Description:
As the women's fight draws to a close, and the stage is cleared, there comes a noise...like thunder...
"ORAORAORAORAORAORAORA!" A pink ball bursts through the arena doors, bouncing up the steps to the floor of the arena. It uncurls in the center, popping up to reveal a familiar brown-haired martial arts master. And he's holding a mic in his hand. The Howard Arena crew, by now used to this sort of thing, begin training cameras and spotlights on the lone figure. Whatever Dan Hibiki has to say should be a riot.
"SOUTHTOWN!" Dan turns to the nearest camera, pointing directly at it and giving it his best toothgleam, heedless of the other fighters near the edge of the arena. "It's me! Your wonderful Dan Hibiki! Resident legendary master of the greatest martial arts ever to grace this fair city! It's common knowledge that Saikyo is the ultimate fighting style!"
The smile disappears, replaced by slitted eyes. "Due to a series of flukes, however, I have lost each and every one of my battles but one! This is unacceptable! I know there are some of you out there who doubt Saikyo's ultimacity due to these...-accidents-."
Dan whips around to face another camera, pumping a fist into the air. "That ends tonight! In a very special exhibition match, I will present a secret technique I have just perfected. With it, I will reclaim my throne as the greatest fighter alive! My fans, tonight...it's DAN VERSUS THE WORLD!" Dan strikes a pose, one that would look -great- with gouts of flame shooting from the stage behind him. ...When none appear, he glances over his shoulder and harrumphs before giving the camera a grinning thumbs-up.
"Yoush! Yes, you heard me! Dan versus the world! I challenge any and all fighters who think they're worth their salt to come down to Howard Arena RIGHT NOW and fight me! No holds barred, no limits, just everyone versus Saikyo! LEGENDARY TAUNTING MASTER STONE COLD DAN HIBIKI WILL BE WAITING!"
[OOC] Megumi says, "Dan. You fail. MTCFFUltra is a few IP Addresses down the block from here."
[OOC] Vanessa *cackles*.
[OOC] Vanessa says, "Dan? I love you."
[OOC] Vanessa says, "In that completely platonic way."
[OOC] Dan aw. ._.
Haggar has disconnected.
[OOC] HeavyD says, "...I think I should step up now. :P"
Kyo has connected.
[OOC] Yashiro cracks his knuckles. "Sounds interesting..."
[OOC] HeavyD says, "Unless someone else REALLY wants to fight Dan too."
[OOC] Vanessa says, "He said vs. the world. o_o"
[OOC] Dan says, "This is anyone and everyone."
[OOC] Vanessa says, "So clearly, many many people all at once. ;P"
[OOC] Dan just asks that you make quick poses heading to the ring. I have another little surprise before we get rolling.
Coughing comes from the aisle of the Arena, a lone figure with a familiar hairstyle marching his way to the ring. "You want a challenge? I'm game," Heavy D! shouts, climbing his way to the stone ring with little fanfare. He had been watching the Vanessa/Megumi match in the back before this little announcement. As he heads toward Dan, he tries to spot the boxing housewife, making a note to talk to her about a match sometime.
[OOC] Vanessa says, "It's almost like asking me out on a date."
[OOC] HeavyD cough. "Right."
Having been sitting in the audience watching the fight, Yashiro's mood was starting to darken when he noticed Iori making his way toward the ring. Well, not that he can just jump him here in front of all these cameras. Not very sporting, right? And then Dan bursts onto the scene. The Orochi fighter grins to himself as he watches Dan make his announcement. "Heh... Sounds interesting," he says to nobody in particular. He makes his way down through the stands, then hops over the railing to the floor below. He shoots Iori a brief glare as he makes his way over, but then turns to face Dan. "Well, I could use a little exercise."
Smirking lightly in reply to Vanessa, Iori sidles a bit closer. It might come across smug, but he really does sympathize with Vanessa's position -- even if he doesn't look like it. As it is, though, he shrugs his shoulders. "Beer, then. We--"
And it's right about then that Hibiki rolls into the ring, and all heck breaks loose in the stands. So much for Yagami's attempt to act suave. Growling under his breath, the halfbreed grabs hold of the stretcher, jerking it right out from under those medics. "'Scuse me."
And without further ado, he aims the stretcher towards Hibiki, before planting his foot on the table surface and booting it towards the Saikyo-Ryuu challenger. "Shut it," comes the low rumble as the stretcher's wheels clatter their complaint at the not-quite-design-spec motion. Irritably, Iori turns back to Vanessa, continuing on in a lower voice. "... We have matters to discuss."
Another disturbing feeling grows at the back of Kyo's neck, similar but distinct from the one he gets from Iori's prescense, or even the one from Orochi-tainted fighters. Things are getting seriously weird, and that's BEFORE Dan rolls into the center of the arena and challenges the whole world. Though he's trying to keep one eye on Yagami, Ash's wave distracts him, "That freaky kid... that's the guy who beating K Dash up that one time..." What the hell is going on here?
Kyoko has arrived.
[OOC] Kyoko brings in the stretcher.
[OOC] Iori just pitched it at Dan, actually.
[OOC] Yashiro says, "Iori already took care of it."
[OOC] Dan says, "Already got one!"
[OOC] Megumi says, "I think the proper term is 'torture rack'."
[OOC] Kyoko says, "Ahh, then free massages to all the viewers!"
[OOC] Kyo adds "who was" -_-
[OOC] Iori says, "In City?"
Alright, so.
The moment Dan rolls in and starts going on--at length-- about his challenge, Vanessa's in an absolute fit of laughter. What strikes her as absurd, beyond the challenge itself, is the fact that she's the only one in absolute hysterics. Or is she? Her wooziness isn't exactly making it easy to look around the audience. And, for that matter, she -almost- misses Iori's final statement-- especially considering that she's all but doubled over when he throws the stretcher in Dan's direction.
When Iori -does- turn back to her, she can't help -having- to reach out to take a hold of his arm. She's trying -really hard- to contain her amusement, but it's not working as well as she'd like. Thankfully, she -did- note Heavy D's look-- and to that end, she'll follow up on it. But some other time.
"Matters, huh?" she says, releasing the halfbreed's arm as she steadies herself. "Well, tell you what, Ace-- if it's 'matters' we're talking, it'll have to be over either a pint or a few shots. -I'm- getting my sorry ass to a bar, and stat. If you've got any suggestions, feel free to throw 'em out." That said, she turns on her heel, walking somewhat gingerly at first. She's not so damaged she can't keep a good pace, however.
The challenge finished, Dan throws the mic aside. "Oyaji, grant me strength! Let me fight with the skill of a thousand-ACK!" The Dan glances to the side, and a quick backward tumble sends him rolling barely out of the stretcher's way.
"Very well then!" Dan booms. "It's time to reveal the Secret Saikyo Special, passed down through the generations! ...Well, it will be anyway." Dan rolls his shoulders, squaring himself into a horse stance as the fighters make their way to the arena. He takes a deep breath, then...
"SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIKYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" The shout is as the top of his lungs, and with it...with it explodes a burst of fiery pink chi, enveloping Hibiki and filling the space around him. As the shout continues, Dan's clothes begin to flutter upward, as if a great wind is shooting up from the floor. His poinytail and forelock rise up as well. As the last of the "OOOOOOOOO!" dies away, Dan lets out a mighty "HAH!" On command, the pink chi explodes, rushing out to hit the walls of the arena.
What is left...well, it must be Dan, but his normally close-cropped hair has filled out, giving him a long, unfettered mane to rival a Kabuki player's. And it is, of course, bright pink. His gi glows luminescent, looking like a neon sign on overdrive. Dan, the newly formed Super Saikyojin, stands in the center of the arena, grinning like a madman as he waits for the first challenger to arrive.

HeavyD blinks, seeing Dan's aura seem to expand...then explodes to the walls around them. He ducks, in case it's...you know, dangerous. Upon starightening up, however, he takes a look at what Dan's become now...and glares flatly. "What.....in.....the....hell," he says, twitching an eye at the very over-the-top transformation. "You...nevermind, I'm not saying it," he mutters, pulling up his fists and stepping forward. Maybe he can beat the pink out of that hair of his.
[OOC] Vanessa says, "make a gay joke! Make a gay joke!"
[OOC] Kyoko says, "Fine, Benimaru and Kyo jerk it all the time to Playgirl."
[OOC] Vanessa says, "...."
[OOC] Vanessa says, "Not... -quite-... what I meant."

[OOC] Iori says, "That's not even a joke."

Karin has arrived.
There is a bit of a light chuckle from the crowd. The night has certainly proven to be amusing to the nurse of Justice high. Kyoko Minazuki was here for the fight prior, but now this strange man has been making a silly claim about being the best. It would make any normal person laugh, right? "Well then, let us see how long you can last or if you are just a quick shot like most men." the woman says as she leans over the guardrail to peer at the pink clad man and then leaps over to land onto the arena floor and moves to closer. "Are you going to disappoint me like most men?"

Surprisingly, Ash immediately loses interest in Kyo, instead spotting the Saikyo sideshow. A brief laugh bubbles forth, and then, shaking his head, the teen walks towards the exit usually reserved for fighters. No one's really going to stop him, are they?
Yashiro just... stares at Dan as he explodes with pink energy and transforms into something very... pink and glowing. "...You have *got* to be kidding me." He rolls his eyes, then sighs and shakes his head as he climbs up onto the fighting surface and begins walking toward Dan. "Have fun with your little lightshow, but if it's a fight you want..." He cracks his neck a few times, then draws back a fist.
"Ah, hell..." He puts his hand down, then shakes his head. "This is just too stupid. I'm gonna drop you before you start burning an image into my eyes." And with that he charges forward, raising up his fist before attempting to bring it down, hard, on Dan's head.

Iori is barely able to contain himself with Dan exploding over there in center stage. He =does= want to beat the Saikyo-ryuu champion into a bloody pulp, but he figures with Yashiro and Heavy D taking the stage, there's enough chance of that happening. "If you meatheads can't finish him off together, you =both= should just lie down and retire..." But... no. He has more pressing matters to attend to, and that's why he's standing here. So, finally, he passes another nod towards Vanessa. "Lead the way. I'm buying." He glances over to Ash, raising an eyebrow. "You in on this, or are you gonna join in the ..." Well. No need to finish that statement. "Let's go." And with a jerk of his head towards the door, he waves Yashiro, D, and... Kyoko off, and following Vanessa out.

Iori leaves the arena through the large main entrance.
As Dan bellows with his heroic cry of SAAAAIIIIKYO!, some might notice that, halfway through, he is joined by another voice. A much smaller voice, from someplace else in the arena completely. It sounded a little younger, too, and less insane. A few eyes in the arena follow the sound to its source: A young man sitting in the stands, up near the mezzanine. A blond young man, in fact. Namely... Rock Howard, who cups his hands to his mouth and yells out, at the top of his lungs, "KICK THEIR ASSES, SENSEI! THEY DON'T STAND A CHANCE!" That said, Rock actually /plunges/ over the railing of the mezzanine, diving to the next level down; not a great problem, for a trained fighter. Once he hits the floor, Rock's up and running towards the arena floor, but it's unclear if he intends to participate, or just watch.
Super Saikyojin Dan turns slowly in a circle, eyeing the people coming onto the stage. "Is this the best Southtown has to offer? My old man could beat any of you with one fist, and he's dead!"
As Yashiro's fist drops down, Dan's hand snaps up, letting the strong fist slam into his wrist. "My ancestor's ancestors could cut you down to size, big guy! YOUSHA!" With that, Dan grabs for Yashiro's wrist, aiming to fling him over Dan's very pink head and onto the ground.
Chen has arrived.
Mai has arrived.

[OOC] Karin says, "He's gone Super Lame-jin '_'"

[OOC] Karin says, "Nah, I'm pretty sure you were given some insanely-strong mindset as part of an April Fools joke. u_u"
Tony has arrived.
Another soft chuckle comes from Kyoko as she just watches the pink clad warrior begin his assualt by attacking Yashiro. Well this is just too much for the woman to watch and she just decides to take her time. Three on one just doesn't seem fair even if the opponent claims to be such a great warrior. For now she just takes her time to watch Dan and his movements and awaits her own chance to find a good opening to use on the master of Saikyo style.

HeavyD simply shakes his head, grumbling about the man's insanity. He waits until Dan reaches over to try and grab the larger man who had punched him, before he advances. His hands rise and cock as he nears the pink-haired one, sighing. "Ok...you asked for it." Suddenly, he swings out his arm in a swift hook punch, meant to knock the dye right out of Hibiki's head!

One of Yashiro's eyes begins to twitch as not only is his fist blocked, but the pink-haired freak begins to mock him. He growls at Dan, "I am going to-" But whatever he was planning on doing is interrupted as Dan grabs him by the wrist, flinging him over the Super Saikyojin's shoulder, and sending him crashing down hard into the ground behind him.
Yashiro doesn't stay down for long, though, glaring at Dan as he gets back up. "You are just *asking* for a beating!" While Heavy D! comes at Dan from the front, Yashiro grabs at him from behind, attempting to grab the pink haired fighter around the neck, then pull him up into the air before slamming him down into the ground.

[OOC] Chen says, "Hey, don't underestimate it! Or... Dan."

Super Saikyojin Dan hops forward and away from Yashiro's grasping hands. "Neener neener neener! You can't catch me!" ...And right into the up and coming boxer. "Wha-hey-OOF!" The punch catches Dan solidly in the face...
...But a precisely-timed 4x5 glossy (signed, of course) of Dan striking a pose gets tagged onto D's face at the same time. "On me, pal! Woop!" Dan tumbles away, putting a bit of distance between himself and the others.
Billy has arrived.
[OOC] Super Saikyojin Dan says, "Hey! It's Mister Obsolete!"
[OOC] Billy says, "Alright, alright. I hear someone talkin' bad about me."
[OOC] Billy says, "See, -I'm- the best."

Well Dan might have been amusing at first, his nonchalant attitude about taking on two well known fighters like Yashiro and HeavyD rather irks the nurse of Justice High. Kyoko just shakes her head softly. "Well I guess you just need to know a woman's touch!" she says to Dan and then she begins her own assault. Even if she is on high heels she moves quickly to close the distance between herself and the man in the pink gi and quickly grabs at him. If she manages to grasp the front of his gi she swings around on her right heel and tries to drive Dan back first into the hard surface of the arena.
HeavyD feels the satisfying thump of fist meeting flesh right in Dan's head. However, he ALSO feels a freakin' photo slap him in the face, causing him to stumble back to pull it out of his vision. "What the..." he grunts, throwing the photo away. "Get serious, you idiot!" he shouts, getting the feeling that Dan is SO not taking any of this serious. Stomping toward Dan again, he tries to catch him with that patented lunging punch of his just as Kyoko tries to toss the Saikyo fighter to the ground.
The twitch in Yashiro's eye gets a bit more pronounced as Dan hops away from him, taunting. He storms over toward Dan, grabbing for the man's arm, possibly after he's already been knocked to the ground by the previous attacks. "What the *hell* is wrong with you!?" If he manages to get a grip on him, he attempts to pull him up off the ground, before driving his free fist into Dan's stomach, hopefully knocking him back a fair distance.
"Hey, hey, hey!" Almost out of nowhere, another face leaps into Howard Arena. It's no wonder -- he was probably here beforehand, given who his employer is. Billy Kane takes one quick hop from the sidelines up onto the combat arena, his red staff already in hand. "What's with all these delusions of grandeur, Hibiki? What, are you forgetting the last time you tangled with a real King of Fighters? That time you fought /me/, that is. You remember how that went?" Billy whips his staff around once, into a 'ready' stance for fighting. "I figure these three can handle you just fine, even if they /are/ bums... but, man, you're just raisin' my hackles with all this 'I'm the best' crap. You'll meet your 'Oyaji' real soon, promise. One near-death experience, courtesy of Billy Kane, comin' right up!"

Now it's time for Pinball Hibiki! Kyoko manages to grab Dan's gi, sending him spinning around...right into HeavyD's lunging punch. That sends him rocketing away...and right into Yashiro's fist.
"Ow! OW! YOWCH!" Dan squints at Yashiro with one eye, puzzling. "You look like you could use a tan. GADOUKEN!" Dan shoves an arm forward, filling Yashiro's vision with a bright pink, not blue, blast of pure chi.
There is a smile of satisfaction across Kyoko's features when she manages to toss Dan around like she had hoped. "Shouldn't be so confident of your skills next time." she replies to him and then lets the others do their damage. She does feel a bit sympathetic towards Yashiro, though. He is a rather cute little thing despite his bad clothing choice. The nurse moves back to stop her assault on Dan and moves to stand next to Yashiro. "This will only hurt for a moment, dear." she purrs into his ear and suddenly the man finds himself being poked and proded in several places by the nurses' fingers as she loosens joints and relaxes muscles.
Billy lunges straight into the breach, darting to Dan's left side. "Last time I kicked your ass, I did it without my stick, here. ... I'm feelin' generous, so maybe I'll do the same thing!" Only, as he says this, Billy is thrusting his staff straight out towards Dan's face, splitting it into a trio of sections as he aims to jab the Saikyo Master right between the eyes. "Try this one on for size, chief!"
HeavyD feels some satisfaction as he manages to drill Dan with his RSD, the chi-induced punch damaging the man quite nicely. However, it's starting to become a bit crowded here. Seeing the nurse and the infamous Mr. Kane push the attack, the boxer decides it's time to maybe take a recharge himself. Stepping back a few steps, he takes a breather and tries to focus his energy, hoping he has enough time to get back what he used up.

And Yashiro's world becomes a blur of pink as Dan's Gadouken explodes in his face. He's forced to take a step backwards as the chi snips his head back, and then he has to deal with the afterimages dancing in front of his eyes as the light fades away. This gives Kyoko a chance to get him to him and begin poking and proding.
"Hey, what..." He stops as some of the pain from his earlier impact with the ground begins to fade away, then glances over at Kyoko, giving her a quick grin. "Thanks, feels great." His expression then darkens as he turns back to Dan. Right... He's going to experience some pain... just as soon as his vision completely clears up. And if Billy doesn't manage to scatter some Super Saikyojin brains all over the floor.

Dan pushes away from Yashiro, using the force of the blast. "Hah! Too slow!" As he backs up, his heel catches on something on the floor. Probably a nick from the last fight. "ACK!" Dan falls on his back, staring up as Billy's namesake whips through the air above him.
"Ahh, -now- it's getting interesting!" Dan hops to his feet, cracking his neck one way, then the other. "It's time for my OTHER secret attack!" He takes another deep breath, then points at HeavyD.
"Yo momma so dumb she heard it was chilly outside, she went and got a bowl!" The pink aura of Saikyo flares around Dan, barely visible to the eye.
Dan rolls forward, shaking his fist at Yashiro. "OUUUSH! You're so dumb you couldn't find your way out of a wet paper bag, ya big ox!" The aura burns hotter, doubling in size.
Dan leaps through the air, landing next to Billy and jabbing him in the side with a finger. "You so ugly you can make an onion cry!" *fwoom!*
Dan handsprings through the air once more, coming to land in front of Kyoko. "You look like spoiled milk! Fat and chunky! HooooWAH!" With that, the Saikyo Aura contracts briefly, then explodes, sending pink shockwaves harmlessly throughout the arena.

Chunky and....fat? She knew dan not to be the most uncouth of men, but that was just enough to throw Kyoko off her game. She was honestly ready for a real attack and was moving into a crane like stance when the pink gi warrior moved in to attack her. And then well....well damn. Nothing really happened aside from waves of chi wasing around and actuallying doing nothing. Kyoko actually laxes in her stance and just sort of stands there a bit confused by what just now happened. "The fuck?"

Billy reaches for his staff, apparently not keeping up with his promise to Dan -- but as he's about to swing it, something strikes him... deep. Deep in his heart. Fear. Fear of Dan. Fear of the mighty taunt of Dan. And for a moment, Billy actually takes a step back, holding his staff up in a defensive stance. "... Hey! Hey, man, that's not cool! Who do you think you are?! There's no /way/ you're everything you say you are."
Megumi leaves the arena through the large main entrance.
HeavyD blinks as his little chargeup is interupted by the rather insulting...er...insult, as well as the flare of aura coming from Dan. "What the..." he grumbles, eyes narrowed at the rolling fool. He's stunned for a little while, but then he snaps out of it, quite angry. "Will you take this SERIOUSLY?" he shouts to the Saikyo Glowing Hibiki, not minding the harmless shockwaves sent around them. One he's near dan, he tries to jam his fist straight into his gut, hoping to cause him to double over. If he succeeds, then good ol' Dan will get sent for a right, down onto his head to the ground right behind D!, courtesy of that very fist buried in him.

Cammy leaves the arena through the large main entrance.
There's a low growl from Yashiro, quickly gaining in volume as he begins stomping over toward Dan. The pink aura washes over him, but other than a brief flinch just before impact he doesn't pay it any attention. "I. Have had. Enough. Of. You!" With a roar he lunges toward Dan. There's a very slight bit of hesitation as he considers whether that pink energy actually did anything, but he doesn't let it hold him back.
He begins swinging wildly at the Saikyo fighter, throwing a long series of lightning fast punches at the man's torso, then follows it up by trying to slam his left fist up into Dan's stomach, then attempting to land a jumping uppercut on the very, very pink man's jaw, hopefully sending him flying and shutting him up.

Dan beams at Kyoko and throws her a thumbs-up, then a V-sign to Billy. "Everything and more, buddy. You couldn't keep up with me in a jet!" He dances out of the way, sliding around HeavyD's punch. "Woah, there, big guy. Save some for the ladies." On the downside, D's punch does put Dan in range of Yashiro's PO Attack. Dan throws up his arms, letting the flurry of punches impact on them. The last uppercut he dodges. "Not bad. I got one for you too!" Dan ducks down swiftly before leaping up, aiming his fist in a mirror uppercut. "KOURYUKEN!"
Hmph, yes Dan did surprise Kyoko this last time around, but damned if she will let herself be startled like that this time around. She chases after the dancing Dan and ducks low to reach for a leg. She figures he can't be so uppity and flamboyant if he is on the grount with the nurse on his back pulling his leg backwards in a half boston crab submission type move. And well there is always that nice satisfaction that he can't get away from the rest of his assailants if she manages to pin him down.
"Alright, pal... No more Mr. Nice Guy!" The moment he recovers from the fear of Dan's taunt, Billy is on his feet and soaring at the Pink Wonder with one quick plant of his staff. He's flying feetfirst Dan's way, and scheduled to impact any time now. "Try this!"
HeavyD's teeth grit as the pink little annoyance manages to dance out of line with his punch and moves to target the white-haired guy instead. "Nng..." he grunts, even more annoyed at his little comment to the boxer. Moving forward again, he waits until the nurse and the staff fighter swing out at Dan before he tries his own thing, swinging a hefty uppercut out at the Saikyo-er in hopes of tagging him should the others manage to miss.

Thinking about defense is not high on Yashiro's list of priorities right now. He wants Dan to go down, and to go down hard. So when he sees an uppercut heading his way, he attempts to capitalize on the reach advantage he has over Dan, to sock the other fighter in the jaw before the Kouryken can connect.
Dan turns out to be a bit faster than he was expecting however, and he takes a Saikyo-powered fist square to the jaw, knocking his head back. A moment later he lowers his head, grinding his teeth and glaring daggers at Dan. His leather gloves creak under the strain as he clenches his hands into fists. He is getting shown up by a *clown* in front of all these people, and it's making him rather unhappy, to say the least.

Dan lands on the ground after the punch connects solidly, then takes in his options. "SDD! Saikyo Duck Defense! YAHOOIE!" With that, Dan begins bouncing around the arena, doing backflips, hopping around, and generally somehow managing to avoid every single attack, even the precisely-aimed kick from Billy. "Woop woop woop! Still Mister Sucky Guy, I see!" Dan lands on his feet, reaching inside his gi. He pulls out something fist-sized, hauling back...and in perfect pitcher form lets the tomato fly. Right for Billy.
A small sigh with a frustrated growl is what Dan hears from the Justice nurse. "Asshole..." she mumbles and actually seems to be losing her usual calm and collective demeanor. She whips around with lab coat flowing around with her movements as she reaches for the pink gi clad warrior again. Only this time she tries to grip his gi tightly as she raises a leg high in the air and tries to repeatedly kick him in the head. "Just stay still!"

Billy gets absolutely pwned. That's the only way to put it. Dan's tomato nails him right between the eyes, knocking the former King of Fighters flat onto his butt. "I'll..." He's seething. Really, really, seething. "I WANT TO TEAR HIM APART!" Flipping onto his feet, face covered in red tomato, Billy just CHARGES at Dan, whipping his staff around and around in an effort to... well, tear Dan apart.

Yashiro finishes glaring at Dan and wishing horrible things upon him, and now begins taking steps to see that they happen. Several steps, in fact, as he begins charging toward the pink-clad fighter. Clasping his hands together as he runs, he draws his arms to one side, and then as he draws close he attempts to sweep his hands into Dan's jaw with a blow that will hopefully feel like, yes, getting hit by a sledgehammer.

Dan gives a start as Kyoko appears next to him. The gi is grabbed, and the head is kicked, but only once or two; his bobbing head manages to slip past a few of the other kicks. The ones that do hit are solid enough to push him back, though...right into Yashiro's fist. It slams into the side of his head, sending him rocketing toward the pissed-off Billy. Uh oh.
In an act of self-preservation, Dan reaches for the staff....and actually manages to grab onto it. It's not a huge success, however; the staff's moving so fast that Dan gets konked repeatedly in the head as it whips around. "AGHAGHAGHAGHAGHOWOWOWOW!" Dan's feet flail, some of the accidental kicks coming close to Billy's head and chest.

Well he sat still at least for a little while! Kyoko feels a bit better about herself as her heel clad foot plants against Dan's head a few times. She hates to admit it, but the master of Saikyo-ryu is still standing up despite the odds. She mutters under her breath and she goes in again to grasp at Dan and then tries to toss him over her shoulders to airplane spin him a few times around then toss him into the air to let the other three of her partners in crime to have a shot at him.

It doesn't quite work, though. Why? Because Dan is kicking him at the same time, and he nails Billy right in the ribs before he can follow through, knocking him back and away from both sticks.

Dan's continued reslience baffles D!, but he's not going to let it stop him. Calmed now, he approaches Dan, waiting for him to land, before rolling his arm around for a swift uppercut. Of course, the uppercut isn't the only thing, seeing as his first one missed. Nope, this one nearly shears the ground in front of him, the chi wave splashing out of the arc of his punch swinging right toward the pink-gied fighter.

Well, Yashiro's list hit connected cleanly, and it felt good. And since Dan doesn't seem to be ready to fall down just yet, it's time to keep that up. Yashiro charges in toward Dan, paying little heed to any of the other attacks going on around him; his only concern is hitting Dan, and hitting him hard. And that's what he attempts to do as he swings out with a right hook, trying to plant his fist in the Saikyo fighter's face.

Dan twists around; now that Billy's not flailing around any more, it's a little easier. "Is that the best you can do? You -weenie-." Dan leaps up, planting his feet on Billy's chest. At the same time, he drives his arms forward, shouting "SHINKUU....GADOUKEN!" A mammoth pink fireball appears directly in front of Billy's face. Short range, but it still looks deadly. Well. Kinda deadly. More cute than deadly. But you know.
Regardless of whether or not Billy can get out of the way, Dan uses the force of the Gadouken to kick off, flipping through the air to land safely on the opposite side of all the other fighters. He turns around and looks over his shoulder at all his opponents, and with an evil grin, he slaps his butt mockingly. "Come and get me, mooks!"

Kyoko rubs the bridge of her nose after pushing her glasses back upwards and lets out a soft sigh. "Worse than a virgin..." she murmurs to herself and just idly watches Dan bounce about for a few moments. Well poor Billy does seem to be a bit thrown off of his game so Kyoko may as well boost his confidence somewhat. The woman moves to stand behind the man and he soon finds her fingers pressing in against his back, sides...well anywhere as she tries to loosen him up and make him feel more comfortable. "Don't let him get to you, love. You can paste him easily."

The Gadouken doesn't knock Billy off of his feet -- but it definitely slides him back a few paces, just from the sheer power of the blast. "Tch. This must be your lucky day, pal... Alright, well, I'm just coming right back--What the hell?" And then there's some nurse rubbing his neck. What the heck? Isn't this a fight? Somewhat perturbed, Billy jerks himself forward and away from her, whirling himself around. "What the hell?! Listen, lady, just because I walk around shirtless doesn't mean I'm into fast women, alright? So, just, chill! Jeez! At least get to know me before you start stroking me, fer cryin' out loud!" But there's more important things to deal with. Like Dan. He just happens to have staggered back his way, so, by the time he's done scolding Kyoko... he just whips himself around and tries to backhand Dan, by surprise. He's not armed, so it's not his best effort... but it's something.

HeavyD doesn't bother to pay attention to the out of place massage. Instead, he chases after Dan, seeing as he's managed to jump away from everyone's attacks. "Stay STILL!" he shouts to him, using no fancy moves this time as he simply tries to deck Dan with a swift, right cross across his chin.
Dan's taunting certainly seems to be working on Yashiro; if that wasn't already obvious. Any thoughts of strategy or the like or long since gone, as he tries to simply land as heavy a blow as he can on the agile pink fighter. "Hold still, damn it!" He lunges for Dan, attempting to grab him by the arm long enough to make him follow that command, before he tries to slam his fist into Dan's gut, trying to knock him off his feet.

That's the sound of a punch hitting each of Dan's forearms as he blocks the double attack. He winces and shakes them out; if his suit wasn't already, his arms would be glowing from the pain. He rolls away from the incoming train that is Yashiro, choosing instead to try to get behind Billy and deliver a jumping knee to the small of the Brit's back.
Hyo has reconnected.
Kyoko Hmph! Well let us see if Billy ever gets a freebie next time around. The nurse makes a face at him once he looks away, a rather childish action from the woman but she does it none the less. "I am just not used to men who can't perform." she replies to Billy and then her gazes shifts to look to Dan. Yes he may be good, but he has just stayed standing too long and the nurse of Justice High isn't liking that. She decides to shift her attention to her opponent instead of her circumstantial team mates. She runs in and then jumps high into the air to swing a leg around and slam a leg into Dan's head.
[OOC] Yashiro notices the new @doing poll. Follows the link. Dies horribly. x_x
[OOC] Kyoko says, "You fool."
[OOC] Chen laughs.

This is it. Billy knows a key moment when he sees it: This is one such moment. As Dan's kick flies for the back of his neck, the unarmed Billy sees his opportunity, and seizes it. His hands are lightning quick as he draws ANOTHER staff from underneath his jacket in both hands, holding it out to block Dan's kick... and then he just sweeps forward like a dark, stabbing twice with the three-piece weapon, and nailing Dan in the face repeatedly.
HeavyD feels his punch connect with Dan's forearms, pulling the arm back and readying another punch...before he rolls away from Yashiro's strike. He gets a bit frustrated again, chasing after the boxer. However, he sees the nurse move to kick him in the head, and Billy flip his cane about to stop Dan's kick. He holds back, watching the attacks swing out, as he tries to steel hismelf once more, in case Dan gets another streak going.

Even as Billy wails on Dan, Yashiro keeps advancing on the pink fighter. Just because Dan's taking a bit of a beating doesn't mean Yashiro's going to let him off that easily. Oh no. He stomps up behind Dan and grabs for the back of his neck, intending to pull him away from the staff beating him in the face... but only so that Yashiro can spin around and then slam Dan head first down into the stone floor.

Tony has connected.
The speed-demon in pink finally meets his match in FlexiCane(tm). Billy neatly batters him for his attempted cheap shot, and before the other two fighters going after Dan can do anything, he's flying to the other side of the arena. He bounces once, twice...then stops.
Dan sits up, looking woozy. It's apparent that Billy's put a stop to his rampage, because the Saikyo master flashes bright pink for a brief few seconds before his hair returns to its normal color and length from Kabuki to ponytail, and his bright aura fades...and apparently takes his clothes with it.
Dan blinks twice, regaining consciousness, looks down, and YEEPS. He jumps to his feet, (thankfully) broad hands covering up any suggestive bits, and he sidesteps off the arena and toward the fighters' exit, looking a bright pink despite his lack of gi.

Billy snaps his staff back underneath his jacket, shrugging his shoulders. "That oughta teach you. Geez. Some people just don't give up." Billy flashes a quick thumbs-up Kyoko, as if to say 'Performance anxieties? Who, me?' after finishing off Dan -- ignoring the fact that three others contributed heartily to the effort. Dusting his hands, Billy seems apt to depart. He has tomato to wipe out of his hair, after all.
[OOC] Dan can sleep well knowing someone got it.

That is certainly more than Kyoko needed to see. In all of her years in nursing she has never been so frightened in her life and she actually closes her eyes tightly for a few long moments before daring to open an eye to look and give a long sigh of relief that he is gone. "I think I need a drink..." she mumbles to herself and starts to wander out on her own.
[OOC] Dan says, "Hey, I'm good-looking. ;.;"
[OOC] Hyo says, "I'll say."
[OOC] Dan says, "Style over substance, baby."
[OOC] Kyoko says, "Once you go D, you can never get free. ._."
[OOC] HeavyD flexes?
[OOC] Kyoko swoons.

[OOC] Billy goes to bed. flop.
Billy has disconnected.
[OOC] Dan is about to fall asleep here. I was hoping more people would join in, but that worked out okay.
HeavyD finally gets himself settled...only to see that 1) Dan's finally been quelled and 2) He's... "...oh geez, as if the pink hair was bad enough," he groans, turning away from the shuffling Saikyo 'Master' before he starts heading off the fighting floor himself, surprisingly unharmed. At least he knows that the pink guy is too chicken to have touched him. "I could probably use one too."
[OOC] Chen says, "You were hoping for -more?-"
[OOC] Dan says, "It probably doesn't need to be said, but that wasn't exactly an IC fight. :) April Fools and all that."
[OOC] Chen says, "Vundafull."
Yashiro seems somewhat disappointed that he didn't manage to get in a final blow, but seeing Dan have to flee the arena appears to have cooled down his temper, at least somewhat. Shaking his head, he also leaves the arena, muttering quietly to himself.
[OOC] Kyoko says, "Tune in tomorrow as Dan reveals his true nature to Chen and causes a rip in reality that will leave Southtown changed forever."
[OOC] Yashiro says, "Seeing my luck as 'Sucktastic' was kind of amusing."
