Description: It's not just any battle... it's a dance battle! (Winner: Rolento)
The floating island has been redecorated in a peculiar way for this particular fight. It seems that it's not going to be anything even remotely standard. The exterior areas have large sets of bleachers, packed to the brim with fans. They are waving both Shinobu and Rolento banners and colors, some wearing berets and the others... well, whatever it is that might symbolize Shinobu. The central area is merely a raised platform, with a ten-foot tile center.
Rolento flies in, descending in multiple spectacular flips and landing in a crouch. Suddenly, four gargantuan speakers explode from the ground, each a hundred feet high. Rock music begins to pour out, Rolento thrusting his arms into the air. He's dressed in a more gangster outfit, but still with a beret. Black leather and tattoos.
"Whassup, dawg! This gonna' be a straight-up dance contest, yo! We're gonna see who can bust... a... move!" Rolento then twirls, moonwalking backwards as the crowd cheers. It seems it is not going to be a direct brawl at all...
And flipping out from Shinobu's place is!... a martian. A mars person, to be exact. It pipipis, and then suddenly, a little girl charges after it. A little girl named Shinobu, that is. Hopping in a UFO, it waggles its eyebrows. Funny, it doesn't have eyebrows. But it manages, somehow. Shinobu skids to a halt on the dance floor, looking confused, and then looks up at the banners. "Ehhhh?!"
Looking over to Rolento, she blinks, and lamely starts to just twiddle her arms, swaying from side to side. Not much of a dance so far, but she /is/ a kid, after all.
Suddenly, a new thing explodes from the stage. It is a 'Funkometer', with a meter currently settled in the red zone of 'Lame.' 'Moxtacular' is the highest dark green. "S'pretty simple!" Rolento states, crossing his arms and leaning back majorly. "Person who busts good moves shocks the other person, dependin' on the crowd, ya dig it? Last one standin' is the dance mastah! Lemme get this party started!"
Rolento then moves into the central square, and begins to spin. He then busts out some fairly generic but well-choreographed moves, strobe lights bursting around as he then twirls a last time and pelvicthrusts at Shinobu. Let's see how the crowd digs it!

Looking over to Rolento, Shinobu-chan sweatdrops. o O (Another weirdo...)
She points a finger over, though, and says, "For the sake of my fallen companions, I will defeat you!", before suddenly hunching a little as she blushes. "That's okay, right?"
Then, she goes into a twirl as the beat picks up, and rapidly beats out her feet like a tap dancer on crack! But her rhythm is good, and her moves fierce! Skidding to a halt, she swings her arms up, turning her gaze away from the competition and to the crowd.

The phat beat works well. The Moxy-meter flicks up a healthy amount, and the crowd cheers. A jolt of electricity hits Rolento, who immediately impacts the ground writhing. But he pushes himself up a moment later, smoking a small bit. "You call those moves?! Watch this!"
He then enters the middle area, pushing Shinobu out. Before he leaps up, and lands on his beret. He begins to spin so fast that he's a blur, and from each corner of the raised center an American flag pops out. The music starts pouring out the national anthem, and a few fireworks burst in the air before he flips up and lands in a crouch.

Getting jolted, Shinobu's hat flies off... only to land on her head again. She shimmies, and then starts to sway again. "Try and keep up!", she alls out, crouching.
Flipping over backwards, she spins in midair, landing so she's looking between her legs... and then rolls over, kicking off the ground as she does into a spin of broken dance, and then sweeps back to her feet suddenly! Spinning once, she nods over to her 'partner' with a grin, to see how he matches up.

Rolento leaps into a tiny ball himself, and begins to bounce on the ground in a rather impressive manner. The crowd completely ignores Shinobu, instead cheering him on. He then bounces a final time high into the air, detonations filling the stadium in rather spectacular special effects. Can Shinobu counter this counter-groove? Or will she get shocked again?!

Shinobu slumps a little, and then suddenly thrusts her hands out, making a small bubble... and the stretches it wide around herself. Then, she starts to hop, making the whole thing bounce, and then starts to spin about, doing various dance moves as she goes up the side of the bubble, before finally getting upside-down within the bubble. Flipping over, she spins upward with her head, bursting out of the watery chi with a jumping jack, and then lasts in a crouch, her wee muscles tensed.
Countergroove... COUNTER! That gets an appreciate burst from the crowd, as they wait to see how the musical mercenary fares!

Rolento is desperate, but it's apparent that the pair has for the most part ran out of dance grooves. Rolento, more impressing the crowd due to determination and will then any actually decent dance move, yanks off his red beret and begins to twirl it around, flipping it about amidst a dance routine before hurling it high, spreading his arms, and bowing his head as it lands on. The crowd shifts almost dead neutral. This series of dances might not have much an outcome at all!

Taking her cue in turn, Shinobu mimics Rolento's moves, before suddenly handstanding, landing her shoe on one foot before falling back, springing her head back into it before it falls too far. Indeed, the pair are quite close, particularly with their wide array of dance animations. But she keeps with it, hoping against hope that her foe's dance will give out first!

ROLENTO DOES NOT STOP. He flits off the beret, and begins to toss it around, bouncing it off his knees, elbows, shoulders, like a hackey sack! He then starts doing the robot a bit, before snapping it back on his head and pelvic-thrusting yet again. Owww!

Then, Shinobu goes still. And mysteriously, her hat flies off, hopping up and down to the beat. And the crowd ooos... both the dance fighters! Shinobu twirls airly, and beams.

"That was only warmin' up!", comes the mysterious voice of an announcer out of nowhere.
Rolento is breathing hard now, somewhat slouching forward and wiping the sweat from his brow. That was some intense dancing, that barely ended in victory. But he's still far from finished. He begins to focus, thinking up new moves and counter-grooves. Shinobu is going down!

Tapping her foot, Shinobu closes her eyes, concentrating on the music. Behind her, a glow starts to manifest, as she gets shiny bits for her rhythm. Why? Who knows! It's part of the DANCE MIRACLE!

Rolento suddenly snaps forward once again, and impacts the ground on his palm. He then begins to spin, although not in quite as spectacular a manner as his original showing of this particular move. Streamers begin to fire into the air and the anthem rocks again, many people standing up and saluting the anthem. His signature dance-dance special! Patriotic Circle!

Getting a little shock, Shinobu slides back, moving her feet to the beat - but not really going into her moves. Instead, she watches Rolento, her little fighty brain trying figure out a solution to this deadlock... of sorts. Granted, she's a fighting genius, not a dance genius, but she can fake it real well!

Suddenly Rolento pulls out a massive guitar, and begins to jam upon it. He does this very hard, the huge speakers pouring out the radical soundwaves, electricity arcing through the surroundings in the midst. People start cheering louder. And also; The guitar is shaped like a giant scorpion. He jams out a few times very hard, before smashing it into the ground and causing it to shatter.

In turn, Shinobu suddenly hops over into a pair of geta - wooden sandals - and then starts to beat her feet ultra-fast in time to the jam. Rather than get nailed by the beat, she instead takes advantage of it, suddenly then spinning around and creating a massive vortex of wind that knockes some awed viewers back! Hey, that seemed a little familiar... but it works to her advantage, getting the crowd divided between the dancers.
Stupid Shinobu has a better dance-endurance then Rolento had anticipated. He then finally pulls out his baton, and begins to whirl it around in a rather enormously adept manner, throwing in some backflips and other rather upper-end shows of personal ability in the maneuver. It's much more base, not nearly as flashy, but it should still be far from ineffective in the present state of affairs. He will weaken Shinobu with his above-average dancing and then finish her off in one fell swoop!

Getting shocked, Shinobu falls over, her sandals flying away... but then she suddenly springs back up. She shoots the old guy a glare, and then hops back, landing on a pair of barrels. Stomp, stomp, stompstompstompstompstompstomp... she pounds away, looking to the sky as she tries to overwhelm her foe in turn with a surprise weapon! The stomping volume almost drowns that of the speakers, as she pounds the floor with far more force than any little girl should be able to!

However, Rolento manages to endure the shock, gritting his teeth as it flickers over his body. He then begins to merely dance. It's nothing too impressive. But it's rather fierce and intense, feet shifting around almost at a blur. He picks up more and more speed, arms pumping and sweat creasing his brow. One-two, one-two! His present plan is working... All he has to do is knock Shinobu down even further!

Shinobu fries like an egg, and then shimmies, shedding a coating of burnt 'Bu. She then hops up, doing a jumping jack, and then again, higher, and then higher, before then bursting with bright azure chi! It seems she's on the ropes, but she's not giving up, giving it her all!

The sudden comeback takes Rolento off-guard this time around, and the horrific shock flashes through his body. He collapses to his knees, trembling, but manages to raise back to a stand somewhat unsteady. He then begins to focus, seeming to be preparing for a final strike. She will not survive this. He has been saving this dance for last... And none can survive it.

Landing, Shinobu kicks off her shoes with some swift steps... and one tumbles towards Rolento! She checks the meter as she sways, and then slides away, the ball of her foot twisting as she gets ready for the incoming assault. After all, she can't have let Kobun die for nothing! Well, she can't, but she'll try hard not to, at least!

It is time. Rolento manages to distract the crowd by tearing off his shirt, causing the attempted dance-shuffle to do nothing. They gasp. His nipples... They are solid steel. These have become legendary in his ascent within the OIC tournament, dropping both Hokutomaru and Dong Hwan in short order. They begin to shine cerulean, as Rolento charges up. "NIPPLE LASER SHOWDOWN!!!"
He then does an ungodly dance, which is more impressive then anything that can be typed. A laser light show is done via his nipples, multiple colors and intricate designs. It continues for twenty seconds, before he collapses to his knees and thrusts his arms into the air. "NYAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!"
And thus... Shinobu falls.

Indeed, Shinobu is shocked off her feet! But... but! As she falls backwards, her hand swings out, and catches herself. And with a mighty push, she comes back to her feet, looking over to her foe with daggers in her eyes! She swings her arms back and forth as she sasheys back onto the playing field, pointing to the crowd and then to Rolento, making as if she's doing some two-gun action against him!

It is too late. Shinobu has been defeated, even if she does not realize it. Rolento merely spreads his hands, and then draws back his hips. A single pelvic-thrust, a single final jolt of electricity impacts Shinobu, and the dirty deed is done. He's hit as well, but seems to not be all the worse for wear.
Indeed, Shinobu doesn't fall so easily, though the little jolt makes her wobble for a moment. Then, she gives out a sudden burst of beat, spinning and stomping and spinning and stomping... it may not be enough after all, but she's gonna go down fighting! At the very least... it might give him something to remember her by!

Rolento merely braces himself, and the final burst hits Rolento. But he then merely stands up, thrusting both hands to the sky. "DANCE CHAMPION! WORSHIP THE NIPPLE LASERS!" Rolento calls out in a rather happy manner, before he pulls out a grenade and hurls it at his feet. He promptly explodes, sending candy over the audience. His journey towards the top has taken another step!
