An enigmatic shinobi of the Miyama clan, Noboru is most identifiable by his unusual size and strength for a stealthy assassin. Known throughout the clans as the Iron Mystic, he has developed his own form of ninjitsu that focuses upon brutal unarmed strikes, the Iron Body technique of a monk, and mid-combat manipulations designed to compensate for his lack of speed. he also commands the peculiar ability to see into the vast energies of the world, and cloak himself from the preternatural senses of those who manipulate them. But even above his abilities, he is known among the shinobi for his sense of honor and duty, which he seems to value over all things.

[Dead or Alive] Supremacy of the Miltechs - Black Bag - After DOATEC consolidated much of its operations in the wake of its crisis, many facilities were abandoned and left to rot in the unseen corners of the world. However, these facilities were primarily insular warehousing, projects and inventory left abandoned, with very little in the way of sensitive data. Less so are the command centers, which were subject to much more rigorous housekeeping. It's not easy to find much in this burned out husk of a command post in a toxic zone at the outskirts of the Thar desert, but for sophisticated enough equipment, a lone [salvageable fragmented data module] may be of use, with information regarding the movements of one of the biggest miltechs in the world. After observing their patterns of movement for some time, Noboru discerns that a large number of the dark stalkers seem to be originating from an old abandoned theater in the slums.
