into the higher edges of the tourney. If not...well, at least you'll see your....mentor? Idol?" He's not sure just what Chun-Li is to Xiangfei.

Xiangfei holds up her hands, "Five. I was down to three at one point, so I'm on a roll!" she boasts with a little laugh. She moves to the side a bit to roll the bag closed and set it on a parked car, then blushes a little as D! asks for the affiliation, "Oh, uh.. Well, she's my hero, really," she replies sheepishly, the punches a hand into her palm, giving a quick bow, "Ok then, lets both do our best, D!"
That said, she claps her hands togeather and with a "HAH!" a golden pillar of chi swirls quickly around her form, almost taking the shape of a dragon. POwer up!

HeavyD chuckles a bit. "Well, here's to hoping you get to meet her," he says with a quick salute. As she bows, D! simply settles into his usual stance, bringing up that guard again and hiding himself behind his fists. "Same to you," he says at Xiangfei's encouragement. He's a bit surprised, however, to see her charge up like she does initially. Frowning, he quickly dashes in, hoping to take her off her guard while she builds up. He doesn't do anything fancy, really...just a nice, simple straight punch toward her chest. Not to weak, not to strong...just enough.

Xiangfei never really paid close attention to what D!s style consisted of- At least she couldn't recollect the very special things about the boxer.
And D! caters to that using such a simple punch. The chi charge stops a little short as she deals with the big mans punch, she using both hands to push the fist aside, then they clap togeather with a small grin, "Ok!" palms thrust forward, and she releases a short burst of chi at the boxer, light blue in color- It doesn't travel far, it'd seem it's purpose at least is to knock the man back, "HAAAAAH!"

Doesn't move as the palm thrust comes. Instead, he simply shores up, guarding himself with those meaty forearms as the burst of energy blasts out from Xiangfei's hands. He gets pushed back a bit, but not too much worse for the wear. "Nghh..." While his forearms tingle a bit, it's still intent on giving some retaliation back to Xiangfei. Rather than go for one singular blow, however, the boxer goes in with some quick snapping jabs, searching for an opening inside of Xiangfei's defenses.

Woah, fast fists! Xiangfei underestimated his speed, that was for certain, and she found herself in a bit of a predicament, "Erk!" she shifts a bit to try and position herself for a quick counter-attack and isn't so lucky, she's popped in the shoulders and chest, making her stagger a bit. Her lips curl inward, and then she backflips, bringing her fingertips togeather, fans her fingers out so just the pointer and thumbs touch, and murmurs a little chinese chant, closing her eyes.

HeavyD thinks a little bit, watching Xiangfei take a bit of a time out to chant and close her eyes. Not wanting to give her enough of a moment to plan out a serious attack, D! drives forward. Half way there, he seems to fade out of view. You know what's coming up next...but does Xiangfei? Stopping long enough to be visible again, the boxer quickly ducks in with a hard hook shot to her ribs, followed by a higher hook under Xiangfei's arm, before finally finishing off with one big overhand right driving down onto Xiangfei's shoulder.

Xiangfei doesn't know what's coming up next.. But truth be told, she doesn't really care, either! When the big man comes zooming forward, the only thing that she sees is an opening! "A- Oof!" the shot to the gut, it certainly connects, but then her palm lashes out, slamming him into the gut.. Harder than one might suspect. She then takes a step forward and slams her palms into the same spot, "Hup! Haah!" and finally twirls around with a quick shoulder-rush to his chest to finish the combination, "HAAAAI!"
The big palm shot stops D! in mid combo, leaving him open for Xiangfei's own combination. "NGHH!!" THrown back after the shoulder drive, the boxer rolls off onto his back, groaning as he starts to pick himself up off his feet. "That was new," he grunts, slowly getting back upright. "But...still gonna need more," he contends. Indeed, not too long after he gets his feet again, the boxer's rushing in, snapping out yet another hook punch at Xiangfei's side...though this time he doesn't bother following up on it.

Xiangfei sweatdrops a bit, and gives a weak laugh to D!s comment, rubbing the back of her head- She clearly had expected that to be stronger, but.. This guy is clearly as tough as nails; possibly as tough as Vanessa??
The very thought makes her wince, as now she seems to be trying to find her opponents weakness- She claps her hands, and tries delivering another blast of chi at him, the execution possibly a little faster than before, "HAH!" the blue wave of power rushes at his chest.

Unlike before, D! doesn't get a guard on this one. Instead, he gets blasted back wholesale. Driven further down the street by the blast, the boxer ends up feeling mostly like he did when his combo was stopped cold. "NGhh....damn...looks like I might need to step it up myself," he mutters. Shaking his head, D! gets back into his stance, slowly settling in and keeping a watchful eye on Xiangfei, looking for some weaknesses to exploit.

Xiangfei gives a little 'whew' after her fireball hits, giving her a moment to take a breather- It may not look it, but D!s fast moves are getting difficult to defend very fast. But if the boxer is looking for an exploit, the chinese fighter hints at one as her chi roars around her again, hands held outward a bit- She must be chancing that she'll be able to defend his next attack no matter what! "HaaAAAAAA!!"

Ok...so Xiangfei's doing the soul gathering thing again. This leaves D! some time to pull in something big again. Driving in forward, D! reels back his right arm, seemingly set on pulling out a big straight or cross, or something. And that's what it looks like...until D! drops to his knees and slides forward toward Xiangfei. That cocked back arm ends up dropping down right into the ground, resulting in a grand explosion of chi right in front of him...which, unless the Hip Hop Honey is careful, will include her.

Xiangfei has made a slight miscalculation! She was expecting a solid punch, the chi catches her by suprise and the explosion breaks right through her guard, "AUGH!" she tumbles backward and flops onto her side, "... Man, that was strong!" she gasps, and then she goes rushing forward again as she gets to her feet, holding her chest and panting abit. She lashes her hand outward, attempting to hit D! in the gut again, and once more follows up the combination with the double-palm strike and the twirling shoulder rush, "HAAAH!"

The same combo comes out...but this time, D! is ready. THe double palm is stopped with his forearms, while the shoulder charge is met with one of his own, stopping it with little damage, save some bruised arms and a slightly jammed shoulder. "Nghh....no..." he grunts. Not about to get caught twice with the same move, after all. Which is why he doesn't go into any punches he's already used. Instead, he changes it up with a hard left cross...a real, unfeinted one. Of course, the awkward nature of his body might make it difficult to land...

Uh oh a left cross.. She's been hit with plenty of those in some shape or form and it looks like the legand continues, "Errk!" she tries escaping with a little bit of an evasion technique. "UGH!" She had counted on the fact that even if it did hit she'd still be in position to rock out and there you have it, she just crashes flat onto her back with a weak groan, holding the side of her cheek. She slips her other hand in her pocket, drawing out a yen coin that rests between pointer and middle fingers, which she whips at D! to try and bean him between the eyes.
In the meantime, it seems she's struggling to try to get herself back into the fight...

And will herself she does! "G.. Gotta meet Chun in the finals," she gasps to herself, getting back up to her feet again and raises her fists ready to continue! "I'm not done yet!"
Alas, while Xiangfei manages to find the energy to keep on fighting, her gambit doesn't do well to take D! a peg down. As the yen coin flies out, D! is quick to intercept it. Sweeping his arm around, he snaps it up into the air with the shout of "BLAST!" A scattering explosion of chi flies out from the arc of his uppercut, throwing the coin aside and threatening to crash into the struggling Xiangfei if she's not set yet.

Xiangfei tries to get a little lucky to see if she can get out of the way of the blast sent her way, but no such luck, "Rrgh!" there goes the explosion again that this time sends her reeling backward and slamming against the parked car she set her buns on. With a light shake of her head she grumbles something and another burst forward sends her flying toward D! again, "Ok, here I come!!" she cries, and it seems she's going for a new technique, a burst of chi sending her blazing forward- Almost hovering over the ground, she seeks to slam her shoulder right into the big man, "KAAAAAAAAH!!"

The shoulder slam is impressive...but as physically built as D! is, Xiangfei's smaller frame still isn't enough to bowl him over. Absorbing the chi-boosted ram with his shoulder and arm, D! skids back a little, but remains little worse for the wear. "Nghh...." Reeling his arm back, he decides he may as well take his big shot himself. Feeding all his chi into his right arm, he charges it all into a compact state...then, with one big right punch, releases it, trying to drive the massive punch right into Xiangfei's body.

And when D reels forward.. Well it seems at first that it doesn't have any effect on the Heavenly Hip-Hop Honey.
But we all know better than that.
The chinese girl grits her teeth, and lets the powerful blow hit dead on, with a slight crouch the darn thing just SLAMS into her forehead, dragging her sandles along the sidewalk, and her teeth grit. Her bells jingle, her braids blow back and a trickle of blood falls down her forehead, the girls mind clearly -reeling-, ".. G'uh," she sputters, punches her fists togeather and once again BOOM! She lashes her palm forward at D!.
He knows what's coming, as she continues her combination with the palm strikes and the spinning shoulder slam, "HAI HAAAAAAAA!!"
It's likely all she has left, but if she's lucky, she won't have to give up her medal if it hits... But... Given her track record so far..

Alas, the combo has the same effect the third time that it did the second time. All her strikes are met with similar defensive moves, minimizing the damage D! recieves. And finally....the game is over it seems. Watching her fall and fail to get up again, D! realizes he's won. "Whew..." Dropping to his knee, he watches Xiangfei with a slight smile. "Nice...match there."
Xiangfei groans lightly and.. Surely enough D! handles the attack pretty well, well exceptionally well really; and Xiang is clearly very impressed. Disappointed, but impressed, "... Y.. Yeah, you're not so easy to get a solid hit on late in the match," she says with a weak smile. She drops to her knees, feeling one hell of a headache after that, ".. But yeah, I was close, so this.. Is yours.." she reaches into her pocket though, taking out a different medal and hands it over to her opponent, head lowered, ".. I'd.. Like to try and get it back sometime. So until then, good luck, D!."
HeavyD nods, giving Xiangfei a thumbs up before he gets to his feet again. Walking toward Xiangfei, he takes the medal, getting a look over it before pocketing it, keeping his pinned on his jacket. "Thanks. And you're welcome to try and get it back," he says with a smirk. "Until then, see you around?"
Xiangfei, battered and bruised, suddenly smiles brightly to D! instead of looking defeated, and she raises a fist to the boxer, "Thank you! See you later, D!" she cries. And heck, she'll be all right, in fact, she crawls on over to grab her meat buns again, and starts eating her way back to good health!!
